Aleksand\u00ebr Biberaj, nj\u00eb kritik i hapur i funksionimit t\u00eb jet\u00ebs politike n\u00eb parti, i cili u p\u00ebrjashtua nga K\u00ebshilli i ri Komb\u00ebtar, i tha gazet\u00ebs \u201cTemA\u201d se \u201cprocesi i num\u00ebrimit t\u00eb votave nuk ka qen\u00eb aspak transparent, gj\u00eb q\u00eb ka cenuar shum\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb themelin e demokracis\u00eb n\u00eb PD. Nga informacionet q\u00eb kam pasur, m\u00eb rezulton se kam qen\u00eb nd\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb votuarit, por rezultati p\u00ebrfundimtar \u00ebsht\u00eb manipuluar dhe nuk pasqyron vullnetin e delegat\u00ebve t\u00eb Kuvendit\u201d. Biberaj tha se Kuvendi i IX i PD do t\u00eb arkivohet n\u00eb historin\u00eb e PD si Kuvendi m\u00eb jodemokratik q\u00eb ka pasur PD gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb saj 19-vje\u00e7are, si Kuvendi ku nuk kishte asnj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb p\u00ebr debat, diskutim, pyetje nga delegat\u00ebt apo p\u00ebrgjigje nga lidershipi.<\/p>\n<p>Biberaj, nj\u00eb oponent i njohur i dy viteve t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb PD, ka pasur nj\u00eb histori t\u00eb hapur konflikti me Jozefina Topallin, kryetaren e parlamentit shqiptar, e cila e shkarkoi at\u00eb n\u00eb janar t\u00eb k\u00ebtij viti nga detyra q\u00eb kishte si n\u00ebnkryetar i Asambles\u00eb s\u00eb K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs. Shkak real ishte q\u00ebndrimi kritik i Topallit dhe distanca e tij nga Berisha, por Topalli me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast u hakmor dhe ndaj faktit se Biberaj ishte i ftuar zyrtarisht n\u00eb ceremonin\u00eb e inaugurimit t\u00eb presidentit Obama, nd\u00ebrsa Topalli shkoi aty privatisht dhe paraqiti takimin me nj\u00eb menaxher hoteli si takim me nj\u00eb kongresmen. Biberaj e denoncoi k\u00ebt\u00eb dhe k\u00ebtu konflikti u b\u00eb i hapur. Biberaj tha dje se lufta ndaj tij \u00ebsht\u00eb luft\u00eb e nj\u00eb grupi t\u00eb korruptuarish n\u00eb PD. \u201cJu premtoj se t\u00eb korruptuarit nuk m\u00eb nxjerrin dot nga politika, &#8211; tha. &#8211; Un\u00eb do t\u00eb vazhdoj luft\u00ebn time dhe do t\u00eb analizoj me qet\u00ebsi gjendjen e r\u00ebnd\u00eb, n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn gjendet sot PD.<\/p>\n<p>Por p\u00ebrtej Biberajt, nj\u00eb em\u00ebr shum\u00eb i njohur i PD, Prof. Dr Omer Stringa \u00ebsht\u00eb larguar nga lista p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb q\u00ebndrimeve kritike. Dekani i Fakultetit t\u00eb Ekonomis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsuar me Elvana Han\u00ebn, mbes\u00ebn e Liri Berish\u00ebs, nd\u00ebrsa Aleksand\u00ebr Biberaj me Kleti Kruj\u00ebn, shokun e Shk\u00eblzen Berish\u00ebs. Stringa, nj\u00eb veteran i PD dhe n\u00eb momente t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj partie, si\u00e7 ishte viti 1997, tashm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebnjanuar t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht duke ilustruar standardin e liris\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb folur brenda asaj partie.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb shuplak\u00eb mbi z\u00ebra kritik\u00eb duket se reflektohet te votat p\u00ebr Besnik Mustafajn, e Bujar Leskajn. Pjesa tjet\u00ebr e list\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb reflektim i balancimit t\u00eb klaneve brenda PD dhe l\u00ebshimeve q\u00eb Berisha u b\u00ebn sipas nevojave t\u00eb garnitur\u00ebs s\u00eb tij n\u00eb pushtet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Topalli, m\u00eb e k\u00ebnaqura<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jozefina Topalli duket m\u00eb e k\u00ebnaqur nga lista. Ajo ka udh\u00ebhequr luft\u00ebn kund\u00ebr Biberajt dhe Mustafajt dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb shp\u00ebrblyer nga Berisha me suksese t\u00eb vogla, si minimizimi i njer\u00ebzve t\u00eb Lulzim Bash\u00ebs n\u00eb list\u00eb. Jasht\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb PD duket se kan\u00eb mbetur pas udh\u00ebzimeve