T\u00eb cilat n\u00eb kor, por k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb jo thjesht q\u00eb t\u00eb iki i \u201cvjetri\u201d, por q\u00eb n\u00eb vend t\u00eb tij t\u00eb rikthehen ata, edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr se ai.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo q\u00eb pritej ndodhi. Si\u00e7 ndodh r\u00ebndom nj\u00eb gjirin e formacionit m\u00eb t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr politik n\u00eb vend, edhe k\u00ebsaj radhe asgj\u00eb nuk iu la rast\u00ebsis\u00eb. Ashtu si n\u00eb vitet e para t\u00eb formimit pas vitit 1941, partia m\u00eb e moshuar e vendit prodhoi z\u00ebrat e radh\u00ebs kund\u00ebr kryetarit t\u00eb radh\u00ebs. Sigurisht asgj\u00eb e re p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb meren me politik\u00eb. E vetmja gj\u00eb e re, k\u00ebsaj radhe, duket se nuk jan\u00eb m\u00eb z\u00ebra t\u00eb rinj q\u00eb ngrihen kund\u00ebr kryetarit t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr. Kund\u00ebr kryetarit t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr, po ngrihen tashm\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebshtuarit e vjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo nuk ka b\u00ebr\u00eb vaki q\u00eb nga themelimi i PKSH, kur, xheloz\u00eb p\u00ebr ngritjen e shpejt\u00eb n\u00eb karrier\u00eb t\u00eb Enver Hoxh\u00ebs, i cili u fut rast\u00ebsisht n\u00eb mbledhjen e par\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb dal\u00eb prej saj lideri politik, Anastas Lula i mbiquajtur Qorri dhe Sadik Premtja i mbiquajtur Xhepi, tentuan komplotin e par\u00eb ndaj t\u00eb \u201criut\u201d Hoxha. Q\u00eb nga ajo koh\u00eb, t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt ishin ve\u00e7se rishtar\u00eb, q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon pushtetin e \u00ebmb\u00ebl dhe t\u00eb pashpjeguesh\u00ebm q\u00eb kjo parti ka ofruar e ofron edhe sot, p\u00ebr arsye ende t\u00eb pashpjegueshme.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb mjaft t\u00eb kundrosh historin\u00eb e re t\u00eb saj, prej vitit 1991, kur at\u00eb e mori n\u00eb dor\u00eb Fatos Nano. Ndoshta \u00ebsht\u00eb pak e tepruar, por nuk besoj se ka nj\u00eb formacion politik n\u00eb historin\u00eb e Europ\u00ebs demokratike, ku kryetarit t\u00eb partis\u00eb iu desh t\u00eb priste 11 vjet, e t\u00eb kalonte kat\u00ebr vjet burg, p\u00ebr t\u2019u b\u00ebr\u00eb kryeminist\u00ebr. Para tij nuk ngeli riosh mjek\u00ebr padirsur, pa u b\u00ebr\u00eb kryeminist\u00ebr. S\u00eb paku nj\u00eb her\u00eb. Mbi 123 ministra prodhoi lufta e brendshme p\u00ebr pushtet n\u00eb tet\u00eb vjet\u00ebt e fundit t\u00eb \u201cmbret\u00ebrimit\u201d n\u00eb krye t\u00eb vendit t\u00eb partis\u00eb s\u00eb themeluar nga Xhepi dhe Qorri.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb interesante, \u00ebsht\u00eb se lufta p\u00ebr pushtet n\u00eb gjirin e socialist\u00ebve nuk pushon, qoft\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet, qoft\u00eb n\u00eb opozit\u00eb. Dhe ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fenomen q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon shpjegimin e vet, por besoj se sindroma \u201cXhepi &amp; Qorri\u201d, \u00ebsht\u00eb aty e pranishme p\u00ebr nj\u00eb arsye t\u00eb vetme: kjo parti, p\u00ebr keq apo p\u00ebr mir\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesja e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb e psik\u00ebs kolektive t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, si nj\u00eb komb individ\u00ebsh dhe jo komunitar, ku secili dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb pretendojn\u00eb se jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebt, se jan\u00eb mbret, president e kryeminist\u00ebr. Kjo shpjegon se p\u00ebrse aty secili ndjehet lider, se edhe Ka\u00e7it i shkon mendja p\u00ebr President, rrot\u00eb m\u00eb rrot\u00eb me Gimen e Puros. Kjo shpjegon se p\u00ebrse kur kritikojn\u00eb kryetar\u00ebt, shemrat nxitojn\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmendin pa pik\u00eb turpi e t\u00eb krahasohen me emra t\u00eb m\u00ebdhenj: nga Cameron te Bakojanis. Sepse aty n\u00eb grigj\u00ebn roz\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb mbledhur ajka e vanitetit ton\u00eb si komb. E natyrisht edhe kajmaku i karakterit ton\u00eb shoq\u00ebror.