Dhe, nd\u00ebrsa mundohej t\u00eb shpjegonte me arsye nga m\u00eb t\u00eb pabesueshmet pse Stassi nuk mund t\u00eb ishte gabuar se nuk kishte arsye p\u00ebr t\u00eb dyshuar tek veprimtaria e tij, nj\u00eb nga punonj\u00ebsit e zyr\u00ebs s\u00eb \u201ct\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb viktim\u00ebs\u201d n\u00eb institucionin e hapjes s\u00eb dosjeve i sh\u00ebrben me mir\u00ebsjellje jo pak, por nj\u00eb karroc\u00eb me dokumente.<\/p>\n<p>E pabesueshme! Gjith\u00eb ai masiv raportesh, relacionesh, stenogramesh, bisedash t\u00eb transkriptuara, dhe p\u00ebrs\u00ebri i kishte shp\u00ebtuar dhun\u00ebs s\u00eb policis\u00eb s\u00eb fsheht\u00eb! S\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebs polici q\u00eb kishte arritur t\u00eb rekrutonte kund\u00ebr tij edhe aktoren Krista Maria Sieland, gruaja e shkrimtarit t\u00eb dyshuar se kryente aktivitet politik subversiv ndaj socializmit!<\/p>\n<p>Kishte ndodhur ajo q\u00eb shkrimtarit nuk i kishte shkuar kurr\u00eb n\u00eb mendje: oficeri i Stassi-t, n\u00eb m\u00ebdyshjen e p\u00ebrjetshme midis devocionit t\u00eb detyr\u00ebs dhe disa parimeve m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjithshme njer\u00ebzore, kishte vendosur q\u00eb t\u00eb shmangte prej raporteve t\u00eb veta pjes\u00ebt implikuese t\u00eb bisedave t\u00eb tij me miq, me veprimtar\u00eb antikomunist\u00eb, me aktoren Sieland. Dhe pik\u00ebrisht rrall\u00ebsia e k\u00ebtij akti zgjon tek Georgi Dreyman d\u00ebshir\u00ebn q\u00eb t\u00eb shkruaj\u00eb nj\u00eb roman kushtuar njeriut q\u00eb i kishte shp\u00ebtuar jet\u00ebn duke fshehur t\u00eb v\u00ebrtetat e tij t\u00eb frikshme. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb, n\u00eb mendjen time vetvetiu p\u00ebrbashkohen titujt e dy veprave q\u00eb u p\u00ebrmenden n\u00eb hyrje t\u00eb k\u00ebtij shkrimi: \u201cHow not to take it personally\u201d dhe \u201cLife of the others\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas ligjit gjerman p\u00ebr t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e aksesit n\u00eb arkivat e Stassi-t, qytetari ka t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn t\u00eb njihet me l\u00ebnd\u00ebn q\u00eb i ka shkaktuar t\u00eb keqen, apo qoft\u00eb dhe shp\u00ebtimin, por jo dhe me emrat e n\u00ebnshkruesve t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj l\u00ebnde. Nga ky kufizim nuk b\u00ebn p\u00ebrjashtim as shkrimtari, as njeriu publik n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi. Dhe, m\u00eb s\u00eb fundi, Georgi Dreyman detyrohet t\u2019ia kushtoj\u00eb romanin e vet nj\u00eb shifre, emrit t\u00eb koduar t\u00eb oficerit p\u00ebrgjues: t\u2019i shprehte mir\u00ebnjohjen nj\u00eb shifre! Sepse viktim\u00ebs, t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjuarit, i lejohet gjith\u00e7ka, por jo ta personalizoj\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb ka ndodhur, as dhe p\u00ebr rastin kur njeriu i Stassi-t nuk i ka shkaktuar t\u00eb keqe, por e ka mbrojtur prej saj.<\/p>\n<p>Filmi mbyllet me pamjen e ish-oficerit t\u00eb policis\u00eb s\u00eb fsheht\u00eb, tani nj\u00eb postier i zakonsh\u00ebm, q\u00eb blen librin e shkrimtarit Dreyman dhe njeh vetveten n\u00eb shifr\u00ebn me dedikimin publik t\u00eb mir\u00ebnjohjes, t\u00eb mbetur pa em\u00ebr. As shkrimtari nuk e tejkalon t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn e vet p\u00ebr t\u00eb ditur at\u00eb q\u00eb kodi nuk e lejon, as njeriu q\u00eb i dedikohet libri nuk b\u00ebn ndonj\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr t\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb sy si shp\u00ebtimtar i jet\u00ebs s\u00eb tjetrit.