Nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb, sigurisht ka ndodhur n\u00eb nj\u00ebfar\u00eb mase edhe n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb, por vet\u00ebm n\u00eb nj\u00ebfar\u00eb mase ama\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb prej nismave m\u00eb t\u00eb debatuara t\u00eb Aleanc\u00ebs Kuqezi ka qen\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtja e regjistrimit t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb dhe banesave. Kjo \u00e7\u00ebshtje e ka ndar\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb dy llogore, nj\u00ebra \u00ebsht\u00eb kund\u00ebr regjistrimit mbi baza etnike dhe fetare dhe pala tjet\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb kund\u00ebr k\u00ebtyre t\u00eb par\u00ebve. Duke qen\u00eb se nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb akademik\u00ebsh, gazetar\u00ebsh, jurist\u00ebsh e personazhe t\u00eb tjer\u00eb publik\u00eb kan\u00eb argumentuar rrezikun e regjistrimit mbi baza etnie dhe feje, do t\u00eb ishte me vend q\u00eb edhe pjesa tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb parashtronte argumentet p\u00ebrse ky regjistrim duhet b\u00ebr\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb, cilin shtet marrin si model dhe \u00e7far\u00eb t\u00eb mirash i vijn\u00eb vendit ton\u00eb nga inventarizmi i fes\u00eb dhe etnis\u00eb. Sot, rreth gjasht\u00eb muaj m\u00eb von\u00eb, besoj se \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb se Aleanca Kuqezi \u00ebsht\u00eb pro regjistrimit t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb, por kund\u00ebr regjistrimit t\u00eb besimit fetar dhe etnis\u00eb, por ende nuk dihet q\u00ebndrimi i shum\u00eb aktor\u00ebve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb n\u00eb vend, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt ose nuk kan\u00eb folur p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb tem\u00eb, ose kan\u00eb folur p\u00ebr\u00e7art.<\/p>\n<p>I nj\u00ebjti fat, sigurisht e priti edhe nism\u00ebn e fundit t\u00eb Aleanc\u00ebs p\u00ebr rishqyrtimin e toponimeve, e cila, n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb ngjallte debat rreth emrave sllav\u00eb t\u00eb qyteteve shqiptare, ngjalli s\u00ebrish debat rreth Kreshnik Spahiut dhe Bamir Topit. I gjith\u00eb ky reagim nuk mund t\u00eb mos i ngjasoj\u00eb rastit sikur dikush shkon tek mjeku dhe mbas ekzaminimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb s\u00ebmundjeje, n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb merret me diagnoz\u00ebn, fillon e merret me atributet personale t\u00eb mjekut. E k\u00ebshtu shoq\u00ebria jon\u00eb, n\u00eb vend q\u00eb t\u00eb marr\u00eb kur\u00ebn e nevojshme, fillon t\u00eb refuzoj\u00eb s\u00ebmundjen, duke ndihmuar n\u00eb degradimin e gjendjes s\u00eb vet.<\/p>\n<p>Personalisht mendoj se \u00e7\u00ebshtja e toponimeve duhet t\u00eb nxis\u00eb debat t\u00eb studiuesve, historian\u00ebve, etnograf\u00ebve e etimolog\u00ebve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt t\u00eb sqarojn\u00eb arsyet e mbivendosjes s\u00eb toponimeve sllave mbi toponimet ilire. E sigurisht m\u00eb pas debati duhet t\u00eb ndiqej nga jurist\u00eb, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt do t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb gjejn\u00eb rregullimin juridik p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje. Shqet\u00ebsues nuk besoj se duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb debati rreth k\u00ebsaj \u00e7\u00ebshtjeje, por ndryshimi i toponimeve shqiptare n\u00eb \u00c7am\u00ebri dhe nd\u00ebrrimi i tyre me toponime greke. Nga ana tjet\u00ebr Greqia, Maqedonia, Serbia, Mali i Zi, madje (s\u00eb fundmi) edhe Kosova kan\u00eb nj\u00eb ligj p\u00ebr