[&#8230;] nj\u00eb gjen vet\u00ebshkat\u00ebrrues [&#8230;] Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb menj\u00ebher\u00eb e dukshme p\u00ebr shum\u00eb t\u00eb huaj. Nocioni se p\u00ebr t\u00eb fituar vet\u00eb duhet t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrroni armikun, se shkat\u00ebrrimi \u00ebsht\u00eb rruga e duhur, mendoj se \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mend\u00ebsi tep\u00ebr unike e klas\u00ebs politike shqiptare, e cila po bllokon p\u00ebrparimin. N\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e vendeve p\u00ebrparimi vjen nga nd\u00ebrtimi mbi arritjet e s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs; nga kuptimi i s\u00eb mir\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt dhe interesit komb\u00ebtar; nga t\u00eb pranuarit se, n\u00ebse kontribuoni p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb tort\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb, edhe feta juaj do t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb e madhe. Megjithat\u00eb, koncepte t\u00eb tilla, edhe n\u00ebse jan\u00eb d\u00ebgjuar ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb, jan\u00eb t\u00eb rralla n\u00eb debatet politike shqiptare\u2026\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cN\u00ebse Shqip\u00ebria nuk b\u00ebn nj\u00eb ndarje me mentalitetin \u201cklientelist\u201d dhe t\u00eb fokusohet te aft\u00ebsit\u00eb, arritjet dhe meritat, un\u00eb shoh pak shpres\u00eb.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ambasadori danez, Karsten Ankjaer Jensen, k\u00ebt\u00eb her\u00eb ka vendosur t\u00eb na thot\u00eb disa t\u00eb v\u00ebrteta lakuriq mbi at\u00eb se si e mendojn\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb huaj realitetin shqiptar. Intervista \u00ebsht\u00eb e fort\u00eb. Ajo meriton nj\u00eb reflektim t\u00eb thell\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm t\u00eb klas\u00ebs politike, por t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb, pasi vjen n\u00eb nj\u00eb moment ndjeshm\u00ebrie t\u00eb madhe dhe, nj\u00ebher\u00ebsh, sepse sintetizon nj\u00eb t\u00eb keqe nga e cila vuajm\u00eb prej koh\u00ebsh. Mungesa e reagimit nga maxhoranca dhe p\u00ebrdorimi i saj nga opozita thjesht p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime t\u00eb ngushta t\u00eb \u00e7astit qe nj\u00eb prov\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb e asaj \u00e7ka thot\u00eb ambasadori.<\/p>\n<p>* * *<\/p>\n<p>Interesantja p\u00ebr reflektim n\u00eb intervist\u00ebn e ambasadorit \u00ebsht\u00eb se ai ka tentuar t\u2019i jap\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje nj\u00eb pyetjeje q\u00eb ngren\u00eb shpesh shqiptar\u00ebt e q\u00eb duket se ia ngren\u00eb edhe t\u00eb huajt vetes, kur duan t\u00eb kuptojn\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb e dallon Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb nga vende t\u00eb tjera, si Estonia p.sh: nga vjen ky mallkim, kjo e keqe? \u00c7\u2019\u00ebsht\u00eb ky \u201cgjen\u201d \u201cvet\u00ebshkat\u00ebrrues\u201d q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb edhe komunizmin shqiptar\u00ebt ta kishin m\u00eb t\u00eb tmerrshmin edhe kapitalizmin m\u00eb \u00e7njer\u00ebzorin q\u00eb i b\u00ebn gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shpesh t\u00eb thon\u00eb: \u201cky vend nuk b\u00ebhet.\u201d (Ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht e kam d\u00ebgjuar k\u00ebt\u00eb shprehje pas k\u00ebtij konfliktualitetit t\u00eb fundit p\u00ebr Bashkin\u00eb, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shoq\u00ebruar edhe me nj\u00eb vakum pushteti rr\u00ebnues mbi ambientin, territorin, institucionet dhe, n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi, mbi shpres\u00ebn p\u00ebr nj\u00eb t\u00eb ardhme m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb.)