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto m\u2019u bashkuan n\u00eb mendje shoq\u00ebruar me disa mbresa prej vizit\u00ebs n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, dy vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb, t\u00eb znj. Marianne Birthler, drejtore e zyr\u00ebs qendrore p\u00ebr hapjen e arkivave t\u00eb Stassi-t pran\u00eb Kancelarit t\u00eb Gjermanis\u00eb, e cila u k\u00ebshilloi autoriteteve shqiptare t\u00eb ndiqnin pak a shum\u00eb parimet e modelit gjerman n\u00eb hartimin e ligjit p\u00ebr hapjen e arkivave t\u00eb fshehta. N\u00eb fakt, ky ishte dhe modeli i k\u00ebshilluar prej Bashkimit Europian. Dy Gjermani u bashkuan, dy polici t\u00eb fshehta kishin implikuar jet\u00ebt e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve, por \u00e7\u00ebshtja u zgjidh pa asnj\u00eb pasoj\u00eb me parimin: secilit t\u00eb vet\u00ebn &#8211; viktim\u00ebs njohjen me l\u00ebnd\u00ebn, shtetit &#8211; mbrojtjen prej personalizimit t\u00eb konfliktit.<\/p>\n<p>Zonja Birthler b\u00ebri gjith\u00e7ka q\u00eb kishte t\u00eb mundur q\u00eb zyrtar\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb kuptonin se n\u00eb ligjin p\u00ebr hapjen e arkivave t\u00eb persekucionit, themelore ishte e drejta e viktim\u00ebs dhe t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb drejtat e tjera kusht\u00ebzoheshin prej saj. Dhe, se e drejta e viktim\u00ebs gjithashtu kishte kufijt\u00eb e vet (nuk ka drejt\u00ebsi pa terma t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktuar): ajo n\u00ebnkuptonte njohjen e pakufizuar t\u00eb l\u00ebnd\u00ebs, por jo edhe t\u00eb shifr\u00ebs, sepse, ndryshe, cila \u00ebsht\u00eb garancia q\u00eb t\u00eb mos e marr\u00ebsh personalisht (\u201cHow not to take it personally?\u201d)? Propozimi gjerman nuk gjeti klim\u00ebn e p\u00ebrshtatshme politike, por zhvillimet e muajit t\u00eb fundm\u00eb provojn\u00eb se edhe po t\u00eb kishte gjetur klim\u00eb politike, nuk do t\u00eb kishte gjetur klim\u00eb kulturore.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fakt, shenjat e para se klim\u00eb kulturore nuk do t\u00eb kishte jan\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb qysh n\u00eb vitin 2008, kur filmi gjerman \u201cLife of the others\u201d u shfaq n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb \u201cTetorit festiv\u201d dhe &#8211; t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn ata shkrimtar\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb u intervistuan &#8211; than\u00eb p\u00ebr \u201cDeutche Welle\u201d se nj\u00eb histori e till\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb ndodh\u00eb, se nuk mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb karaktere pozitive nga radh\u00ebt e policis\u00eb s\u00eb fsheht\u00eb, se ky triller n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri b\u00ebn d\u00ebm. Sepse n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri mend\u00ebsia \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrkund\u00ebrt\u00ebn, ashtu si thuhet n\u00eb titullin e nj\u00eb filmi t\u00eb realizuar nga Kinostudioja \u201cShqip\u00ebria e Re\u201d: \u201cJeta n\u00eb duart e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve\u201d dhe jo \u201cJeta e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb mend\u00ebsin\u00eb shqiptare, jeta e tjetrit \u00ebsht\u00eb jet\u00eb