toponimet e tyre, duke synuar ruajtjen e identitetit dhe simboleve komb\u00ebtare. Po Shqip\u00ebria p\u00ebrse duhet t\u00eb hesht\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje? Un\u00eb nuk marr p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr t\u00eb them n\u00ebse do t\u00eb ishte m\u00eb mir\u00eb ta quajm\u00eb Pogradec apo Enkelana, por sigurisht q\u00eb mendoj se ne duhet padyshim t\u00eb diskutojm\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb gj\u00eb. Ne jemi nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri e hapur dhe k\u00ebto \u00e7\u00ebshtje, sigurisht q\u00eb duhet t\u2019i n\u00ebnshtrohen debatit t\u00eb gjer\u00eb publik.<\/p>\n<p>Sigurisht q\u00eb nuk kam qen\u00eb dhe nuk jam kurrsesi kund\u00ebr skanerit t\u00eb publikut dhe t\u00eb medias p\u00ebr cilindo prej nesh q\u00eb nd\u00ebrmerr nj\u00eb nism\u00eb publike, por kurrsesi \u00e7\u00ebshtjet personale nuk mund t\u00eb ishin domeini kryesor i nj\u00eb debati kaq t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr vendin ton\u00eb. Populli yn\u00eb do t\u00eb thoshte se \u201cnuk mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00eb bishti se sqepari\u201d. K\u00ebshtu ata q\u00eb angazhohen t\u00eb flasin rreth aktivist\u00ebve t\u00eb Aleanc\u00ebs Kuqezi, minimalisht do t\u00eb duhej q\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb t\u00eb shprehnin pozicionin e tyre p\u00ebr k\u00ebto \u00e7\u00ebshtje t\u00eb ngritura.<\/p>\n<p>E n\u00eb fakt, kush i trembet debatit? Pa dashur t\u00eb analizoj arsyen e mosarsyeve t\u00eb disa prej analist\u00ebve n\u00eb vend, un\u00eb do t\u00eb thoja se ai q\u00eb ka argumente rreth nj\u00eb debati, kurrsesi nuk do t\u2019i shmangej atij. Shmangia \u00ebsht\u00eb karakteristike ose p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb i jan\u00eb shteruar argumentet ose p\u00ebr ata q\u00eb q\u00ebllimisht duan t\u00eb krijojn\u00eb nj\u00eb kakofoni z\u00ebrash p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbytur z\u00ebrin e s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebs. Mendoj se nuk ka kurrfar\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsie p\u00ebr publikun se cila \u00ebsht\u00eb e ardhmja e Aleanc\u00ebs Kuqezi, apo cili \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00ebllimi i individ\u00ebve t\u00eb p\u00ebrshir\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb. Madje edhe sikur t\u00eb gjitha legjendat urbane t\u00eb hedhura n\u00eb qarkullim koh\u00ebt e fundit t\u00eb ishin t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta, prap\u00eb kjo nuk do t\u00eb ndryshonte asgj\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e shqiptar\u00ebve. E kund\u00ebrta ndodh me \u00e7\u00ebshtjet q\u00eb ka ngritur Aleanca Kuqezi, secila prej tyre ka nj\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi specifike p\u00ebr t\u00eb tashmen, por kryesisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e vendit ton\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Brezat e ardhsh\u00ebm pak do t\u2019ju interesoj\u00eb kush ka qen\u00eb Endrit Shabani, Kreshnik Spahiu, Vangjel Dule apo Genc Pollo. Atyre do t\u2019u duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrballen me pasojat e \u00e7orb\u00ebs q\u00eb po gatuhet sot. Nj\u00eb shprehje e urt\u00eb thot\u00eb se \u201cnj\u00eb brez mbjell pem\u00ebn dhe nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr q\u00ebndron n\u00eb hijen e saj\u201d. Pasardh\u00ebsit tan\u00eb do t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb interesuar q\u00eb n\u00eb vend t\u00eb nj\u00eb druri t\u00eb shtremb\u00ebr, ne t\u2019ju trash\u00ebgojm\u00eb nj\u00eb pem\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebndetshme e jet\u00ebgjat\u00eb.