<\/p>\n<p>* * *<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nga na vjen \u201cgjeni vet\u00ebshkat\u00ebrrues\u201d?<\/strong><br \/>\nP\u00ebr afro nj\u00eb shekull shqiptar\u00ebve u \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb lavazh truri, duke u th\u00ebn\u00eb se e keqja u vjen nga 500 vjet Perandori Otomane; se m\u00eb par\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb ndritur, por pastaj erdh\u00ebn otoman\u00ebt q\u00eb u soll\u00ebn err\u00ebsir\u00ebn me ferexhe; se kjo ka b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb zot\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb qeverisur t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, por jo p\u00ebr veten e tyre. Ka nga ata q\u00eb u kan\u00eb th\u00ebn\u00eb se e keqja u ka ardhur nga fqinj\u00ebt e pabes\u00eb, serb\u00ebt apo grek\u00ebt. Enver Hoxha u shtonte k\u00ebtyre edhe kishat dhe xhamit\u00eb si agjentura t\u00eb armikut.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebsisoj, ideja e ngulitur thell\u00eb n\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegjen shqiptare \u00ebsht\u00eb se e keqja na ka ardhur nga jasht\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb instaluar n\u00eb trupin ton\u00eb dhe ne tashm\u00eb ose jemi duke luftuar ta \u00e7rr\u00ebnjosim me ndihm\u00ebn e miqve (si\u00e7 kan\u00eb pretenduar ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb marr\u00eb p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr t\u00eb na udh\u00ebheqin), ose i jemi n\u00ebnshtruar k\u00ebtij \u00abvirusi\u00bb q\u00eb jeton n\u00eb trupin ton\u00eb n\u00eb trajt\u00ebn e politikan\u00ebve tan\u00eb, duke na b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb lektisemi pa shpres\u00eb. N\u00eb nj\u00eb shkrim lexova nj\u00eb gazetar t\u00eb shkruante, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb analizat e zgjedhjeve n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, se kush mendon se lufta kund\u00ebr korrupsionit mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb ndonj\u00eb ndikim n\u00eb rezultat gabohet, pasi korrupsioni \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb jetese e ngulitur tek shqiptar\u00ebt p\u00ebr pes\u00ebqind vjet nga Perandoria Otomane.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkaq, ky v\u00ebshtrim i t\u00eb keqes jasht\u00eb vetes tek tjetri \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb konstrukt kulturor q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb aplikuar e aplikohet edhe brenda vendit. Dikur aplikohej n\u00eb trajt\u00ebn e \u00abarmikut t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm n\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim me t\u00eb jashtmin\u00bb: agjenti i t\u00eb huajve ose shfaqjet e mbeturinave borgjeze t\u00eb s\u00eb kaluar\u00ebs, sot merr trajt\u00ebn e armikut politik q\u00eb her\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i till\u00eb pse ka qen\u00eb komunist, spiun i Sigurimit, her\u00eb pse i sh\u00ebrben grekut, her\u00eb serbit, her\u00eb tjet\u00ebr sepse nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb shqiptar, por grek, vllah, shule apo ku di un\u00eb. N\u00eb fakt, konfliktualiteti e shkat\u00ebrrimi q\u00eb sheh ambasadori mb\u00ebshtetet fort mbi paradigm\u00ebn nacional\u2013komuniste t\u00eb projektimit t\u00eb s\u00eb keqes jasht\u00eb vetes tek tjetri, armiku, i keqi, q\u00eb duhet ta luftojm\u00eb derisa ta \u00e7rr\u00ebnjosim e q\u00eb ka si an\u00eb tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb medaljes parimin: historia (e s\u00eb mir\u00ebs) fillon me mua.