kolektive, si\u00e7 ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb totalitariz\u00ebm, dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb kan\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb merren me ty, t\u00eb ta sterrosin t\u00eb shkuar\u00ebn e t\u00eb ardhmen, sepse, nd\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, ky \u00ebsht\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm ligji i pjes\u00ebmarrjes vullnetare kolektive n\u00eb totalitariz\u00ebm, por edhe ligji i provincializmit: historikisht n\u00eb shoq\u00ebri t\u00eb tilla opinioni nd\u00ebrtohet jo prej lajmit dhe ngjarjes publike, po prej thashethemit.<\/p>\n<p>Duke qen\u00eb se n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka ndodh sepse ka ndodhur m\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend tjet\u00ebr, edhe polemika e fundme e shkrimtar\u00ebve me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin p\u00ebr \u201cmunafik\u00ebt\u201d prej radh\u00ebve t\u00eb Lidhjes s\u00eb Shkrimtar\u00ebve dhe Artist\u00ebve nuk vlen m\u00eb shum\u00eb se efekti i sh\u00ebmb\u00ebllimit n\u00eb nj\u00eb pasqyr\u00eb, ku ka vet\u00ebm p\u00ebrs\u00ebritje. Dhe p\u00ebrs\u00ebritja n\u00eb form\u00ebn e kopjes diskrediton dhe iniciativ\u00ebn vet\u00eb. Dikush u kujtua se jo personazhi fiktiv i filmit \u201cJeta e t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve\u201d, por nj\u00eb shkrimtar i gjall\u00eb, madje nobelist, p\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr gjerman, G\u00fcnter Grass, u b\u00eb dhe m\u00eb t\u00ebrheq\u00ebs e m\u00eb i respektuar p\u00ebr publikun e vet, pasi pohoi me ndershm\u00ebri dhe ndjes\u00eb se kishte qen\u00eb i rekrutuar prej Stassi-t. Gjerman\u00ebt ia vler\u00ebsuan kuraj\u00ebn vetjake p\u00ebr t\u00eb pohuar implikimin me t\u00eb keqen, askush s\u2019e diskutoi merit\u00ebn e tij si nobelist. Por n\u00eb mjediset shqiptare ndodhi e kund\u00ebrta: \u201cEuro-kloni\u201d shqiptar q\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebriti \u201cmimesis-in\u201d gjerman, duke mos qen\u00eb nj\u00eb G\u00fcnter Grass as n\u00eb talent dhe as n\u00eb qytetari, duke treguar p\u00ebr vetveten si rekrut i Sigurimit t\u00eb Shtetit, p\u00ebrmes mekanizmit \u201cfushat\u00eb\u201d, rimbushi shtypin shqiptar me pseudonime, t\u00eb t\u00eb gjall\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb t\u00eb vdekurve, t\u00eb t\u00eb af\u00ebrmve dhe t\u00eb t\u00eb larg\u00ebtve, t\u00eb shkrimtar\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb miqve t\u00eb tyre. Shkurt, n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, ajo q\u00eb u nis p\u00ebr ndjes\u00eb, duke mos qen\u00eb aspak nj\u00eb ndjes\u00eb e sinqert\u00eb, por thjesht nj\u00eb imitim me d\u00ebshir\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u2019u investuar diku n\u00eb Per\u00ebndim, u kthye n\u00eb nj\u00eb stuhi q\u00eb s\u00ebmuri gjith\u00eb Tiran\u00ebn dhe Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. Nuk u kursye madje as emri i ish-kryetarit t\u00eb ndjer\u00eb t\u00eb Kuvendit t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, i cili m\u00eb par\u00eb ishte shpallur \u201cMandela\u201d i shtetit komunist shqiptar. Po ndodh q\u00eb gjith\u00e7ka sundohet nga dyfish\u00ebsia. \u00cbsht\u00eb krejt e qart\u00eb se kur dikush d\u00ebshiron t\u00eb k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb ndjes\u00eb publike, duhet ta k\u00ebrkoj\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ndjes\u00eb publikisht.
