Nd\u00ebrsa PD marshoi p\u00ebrpara, duke n\u00ebnshtruar k\u00eb kishte p\u00ebrball\u00eb me individ\u00eb dhe institucione, PS-ja u zbyth pas dhe sot ka humbur pa nam dhe pa nishan, duke e shpallur veten t\u00eb falimentuar, edhe pse ishte fituesja reale dhe morale. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb opozita q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb sot dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ka nevoj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria dhe populli opozitar?<\/p>\n<p>Se \u00e7far\u00eb opozite \u00ebsht\u00eb kjo e tregojn\u00eb veprimet dhe mend\u00ebsit\u00eb e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsueve t\u00eb saj. Pak dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuese e saj n\u00eb Kuvendin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb b\u00ebri nj\u00eb veprim \u201cpabuk\u00ebsi\u201d, jo vet\u00ebm anti-opozitar, por edhe kund\u00ebr vullnetit dhe interesave t\u00eb elektoratit q\u00eb ajo duhej t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsonte si e zgjedhur n\u00eb 28 qershor 2009. Deputetja n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, me nj\u00eb t\u00eb shtypur t\u00eb butonit elektronik, n\u00eb minutat e fundit t\u00eb munges\u00ebs gjasht\u00eb mujore n\u00eb punimet e seancave plenare t\u00eb Kuvendit, shp\u00ebtoi mandatin e saj t\u00eb t\u00eb zgjedhur\u00ebs, t\u00eb fituar n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs n\u00eb qarkun e Durr\u00ebsit. Kush nuk e ka parasysh se kush \u00ebsht\u00eb kjo deputet\u00eb le t\u00eb kujtoj\u00eb nj\u00eb grua t\u00eb re, q\u00eb vinte nga jeta dhe puna n\u00eb Amerik\u00eb dhe q\u00eb n\u00eb 28 qershor 2009, denonconte pran\u00eb nj\u00eb qendre votimi n\u00eb Kruj\u00eb, me nj\u00eb hematom\u00eb n\u00eb ball\u00eb, dhun\u00ebn dit\u00ebn e votimeve. Sot pas dy vjet\u00ebve kjo grua, Rudina Seseri, vazhdon t\u00eb ndaj\u00eb jet\u00ebn dhe pun\u00ebn mes Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe SHBA-ve, dhe me nj\u00eb minut\u00eb shp\u00ebton mandatin e deputetit dhe pag\u00ebn milionere.<\/p>\n<p>A \u00ebsht\u00eb ky prototipi i deputetit t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson popullin opozitar? Dikush mund t\u00eb thot\u00eb se veprimi i zonj\u00ebs Seseri ishte i nevojsh\u00ebm, sepse shp\u00ebtoi nj\u00eb mandat t\u00eb vlefsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr pakic\u00ebn e majt\u00eb n\u00eb Kuvend p\u00ebrball\u00eb shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb djatht\u00eb dhe me aleat\u00eb t\u00eb majt\u00eb dhe se ajo duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb sall\u00ebn e Kuvendit p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur interesat e elektoratit q\u00eb e ka mandatuar. Pastaj shp\u00ebtoi edhe ato lek\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat Topalli m\u00eb pas do tua kish dh\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb vet\u00ebve t\u00eb PD-s\u00eb, si\u00e7 ka b\u00ebr\u00eb edhe m\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Seseri theu nj\u00eb vendim politik p\u00ebr t\u00eb bojkotuar seancat plenare t\u00eb Kuvendit, vendim q\u00eb ishte marr\u00eb nga PS-ja koh\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb dhe q\u00eb nuk e kan\u00eb zbatuar vet\u00ebm disa eksponent\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00eb spikatur si kund\u00ebrshtar\u00eb t\u00eb deklaruar t\u00eb Edi Ram\u00ebs dhe mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsve t\u00eb tij, q\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast jan\u00eb m\u00eb dinjitoz\u00eb se kolegia e tyre. Si prania, apo mungesa e saj n\u00eb Kuvend, ashtu si e pjes\u00ebs tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb pakic\u00ebs, n\u00eb punimet e Kuvendit, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 interesave personale, nuk paraqet asnj\u00eb interes p\u00ebr popullin opozitar. Si n\u00eb legjislatur\u00ebn e kaluar, si n\u00eb aktualen, deputet\u00ebt e opozit\u00ebs m\u00eb shum\u00eb kan\u00eb munguar se kan\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb n\u00eb punimet e Kuvendit. Edhe kur kan\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb adetin e radh\u00ebs, ndonj\u00eb kacafytje gjelash, ndonj\u00eb mocion fjal\u00ebshum\u00eb kund\u00ebr Jozefina Topallit, ndonj\u00eb grushtim t\u00eb fort\u00ebsh dhe asgj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb. Duke qen\u00eb nj\u00eb pakic\u00eb vendos\u00ebse dhe numerikisht m\u00eb e fort\u00eb se asnj\u00ebher\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, grupi parlamentar i PS-s\u00eb ka bojkotuar