Me mjete thuajse rrethanore, mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsi i Bash\u00ebs i nguli thik\u00ebn kafsh\u00ebs s\u00eb gjor\u00eb dhe u torturua bashk\u00eb me t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt derisa i mori shpirtin p\u00ebr 15 minuta, nd\u00ebrsa gjaku sp\u00ebrkati gjith\u00eb rrug\u00ebn ku pak m\u00eb von\u00eb do t\u00eb shkelnin disa diplomat\u00eb per\u00ebndimor\u00eb t\u00eb nivelit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb dhe vet\u00eb njeriu p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin po b\u00ebhej kurbani.<\/p>\n<p>Makrabiteti i asaj skene n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb thelbi i portretit t\u00eb njeriut q\u00eb hyri dje me dhun\u00eb n\u00eb Bashkin\u00eb e Tiran\u00ebs. N\u00eb karrier\u00ebn e tij politike, ai \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur si kurban p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb skandalet e m\u00ebdha q\u00eb ka prodhuar Sali Berisha. P\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb rolin e nj\u00eb kurbani t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs, Lul\u00ebzim Basha shkoi n\u00eb vitin 2007 para drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb. Prokuroria e gjeti fajtor p\u00ebr vepr\u00ebn penale shp\u00ebrdorim fondesh p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs dhe e akuzoi p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vler\u00eb t\u00eb shtuar n\u00eb mas\u00ebn 220 milion\u00eb euro n\u00eb nj\u00eb segment rrugor 60 km. Lul\u00ebzim Basha ishte duke shkuar para drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb krim financiar t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb, q\u00eb n\u00eb fakt e kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb Berisha duke p\u00ebrdorur si kurban Bash\u00ebn. Dhe ishte po Berisha ai q\u00eb e mbylli duke futur drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb n\u00ebn presion dhe duke e detyruar ta mbyllte gjyqin me procedur\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Dy vjet m\u00eb von\u00eb Berisha ishte para nj\u00eb krize t\u00eb re para zgjedhjeve. Ai donte t\u00eb g\u00ebnjente shqiptar\u00ebt se vendi po aplikonte si kandidat p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar n\u00eb BE, por Per\u00ebndimi e k\u00ebshilloi t\u00eb mos aplikonte se nuk plot\u00ebsonte k\u00ebrkesat. Berish\u00ebs i duhej doemos nj\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetje dhe b\u00ebri pazar me kryeministrin e Greqis\u00eb. Pazari ishte q\u00eb Lul\u00ebzim Basha do t\u00eb firmoste Paktin p\u00ebr kufijt\u00eb detar\u00eb mes dy vendeve ku Shqip\u00ebria falte qindra hektar\u00eb det p\u00ebr nj\u00eb pazar t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs. Kurbani u gjend s\u00ebrish Lul\u00ebzim Basha. Me nj\u00eb buz\u00ebqeshje q\u00eb fsheh pas saj vepra gjakftohta kriminale, ai e firmosi marr\u00ebveshjen bashk\u00eb me Bakojanin, dhe ju desh t\u00eb b\u00ebnte betej\u00eb shoq\u00ebria civile dhe konkretisht nj\u00eb kolonel n\u00eb lirim, Myslym Pashaj, q\u00eb Gjykata Kushtetuese t\u00eb anulonte Paktin e Kufijve Detar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Dy vjet pas k\u00ebtij skandali Lul\u00ebzim Basha u thirr s\u00ebrish si kurban. N\u00eb nj\u00eb demonstrim t\u00eb fort pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsie t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb shqiptare, thirrur nga opozita m\u00eb 21 Janar 