N\u00ebse G\u00ebrdeci p\u00ebrb\u00ebn nj\u00eb krim shtet\u00ebror, kjo ka t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb me faktin se historia e atij biznesi u b\u00eb n\u00ebn mb\u00ebshtetjen e djalit t\u00eb kryeministrit shqiptar, Sali Berisha, dhe tragjedia ndodhi p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb arroganc\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos p\u00ebrfillur ligjet ekzistuese nga sip\u00ebrmarr\u00ebsit q\u00eb raportonin \u00e7do nat\u00eb tek familja e kryeministrit. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb historia trondit\u00ebse e G\u00ebrdecit, e cila nuk u gjykua kurr\u00eb. Si e till\u00eb, ajo pjes\u00eb e historis\u00eb q\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoi n\u00eb sall\u00ebn e gjyqit, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb histori e r\u00ebndomt\u00eb aksidenti, q\u00eb e shk\u00ebputur nga konteksti q\u00eb prodhoi tragjedin\u00eb as q\u00eb ia vlen t\u00eb merret n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo q\u00eb Sali Berisha po nxit tani, \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb njer\u00ebzit t\u00eb reagojn\u00eb rreth k\u00ebtij banaliteti q\u00eb ai prodhoi me gjykimin e G\u00ebrdecit. Ai po rreket t\u00eb na fus\u00eb n\u00eb debate n\u00ebse duhej m\u00eb shum\u00eb roja, n\u00ebse duhej m\u00eb pak magazinieri, n\u00ebse ka paguar apo jo Delijorgji, n\u00ebse duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb i lir\u00eb apo jo Ylli Pinari, etj. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb debat q\u00eb i intereson Sali Berish\u00ebs. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb i gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb sikur mir\u00ebkupton z\u00ebrin e d\u00ebshp\u00ebruar t\u00eb viktimave t\u00eb gjalla.<\/p>\n<p>Problemi real \u00ebsht\u00eb se n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb tragjedi nuk u gjykuan lidhjet politike q\u00eb \u00e7uan n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb tragjedi. Historia e biznesit vdekjeprur\u00ebs t\u00eb G\u00ebrdecit ishte nj\u00eb krim shtet\u00ebror, edhe sikur fabrika t\u00eb mos kishte shp\u00ebrthyer.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb historis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb djali i kryeministrit shqiptar, Sali Berisha, i cili ka lobuar pran\u00eb Ministrit t\u00eb Mbrojtjes Fatmir Mediu, t\u2019i ofroj\u00eb qeveris\u00eb nj\u00eb projekt p\u00ebr demontim municionesh nga nj\u00eb partneritet biznesmen\u00ebsh shqiptar\u00eb dhe amerikan\u00eb, nga i cili ai si lobues i k\u00ebtij biznesi kishte kontrollin mbi gjith\u00e7ka. Ai em\u00ebroi si p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb kompanis\u00eb amerikane n\u00eb G\u00ebrdec, njeriun e tij m\u00eb t\u00eb af\u00ebrt, Rrahman Selmanllari. Em\u00ebroi si mbik\u00ebqyr\u00ebs t\u00eb prodhimit, burrin e tezes s\u00eb tij, Muhamed Hoxha. U angazhua personalisht tek Ministria e Drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, e Financave dhe Ekonomis\u00eb, t\u00eb merrte rekomandim pozitiv p\u00ebr prokurimin direkt nga qeveria shqiptare t\u00eb k\u00ebtij projekti n\u00eb adres\u00eb t\u00eb biznesmen\u00ebve q\u00eb ai \u201cem\u00ebroi\u201d n\u00eb G\u00ebrdec. Kur kjo gj\u00eb i d\u00ebshtoi p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00ebnguljes s\u00eb dy ministrave, Ridvan Bode dhe Ilir Rusmali, t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin nder ia b\u00ebri Fatmir Mediu nj\u00eb muaj m\u00eb von\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Gjurm\u00ebt e k\u00ebtyre negociatave jan\u00eb kudo. Faksi i Aldo Bum\u00e7it p\u00ebr Ministrin\u00eb e Mbrojtjes, hyrje-daljet e Shk\u00eblzenit n\u00eb Ministri t\u00eb Mbrojtjes, telefonatat e tij me Delijorgjin gjysm\u00eb ore pas shp\u00ebrthimit, d\u00ebshmit\u00eb e dhjet\u00ebra njer\u00ebzve q\u00eb jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb histori duke e ditur q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb biznes i tij, etj. Po t\u2019i shtosh k\u00ebtyre fakteve dhe vet\u00eb rr\u00ebfimet konfidenciale t\u00eb Fatmir Mediut dhe Delijorgjit n\u00eb rrethe t\u00eb ngushta gjat\u00eb k\u00ebtyre koh\u00ebve, jemi m\u00eb t\u00eb sqaruar.