Si \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur q\u00eb kryeredaktorja q\u00eb th\u00ebrriste p\u00ebr dark\u00eb kryeministrat dha dor\u00ebheqjen dhe sot i n\u00ebnshtrohet hetimit n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb t\u00eb cilit \u00ebsht\u00eb skandali i p\u00ebrgjimit t\u00eb telefonave?!<\/p>\n<p>Perandoria mediatike e Murdoch ishte aq e fuqishme sa mb\u00ebshtetja politike q\u00eb ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb gjat\u00eb dekadave ka paracaktuar fituesin e zgjedhjeve n\u00eb Britani. Kur mb\u00ebshteste konservator\u00ebt humbnin laburist\u00ebt dhe anasjelltas. N\u00eb zgjedhjet e vitit 1992, kur \u201cshumica\u201d prisnin fitoren e laburist\u00ebve pas nj\u00eb dekade n\u00eb pushtet t\u00eb konservator\u00ebve, ngjau e kund\u00ebrta. Shum\u00eb komentator\u00eb dhe v\u00ebzhgues fitoren e papritur t\u00eb konservator\u00ebve ja atribuan faqes s\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb gazet\u00ebs tabloide \u201cthe Sun\u201d (me tirazh ne at\u00eb koh\u00eb 5 milion\u00eb kopje). N\u00eb m\u00ebngjesin e dit\u00ebs s\u00eb votimeve, gazeta e famshme vendosi n\u00eb faqen e par\u00eb foton e kryetarit t\u00eb partis\u00eb Laburiste, Neili Kinnock dhe posht\u00eb saj dicitur\u00ebn: \u201cN\u00ebse ky njeri fiton sot, nes\u00ebr i fundit q\u00eb do t\u00eb largohet nga Britania t\u00eb mos harroj\u00eb t\u00eb fik\u00eb dritat\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Me kalimin e viteve, perandoria mediatike e z. Murdoch njihte vet\u00ebm rritje. Por si me t\u00eb gjith\u00eb perandorit\u00eb vjen nj\u00eb moment shp\u00ebrb\u00ebrje. Dhe ky moment vjen kur ke arritur t\u00eb kesh n\u00eb zot\u00ebrim m\u00eb shum\u00eb territor sa \u00e7\u2019mund t\u00eb kontrollosh. N\u00eb seanc\u00ebn d\u00ebgjimore n\u00eb Parlamentin Britanik, cari Murdoch pranoi se n\u00eb kushtet kur kishte 54 mij\u00eb punonj\u00ebs dhe dhjet\u00ebra biznese p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbikqyrur, nuk arriti t\u00eb mbante n\u00ebn kontroll si duhet median dhe se njer\u00ebzit, q\u00eb i ishte besuar pushteti kishin abuzuar. Nj\u00eb zinxhir piramidal abuzimesh.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb fuqi n\u00eb rritje k\u00ebrkon ekuilib\u00ebr k\u00ebrkon p\u00ebrgjegjshm\u00ebri m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe. Skandali i fundit i gazet\u00ebs \u201cNews of the World\u201d pati n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb saj p\u00ebrgjimin e telefonatave t\u00eb personaliteteve, t\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb familjes mbret\u00ebrore, korruptimin e oficer\u00ebve t\u00eb policis\u00eb. Megjith\u00eb miq\u00ebsin\u00eb e njohur me kryeministrin dhe establishmentin politik, megjith\u00eb tradit\u00ebn e heshtjes s\u00eb parlamentar\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos zem\u00ebruar \u201ccarin\u201d, kupa e mbushur disa her\u00eb nga media nuk mund t\u00eb pihej m\u00eb! <\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebn pesh\u00ebn e opinionit publik, veprimin e par\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb e nd\u00ebrmorri vet\u00eb Murdoch duke mbyllur gazet\u00ebn dhe duke k\u00ebrkuar ndjes\u00eb publike. Por kjo nuk ishte e mjaftueshme. N\u00eb val\u00ebn