2011, Lul\u00ebzim Basha u thirr nga kryeministri brenda godin\u00ebs gjat\u00eb or\u00ebve t\u00eb tensionit dhe s\u00eb bashku mor\u00ebn vendimin t\u00eb q\u00ebllojn\u00eb mbi njer\u00ebz. Q\u00eblluan dhe plumbat kap\u00ebn 25 demonstrues, kat\u00ebr prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve humb\u00ebn jet\u00ebn duke l\u00ebn\u00eb dhjet\u00eb f\u00ebmij\u00eb jetim. Lul\u00ebzim Basha mori s\u00ebrish p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr krimin, duke mos i hyr\u00eb gjemb n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb. Sali Berisha futi s\u00ebrish n\u00ebn presion drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb, akuzoi kryeprokuroren si lavire dhe presidentin si horr, akuzoi gazetar\u00eb si pu\u00e7ist\u00eb dhe Lul\u00ebzim Basha fshiu gjakun e viktimave nga duart duke l\u00ebn\u00eb qeverin\u00eb dhe duke i hyr\u00eb gar\u00ebs p\u00ebr Bashki.<\/p>\n<p>Me shpres\u00eb se kjo gar\u00eb do pastronte historin\u00eb e gjakut t\u00eb sapoderdhur si kurban p\u00ebr pushtetin e Sali Berish\u00ebs, Basha b\u00ebri nj\u00eb fushat\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht t\u00eb montuar, larg qytetar\u00ebve dhe me premtime piramidale. Dukej qart\u00eb se nuk kishim nj\u00eb kandidat q\u00eb u fliste qytetar\u00ebve, por nj\u00eb manekin q\u00eb po b\u00ebhej kurban p\u00ebr interesa t\u00eb mafies s\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, q\u00eb ka rr\u00ebnj\u00ebt n\u00eb familjen e Sali Berish\u00ebs. N\u00ebn pushtetin e tyre, me dy sekser\u00eb n\u00eb krah, q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ia ngat\u00ebrrojn\u00eb p\u00ebr kunet\u00ebr, me nj\u00eb koalicion t\u00eb st\u00ebrmadh, me miliona n\u00eb dispozicion p\u00ebr t\u00eb bler\u00eb vota dhe nj\u00eb mekaniz\u00ebm t\u00eb fort\u00eb manipulimi ai s\u00ebrish nuk arriti t\u00eb fitonte.<\/p>\n<p>Nat\u00ebn e 14 majit Sali Berisha ka hyr\u00eb n\u00eb zyr\u00ebn e tij dhe ka k\u00ebrkuar t\u00eb diskutojn\u00eb \u00e7do b\u00ebhet me fitoren e Edi Ram\u00ebs. N\u00eb vend t\u00eb Lul\u00ebzim Bash\u00ebs ka folur djali i Sali Berish\u00ebs dhe ata q\u00eb q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb pas tij. \u2018Do t\u2019ia marrim\u2019. Dhe ashtu vepruan. Si nj\u00eb kurban i k\u00ebsaj mafie ai pranoi rolin e p\u00ebrdhunuesit t\u00eb zgjedhjeve t\u00eb lira n\u00eb vend, pranoi t\u00eb injoronte thirrjet e nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr rregulla t\u00eb ndryshuara pas loj\u00ebs dhe thirrjen e emblem\u00ebs s\u00eb kultur\u00ebs shqiptare Ismail Kadare\u2026<\/p>\n<p>(E marr me mend sa \u00ebsht\u00eb lebetitur dje n\u00ebse ka mundur t\u00eb shoh\u00eb fotot e k\u00ebsaj skene talebane para nj\u00eb institucioni). Lul\u00ebzim Basha nuk kishte fuqi t\u00eb d\u00ebgjonte ata. Si \u00e7do kurban ai nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb i lir\u00eb as t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb dhe as t\u00eb humbas\u00eb, por vet\u00ebm t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb rolin q\u00eb i caktojn\u00eb. Si ai qengj i gjor\u00eb dje para Bashkis\u00eb s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs q\u00eb u p\u00ebrp\u00eblit gjysm\u00eb ore derisa dha shpirt, si kurban i karrier\u00ebs politike t\u00eb Lu\u00eblzim Bash\u00ebs. At\u00eb e ther\u00ebn njer\u00ebz q\u00eb kishin t\u00eb drejta t\u00eb plota mbi t\u00eb, njer\u00ebz q\u00eb e kishin rritur p\u00ebr ta therur nj\u00eb dit\u00eb q\u00eb u duhej.