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb histori p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin ishte n\u00eb dijeni jo vet\u00ebm Shk\u00eblzen Berisha, por n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb babai i tij, n\u00ebna e tij, motra e tij, dhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb qeveria e babait t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>Hidhini nj\u00eb sy momentit kur Sali Berisha lexon deklarat\u00ebn e par\u00eb p\u00ebr shtyp si kryeminist\u00ebr dhe i duhet t\u00eb raportoj\u00eb p\u00ebr vdekjen e baxhanakut t\u00eb tij. Vet\u00eb prokuroria ka provuar se ai ka pasur s\u00eb paku 5 vet\u00eb t\u00eb af\u00ebrm t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar aty, dhe ishte p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues me prokur\u00eb i kompanis\u00eb amerikane q\u00eb merrej me demontimin, por nuk u penalizua p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb deklarat\u00eb t\u00eb g\u00ebnjesht\u00ebrt n\u00eb prokurori. Shk\u00eblzen Berisha, strumbullari i k\u00ebsaj pune, nuk u thirr asnj\u00eb moment n\u00eb prokurori. E p\u00ebrzier si histori biznesi dhe me historin\u00eb e d\u00ebrgimit t\u00eb fishek\u00ebve kinez\u00eb n\u00eb Afganistan, duke eliminuar nga ky biznes Kosta Trebick\u00ebn, sip\u00ebrmarrja e t\u00eb birit t\u00eb kryeministrit, si nj\u00eb biznesmen arm\u00ebsh, b\u00ebhet e frikshme.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e vetmja histori q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb hetohej p\u00ebr G\u00ebrdecin. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb lidhja kriminale e pushtetit me at\u00eb tragjedi njer\u00ebzore. Dhe kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb hetuar dhe as q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb gjykuar. P\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb duhet t\u00eb qajm\u00eb ose g\u00ebzohemi, p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb duhet t\u00eb luftojm\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb vendoset drejt\u00ebsia, dhe jo p\u00ebr d\u00ebnimet ordinere t\u00eb njer\u00ebzve teknik\u00eb q\u00eb ishin t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb pun\u00ebsuar t\u00eb Familjes s\u00eb kryeministrit.<\/p>\n<p>Sali Berisha ia ka arritur q\u00eb ta shp\u00ebtoj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb histori nga gjykimi. Ai arriti p\u00ebrmes presioneve mbi prokurorin\u00eb, p\u00ebrmes luft\u00ebs ndaj Presidentit, p\u00ebrmes bllokimit t\u00eb gjykatave p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00e7uar para drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb Fatmir Mediun, si njeri q\u00eb dhe mund t\u00eb fliste n\u00eb rast rreziku, ta l\u00ebr\u00eb jasht\u00eb rrezikut t\u00eb hetimit dhe gjykimit historin\u00eb e k\u00ebtij krimi shtet\u00ebror q\u00eb nis nga sht\u00ebpia e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb lajmi m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00eb p\u00ebr gjyqin e G\u00ebrdecit, por \u00ebsht\u00eb lajm i vjet\u00ebr. Lajm i sot\u00ebm thjesht duhet t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb nervoz duke na kujtuar at\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb historis\u00eb q\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb hetuar dhe gjykuar dhe jo k\u00ebt\u00eb pjes\u00eb banale t\u00eb historis\u00eb q\u00eb b\u00ebn sikur hetohet dhe d\u00ebnohet. G\u00ebrdeci \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb betej\u00eb e fituar p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht nga vras\u00ebsit. Me at\u00eb pushtet q\u00eb ata fituan t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e biznesit, me po at\u00eb pushtet ata mund\u00ebn t\u00eb shp\u00ebtojn\u00eb nga gjykimi p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb tragjedi.