<\/p>\n<p>Si provokim ndaj atyre q\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb bindur se \u00abvirusi\u00bb i t\u00eb keqes na ka ardhur nga jasht\u00eb \u2013 m\u00eb s\u00eb shumti nga turqit \u2013 po sjell nj\u00eb fragment nga libri i Nathalie Clayer, ku tregohet se si p\u00ebrshkruhej shqiptari n\u00eb teatrin e kukullave t\u00eb Stambollit n\u00eb fundshekullin e XIX. \u00abMe mustaqe t\u00eb trasha dhe ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb me mjek\u00ebr t\u00eb thinjur, shum\u00eb naiv, injorant n\u00eb shkall\u00ebn e fundit, jasht\u00ebzakonisht vulgar, ndon\u00ebse p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb tregohet i sjellsh\u00ebm, gazmor, ai flet gjithmon\u00eb si t\u00eb shkreh\u00eb pushk\u00ebn, si t\u00eb thyej\u00eb, t\u00eb pres\u00eb dhe cop\u00ebtoj\u00eb. Kur ik\u00ebn me t\u00eb katra dhe merr dhen\u00eb, thot\u00eb se \u201ce b\u00ebra t\u2019ia mbath\u00eb\u201d, kur ha mir\u00eb dajak, vet\u00eb thot\u00eb se \u201ce zhd\u00ebpa\u201d. N\u00eb fund t\u00eb \u00e7do fjale q\u00eb nxjerr nga goja, ai fillon t\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnoj\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb i kthen fjal\u00ebn, duke vendosur dor\u00ebn mbi kobure dhe figura e tij, gjat\u00eb pjes\u00ebs teatrale, p\u00ebrqeshet n\u00eb \u00e7do l\u00ebvizje.\u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Ja pra q\u00eb edhe turqit, q\u00eb me vet\u00ebmburrjen ton\u00eb nacional-komuniste i kemi konsideruar inferior\u00eb duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se jemi ne q\u00eb i kemi qeverisur, na paskan p\u00ebrqeshur si\u00e7 ndoshta na p\u00ebrqesh ambasadori danez p\u00ebr gjenin ton\u00eb vet\u00ebshkat\u00ebrrues. Jo, e keqja duhet k\u00ebrkuar gjetk\u00eb dhe ndryshe.<\/p>\n<p>* * *<\/p>\n<p>Gjykoj se kjo e keqja e vet\u00ebshkat\u00ebrrimit n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet konfliktualiteit permanent, q\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri e gjejm\u00eb si nj\u00eb s\u00ebmundje endemike t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb, deri n\u00eb at\u00eb shkall\u00eb saq\u00eb n\u00eb nivel individ\u00ebsh edhe nj\u00eb kritik\u00eb racionale na e shnd\u00ebrron menj\u00ebher\u00eb mikun n\u00eb armik, kurse n\u00eb nivel politik i ka shnd\u00ebrruar dy partit\u00eb kryesore n\u00eb gati ushtri mercenar\u00ebsh, q\u00eb paguhen p\u00ebr luft\u00ebn q\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb kund\u00ebr nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb e keqe universale, jo shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Thjesht kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me egoizmin njer\u00ebzor, q\u00eb n\u00eb form\u00ebn m\u00eb primitive \u00ebsht\u00eb shfaqur si egoiz\u00ebm individual kafsh\u00ebror, pastaj si egoiz\u00ebm klanor familjar e m\u00eb pas n\u00eb format e egoizmit t\u00eb tribuve e t\u00eb kombeve q\u00eb kan\u00eb shkat\u00ebrruar shum\u00eb\u00e7ka p\u00ebr t\u00eb fituar vet\u00eb. Problemi yn\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb se ne nuk kemi mundur, n\u00eb historin\u00eb ton\u00eb, t\u00eb kap\u00ebrcejm\u00eb p\u00ebrtej egoizmit individual dhe atij q\u00eb mund t\u00eb quhet egoiz\u00ebm familjar, klanor e s\u00eb fundmi i partive t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrruara n\u00eb tribu pla\u00e7kit\u00ebsish.<\/p>\n<p>Deri tek institucioni i familjes, mir\u00eb keq, ne funksionojm\u00eb pak a shum\u00eb si t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt, p\u00ebrtej familjes ne nuk kemi nd\u00ebrtuar dot thuajse asgj\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme pozitive. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst, n\u00ebse do t\u2019i referohemi metafor\u00ebs s\u00eb ambasadorit, them se nuk b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb \u00abgjen vet\u00ebshkat\u00ebrrues\u00bb, i cili n\u00ebnkupton nj\u00eb trup t\u00eb sh\u00ebndosh\u00eb t\u00eb cilin ky po e shkat\u00ebrruaka, por p\u00ebr munges\u00ebn e shfaqjes s\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00abgjeni nd\u00ebrtues\u00bb, q\u00eb e rrit aft\u00ebsin\u00eb e lidhjes dhe bashk\u00ebpunimit t\u00eb qelizave individuale dhe familjare me nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebn, duke fuqizuar organizmin shoq\u00ebror.