E une atebote nuk dija nga vinte e nga rridhte prejardhja e Zefit, derisa nje nate te gjate dimri, babai im, ndjese paste, me tregoi histori per te paret e Zefit, per Terak Sylen, burre i urte, i mencur dhe ne ze jo vetem ne krahine. E Zef Mulaj, farmacisti i spitalit rural te zones, ishte bash i biri i tij\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Zef Mulaj ka lindur ne preher te Alpeve, ne luginen e Lugjeve te Verdha, aty ku ka lindur, luftuar dhe jetuar Muji dhe Halili, ne Qeresh\u2013Mulaj te Currajve te Eperm te krahines se Nikaj-Merturit, Tropoje (Malesia e Gjakoves), me 13.02.1953. Pasi mbaroi shkollen fillore dhe 8 vjecare ne vendlindje, vioji shkollen e mesme mjekesore dhe pastaj degen e Farmacise ne Univeristetin e Tiranes. Ka punuar disa vite pas mbarimit te fakultetit ne fshatra te ndryshme te zones dhe Tropojes, me perkushtim duke iu kushtuar totalisht studimti te bimeve mjekesore. Gjate asaj kohe nisi me pasion punen per njohjen, mbledhjen e studimin e flores mjekesore dhe mjekesise tradicionale te zonave alpine.<\/p>\n<p>Per te thelluar me teper njohurite ne fushen e farmaceutikes, me 1994 largohet familjarisht ne Itali, ku jeton e punon edhe tani. Atje kreu studimet e larta ne fushen e tij prane Universitetit te Camerinos. Ne vazhdim te studimeve dhe kerkimeve shkencore, paraqiti e mbrojti temen me mjaft vlere teorike e praktike per bimet mjekesore te Alpeve te Shqiperise. Punimi i tij u vleresua me note te larte dhe ai mori graden shkencore \u201cDoktor ne shkencat farmaceutike\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Vleresime pozitive jep Prof. Lamberto Re, epspert nderkombetar i Farmakologjise e Etnobotanikes se mjekesise natyrore dhe mjek kirurg e docent i Farmakologjise ne Universitetin Politeknik te Marches Itali, ne librin \u201c880 bimemjekesore ne Alpet e Sqhiperise\u201d, botuar ne Tirane, 2008. Dr. Zef Mulaj, shkruan Prof. Lamberto Re, si ekspert nderkombetar i bimeve mjekesore, paraqet studimin e tij per 880 bime mjekesore, karakteristike te zones alpine te Shiperise.<\/p>\n<p>Ai trajton nje permbledhje te punes se tij tipike dhe te vetme, pothuajse te nje jete, duke filluar qysh ne rini dhe dalengadale duke e cuar ate ne nivelet me te larta shkencore. E mund te them se farmakolog e etnobotanist me nje kariere te gjate,nuk me ka takuar kurre te gjej nje arritje te tille ne kete fushe, vetem te Zef Mulaj. Eshte kenaqesi e vecante, vazhdon profesori, qe te vleresoj vepren e Dr. Mulaj, si nje autor i afte, qe ka trajtuar nje hapesire te konsiderueshme ne mjekimet etnobotanike dhe ka marre vlera te rendesishme nderkombetare, ne nje hapesire te gjere.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-7236\" title=\"Dr. Zef Mulaj\" src=\"http:\/\/www.shkoder.net\/images\/fjala\/2011\/zef_mulaj2.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"150\" \/><br \/>\n<strong>Dr. Zef Mulaj<\/strong><br \/>\nBashkepunimi i Dr. Zef Mulaj me Institutet me prestigjioze ne Itali e Europe, i ka dhene mundesine qe punimet e tij te pergatitetn dhe pastaj te vleresohen sic e meriton. Por ne te njejten kohe, Dr. Mulaj ka fituar edhe nje pervoje te cmuar, duke i cuar perpara teknikat e reja te studimit ne farmakologji dhe farmakonjozi.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cUrdherit te Farmacistit\u201d dhe anetar i Shoqates se Fitoterapise ne Republiken e Italise.<br \/>\nPor lidhjet e mia me Zefin, sic e ceka ne fillim te ketij shkrimi, kane te bejne kryesisht me letersine. Nete te tera qendronin se bashku pa fjetur ne rinine e hershme duke shkruar dhe lexuar poezite e njeri tjetrit\u2026<\/p>\n<p>I frymezuar sidomos nga vendlindja e bukur dhe malli per te, ai shkruan ne emigracion papra poezi. Ne vitin 2004 botoi ne Tirane vellimin poetik \u201cEmri qe lind diellin\u201d, ne vitin 2006 vellimin tjeter \u201cMjegullvarur mbi Ballkan\u201d, romanin me teme per kurbetin me titull \u201cImazh\u201d, si dhe kohet e fundit, perurimi i te cilit u be ne Itali ne prani te shume persaonaliteteve te kultures europiane, nje liber me poezi ne kater gjuhe, vepra te gjinive te ndryshme, te cilat jane pritur mjaft mire nga lexuesit e shumte shqiptare dhe te huaj. Ka gati per botim shume libra te tjere ne poezi, proze e shkencat mjekesore.
