Me ndikimin q\u00eb ka pasur te kryeministri Sali Berisha gjat\u00eb gjasht\u00eb viteve t\u00eb fundit, kreu i ri i bashkis\u00eb s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs ka b\u00ebr\u00eb dhe fituar ato \u00e7far\u00eb i ka dashur e bardha zem\u00ebr. Nuk p\u00ebsoi asgj\u00eb juridike p\u00ebr miliona euro t\u00eb rrug\u00ebs Durr\u00ebs-Kuk\u00ebs, shp\u00ebtoi nga 21 janari ku dha urdh\u00ebr p\u00ebr t\u00eb vrar\u00eb 4 vet\u00eb protestues, nuk e gjeti gj\u00eb p\u00ebr grabitjen e mandatit t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebr dhjet\u00ebra afera t\u00eb tjera si minist\u00ebr ku shiti dhe detin Greqis\u00eb apo manipuloi me listat e zgjedh\u00ebsve.<\/p>\n
Nj\u00eb prej tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe m\u00ebnyra se si i b\u00ebn nder kunatit t\u00eb tij. Pasi i dha lejen e nd\u00ebrtimit n\u00eb Ujin e Ftoht\u00eb n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb p\u00ebr ngritjen e dy kullave t\u00eb m\u00ebdha n\u00eb det n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb vjehrrit t\u00eb tij Xhaferr Isufi, t\u00eb dyja nd\u00ebrtime pa leje, ka menduar edhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb biznes industrial \u201cMegatek\u201d. Bashk\u00ebpron\u00ebsi e kunatit Erjon Isufi dhe Dionis Teqjas.<\/p>\n
Por surpriza fshihet n\u00eb vendimin e qeveris\u00eb nr. 734, t\u00eb dat\u00ebs 28 maj 2008, fiks pak m\u00eb shum\u00eb se dy muaj pas katrahur\u00ebs s\u00eb G\u00ebrdecit. I jep kunatit t\u00eb tij n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb kryeministrit hidrocentralin e Peqinit, n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpron\u00ebsi me Dionis Teqjan, sikurse dhe t\u00eb biznesi n\u00eb autostrad\u00eb \u201cB\u00ebje vet\u00eb, b\u00ebje mir\u00eb!\u201d.<\/p>\n
Kujtojm\u00eb se dy hidrocentrale Berisha ia ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb kreut t\u00eb shoqat\u00ebs \u201cTirana\u201d, luft\u00ebtarit t\u00eb paepur kund\u00ebr Edi Ram\u00ebs dhe tashm\u00eb i zgjedhur kryetar i Nj\u00ebsis\u00eb Bashkiake nr. 8 n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, Arben Tafaj. Po shum\u00eb hidrocentrale jan\u00eb n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb ministrave Majlinda Bregu, Albana Vokshi, Rajmonda Bulku, Genc Ruli dhe miqve t\u00eb Ilir Met\u00ebs, ky i fundit merr shp\u00ebrblime p\u00ebr \u00e7do kon\u00e7esion si n\u00eb rastin e Agim Rrapajt. M\u00eb posht\u00eb agjencia AMA po publikon vendimin e qeveris\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb.<\/p>\n

VENDOSI<\/strong>:<\/p>\n1. Autoriteti kontraktues p\u00ebr kryerjen e procedurave ligjore, p\u00ebr dh\u00ebnien me koncesion, t\u00eb form\u00ebs \u201cBOT\u201d (nd\u00ebrtim, operim dhe transferim) t\u00eb hidrocentralit \u201cPeqin\u201d, \u00ebsht\u00eb Ministria e Ekonomis\u00eb, Tregtis\u00eb dhe Energjetik\u00ebs.<\/p>\n
2. Miratimin e bonusit prej 4 p\u00ebr qind t\u00eb pik\u00ebve p\u00ebr rezultatin teknik dhe financiar, n\u00eb procedur\u00ebn konkurruese p\u00ebrzgjedh\u00ebse (propozim i pak\u00ebrkuar), q\u00eb i jepet shoq\u00ebris\u00eb \u201cHEC PEQIN\u201d sh.p.k.<\/p>\n
3. Ministria e Ekonomis\u00eb, Tregtis\u00eb dhe Energjetik\u00ebs, n\u00eb procedur\u00ebn konkurruese p\u00ebr dh\u00ebnien me koncesion t\u00eb hidrocentralit \u201cPeqin\u201d, t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb shprehje interesi dhe t\u00eb pranoj\u00eb oferta, p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb pjes\u00ebn e lir\u00eb t\u00eb skem\u00ebs, ku p\u00ebrfshihet nd\u00ebrtimi i k\u00ebtij hidrocentrali.<\/p>\n
4. Ngarkohet Ministria e Ekonomis\u00eb, Tregtis\u00eb dhe Energjetik\u00ebs p\u00ebr zbatimin e k\u00ebtij vendimi.<\/p>\n
