Monist Macedonia, a state at war with its own citizens!

For the monist state apparatus in Macedonia, people are not important, because for it the system of rule is important! For it, life is not important, because for it ideology is important. Macedonia is a “state” that cannot be stabilized, because it is not assured of the freedom of its citizens. It is a “state” of ideological, political and police persecution, of prisons, massacres and mass deportations. “A state” whose political philosophy is violence, method – manipulation and result – the general fear of its citizens.

The “state”, which in the name of “democracy” defends itself from the free thoughts of its citizens! Even with its political opponents, it speaks through the muzzle of a gun! Even from free thought and criticism, it defends itself as from the enemy!

A “state” that does not want to understand that state and social laws and norms, political, literary and artistic theories, are the same today so that they can be surpassed tomorrow by newer and more just laws, norms, theories! It says that throughout history everything has changed, but it itself thinks that it is unchangeable and eternal.

The “state” that everywhere and at all times creates and seeks the same, the sameness, which, for these reasons, leaves a desert in the souls of people. The consequence of this political philosophy is the serious spiritual and moral crisis that they experience today and that everyone will experience tomorrow. It is a psychological and historical necessity to get out of this pond – dictatorship and from this “state” – camp. All of this is a yesterday, but a yesterday that brings bitter experience to today and tomorrow.

Albanians living in their own lands do not ask for anything more, they want to be treated as equal citizens with Macedonians. If this discriminatory policy continues in the future, then Albanians would seek to put an end to this abnormal situation and would seek to separate from Macedonia. Without any hesitation or discussion, this would bring about the disintegration and disappearance from the European map of the Macedonian nation. If the policy of the Macedonian rulers adhered to the messages and teachings of Goce Delchev; “Nations should engage in cultural competitions and not competitions of violence and intrigue”!. If the Macedonian rulers returned to real and friendly policies towards the Albanian people, who are the oldest and indigenous people in Macedonia. If they democratically agreed to recognize social, political, national, civic and state equality for Albanian citizens, this would be the policy that would bring this Balkan country out of the endless abyss. This would serve as an important factor for the existence of the “state” of Macedonia. With complete equality in every field, without violence and discrimination among all the nationalities that coexist in Macedonia today.

The Macedonian army and police were put at the service of the destructive actions of the anti-Albanian policy, which, through violence and terror, raids, beatings, imprisonments, murders! The Macedonian government seeks to extinguish the aspiration of the Albanians for their legitimate national rights. These bandit actions of the Macedonian authorities and political police are an expression of the deep hatred that they harbor towards the Albanian population, with their anti-human, anti-cultural actions, which is unprecedented for any European country. These actions are carried out at a time when various political leaders, high-ranking Macedonian personalities speak loudly about the “equality” of peoples, about the “respect” of human rights and freedoms. And this is the greatest hypocrisy and the lowest deception that is currently appearing in the Balkans, especially in the lands where Albanians mainly live.

It has never been seen or heard of in a European country that violence and terror are practiced, weapons are used and blood is shed against a people fighting for national rights, education in their native language. This only happens in countries with a Slavic-Orthodox orientation; Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Greece, in these Balkan countries that are known for their cruelty and barbarity.

The bloodshed, the savage terror inflicted on Albanian citizens, reminds us involuntarily of the Middle Ages when scientists were burned alive because their science opened the eyes of uneducated people, and reminds us of Giordano Bruno who was burned alive in the square of Rome for his great scientific discoveries about planet Earth. This assassination attempt by the Macedonian government against Albanians is at the same time an assassination attempt on Albania and Kosovo, which were among the first to recognize the Republic of Macedonia after its “separation” from the former Titoist Yugoslavia. It would be good for the Macedonian government to draw positive conclusions from the realistic stance of the Albanian government, which was the only neighboring state and nation of the Macedonians that recognized the existence of the Macedonian nation and state. The formula for Macedonia’s internal stability lies in complete equality between peoples. If this is not truly understood, then the consequences will be greater and of catastrophic proportions.

It is time for Albanians to understand their friends and enemies, sincerity and hypocrisy, words from deeds. Are we living in a historical time when the fate of the Capital of Dardania – Skopje, this historically Illyrian land, is being decided, to be liberated or not liberated?! We are at a historical crossroads: to have the heavy fate that has existed so far, or to have better fate. This policy pursued by the Macedonian ruling circles is a short-sighted policy, without any future, a policy that is detrimental to the interests of the Macedonian peoples themselves. But it should be known that the existence of Macedonia itself as a state is extremely endangered, by trampling on an indigenous people, who have their own language and customs, their own culture and traditions. It is impossible to subjugate and oppress the oldest people in Macedonia, such as the Albanian people. The centuries-old history of the Albanian people testifies to the wars they have waged to preserve their identity, to protect their lands from various invaders from the earliest times to the present day.

Today’s generations are mentally, physically and morally strained: they are trying to change the inherited situation so bitter. Today’s generations are doing a lot, but who really sees the situation we are in. We are living in a time when new national states are being created in the spaces of the last empires on the European continent. Events are moving at an accelerated pace, but it cannot be ignored that we are moving with delays, with haste and improvisations, while before international institutions and forums we appear as an ethnic group and not as a Nation. We have not raised the Albanian issue as an issue of the position of the Albanian Nation as a whole, in the Balkans, on the solution of which depends whether there will be or not an order of justice, humanism and peace in the Balkans.

It is a time when, as a result of the dissolution of Tito’s Yugoslavia, the political and state consolidation of the Balkan “states” is taking place again, and we, the creation of new national states in the space of the former Tito’s Yugoslavia, find ourselves undecided about what to seek. We, however, face some internal difficulties in political and moral life that our predecessors also faced.

A new world order is being created, which has some principles to which it adheres, and we do not know clearly what our place in that order may be. The Albanian issue has been “internationalized”, but we must not forget that the internationalization has not been done correctly. We are the only Nation on the European continent, over half of which is under foreign sovereignty. The future of half of the Albanian Nation is being decided, and this ultimately means the future of the entire Albanian Nation. If until yesterday the aim was to protect the entirety of the Albanian lands, today the aim should be to unite the divided people.

This is a straight path, towards the ideal of the state, that is, towards unification, for the Albanian people it is finally a path towards the possibility, to be equal with other Balkan and European peoples, it is a path towards progress, well-being and happiness. I say this because by aiming for the equality of the Albanian people with other Balkan peoples, order and justice, humanism and peace in the Balkans are aimed at.
