Mjaftojm\u00eb t\u00eb kujtom\u00eb se m\u00eb 9 Prill 1992 kur p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb u b\u00eb President i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb demokratike, ai mori shum\u00eb nga kompetencat q\u00eb kishte kryeministri sipas Kushtetut\u00ebs, dhe e la k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u00eb fundit, pothuajse vet\u00ebm me \u201cteshat e trupit.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dhe si p\u00ebr ta \u201ckorrigjuar gabimin,\u201d sapo u zgjodh Kryeminist\u00ebr m\u00eb 8 shtator 2005, i rr\u00ebmbeu p\u00ebrs\u00ebri kompetencat q\u00eb kishte si President, duke e l\u00ebn\u00eb postin e Presidentit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs sikur \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cpozita e shefit t\u00eb pritjes n\u00eb ish-Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb Socialiste.\u201d Esht\u00eb nj\u00eb turp p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb politikan\u00ebt dhe, padyshim, p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb ka edhe opozita q\u00eb p\u00ebr interesa t\u00eb ngushta partiake, kan\u00eb heshtur p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u201cmarrje dhe heqje\u201d kompetencash, q\u00eb cenon shum\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb institucionet tonat demokratike. Nj\u00eb shtet demokratik, mb\u00ebshtetet ne tre shtylla t\u00eb pavarura: pushteti ekzekutiv, pushtetit legjislativ dhe organet gjyq\u00ebsore. Sikur nj\u00ebra nga k\u00ebto shtylla t\u00eb \u00e7aloj\u00eb, \u00e7alon i t\u00ebr\u00eb sistemi demokratik i nj\u00eb vendi.<\/p>\n<p>Por \u00e7\u2019mund t\u00eb thuash p\u00ebr shtetin ton\u00eb ku t\u00eb t\u00ebra kompetencat jan\u00eb grumbulluar n\u00eb dor\u00eb t\u00eb Ekzekutivit, pra n\u00eb dor\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00eb njeriu, dhe pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebtij njeriu q\u00eb jep leksione p\u00ebr Kushtetut\u00ebn? N\u00eb nj\u00eb rast t\u00eb till\u00eb, nuk mund t\u00eb flitet aspak p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shtet demokratik, por p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri ku qeveriset nga nj\u00eb shtet totalitar nj\u00ebpartiak. Por si\u00e7 duket q\u00eb ne si popull ndihemi rehat me k\u00ebt\u00eb lloj qeverisje, se duke ndenjur 50 vjet n\u00eb nj\u00eb diktatur\u00eb, ne nuk kemi asnj\u00eb p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb sesi \u00ebsht\u00eb v\u00ebrtet jeta n\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet demokratike. P\u00ebr faktin q\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri njer\u00ebz t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb vjedhin e vrasin, n\u00eb mes t\u00eb dit\u00ebs, nuk e ka fajin as pozita e as opozita, por vet\u00eb ne, populli, q\u00eb pranojm\u00eb t\u00eb posht\u00ebrohemi deri n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb derexhe.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo q\u00eb po ndodh prej dit\u00ebsh n\u00eb Angli, nisi si kund\u00ebrp\u00ebrgjigje e vrasjes nga policia e nj\u00eb t\u00eb riu. Dhe p\u00ebrmasat q\u00eb ka marr\u00eb p\u00ebrplasja me forcat e rendit dhe shkat\u00ebrrimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i pabesuesh\u00ebm. Por a s\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb e pabesueshme edhe ajo q\u00eb ndodhi n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, q\u00eb dit\u00ebn me diell vriten kat\u00ebr veta t\u00eb pafajsh\u00ebm, dhe populli pothuajse heshti?! Dhe akoma m\u00eb e habitshme \u00ebsht\u00eb fakti q\u00eb \u201cpolitikan\u00ebt tan\u00eb\u201d (fjala adekuate duhej t\u00eb ishte: \u201csharlatan\u00ebt tan\u00eb\u201d) dit\u00ebn me diell b\u00ebrtisnin se \u201cfajin p\u00ebr vrasjen e tyre e ka Edi Rama q\u00eb i solli k\u00ebtu?\u201d T\u00eb d\u00ebgjoj\u00eb populli shpjegime t\u00eb tilla p\u00ebr vrasjet dhe t\u00eb hesht\u00eb, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e habitshme se sa reagimi i t\u00eb rinjve n\u00eb Angli.<\/p>\n<p>Le t\u00eb kthehemi tek mbledhja e djeshme e qeveris\u00eb dhe t\u00eb shohim sesi shprehet vet\u00eb zoti Berisha: \u201cNuk kan\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt preokupim sesi zgjidhet presidenti me 3\/6 apo m\u00eb 7\/8.