N\u00ebpun\u00ebsi i refuzonte t\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se makina kishte probleme, nd\u00ebrsa nj\u00eb pala\u00e7o burr\u00eb, q\u00eb duhej t\u00eb ishte sekseri i n\u00ebpun\u00ebsit, v\u00ebrdallisej sa para mbrapa, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se ai nuk t\u00eb mbaron pun\u00eb po nuk i dhe 30 mij\u00eb lek\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe pse makina ishte n\u00eb rregull, koha m\u00eb shtr\u00ebngoi t\u00eb mbaroj pun\u00eb dhe pagova parat\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb edhe pse po haja veten m\u00eb dh\u00ebmb\u00eb nga inati. K\u00ebshtu b\u00ebn\u00eb edhe ata q\u00eb un\u00eb pash\u00eb aty. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb shanim e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb paguam p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbaruar pun\u00eb. E tregova k\u00ebt\u00eb episod, si p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb keqe q\u00eb m\u00eb hante nga brenda, por t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt ma zbut\u00ebn tonin tragjik, duke treguar episode t\u00eb tjera ku ishin paguar shuma edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb \u00e7do sektor publik, zhvatja \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb norm\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb edukat\u00eb dhe kultur\u00eb pune. Pa asnj\u00eb m\u00ebshir\u00eb, pa asnj\u00eb etik\u00eb dhe mbi t\u00eb gjitha pa pik\u00ebn e frik\u00ebs, n\u00ebpun\u00ebsit e korruptuar i kan\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruar vendet e tyre t\u00eb pun\u00ebs n\u00eb zyra taksash t\u00eb zeza ku qytetar\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb paguajn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimin q\u00eb u takon. N\u00ebpun\u00ebsi i kontrollit teknik t\u00eb makinave nuk u kujdes fare t\u00eb fshihej, ai nuk i merrte parat\u00eb n\u00ebn dor\u00eb apo direkt n\u00eb xhep gjysm\u00eb fshehurazi. Jo jo, i num\u00ebronte, sikur t\u00eb ishte n\u00eb treg duke shitur mundin e djers\u00ebs e pun\u00ebs s\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p><em>Po ku e gjejn\u00eb vall\u00eb kuraj\u00ebn k\u00ebta njer\u00ebz t\u00eb mos ken\u00eb frik\u00eb, ku e gjejn\u00eb forc\u00ebn t\u00eb sillen k\u00ebshtu me pun\u00ebn e postin e shtetit?<\/em><br \/>\nP\u00ebrgjigja e k\u00ebsaj pyetjeje \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb komplekse dhe fataliste n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebsin\u00eb saj.<br \/>\nE di q\u00eb dikush nga ju mund t\u00eb thot\u00eb tani, se p\u00ebrse ti nuk e denoncove k\u00ebt\u00eb rast n\u00eb gazet\u00eb apo televizion, sepse ti je gazetar? P\u00ebrse nuk e denoncove n\u00eb organet e drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb, p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb shembull at\u00eb njeri t\u00eb korruptuar, p\u00ebrse nuk e denoncove tek epror\u00ebt e tij, pasi, kur ju gazetar\u00ebt, q\u00eb jeni njer\u00ebz publik\u00eb dhe ua kan\u00eb frik\u00ebn, detyroheni t\u00eb paguani ryshfet, po njer\u00ebzit e thjesht\u00eb? I mendova t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto, por u dor\u00ebzova kur rendita t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet e frikshme t\u00eb realitetit t\u00eb cilin e p\u00ebrjetojm\u00eb \u00e7do dit\u00eb dhe q\u00eb po i skllav\u00ebrohemi n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb kolektive n\u00eb pamund\u00ebsin\u00eb dhe pafuqin\u00eb ton\u00eb p\u00ebr ta kund\u00ebrshtuar.<\/p>\n<p>Realiteti i par\u00eb fatal: Media \u00ebsht\u00eb sot nj\u00eb dritare e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme ku b\u00ebhet denoncimi i korrupsionit dhe abuzimit. Denoncohen kompani q\u00eb abuzojn\u00eb me klient\u00ebt, denoncohen gjykat\u00ebs q\u00eb sillen me ligjin sikur ta kishin pron\u00eb t\u00eb tyre, ministra q\u00eb vjedhin dit\u00ebn p\u00ebr diell si taksidar\u00eb ordiner\u00eb, denoncohen spitalet ku nuk ka as shiringa e madje sapun p\u00ebr t\u00eb lar\u00eb duart. Por \u00e7far\u00eb ndodh pas k\u00ebsaj? Asgj\u00eb, n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb trishtueshme nuk ndodh asgj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Askush nuk reagon, asnj\u00eb institucion nuk nd\u00ebrhyn, asnj\u00eb organ nuk l\u00ebviz qimen p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb rregull n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb xhung\u00ebl t\u00eb frikshme, ku t\u00eb gjith\u00eb vjedhin k\u00ebdo q\u00eb kan\u00eb n\u00eb vete. Askush nuk nd\u00ebshkohet. Denoncuam n\u00eb Top Channel t\u00ebr\u00eb dit\u00ebn e dit\u00ebs shkat\u00ebrrimin e lumit Erzen n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, nga nj\u00eb kompani nd\u00ebrtimi. Ajo po shkelte dy ligje: 1- Po shfryt\u00ebzonte nj\u00eb lum\u00eb i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb ndaluar me vendim qeverie t\u00eb shfryt\u00ebzohet p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb shkall\u00ebs s\u00eb lart\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebmtimit q\u00eb ka p\u00ebsuar nga shfryt\u00ebzimi pa kriter. 