e zem\u00ebrat\u00ebs, Murdoch iu k\u00ebrkua publikisht t\u00eb hiqte dor\u00eb nga marrja kontrollit t\u00eb aksioneve t\u00eb televizionit satelitor shum\u00eb fitim prur\u00ebs BskyB. Skandali q\u00eb pati fillesat q\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2005 nuk shpjegohet thjesht me konkurrenc\u00ebn e eg\u00ebr p\u00ebr t\u00eb fituar n\u00eb nj\u00eb treg q\u00eb po humb terren p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb internetit, nuk mund t\u00eb shpjegohet as me epitetin \u201ctabloid\u201d, as me toleranc\u00ebn e njohur n\u00eb Britani ndaj medias s\u00eb lir\u00eb. Skandali shpjegohet m\u00eb s\u00eb mir\u00eb me rritjen e arroganc\u00ebs s\u00eb medias. Arroganc\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb pushtetit gjithnj\u00eb e n\u00eb rritje, pushtetit pa fre dhe pushtetit t\u00eb pakontrolluar.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb 1887, Lordi Acton n\u00eb nj\u00eb let\u00ebr q\u00eb i d\u00ebrgoi nj\u00eb peshkopi (Mandell Creighton) shkruante: \u201cPushteti ka tendenc\u00eb t\u00eb korruptoj\u00eb, por pushteti absolut t\u00eb korrupton n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb absolute. Njer\u00ebzit e m\u00ebdhenj, jan\u00eb pothuaj gjithmon\u00eb njer\u00ebz t\u00eb k\u00ebqinj\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Media nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb ajo q\u00eb ka qen\u00eb dhe nuk do t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb ajo q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb. N\u00eb pyetje \u00ebsht\u00eb pushteti i saj, metodat e pun\u00ebs, distanca me politik\u00ebn dhe politikan\u00ebt dhe vet\u00eb misioni i saj.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse sot me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb media k\u00ebrkon m\u00eb shum\u00eb transparenc\u00eb, m\u00eb shum\u00eb informacion dhe nj\u00eb skaner t\u00eb holl\u00ebsish\u00ebm t\u00eb pushteteve t\u00eb tjera dhe personaliteteve politik\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb koha q\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin standart q\u00eb u k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve &#8211; ta aplikoj\u00eb p\u00ebr veten. T\u00eb mos shoh\u00eb me lup\u00eb qimen n\u00eb syrin e tjetrit dhe t\u00eb harroj\u00eb traun q\u00eb ka n\u00eb syrin e vet. Koha \u201cb\u00ebni si\u00e7 them un\u00eb, por mos b\u00ebni si\u00e7 b\u00ebj un\u00eb\u201d po mbaron.<\/p>\n<p>Ne jetojm\u00eb n\u00eb koh\u00ebn kur pushteti medias njeh vet\u00ebm rritje, jemi d\u00ebshmitar\u00eb q\u00eb media nuk ngurron q\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm ruaj\u00eb e t\u00eb kontrolloj\u00eb pushtetet e tjera, por edhe t\u2019i diktoj\u00eb qeveris\u00eb se si qeveriset m\u00eb mir\u00eb, t\u2019i tregoj\u00eb Parlamentit se \u00e7far\u00eb ligjesh duhen miratuar dhe t\u2019i thot\u00eb gjykat\u00ebs se \u00e7far\u00eb vendimesh duhen marr\u00eb. Pushteti i kat\u00ebrt q\u00eb kishte si detyr\u00eb t\u00eb kontrollonte tre pushtet e tjera, po kthehet n\u00eb nj\u00eb pushtet suprem q\u00eb i pret shpata sa majtas aq edhe djathtas. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cQeni roje\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb kthyer n\u00eb \u201cbish\u00eb\u201d dhe politika ka m\u00ebsuar q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb ushqej\u00eb \u201cbish\u00ebn\u201d sesa t\u00eb shqyhet prej saj. Flirtet e medias me politik\u00ebs kan\u00eb prodhuar nj\u00eb marr\u00ebdh\u00ebnie bazuar n\u00eb dashuri\/urrejtje. Kur t\u00eb dua, ti je m\u00eb i mir\u00eb. Kur nuk m\u00eb do, t\u2019i je m\u00eb i keqi i t\u00eb k\u00ebqinjve. Por litari k\u00ebputet duke u t\u00ebrhequr dhe zullumi duke u trashur. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb rasti i Britanis\u00eb me skandalin e p\u00ebrgjimeve. Dhe ndoshta jemi n\u00eb koh\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb m\u00ebsime n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Nj\u00eb pushtet n\u00eb rritje, nj\u00eb fuqi e madhe duhet t\u00eb ket\u00eb n\u00eb proporcion p\u00ebrgjegjshm\u00ebrin\u00eb. Pushteti pa kontroll t\u00ebrhiqet m\u00eb leht\u00eb ndaj magnetit abuzim.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse thuhet se para ligjit t\u00eb gjith\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb barabart\u00eb, nuk ka p\u00ebrse \u201cnj\u00ebri\u201d t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb i barabart\u00eb se t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>A duhet t\u00eb kthehet media tek misioni fillestar p\u00ebr t\u00eb informuar, zbavitur dhe edukuar publikun? N\u00eb kushtet e reja, kur \u00e7do gj\u00eb po ndryshon me shpejt\u00ebsi kur mjetete e p\u00ebrcjelljes s\u00eb informacionit jan\u00eb revolucionarizuar, kur vet\u00eb lexuesit b\u00ebhen n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb konsumator\u00eb dhe prodhues t\u00eb informacionit, do t\u00eb mbes\u00eb mbi uj\u00eb vet\u00ebm media q\u00eb ka besueshm\u00ebri te publiku. K\u00ebrkimi i s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i komplikuar p\u00ebr shkak se ka cunam informacioni! Historia ka d\u00ebshmuar se besimi i publikut tek media rritet shum\u00eb at\u00ebher\u00eb kur media p\u00ebrmes gazetaris\u00eb investigative nxjerr n\u00eb pah abuzimin e pushtetit. Sot kjo nuk mjafton! Pyetja \u00ebsht\u00eb: po abuzimin e medias kush do ta nxjerr n\u00eb pah?! \u00c7akalli nuk i nxjerr syt\u00eb \u00e7akallit!<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb dekad\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, n\u00eb qershor t\u00eb vitit 2000, Papa Gjon Pali i II e vinte theksin tek detyra e shenjt\u00eb e medias.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Me ndikimin e gjer\u00eb dhe t\u00eb drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb mbi opinionin publik,- thoshte Shenjt\u00ebria e tij &#8211; gazetaria nuk mund t\u00eb udh\u00ebhiqet vet\u00ebm nga shtysat ekonomike, nga p\u00ebrfitimet dhe interesat e pal\u00ebve. N\u00eb nj\u00ebfar\u00eb m\u00ebnyre ajo duhet t\u00eb shihet si nj\u00eb detyr\u00eb e shenjt\u00eb, q\u00eb kryhet me vet\u00ebdijen se mjetet e fuqishme t\u00eb komunikimit u besohen p\u00ebr t\u00eb mir\u00ebn e p\u00ebrgjithshme&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Perandoria mediatike e Rupert Murdoch ka nisur t\u00eb tronditet. Historia tregon se perandorit\u00eb ishin n\u00eb kulmin e fuqis\u00eb s\u00eb tyre jo fal\u00eb forc\u00ebn e \u201cshpat\u00ebs\u201d ata lul\u00ebzuan se fituan zemrat dhe mendjet e njer\u00ebzve.