<\/p>\n<p>Po t\u00eb shikosh historin\u00eb e shteteve t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb quajtur t\u00eb suksesshme, \u201ckuptimi i t\u00eb mir\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt dhe interesit komb\u00ebtar\u201d sipas t\u00eb cilit \u201cn\u00ebse kontribuoni p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb tort\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb, edhe feta juaj do t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb e madhe\u201d, ka ardhur nga t\u00eb tilla \u201cmutacione\u201d n\u00eb organizimin kolektiv t\u00eb jet\u00ebs. Ato kan\u00eb ardhur n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet krijimit t\u00eb komuniteteve fetare, kan\u00eb ardhur n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb shoq\u00ebris\u00eb civile, t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjeve komb\u00ebtare, t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjeve sociale, q\u00eb tek e fundit jan\u00eb ngjizur n\u00eb strukturat dhe institucionet e atij q\u00eb quhet shtet-komb, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet nj\u00eb dialektike zhvillimi jo pa dhimbje e probleme edhe n\u00eb shtetet m\u00eb t\u00eb suksesshme.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe shtetin ton\u00eb t\u00eb pas 1912-s, \u00abmutacioni\u00bb q\u00eb do ta b\u00ebnte shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb ton\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtonte \u201ckuptimin e s\u00eb mir\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt\u201d, d.m.th nj\u00eb shtet, me institucionet e tij e nj\u00eb administrat\u00eb publike q\u00eb funksionon p\u00ebr shtetasit e tij dhe jo kund\u00ebr tyre, nuk ka ndodhur ende. Sipas meje, tri jan\u00eb arsyet kryesore historike t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj.<\/p>\n<p>E para, sepse krijimi i shtetit shqiptar filloi nga nj\u00eb nivel gati zero m\u00eb 1912-n, m\u00eb shum\u00eb si dhurat\u00eb e t\u00eb huajve, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet bashkimit t\u00eb gjysm\u00ebrave t\u00eb kat\u00ebr vilajeteve otomane pa shum\u00eb lidhje me nj\u00ebra-tjetr\u00ebn, pa nj\u00eb qend\u00ebr e administrat\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt; s\u00eb dyti, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb l\u00ebvizjes son\u00eb komb\u00ebtare mbi dob\u00ebsimin deri eliminimin e komuniteteve fetare (p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb qenies shum\u00ebfish) dhe t\u00eb mjaft nga \u00e7far\u00eb trash\u00ebguam nga shteti otoman; s\u00eb treti e m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishmi, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb diktatur\u00ebs komuniste 45-vje\u00e7are q\u00eb shkat\u00ebrroi \u00e7do institucion paraardh\u00ebs e \u00e7do komunitet n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb krijimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb regjimi \u00e7njer\u00ebzor q\u00eb, n\u00eb fakt, ishte forma m\u00eb e eg\u00ebr e shfaqjes s\u00eb \u00abgjenit vet\u00ebshakt\u00ebrrues\u00bb, denoncuar nga ambasadori danez, q\u00eb ka si moto vepruese parimin \u00abhistoria fillon me mua \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>* * *<\/p>\n<p>Megjithat\u00eb, historia jon\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e ndryshme nga ajo e shum\u00eb vendeve t\u00eb tjera p\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket thelbit t\u00eb asaj q\u00eb diskutojm\u00eb. Le t\u00eb marrim fqinj\u00ebt tan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb dashur, italian\u00ebt, q\u00eb njihen si popull gjenial. Eugenio Scalfari, duke shkruar p\u00ebr shkakun kryesor t\u00eb korrupsionit n\u00eb Itali, e v\u00eb theksin n\u00eb faktin se italian\u00ebt ndihen t\u00eb t\u00ebhuajtur nga shteti i tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Origjin\u00ebn e k\u00ebtij t\u00ebhuaj\u00ebsimi ai e gjen n\u00eb faktin se shteti i bashkuar, pra ai q\u00eb u krijua n\u00eb shekullin e XIX, ka qen\u00eb i huaj, i larg\u00ebt p\u00ebr italian\u00ebt, se historikisht ky shtet \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrjetuar m\u00eb shum\u00eb si shfryt\u00ebzues sesa si garant i paktit shoq\u00ebror; m\u00eb shum\u00eb si autor dhune sesa si tutor i ligjshm\u00ebris\u00eb; se populli nuk ka marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb, por vet\u00ebm ka qen\u00eb i pranish\u00ebm n\u00eb lindjen e k\u00ebtij shteti, pasi 75% e popullsis\u00eb ishte fshatare, me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera jasht\u00eb institucioneve. Shteti \u2013 thot\u00eb Scalfaro \u2013 nuk ishte nj\u00eb simbol, as atdheu nuk qe i till\u00eb. P\u00ebr pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe, k\u00ebto fjal\u00eb ishin t\u00eb panjohura, pa kuptim. Ikja e m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebve jasht\u00eb atdheut, q\u00eb vazhdon edhe sot p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb saj, mbushja e burgjeve t\u00eb bot\u00ebs me t\u00eb rinj q\u00eb merren me trafik droge e prostitucioni, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb saj, ashtu sikurse shikimi i vendit si pleh\u00ebrishte e Europ\u00ebs, po p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj xhungle jan\u00eb nj\u00eb form\u00eb vdekjeje.<\/p>\n<p>Por q\u00eb t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb nj\u00eb lindje e re momentesh pozitive q\u00eb p\u00ebrgatisin mutacionin, gjykoj se duhet t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb nj\u00eb ndryshim antropologjik, nj\u00eb ndryshim n\u00eb paradigmat e kultur\u00ebs mbizot\u00ebruese shqiptare, q\u00eb sot p\u00ebr sot \u00ebsht\u00eb e nd\u00ebrtuar si shprehje e egoizmit individual kafsh\u00ebror dhe atij klanor t\u00eb xhungl\u00ebs n\u00eb fjal\u00eb. Kam parasysh k\u00ebtu ato paradigma q\u00eb i p\u00ebrmbledh bukur shprehja e Ekleziastit \u201cN\u00ebse nuk dua veten, si mund t\u2019i dua t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt; por n\u00ebse dua vet\u00ebm veten, pse t\u00eb jem fare?\u201d apo principin moral kantian \u201cMos i b\u00ebj tjetrit at\u00eb q\u00eb s\u2019do t\u00eb ta b\u00ebjn\u00eb ty\u201d, t\u00eb cilat n\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb ndryshme jan\u00eb shfaqur n\u00eb forma t\u00eb ndryshe e q\u00eb sot p\u00ebr sot kan\u00eb gjetur shprehjen m\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb n\u00eb shtetin social e t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs. Me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera duhet ngjizja e nj\u00eb fryme t\u00eb re, q\u00eb do t\u00eb b\u00ebnte q\u00eb ajo q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr komunitetin, t\u00eb jet\u00eb n\u00eb harmoni me at\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr individin e jo n\u00eb kund\u00ebrshti.<\/p>\n<p>Si t\u00eb arrihet kjo pa r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb l\u00ebvizje komuniste apo nacionaliste t\u00eb cilat, si\u00e7 ka treguar historia, kur kan\u00eb marr\u00eb p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebhen garant t\u00eb interesave t\u00eb komunitetit, kan\u00eb shkat\u00ebrruar interesat e individit? Personalisht shoh pak shpres\u00eb se shqiptar\u00ebt, k\u00ebshtu si\u00e7 i ka katandisur klasa e tyre politike, mund t\u00eb gjenerojn\u00eb nj\u00eb frym\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb pozitive nga vetvetja. Kjo do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb vinte nga kontaktet me kultur\u00ebn e vendeve t\u00eb tjera, ku aspirojm\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhemi pjes\u00eb. E, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kontekst, gjykoj se ndryshimi antropologjik duhet t\u00eb sjell\u00eb edhe ndryshimin e paradigm\u00ebs s\u00eb gjetjes s\u00eb armikut jasht\u00eb vetes (e ushqyer shum\u00eb nga nacionalizmi dhe komunizmi shqiptar, q\u00eb ka si faqe tjet\u00ebr t\u00eb medaljes vet\u00ebmburrjen dhe vet\u00ebglorifikimin shterp\u00eb) n\u00eb favor t\u00eb zhvillimit t\u00eb paradigm\u00ebs s\u00eb nj\u00eb v\u00ebshtrimi vet\u00ebkritik mbi shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe vetveten.