Jan\u00eb, gati 12 vite qe UNMIK, KFOR, EULEX-it, u jemi lutur ne shqiptaret, madje \u201csi p\u00ebr gjak\u201d q\u00eb k\u00ebto forcat p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebse p\u00ebr siguri dhe kontroll n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, t\u00eb kthejn\u00eb n\u00ebn\u00eb mbik\u00ebqyrje dhe rregull at\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb veriut, por duket se kot kan\u00eb ikur gjith\u00eb ato vite dhe m\u00eb kot kan\u00eb ken\u00eb ato p\u00ebrpjekje t\u00eb tyre, p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb se paku nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb n\u00eb veri, sa i p\u00ebrket shtrirjes s\u00eb pushtetit t\u00eb republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Iu desht\u00eb miratimi i nj\u00eb ligji n\u00eb kuvend t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, i k\u00ebrkuar nga opozita, qe domosdoshm\u00ebrish qeveria dhe institucionet e republik\u00ebs t\u00eb shtrijn\u00eb pushtetin n\u00eb gjith\u00eb territorin e Kosov\u00ebs, sidomos n\u00eb at\u00eb pjes\u00eb, ku prej vitesh po kontestohet sovraniteti i vendit, e ve\u00e7mas nga segmente kriminale serbe qe duan edhe nj\u00ebfar\u00eb irredentizmi.<\/p>\n<p>Faktori nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar i instaluar n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, ka pasur nj\u00eb histori t\u00eb vet\u00ebn t\u00eb n\u00ebduarduart, e sidomos s\u00eb pari me UNMIK-un, dhe tash se fundi me EULEX-in, historia e tyre po p\u00ebrkeq\u00ebsohet edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb, duke mos reaguar. Diku nd\u00ebr shqiptar\u00eb po p\u00ebrforcohet ideja se ata jan\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb t\u00eb instaluar p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur n\u00ebn\u00eb trysni shqiptaret dhe n\u00eb toleranc\u00eb kriminelet serb, dhe bashk me ta edhe vet komuniteti serb i cili akoma mbetet i pa distancuar nga krimet e luft\u00ebs, qe b\u00ebn ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Me trysnin\u00eb dhe toleranc\u00ebn e UNMIK-ut dhe tash t\u00eb EULEX-it, ata vetvetiu kan\u00eb pak\u00ebsuar shanset e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb ken\u00eb t\u00eb suksessh\u00ebm n\u00eb misionin e tyre, sidomos kjo me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb mund t\u00eb konstatohet n\u00eb rastin e Kosov\u00ebs. Kosova nj\u00eb vend jo larg nga kufiri i Evrop\u00ebs, akoma paragjykohet nga ta si Afganistani i dyt\u00eb, i problemit t\u00eb tyre. Edhe pse Kosova nuk i k\u00ebrc\u00ebnon ata, n\u00eb shum\u00eb raste ata vet e provojn\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnojn\u00eb Kosov\u00ebn dhe shqiptaret, si\u00e7 ishte edhe rasti i fundit, kur institucionet e vendit duan me \u00e7do kusht t\u00eb shtrirjen e ligjit t\u00eb republik\u00ebs n\u00eb territorin e Kosov\u00ebs, ata kritikojn\u00eb dhe reagojn\u00eb ashp\u00ebr shqiptaret dhe jo fajtoret. Pra, analogjia e Afganistanit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm n\u00eb kok\u00ebn e tyre dhe jo m\u00eb p\u00ebrtej.<\/p>\n<p>Di\u00e7ka e till\u00eb me Afganistanin, m\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb ngjan\u00eb n\u00eb veri t\u00eb republik\u00ebs, ku kriminelet serb sillen dhe vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb goxha si taliban, sepse po k\u00ebrc\u00ebnojn\u00eb vazhdimisht popullat\u00ebn serbe atje, qe m\u00eb n\u00eb fund tu binden urdhrave fanatik t\u00eb irredent\u00ebs serbe n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Po ta analizojm\u00eb dhe po t\u00eb sugjerojm\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb gjendje deri m\u00eb tani, na del se instalimi i nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebve n\u00eb Jug\u00eb ka ken\u00eb m\u00eb pak i domosdosh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb q\u00ebndruar aq prezent, sepse jugu m\u00eb pak ka stimuluar kriza dhe rrezik, nd\u00ebrsa Veri problematik dhe refuzues, ka pasur nevoj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb sepse atje \u00ebsht\u00eb trasuar talibanizmi serb, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb rritje dhe p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq po e p\u00ebson m\u00eb se keqi popullata serbe, e cila edhe p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr vullnetit dhe faktit se do qet\u00ebsi dhe pun\u00eb, po p\u00ebrballet me urdhra dhe krime nga struktura kriminale e irredentiste.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk mund t\u00eb flitet p\u00ebr as far\u00eb autonomie p\u00ebr komunitetin pakic\u00eb serbe sepse k\u00ebta pak serb sa dhe jan\u00eb, kan\u00eb aq t\u00eb drejta brenda planit t\u00eb Ahtisarit, dhe nuk mund ti epet m\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb drejta p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuese, sepse ata normalisht qe duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb penalizuar nga krimet e b\u00ebra n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Nd\u00ebrsa plani i Ahtisarit, m\u00eb shum\u00eb duhet t\u00eb rishikohen n\u00eb koh\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr koh\u00eb, sepse ishte nj\u00eb plan i trysnis\u00eb politike, i pashembullt i nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebve karshi shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Krimi serb n\u00eb veri n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb nj\u00ebfar\u00eb irredentizmi, patjet\u00ebr se duhet t\u00eb luftohet me t\u00eb gjitha mjetet.
