M\u00eb 7 janar t\u00eb vitit 2007 u dha propozimi dhe u shkrua n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha mediat e shkruara dhe elektronike n\u00eb gjith\u00eb hapsirat Shqiptare p\u00ebr inciativ\u00ebn dhe propozimin p\u00ebr ngritjen e shtatores s\u00eb heroit ton\u00eb komb\u00ebtar\u00eb Sk\u00ebnderbeut n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb Bujanoci. Kjo u prit mir\u00eb n\u00eb gjith\u00eb hapsirat tona dhe pati nj\u00eb jehon t\u00eb madhe p\u00ebr opinion t\u00eb gjer\u00eb. N\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb vendoset busti i Sk\u00ebnderbeut m\u00eb 28 n\u00ebntor 2007 n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb Bujanocit me nj\u00eb manifestim, shenim madh\u00ebshtor si q\u00eb u mendua, kjo vonohet pa arsye pa u ditur shkaqet dhe pengesat e tjera t\u00eb pa justifikuara fare as n\u00eb koh\u00eb e hap\u00ebsir\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Propozimi p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb inciativ u b\u00eb pas shum\u00eb dilemave q\u00eb nj\u00eb shtatore e till\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb me r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi t\u00eb va\u00e7ant q\u00eb t\u00eb vendoset n\u00eb Preshev\u00eb apo Bujanoc, ku pas shum\u00eb dilemave dhe marrjes s\u00eb mendimit t\u00eb shum\u00eb intelektualve me pesh\u00eb doli se r\u00ebnd\u00ebsia \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb shtatorja e heroit ton\u00eb komb\u00ebtar\u00eb Sk\u00ebnderbeut t\u00eb vendoset n\u00eb Bujanoc. Por parashtrohet pyetja pse a thua vonohet nj\u00eb projekt i tiill\u00eb i ksaj r\u00ebnd\u00ebsie ! Kur dihet mir\u00ebfilli se p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vendosje t\u00eb nj\u00eb pllake p\u00ebrkujtimore, lapidari apo busti t\u00eb nj\u00eb d\u00ebshmori ekluzivisht jan\u00eb kompetent vet\u00ebm organet lokale gjegj\u00ebsisht K.K i Bujanacit n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast.<\/p>\n

Sikur t\u00eb mendohet dhe t\u00eb peshohet r\u00ebnd\u00ebsia e k\u00ebtij projekti kapital p\u00ebr t\u00ebr\u00eb Krahin\u00ebn e banuar me shumic\u00eb Shqiptare. Ndoshta nuk do t\u00eb vonohet fare vendosja e bustit t\u00eb Sk\u00ebnderbeut n\u00eb Bujanoc, sa m\u00eb par\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur, duke i tejkaluar t\u00eb gjitha pengesat administrative, organizative dhe ato financiare. Autori i k\u00ebtyre pak rreshatve nj\u00ebkohsisht \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe inciatori i vendosjes s\u00eb bustit, ne n\u00eb at\u00eb koh kemi menduar se do t\u00eb tejkalohen t\u00eb gjitha ndasit partiake dhe do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb ngritet nj\u00eb K\u00ebshill\u00eb Organizativ i p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb dhe q\u00eb thirret nga organet legjitime t\u00eb tri komunave, dhe p\u00ebrfaqsimet e partive politike nga e gjith\u00eb Krahina e banuar me shumic\u00eb Shqiptare, pavarsisht jan\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet apo jo por dhe nga figura t\u00eb njohura publike dhe shoqatat e dalura nga lufta dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00eb. Prandaj vonesat e tilla nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb justifikura sepse ne propozuam q\u00eb mund\u00ebsisht q\u00eb n\u00eb janar t\u00eb vitit 2007 t\u00eb formohet nj\u00eb K\u00ebshill\u00eb Organizativ p\u00ebr menaxhimin e k\u00ebtij projekti deri n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim.<\/p>\n

Si duket ende nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ngritur nj\u00eb K\u00ebshill i till\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb, arsyet nuk dihen ku jan\u00eb pengesa e ksaj vonese por si do q\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb asnj\u00eb nuk ka arsye para opinionit q\u00eb t\u00eb zhagitet kjo nism q\u00eb nuk kushton shum as nga ana materiale e as ajo organizative , por n\u00eb aspekte t\u00eb tjera ka rol shum\u00eb t\u00eb madh pozitiv . T\u00eb citojm nj\u00eb mendimtar\u00eb se ,, M\u00eb leht\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet di\u00e7ka se t\u00eb kuptohet pastaj\u201c. Organet Komunale t\u00eb Bujanocit ju mbetet vet\u00ebm t\u00eb caktohet vendi i sakt\u00eb se ku do t\u00eb vendoset shtatorja dhe pastaj t\u00eb kryhen t\u00eb gjitha procedurat e tjera administrative q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn n\u00eb kso raste . Opinioni \u00ebsht\u00eb i informuar p\u00ebr projektin e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonshme q\u00eb kemi parashtruar edhe k\u00ebkes\u00ebn me shkrim q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb paraqitur , kurse sa i p\u00ebrket mbulimit t\u00eb shpenzimeve mendojm se nuk do t\u00eb ket\u00eb far pengesash
\nPor deri m\u00eb tash ende nuk kemi kurrfar p\u00ebrgjegje as gojarish e as me shkrim nga organet gjegj\u00ebse Komunale . N\u00ebntori po afrohet dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb prag\u00eb por me dat\u00ebn e 28 n\u00ebntor 2008 t\u00eb kryhen t\u00eb gjitha formalitetet q\u00eb pun\u00ebt rreth vendosjes s\u00eb shtatores s\u00eb heroit ton\u00eb komb\u00ebrtar\u00eb Sk\u00ebnderbeut n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb Bujanocit. Sa m\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb fillohet dhe t\u00eb caktohen , shenohen emrat se kush ka nderin t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb list\u00ebn e nj\u00eb K\u00ebshilli Organizativ\u00eb i mandatuar dhe thirrur nga Kryetari i Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Bujanocit dhe normal n\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjsin e organeve dhe institucioneve legale t\u00eb Komun\u00ebs s\u00eb Bujanocit. T\u00eb tejkalojm secili nga vetja e tij ngapak , p\u00ebr t\u00eb arritur di\u00e7ka konkrete p\u00ebr nj\u00eb interes t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n
