Nga familja e tij ka patur nje minister me mbretin osmanfil Ahmet Zogu dhe disa partizan me diktatorin osman-komunist Enver Hoxha. Sot i sherben verbtazi rrymave antishqiptare islam-ekstremiste fanatike turko\u2013iraniane.<\/p>\n<p>Ka studjuar dhe eshte edukuar ne shkollat e islam-ekstremiste ne Kuala Lumpur t\u00eb Malajzis\u00eb ku i kane bere lavazhe trurit me format ekstremiste, aqe sa ai nuk e njeh fare boten reale qe e rrethon dhe \u00e7do gje e kupton vetem simbas Kuranit. Te gjithe librat e tjere te kultures botrore i konsideron te gabuar. Per kete arsye eshte bere fanatik maniak i verbuar i osman-islamistikes dhe i Historise se \u201cQytet\u00ebrimit Osman\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Ne shkrimin e fundit te tij te publikuar ne disa organe shtypi me titull \u201c\u00c7lirimi i grave dhe dalja e shejtanit nga shishja\u201d ai kritikon publikisht te drejtat e barazise se gruas me burrin te garantuara nga principi universal i te Drejtave te Njeriut te sanksionuem edhe ne Organizaten e Kombeve te Bashkuara dhe ne Konvent\u00ebn Evropiane p\u00ebr t\u00eb Drejtat e Njeriut. Ai udhehiqet nga mesimet e hoxhallarve me pikpamje mesjetare te jetes, si\u00e7 e citon ai vete imamin Ebu Hanifes, simbas te cilit \u201cAllahu i ka futur burrit n\u00eb shpirt ndjenj\u00ebn e \u201cfanatizmit\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Mashkulli i mir\u00eb q\u00eb e do me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb gruan e tij, \u00ebsht\u00eb fanatik dhe e ruan gj\u00ebn\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb shtrenjt\u00eb t\u00eb tij\u201d. Dmth simbas osmanologut Olsi Jazexhi gruaja nuk eshte bashke-shorte me te drejta te barabarta me burrin, por eshte nje \u201cgje\u201d qe mashkulli fanatik e ruan. Me tej vazhdon: \u201cArsyeja pse n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim shumica e martesave p\u00ebrfundojn\u00eb n\u00eb divorc dhe ka nj\u00eb plakje t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb lidhet me \u00e7lirimin e gruas.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e0 gruaja nuk duhet te ndjehet e \u00e7liruar nga nenshtrimi i burrit. Ne kete shkrim Osli Jazexhi shpreh mendimin e te drejtes se poligamise te shume grave nga ana e burrit. Le te shikojme tashti ligjet e Republikes se Shqiperise.<\/p>\n<p>Kushtetuta e Republikes se Shqiperise:<br \/>\nNENI 18<br \/>\n1. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb barabart\u00eb p\u00ebrpara ligjit.<br \/>\n2. Askush nuk mund t\u00eb diskriminohet padrejt\u00ebsisht p\u00ebr shkaqe t\u00eb tilla si gjinia,raca,feja,etnia,gjuha,bindjet politike,fetare a filozofike,gjendja ekonomike,arsimore,sociale ose p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsia prind\u00ebrore.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kodi Penal i Republikes se Shqiperise<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Neni 74<br \/>\nKrime kund\u00ebr njer\u00ebzimit<\/strong><br \/>\nVrasjet, shfarosjet, kthimi n\u00eb skllev\u00ebr, internimet dhe d\u00ebbimet, si dhe \u00e7do lloj torture ose dhune tjet\u00ebr njer\u00ebzore t\u00eb kryera sipas nj\u00eb plani konkret t\u00eb paramenduar, kund\u00ebr nj\u00eb grupi t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb civile p\u00ebr motive politike, ideologjike, raciale, etnike e fetare d\u00ebnohen jo m\u00eb pak se pes\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb vjet ose me burgim t\u00eb p\u00ebrjetsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Kodi i Familjes:<\/p>\n<p><strong>LLOJET E T\u00cb DREJTAVE DHE DETYRIMEVE<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8211; Martesa e lidhur n\u00eb fakt krijon nj\u00eb t\u00ebrsi t\u00eb drejtash dhe detyrimash reciproke ku sot martesa rregullohet mbi baz\u00ebn e barazis\u00eb morale dhe juridike. Brenda kufijve t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar m\u00eb ligj, pa kurfar\u00eb lloji t\u00eb diskriminimit fetar, komb\u00ebtar, racor apo midis personash t\u00eb sekseve t\u00eb kund\u00ebrta.<\/p>\n<p>Prandej propagandimi publik nga qytetari Olsi Jazexhi i diskriminimit te gruas nga burri dhe nxitja e poligamise formojne nje veper penale te parashikuara nga Neni 18 i Kushtetutes dhe nga Neni 74 i Kodit Penal me denim heqje lirie jo me pak pes\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb vjet.