<\/p>\n<p>Por ajo q\u00eb e b\u00ebn situat\u00ebn interesante, \u00ebsht\u00eb se n\u00eb dallim nga viti 2009, kur kund\u00ebr kryetarit u ngrit nj\u00eb em\u00ebr dhe nj\u00eb z\u00eb i ri, k\u00ebsaj radhe n\u00eb korin e zvargur t\u00eb ankesave dhe ambicieve jan\u00eb rikthyer hije t\u00eb vjetra. I riu I 2009-s hesht. Jo sepse \u00ebsht\u00eb me kryetarin, p\u00ebrkundrazi. Por se edhe ai, po kundron me heshtje at\u00eb q\u00eb paradoksalisht quhet risi: rebelimin e \u201ct\u00eb vjet\u00ebrve\u201d. T\u00eb cil\u00ebt n\u00eb kor, por k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb jo thjesht q\u00eb t\u00eb iki i \u201cvjetri\u201d, por q\u00eb n\u00eb vend t\u00eb tij t\u00eb rikthehen ata, edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr se ai.<\/p>\n<p>Ata q\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb pazare me Berish\u00ebn jo sot, p\u00ebr nj\u00ebsin\u00eb pes\u00eb, por q\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 1996, kur linj\u00ebs s\u00eb rezistenc\u00ebs s\u00eb kryesuar nga P\u00ebllumbi, iu kund\u00ebrvun\u00eb me shpifje, insinuata, pu\u00e7e n\u00eb distanc\u00eb, ndaj tij dhe kryetarit t\u00eb burgosur. Nga ata q\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb pu[e e spiunime n\u00eb vitin 2002, kur ish mikut t\u00eb tyre i fut\u00ebn thik\u00ebn pas shpine, p\u00ebr t\u00eb kapur nj\u00eb vend n\u00eb qeverin\u00eb e Nanos, qeveri e ngritur mbi kurbanin q\u00eb quhej Rexhep Meidani.<\/p>\n<p>Sot t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtat fytyra p\u00ebrball\u00eb kryetarit, tashm\u00eb t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr Edi Rama. Dhe i k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb t\u00eb ik\u00eb. Nga Rexhep Meidani e deri tek Drit\u00ebro Agolli. Njeriu q\u00eb parashikoi aq mir\u00eb n\u00eb qershor t\u00eb vitit 1991 se PS nuk do t\u00eb rinovohej kurr\u00eb, e q\u00eb uroi Bash\u00ebn p\u00ebr fitoren e shk\u00ebrdhyer n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Por si mund t\u00eb rinovohet nj\u00eb parti, e ngritur q\u00eb n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb saj, mbi kurbane t\u00eb veseve, dhe t\u00eb etjes p\u00ebr pushtet? Jo thjesht pushtetin e privilegjeve, por at\u00eb t\u00eb pastrin, t\u00eb dlirtin p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin flet me mall\u00ebngjim Princi i Makiavelit. Veset jan\u00eb vese, ato lindin dhe vdesin me shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb njer\u00ebzore. Shikoni p\u00ebr shembull PD, aty ku k\u00ebto vese nuk ekzistojn\u00eb. Ndaj ajo parti ka vdekur. Aty nuk ka kush t\u00eb jet\u00eb Qorri (megjith\u00eb pasionin e Olldashit p\u00ebr Makiavelin). Nd\u00ebrsa Xhepi? Xhepi \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb kryetar bashkie (hahaha)<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa partia tjet\u00ebr, n\u00eb shtat\u00ebdhjet\u00eb vjetorin e lindjes s\u00eb saj, mbetet s\u00ebrish e nj\u00ebjta. Si 70 vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb, edhe sot, aty \u00ebsht\u00eb rishfaqur fantazma e Xhepit dhe e Qorrit. Bile edhe e Miladin Popovi\u00e7it.<\/p>\n<p>Analogjia q\u00eb nuk guxoj ta b\u00ebj, \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo finale me Enver Hoxh\u00ebn. Ai ishte mbreti i veseve, por mbeti n\u00eb historin\u00eb e PP (PS), i fundit pastrues i veseve t\u00eb saj. Pas vdekjes s\u00eb tij, fabrika roz\u00eb e pu\u00e7eve prodhoi e po prodhon shum\u00eb pinjoll\u00eb t\u00eb rinj e t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Asgj\u00eb e ngjashme me Teorin\u00eb e Rr\u00ebshqitjes apo grupin Armiq\u00ebsor t\u00eb Ekonomis\u00eb.