dhjet\u00ebra votimet q\u00eb duan nj\u00eb shumic\u00eb cil\u00ebsuese, duke l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb let\u00ebr shum\u00eb prej projektligjeve t\u00eb domosdoshme. Ashtu si Seseri pak dit\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb, an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e grupit t\u00eb deputet\u00ebve opozitar\u00eb, shkuan n\u00eb Kuvend vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb shp\u00ebtuar rrogat dhe dietat dhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb denoncime ndaj shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb djatht\u00eb n\u00eb Kuvend, ka patur p\u00ebr mosdh\u00ebnien e rrogave dhe dietave, sesa p\u00ebr ligjet antipopullore dhe antishqiptare q\u00eb kaloheshin n\u00eb Kuvend.<\/p>\n<p>Sa e p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb deputet\u00ebt e PS-s\u00eb, popullin opozitar n\u00eb Kuvendin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb? Si shum\u00eb nga koleg\u00ebt e saj t\u00eb PS-s\u00eb, Seseri \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb grua e pasur. N\u00eb deklarimin e pasuris\u00eb p\u00ebr vitin e shkuar, bie fjala, ajo thot\u00eb se i \u00ebsht\u00eb shtuar pasuria dhe ka mbi 80 mij\u00eb dollar\u00eb aksione, rreth 74 mij\u00eb dollar\u00eb investime te menaxhuara, mbi 100 mij\u00eb dollar\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb bank\u00eb amerikane, ka patur t\u00eb ardhura mbi 15 milion\u00eb lek\u00eb nga paga si deputete, pa p\u00ebrmenduar rreth 300 mij\u00eb dollar\u00eb t\u00eb ardhura nga paga e bashkeshortit. Duke par\u00eb ranglist\u00ebn e pasunar\u00ebve n\u00eb PS, ajo mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb e varf\u00ebr, sepse koleg\u00ebt e saj kan\u00eb shum\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb, duke konkuruar denj\u00ebsisht homolog\u00ebt e PD-s\u00eb. Ata duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsojn\u00eb elektoratin e majt\u00eb, q\u00eb n\u00eb shumic\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ai q\u00eb edhe buk\u00ebn apo ila\u00e7et i merr me list\u00eb, q\u00eb ngush\u00ebllohet me nj\u00eb pension, i cili shkon p\u00ebr t\u00eb paguar ushqimin baz\u00eb, energjin\u00eb, telefonin, ujin dhe sh\u00ebrbimet e shtrenjtuara disa her\u00eb. Par\u00eb nga ky k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrim ky nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i zgjedhuri q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsoj\u00eb zgjedh\u00ebsin opozitar, sepse \u201cI nginjuri nuk ia di barkboshit\u201d. Ai kurr\u00eb nuk ka qen\u00eb kaq mjeruesh\u00ebm i pap\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar n\u00eb Kuvend, dhe p\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr i p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuar nga individ\u00eb q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb asnj\u00eb lidhje me hallet dhe problemet e tij, q\u00eb jan\u00eb ato t\u00eb mbijetes\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrditshme.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe n\u00eb dit\u00ebt m\u00eb t\u00eb zeza t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs k\u00ebtu e 15 vite m\u00eb par\u00eb, opozita edhe pse kishte bojkotuar Kuvendin, pas masakr\u00ebs zgjedhore t\u00eb 26 majit 1996, ishte dinjitoze dhe p\u00ebr\u00e7onte z\u00ebrin e qytetar\u00ebve. Edhe pse ajo e kishte kryetarin n\u00eb burg, dhe udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit e tjer\u00eb ishin t\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnuar dhe n\u00ebn presion prej vitesh nga rregjimi autoritar i ish-presidentit Berisha. Ajo ishte opozita q\u00eb n\u00eb 28 maj 1996 nxirrte zbuluar rregjimin e dhun\u00ebs, duke mos patur frik\u00eb t\u00eb protestonte n\u00eb shesh p\u00ebr vjedhjen e vot\u00ebs, ishin ata p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb saj, q\u00eb nuk kishin frik\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjakeshin duke demaskuar fytyr\u00ebn fashiste t\u00eb nj\u00eb rregjimi q\u00eb kishte ardhur n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Opozitar\u00ebt e sot\u00ebm, nuk jan\u00eb ata t\u00eb mindereve t\u00eb 15 viteve m\u00eb par\u00eb mes t\u00eb cil\u00ebve kishte edhe shum\u00eb idealist\u00eb. Sot ata jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb materialiste dhe pragmatist\u00eb. Ideali i tyre jan\u00eb milionat e marr\u00eb prej pushtetit. Ata jan\u00eb rehatuar n\u00eb poltronat luksoz\u00eb dhe ja ka futur gjumit letargjik, edhe pse duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb p\u00ebr popullin opozitar halleshum\u00eb.
