Projekti i TransAdriatikut me nj\u00eb gjat\u00ebsi prej 520 km do te kaloje nga Greqia n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe p\u00ebrfundon n\u00eb Itali.<\/p>\n<p>Lufta p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar burime energjitike t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme mbetet nj\u00eb nga sfidat strategjike globale. P\u00ebr Bashkimin Europian gazi si nj\u00eb nd\u00ebr burimet energjitike m\u00eb t\u00eb lira n\u00eb kosto ka p\u00ebrvijuar tre projekte p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtim rrjetesh t\u00eb reja t\u00eb furnizmit p\u00ebr shtetet an\u00ebtare, t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb si burim kryesor Detin Kaspik. Kjo shikohet dhe si nj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje konkrete p\u00ebr t\u00eb evituar dhe amortizuar var\u00ebsin\u00eb energjitike nga Rusia apo Afrika. Gara p\u00ebr nd\u00ebrtimin e nj\u00ebrit prej k\u00ebtyre projekteve q\u00eb mb\u00ebshteten fuqish\u00ebm nga BE-ja po ndiqet me interes dhe nga autoritetet zyrtare n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Dorian Du\u00e7ka drejtor i Drejtoris\u00eb s\u00eb Projekteve n\u00eb Ministrin\u00eb e Ekonomis\u00eb, Treg\u00ebtis\u00eb dhe Energjitik\u00ebs, METE, thot\u00eb p\u00ebr DW se tre projektet jan\u00eb ai NABUKO, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfshin Turqin\u00eb, Bullgarin\u00eb, Rumanin\u00eb, Hungarin\u00eb dhe p\u00ebrfundon n\u00eb Vien\u00eb, me nj\u00eb gjat\u00ebsi 4 mij\u00eb km; \u00ebsht\u00eb projekti nd\u00ebrlidh\u00ebs ITGI, q\u00eb e ka origjin\u00ebn po nga Turqia dhe m\u00eb pas vijon n\u00eb Greqi e p\u00ebrfundon n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet Igumenic\u00ebs n\u00eb Itali me m\u00eb shum\u00eb se 800 km gjat\u00ebsi; dhe projekti i tret\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ai q\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetet nga kansorciumi i tre gjigand\u00ebve t\u00eb gazit n\u00eb Europ\u00eb, q\u00eb jan\u00eb STATOIL nga Norvegjia, EGL nga Zvicra dhe E-ON Ruhrgaz nga Gjermania.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPik\u00ebrisht projekti i tret\u00eb q\u00eb quhet dhe tubacioni i TransAdriatikut, TAP, me shtrirje 520 km p\u00ebrfshin dhe territorin shqiptar. Pasi ai tranziton nga Greqia p\u00ebr n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe p\u00ebrfundon n\u00eb Itali\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Sipas Du\u00e7k\u00ebs eksprt\u00ebt e shikojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb variant t\u00eb tret\u00eb si projektin m\u00eb ekonomik.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKonsidorohet si m\u00eb i lir\u00eb n\u00eb kosto, zonat n\u00ebp\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat kalon, p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb vij\u00ebs detare e b\u00ebjn\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb sigurt\u00eb. N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebt\u00ebn koh\u00eb fuqia ekonomike p\u00ebr zbatim \u00ebsht\u00eb me e leht\u00eb, pasi mb\u00ebshtetet nga kompani serioze n\u00eb fush\u00ebn financiare\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Interesi i jasht\u00ebzakonshm\u00eb i autoriteteve dhe ekspert\u00ebve n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri p\u00ebr rastin e nd\u00ebrtimit t\u00eb variantit TAP \u00ebsht\u00eb sepse ai pritet t\u00eb shoq\u00ebrohet me nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebrfitimesh konkrete.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSepse s\u00eb pari, ajo p\u00ebrfshihet si nj\u00eb nyje kryesore e gazit n\u00eb \u2018unaz\u00ebn p\u00ebrendimore\u2019 t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs Jugore. S\u00eb dyti, Shqip\u00ebria p\u00ebrfiton nj\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb madhe financiare nga renta e kalimit t\u00eb gazit n\u00eb tubacion. S\u00eb treti, mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitoj\u00eb nga burimi i lir\u00eb i k\u00ebsaj l\u00ebnd\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u p\u00ebrdorur si l\u00ebnd\u00eb energjie n\u00eb interesa t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, si psh n\u00eb TEC-in e Vlor\u00ebs, ku mund t\u00eb prodhohet energji mjaft e lir\u00eb. S\u00eb kat\u00ebrti, konsumatori shqiptar p\u00ebrfiton gaz dhe energji t\u00eb lir\u00eb, krahasuar me energjin\u00eb elektrike apo burimeve t\u00eb tjera.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu ekspert\u00ebt mendojn\u00eb se kalimi i gazjell\u00ebsit n\u00eb territorin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb b\u00ebn real dhe nd\u00ebrtimin e rrjetit t\u00eb ri t\u00eb gazit t\u00eb quajtur \u201cTubacioni i Jon-Adriatikut\u201d. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb b\u00ebhet e mundur qarkullimi i gazit nga zona e Fierit drejt Splitit n\u00eb Kroaci.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNga kjo p\u00ebrfitojn\u00eb gazifikimin dhe vende t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb rajonit si Mali i Zi, Kosova, Bosnja etj.