2- Po e p\u00ebrdor materialin e tij p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e autostrad\u00ebs s\u00eb re Tiran\u00eb-Elbasan, kur teknikisht \u00ebsht\u00eb i ndalur p\u00ebrdorimi i zhavorrit t\u00eb lumit p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtim rrug\u00ebsh. Nuk nd\u00ebrhyri asnj\u00eb organ shtet\u00ebror e qeveritar. As prefektura, as ministria e Transporteve, as ajo e Mjedisit, as Prokuroria\u2026 Kompania edhe sot vazhdon t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn gj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Qeveria e Berish\u00ebs, p\u00ebrdori dy taktika me median. Ca i bleu e ca i zhvler\u00ebsoi. Ato q\u00eb u blen\u00eb nuk denoncojn\u00eb, ato q\u00eb denoncojn\u00eb nuk i konsideron. Dhe sot ne gazetar\u00ebt mund t\u00eb shkruajm\u00eb me germa t\u00eb m\u00ebdha maskarall\u00ebqet m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha dhe asnj\u00eb institucion nuk reagon. Mund t\u00eb shfaqim imazhet m\u00eb makab\u00ebr t\u00eb abuzimit me detyr\u00ebn dhe askush nuk reagon. Media, pushteti i kat\u00ebrt, \u00ebsht\u00eb sit institucioni pa asnj\u00eb pushtet, ose m\u00eb sakt\u00eb pushteti i saj nuk ka asnj\u00eb vler\u00eb. E keqja k\u00ebtu nuk ka m\u00eb nj\u00ebsi mat\u00ebse.<\/p>\n<p>Realiteti i dyt\u00eb fatal: Drejt\u00ebsia \u00ebsht\u00eb institucioni p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb garantuar zbatimin e ligjit. Por qeveria dhe korrupsioni q\u00eb e ka pushtuar k\u00ebmb\u00eb e kok\u00eb e kan\u00eb zhvler\u00ebsuar edhe drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb. N\u00eb vendin m\u00eb t\u00eb korruptuar t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs, sot nuk ka asnj\u00eb zyrtar t\u00eb d\u00ebnuar. N\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ka dy lloje drejt\u00ebsish, nj\u00ebra q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr kast\u00ebn e lart\u00eb, at\u00eb t\u00eb politikan\u00ebve, pushtetar\u00ebve, zyrtar\u00ebve, njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb pasur dhe tjera p\u00ebr njer\u00ebzit e thjesht\u00eb. N\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj drejt\u00ebsie, ca njer\u00ebz q\u00eb vjedhin miliona Euro nuk d\u00ebnohen, ata q\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrojn\u00eb vendin, q\u00eb pasurohen n\u00eb kurriz t\u00eb pasuris\u00eb komb\u00ebtare, nuk d\u00ebnohen.<\/p>\n<p>Ata kan\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar shtetin e tyre, t\u00eb cilin e p\u00ebrdorin si arm\u00eb p\u00ebr tu sh\u00ebrbyer interesave t\u00eb tyre. N\u00ebse nj\u00eb qytetari i z\u00ebn\u00eb pron\u00ebn dhe ai k\u00ebrkon ndihm\u00ebn e shtetit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin paguan edhe taksa, shteti nuk gjendet. Por n\u00eb Gjirin e Lal\u00ebzit, shteti vajti me makina, skafandra, shkopinj gome dhe pastroi nga nd\u00ebrtimet, duke gjakosur edhe pronar\u00ebt, nj\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqe t\u00eb madhe tok\u00eb, disa hektar\u00eb, pasi aty do t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet nj\u00eb kompleks turistik pas t\u00eb cilit jan\u00eb njer\u00ebzit e kryeministrit. N\u00eb Kuk\u00ebs, shteti vajti me t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn forc\u00eb dhe i hodhi n\u00eb p\u00ebrrua nj\u00eb grup fshatar\u00ebsh q\u00eb protestonin p\u00ebr tokat q\u00eb u zinte nj\u00eb hidrocentral, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb pron\u00eb e burrit t\u00eb nj\u00eb deputeteje t\u00eb mazhoranc\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Sot Shqip\u00ebria qeveriset nga nj\u00eb kast\u00eb njer\u00ebzish t\u00eb cil\u00ebt mund t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb projektin e rrug\u00ebs n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb ajo t\u00eb kaloj\u00eb aty ku ia duan interesat e tyre, mund t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb edhe ligje posa\u00e7\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetur nj\u00eb interes t\u00eb tyre, ata mund t\u2019ia ndryshojn\u00eb edhe rrjedh\u00ebn lumit q\u00eb t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb tek tokat e tyre. N\u00ebse nj\u00ebri prej an\u00ebtareve t\u00eb kast\u00ebs do t\u00eb investoj\u00eb diku, kasta miraton nd\u00ebrtimin e rrug\u00ebs. N\u00ebse nj\u00ebri vendos t\u00eb investoj\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb mal, kasta miraton heqjen e taksave n\u00eb mal. K\u00ebta jan\u00eb gati t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrojn\u00eb n\u00eb ligj edhe kapri\u00e7ot e f\u00ebmij\u00ebve t\u00eb tyre.