t\u00eb saj tre deputet\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj partie p\u00ebr qarkun e Elbasanit. Burime pran\u00eb PD than\u00eb dje se Jozefina Topalli loboi kund\u00ebr Lulzim Bash\u00ebs n\u00eb K\u00ebshillin Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb PD, p\u00ebr pasoj\u00eb mbet\u00ebn jasht\u00eb k\u00ebtij forumi tre nga 7 deputet\u00ebt e Elbasanit, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, si\u00e7 duket, Topalli i ka konsideruar si krahu i Lulzim Bash\u00ebs n\u00eb PD. Ata nuk mor\u00ebn votat e nevojshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb PD. Po ashtu, Topalli ia ka arritur q\u00eb Bash\u00ebn t\u00eb mos e fus\u00eb n\u00eb pes\u00ebshen e par\u00eb n\u00eb parti. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb pas Flamur Nok\u00ebs, personazhit t\u00eb njohur anekdotik t\u00eb PD. Lulzim Bash\u00ebs i kan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb 944 vota. Jasht\u00eb list\u00ebs s\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb PD kan\u00eb mbetur 14 deputet\u00eb t\u00eb PD, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt po ashtu e kan\u00eb pasur n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi aksident kandidimin n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj partie.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00c7iljeta, n\u00eb vend t\u00eb Pangos<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb surpriz\u00eb e Kuvendit mbetet \u00c7iljeta. K\u00ebng\u00ebtarja e njohur p\u00ebr ekstravaganc\u00ebn e saj, dhe videoklipet e nxehta, tashm\u00eb do t\u00eb mbush\u00eb boshll\u00ebkun q\u00eb lan\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb K\u00ebshill historit\u00eb roz\u00eb t\u00eb Ylli Pangos vitin e shkuar. N\u00eb dit\u00ebn e zgjedhjes s\u00eb saj n\u00eb K\u00ebshill Komb\u00ebtar, intervista e saj n\u00eb medien e dit\u00ebs ishte p\u00ebr humbjen e t\u00eb dashurit t\u00eb saj, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin do t\u00eb na informoj\u00eb n\u00eb janar.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebng\u00ebtarja \u00c7iljeta Xhilaga, q\u00eb mori 502 vota gjithsej, \u00ebsht\u00eb renditur n\u00eb numrin e 55 n\u00eb list\u00ebn e an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Demokratike. Xhilaga la pas me vota gjysm\u00ebn e an\u00ebtar\u00ebve t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Komb\u00ebtar. Pas \u00c7iljet\u00ebs renditen figura t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Demokratik, si ish-ministri i Jasht\u00ebm, Besnik Mustafaj, Shaban Memia, Gjergj Bojaxhi etj. Por m\u00eb shum\u00eb vota se \u00c7iljeta mori z\u00ebdh\u00ebn\u00ebsja e PD, Erla M\u00ebhilli, e cila u rendit n\u00eb gjysm\u00ebn e par\u00eb t\u00eb list\u00ebs me 676 vota, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb s\u00eb fundmi popullore p\u00ebr lapsuset e saj erotike, sa her\u00eb q\u00eb flet kund\u00ebr Edi Ram\u00ebs..<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cEtj.\u201d kan\u00eb mbushur list\u00ebn<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrve\u00e7 triumfit t\u00eb qart\u00eb t\u00eb Topallit dhe eliminimit t\u00eb z\u00ebrave kritik\u00eb pjesa tjet\u00ebr e list\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb e mbushur me \u201cetj.\u201d, emra pa asnj\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi politike apo \u201cqoka\u201d t\u00eb Berish\u00ebs p\u00ebr njer\u00ebz t\u00eb p\u00ebrdorur prej tij. Shihet qart\u00eb se tashm\u00eb p\u00ebr Berish\u00ebn edhe Eduard Ypi, t\u00eb cilin e ka akuzuar si bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor t\u00eb Sigurimit, edhe Fahri Balliu, q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i implikuar n\u00eb historin\u00eb e nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb fabrik\u00ebs n\u00eb G\u00ebrdec, por dhe nj\u00eb veteran i njohur i PD si Shaban Memia, i cili ka kontribut sa gjith\u00eb K\u00ebshilli Komb\u00ebtar s\u00eb bashku p\u00ebr at\u00eb parti, jan\u00eb rreshtuar diku nga fundi, sa p\u00ebr t\u2019u mbyllur goj\u00ebn. Po ashtu, sipas nevoj\u00ebs