Duket sikur shqiptar\u00ebt gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb po bien pre e spekullimit se vendimet e gjykatave q\u00ebndrojn\u00eb p\u00ebrmbi gjykimin moral. Por a \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb kjo?<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr nj\u00eb njeri t\u00eb cilit i mungon n\u00eb bot\u00ebkuptim koncepti i \u201cligjit t\u00eb s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs\u201d, historia europiane nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr vecse nj\u00eb lib\u00ebr horrori. P\u00ebr t\u00eb Europa \u00ebsht\u00eb e mbushur me popuj barbar\u00eb q\u00eb prodhojn\u00eb ligje p\u00ebr t\u2019i shkat\u00ebrruar m\u00eb von\u00eb. Europa p\u00ebr t\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vend i friksh\u00ebm ku nuk duhet shkelur kurr\u00eb. Nj\u00eb njeri i till\u00eb, ligjit i jep atributet e pronarit kurse vetes i jep atributet e skllavit. Europa p\u00ebr skllavin \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vend i pasigurt\u00eb. N\u00eb retorik\u00ebn e tij do t\u00eb gjeni fjal\u00ebt \u201cligji dhe vet\u00ebm ligji; respektimi dhe zbatimi i ligjit; gjykata; vendimi i gjykat\u00ebs; hetim; kodi ligjor; prokuroria; kodi elektoral; afati kohor\u201d. Duhet shpjeguar se drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb ai e kupton t\u00eb shtremb\u00ebruar. E kupton t\u00eb shtremb\u00ebruar sepse e shikon si t\u00eb pavarur nga morali. P\u00ebr t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsia \u00ebsht\u00eb produkt. Produkt t\u00eb cilin e prodhon gjykata.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fakt gjykata nuk prodhon drejt\u00ebsi, ajo jep drejt\u00ebsi. Por, q\u00eb nj\u00eb gjykat\u00eb t\u00eb jet\u00eb e aft\u00eb t\u00eb jap\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi, gjykat\u00ebsit duhet domosdoshm\u00ebrisht t\u00eb disponojn\u00eb aft\u00ebsin\u00eb e t\u00eb menduarit n\u00eb plan afatgjat\u00eb. E them k\u00ebt\u00eb, sepse vendimet ligjore kan\u00eb aft\u00ebsin\u00eb t\u00eb ndikojn\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen e nj\u00eb populli m\u00eb shum\u00eb se vendimet politike apo ato ekonomike.(Kanuni i Shqiptar\u00ebve \u00ebsht\u00eb shembulli i p\u00ebrsosur. Nj\u00eb vendim i padrejt\u00eb i jep hajdutit nj\u00eb ndjenj\u00eb superioriteti dhe t\u00eb vjedhurit nj\u00eb ndjenj\u00eb inferioriteti. Nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri q\u00eb e gjen veten n\u00eb nj\u00eb situate t\u00eb till\u00eb duhet me \u00e7do kusht ta p\u00ebrmbys\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb situate. N\u00ebse nuk e b\u00ebn nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb, pasojat p\u00ebr t\u00eb do t\u00eb jen\u00eb fatale dhe e ardhmja e err\u00ebt. P\u00ebr shum\u00ebk\u00ebnd ngritja e shoq\u00ebris\u00eb mbi ligjin \u00ebsht\u00eb mosbindje civile dhe mosbindja civile krijon tensione.<\/p>\n<p>Tensioni n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri nuk duhet t\u00eb tremb\u00eb ask\u00ebnd p\u00ebr sa koh\u00eb q\u00eb lind si pasoj\u00eb e protestave paq\u00ebsore. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb duhet ta kuptojm\u00eb nevoj\u00ebn p\u00ebr protesta paq\u00ebsore, sepse ato krijojn\u00eb tension pozitiv, pa t\u00eb cilin rruga drejt err\u00ebsir\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb e sigurt\u00eb. E gjith\u00eb shoq\u00ebria shqiptare duhet t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtes\u00eb nism\u00ebn e opozit\u00ebs p\u00ebr protesta.