<\/p>\n<p>Por, k\u00ebtu nuk mund t\u00eb mos v\u00eb n\u00eb dukje se gazetari shqiptar duhet t\u2019i b\u00ebnte nj\u00eb pyetje q\u00eb nuk ia ka b\u00ebr\u00eb ambasadorit danez: mir\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt, por a ka ndonj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi edhe Europa q\u00eb, megjith\u00ebse ka shpenzuar sipas tij kaq koh\u00eb e energji e ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb 40 milion\u00eb q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria t\u00eb zhvilloj\u00eb e forcoj\u00eb sektorin publik, k\u00ebto kan\u00eb rezultuar pa sukses? E shtroj k\u00ebt\u00eb pyetje ngase gjykoj se, p\u00ebrve\u00e7 sfondit historik e kulturor p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin b\u00ebra fjal\u00eb, nj\u00eb nga shkaqet e \u201cvet\u00ebshkat\u00ebrrimit\u201d shqiptar \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe fryma e triumfit t\u00eb neoliberizmit q\u00eb na erdhi nga Per\u00ebndimi pas komunist, e sintetizuar n\u00eb shprehjen e Thatcherit: \u201cshoq\u00ebria nuk ekziston, ekziston vet\u00ebm individi.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>E them k\u00ebt\u00eb pasi, ndon\u00ebse \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shpenzuar shum\u00eb nga Per\u00ebndimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri demokracin\u00eb, shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb civile, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbrojtur dhe disa vlera themelore t\u00eb njeriut, s\u2019duhet harruar edhe nj\u00eb faqe tjet\u00ebr e Per\u00ebndimit: ajo se politikat ekonomike t\u00eb tij nuk e kan\u00eb par\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb me filozofin\u00eb, sipas s\u00eb cil\u00ebs, n\u00ebse kontribuoni p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb tort\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe, edhe feta juaj do t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb e madhe, por, p\u00ebrkundrazi me at\u00eb t\u00eb fet\u00ebs s\u00eb \u00e7dokujt q\u00eb vihet p\u00ebrmbi interesat e tort\u00ebs s\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve. Shtoji k\u00ebsaj edhe faktin se neoliberizmi ka prodhuar nj\u00eb sistem vlerash, at\u00eb t\u00eb konsumizmit e t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitimit maksimal individual, q\u00eb edhe n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim i ka g\u00ebrryer e minuar jo pak arritjet e shtetit social e t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs, e jo m\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri shqiptare, q\u00eb e aplikoi si nj\u00eb ideologji pushteti me nj\u00eb stil totalitar.<\/p>\n<p>Si p\u00ebrfundim do t\u00eb thosha se intervista e ambasadorit ishte edhe nj\u00eb si paralajm\u00ebrim i fort\u00eb se po t\u00eb vazhdoni k\u00ebshtu, ne s\u2019jemi t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb ndajm\u00eb fatin me ju, dyert tona do t\u2019i gjeni t\u00eb mbyllura e do t\u2019ju duhet t\u00eb trokisni n\u00eb dyer t\u00eb tjera. Kjo do t\u00eb ishte me pasoja tejet t\u00eb paparashikueshme e t\u00eb rrezikshme p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt. Por, mua m\u00eb duket se p\u00ebr mir\u00eb apo p\u00ebr keq kemi arritur n\u00eb nj\u00eb pik\u00eb kur mbyllja e dyerve mund t\u00eb sjell\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb probleme p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, sesa l\u00ebnia hapur e tyre.