q\u00eb ka p\u00ebr t\u2019i p\u00ebrdorur ata, ka rreshtuar n\u00eb ato pozicione nj\u00eb list\u00eb anonime femrash dhe Mark Markun, nj\u00eb personazh kontrovers, i cili ka drejtuar fushat\u00ebn e Edi Ram\u00ebs kund\u00ebr Sokol Olldashit n\u00eb vitin 2007. Kjo list\u00eb t\u00eb kapurish, t\u00eb keqp\u00ebrdorurish dhe anonim\u00ebsh, n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb mbush shumic\u00ebn e list\u00ebs s\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Komb\u00ebtar, si p\u00ebr t\u00eb ilustruar kot\u00ebsin\u00eb e saj dhe munges\u00ebn e zgjedhjeve t\u00eb lira brenda partis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aleksand\u00ebr Biberajt<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cNxjerrja pa asnj\u00eb lloj transparence e rezultateve t\u00eb manipuluara p\u00ebr K\u00ebshillin Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb PD sh\u00ebnon edhe fillim-fundin e pasojave q\u00eb do t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrojn\u00eb, jo vet\u00ebm jet\u00ebn politike dhe t\u00eb ardhmen e PD, por edhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb, pasoja k\u00ebto q\u00eb vijn\u00eb nga Kuvendi fars\u00eb Komb\u00ebtar i PD. Ky Kuvend do t\u00eb arkivohet n\u00eb historin\u00eb e PD si Kuvendi m\u00eb jodemokratik q\u00eb ka pasur PD gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb saj 19-vje\u00e7are, si Kuvendi ku nuk kishte asnj\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00eb p\u00ebr debat, diskutim, pyetje nga delegat\u00ebt apo p\u00ebrgjigje nga lidershipi. Ky Kuvend nuk kishte asnj\u00eb analiz\u00eb p\u00ebr qeverisjen 4-vje\u00e7are t\u00eb PD, asnj\u00eb analiz\u00eb p\u00ebr zgjedhjet lokale t\u00eb vitit 2007 si dhe p\u00ebr zgjedhjet parlamentare t\u00eb 28 qershorit 2009, asnj\u00eb fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr shkrirjet\/bashkimet e partive apo p\u00ebr koalicionet qeveris\u00ebse.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk u tha asnj\u00eb fjal\u00eb se p\u00ebrse PD ka humbur n\u00eb dy fushatat e fundit n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb dhe qytetet kryesore, p\u00ebrse PD nuk fitoi m\u00eb 28 qershor t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn 71 mandate p\u00ebr t\u00eb qeverisur me aleat\u00ebt e saj natyral\u00eb, por po qeveris me t\u00eb majt\u00ebn, duke sh\u00ebnuar k\u00ebshtu edhe kalimin gradual t\u00eb pushtetit tek e majta. N\u00eb Kuvend lidershipi erdhi totalisht i pap\u00ebrgatitur p\u00ebr nj\u00eb ngjarje tep\u00ebr t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb Kuvendi Komb\u00ebtar i partis\u00eb, ku dhe u pa qart\u00eb q\u00eb lidershipi nuk dha asnj\u00eb ide, nuk tregoi asnj\u00eb vizion dhe nuk paraqiti asnj\u00eb program. Procesit t\u00eb num\u00ebrimit t\u00eb votave p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebt e K\u00ebshillit Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb PD i mungoi totalisht transparenca, gj\u00eb q\u00eb ka cenuar r\u00ebnd\u00eb themelet e demokracis\u00eb n\u00eb parti, p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos th\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb ka sh\u00ebnuar edhe fundin e demokracis\u00eb n\u00eb PD.<\/p>\n<p>Fatkeq\u00ebsisht, n\u00eb PD fryma qytetare po tenton t\u00eb z\u00ebvend\u00ebsohet me nj\u00eb frym\u00eb rurale, fryma intelektuale po mbytet nga fryma e injoranc\u00ebs, fryma e debatit po z\u00ebvend\u00ebsohet me frym\u00ebn e nj\u00eb n\u00ebnshtrimi t\u00eb verb\u00ebr dhe t\u00eb nj\u00eb servilizmi ekstrem, fryma e grupit dhe e bashk\u00ebpunimit n\u00eb grup po z\u00ebvend\u00ebsohet nga kulti i individit dhe fryma klanore, vendimmarrja kolegjiale po z\u00ebvend\u00ebsohet nga vendimmarrje autoritariste dhe klienteliste, vlerat po z\u00ebvend\u00ebsohen me antivlera, dhe gradualisht po shuhet tradita, kontributi dhe vet\u00eb historia e PD.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Lista me emrat e 100 fituesve t\u00eb K\u00ebshillit Komb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Demokratike<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>1.