(?!?)\u201d Jo zoti Berisha, jo! Ndoshta ngaq\u00eb keni mbi 20 vjet n\u00eb krye t\u00eb Partis\u00eb dhe n\u00eb qeverisjen e vendit, keni harruar se n\u00eb nj\u00eb shtet v\u00ebrtet demokratik, ngritja e institucioneve demokratike dhe zgjedhja e njer\u00ebzve drejtp\u00ebrdrejt nga vota e popullit \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb detyr\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi p\u00ebr \u00e7do qytetar t\u00eb republik\u00ebs. E vetmja arm\u00eb q\u00eb ka populli n\u00eb duart e tij q\u00eb nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb mos shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb diktatur\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo flet\u00eb votimi. Dhe kur b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr pozit\u00ebn e Presidentit t\u00eb nj\u00eb vendi, detyrimisht duhet t\u00eb dal\u00eb nga zgjedhja e p\u00ebrgjithshme e mbar\u00eb popullit, q\u00eb \u201ckarrigia e presidentit\u201d t\u00eb mos p\u00ebrcaktohet nga partia q\u00eb ka maxhoranc\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe pastaj, kryetari i maxhoranc\u00ebs, si t\u00eb jet\u00eb Shahu i ndonj\u00eb vendi nga Afrika, em\u00ebron n\u00eb pozit\u00ebn e Presidentit ndonj\u00eb monst\u00ebr t\u00eb till\u00eb si, si aktorin Ben, \u201calias gjenerali i 1997\u201d apo arkeologun, \u201calias kryetari i Aleanc\u00ebs Demokratike\u201d, apo Ilir Met\u00ebn, \u201calias hajdutin n\u00eb ekranin e televizorit\u201d apo Fatmirin, \u201calias G\u00ebrdecin q\u00eb mban n\u00eb duar gjakun e 27 t\u00eb vrar\u00ebve\u201d, apo Lulin e voc\u00ebr, \u201caliasi i tre pasaportave dhe i 200 mij\u00eb eurove e i kat\u00ebr vrasjeve, dit\u00ebn me diell\u201d e lista mund t\u00eb vazhdonte k\u00ebshtu me ata sahanl\u00ebpir\u00ebs e njer\u00ebz q\u00eb u mungon palca kurrizore, ose ndoshta e kan\u00eb t\u00eb shkret\u00ebt, po kushedi \u00e7\u2019do t\u00eb ket\u00eb n\u00eb dosjet e tyre q\u00eb pranojn\u00eb pozicionin e puthadorit. E pastaj, zoti kryeminist\u00ebr do t\u00eb jeni nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht Kryetari i Partis\u00eb, Kryeministri i Vendit, dhe \u201cKryetari\u201d i Presidentit. Dhe ke t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb thuash me plot goj\u00ebn: Tani jam vet\u00eb Perandor!!!<\/p>\n<p>Mendoni p\u00ebr nj\u00eb \u00e7ast sikur n\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb ardhme, maxhoranc\u00ebn ta ken\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e ndonj\u00eb partie me pik\u00ebpamje ekstremiste e fetare. (S\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u \u00e7uditur kur sot n\u00eb shekullin XXI n\u00eb qytetin e Durr\u00ebsit, arrihet q\u00eb n\u00ebn presionin e klerikut mysliman t\u00eb mbyllet nj\u00eb galeri arti!?) \u00c7\u2019do t\u00eb ndodh me k\u00ebt\u00eb vend t\u00eb vog\u00ebl q\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhem \u201cndonj\u00eb lloj partie e till\u00eb t\u00eb ket\u00eb edhe kryeministrin, edhe kryetarin e parlamentit si edhe karrigen e Presidentit?\u201d Ja me k\u00ebt\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrim q\u00eb po u b\u00ebhet institucioneve demokratike n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, nga pozita dhe nga pazot\u00ebsia e opozit\u00ebs po u hapim rrug\u00ebn, me duart tona, diktatur\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Dje kryeministri i Anglis\u00eb David Kameron, kur foli p\u00ebr ngjarjet q\u00eb po ndodhin atje tha se \u201cnj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb britanike \u00ebsht\u00eb e s\u00ebmur\u00eb\u201d. Natyrisht e kishte fjal\u00ebn p\u00ebr ata t\u00eb rinj q\u00eb kan\u00eb disa dit\u00eb q\u00eb kryejn\u00eb akte vandalizmi. Po ashtu edhe \u201cnj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare natyrisht q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e s\u00ebmur\u00eb\u201d, dhe kjo pjes\u00eb jemi vet\u00eb ne si popull q\u00eb ashtu si n\u00eb diktatur\u00eb pranojm\u00eb t\u00eb na drejtojn\u00eb sharlatan\u00eb, hajdut\u00eb e vras\u00ebs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nga Xhogu \u00c7.
