{"id":9323,"date":"2011-07-10T09:34:49","date_gmt":"2011-07-10T08:34:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/fjala.shkoder.net\/?p=9323"},"modified":"2011-07-10T09:34:49","modified_gmt":"2011-07-10T08:34:49","slug":"burgosje-apo-vendim-lirie","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fjala.info\/2009-2015\/burgosje-apo-vendim-lirie\/","title":{"rendered":"Burgosje apo vendim lirie?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nga <strong>Ulsi Manja<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dje n\u00eb bank\u00ebn e gjykimit t\u00eb Kolegjit Zgjedhor ishte \u201cvota e lir\u00eb\u201d, ishte vota ime, t\u00ebndja, e Presidentit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs, e 250 mij\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, ishte vota e lir\u00eb e t\u00eb gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve dhe n\u00eb vend t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr vot\u00ebn Kolegji zgjodhi audienc\u00ebn me autorin e krimit elektoral q\u00eb ndoshta kishte paguar p\u00ebr ta rid\u00ebnuar p\u00ebrs\u00ebri vot\u00ebn e lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Dje Sashenka e Kolegjit na d\u00ebnoi t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve me burg, nj\u00eblloj si\u00e7 ka d\u00ebnuar qindra t\u00eb pandehur q\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb pasur mund\u00ebsi ta blejn\u00eb lirin\u00eb e tyre n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend si ky i joni ku gjith\u00e7ka shitet e blihet.<\/p>\n<p>Ne u d\u00ebnuam se nuk pranuam ta njollosim lirin\u00eb ton\u00eb, ne u d\u00ebnuam se nuk d\u00ebshironim ta k\u00ebmbenim lirin\u00eb e vot\u00ebs ton\u00eb me nj\u00eb krim tjet\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb se sa ai q\u00eb kreu Ristani me shok\u00eb edhe pse k\u00ebt\u00eb e k\u00ebrkonte Sashenka dhe e d\u00ebshironin ata q\u00eb rrin\u00eb pas saj: ne u d\u00ebnuam se nuk mund t\u00eb b\u00ebnim pazar me vot\u00ebn e lir\u00eb prandaj sot me vendimin q\u00eb dha Sashenka jemi m\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb se kurr\u00eb; ne jemi t\u00eb fituarit e m\u00ebdhenj t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj beteje ligjore edhe pse ata q\u00eb u bashkuan me Sashenk\u00ebn mendojn\u00eb se na kan\u00eb mbyllur p\u00ebrjet\u00ebsisht n\u00eb kutit\u00eb e shqyera t\u00eb KQZ.<\/p>\n<p>Sa m\u00eb i madh t\u00eb jet\u00eb shtr\u00ebngimi, aq m\u00eb e madhe \u00ebsht\u00eb d\u00ebshira p\u00ebr liri \u2013thot\u00eb Sartri ndaj ne dje edhe pse shtrenjt\u00eb, fituam t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar luft\u00ebn ton\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt dhe t\u00eb pand\u00ebrprer\u00eb p\u00ebr lirin\u00eb e vot\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse Sashenka ka menduar dje se ka gjykuar thjesht nj\u00eb karrige t\u00eb Kryetarit t\u00eb Bashkis\u00eb s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs dhe jo vot\u00ebn e lir\u00eb apo lirin\u00eb e vot\u00ebs ton\u00eb, ka gabuar r\u00ebnd\u00eb cilido t\u00eb jet\u00eb trofeu q\u00eb ka marr\u00eb si shp\u00ebrblim nga armiqt\u00eb e vot\u00ebs s\u00eb lir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse Sashenka ka menduar t\u00eb d\u00ebnoj\u00eb vot\u00ebn ton\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb, dje ajo dhe ata kan\u00eb d\u00ebnuar p\u00ebrgjithnj\u00eb lirin\u00eb e tyre me damk\u00ebn e turpit t\u00eb historis\u00eb; dje ajo dhe ata kan\u00eb d\u00ebnuar p\u00ebrgjithnj\u00eb vot\u00ebn e tyre e cila kurr\u00eb nuk ka p\u00ebr tu hedhur bashk\u00eb me votat tona n\u00eb kutit\u00eb e liris\u00eb q\u00eb ne t\u00eb gjith\u00eb bashk\u00eb do t\u2019i \u00e7lirojm\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb nga kthetrat e nj\u00eb pushteti t\u00eb vjedhur.<\/p>\n<p>Un\u00eb, 250 mij\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt e Tiran\u00ebs dhe miliona shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb ndersh\u00ebm q\u00eb e duam demokracin\u00eb dhe lirin\u00eb ton\u00eb si besimin tek Zoti ndoshta jemi me fat q\u00eb vota jon\u00eb nuk u damkos nga pazari i ndyr\u00eb i atyre or\u00ebve t\u00eb turpit q\u00eb shoq\u00ebruan vendimin e Sashenk\u00ebs n\u00ebp\u00ebr zyrat e pushtetit deri n\u00eb shpalljen e tij .<\/p>\n<p>Ora 10 e dat\u00ebs 8 korrik 2011 do t\u00eb mbahet mend gjat\u00eb n\u00eb kujtes\u00ebn e liris\u00eb s\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve si ora kur sistemi demokratik u godit n\u00eb zemr\u00ebn e vet, tek vota e lir\u00eb, por fatmir\u00ebsisht nuk e rr\u00ebzuan dot p\u00ebr tok\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Vota e lir\u00eb dje ka dal\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb fort\u00eb nga ajo sall\u00eb gjyqi edhe pse Sashenka kujtoi se e goditi fort, por grushtet e saj nuk b\u00ebjn\u00eb m\u00eb d\u00ebm sepse jan\u00eb grushtet e nj\u00eb njeriu shoqet e t\u00eb cil\u00ebs jan\u00eb n\u00eb azil ose duke b\u00ebr\u00eb thashetheme n\u00eb lulishten e lagjes.<\/p>\n<p>Vota e lir\u00eb dje fitoi edhe pse Sashenka mendoi se e burgosi; dje edhe ne fanatik\u00ebt e vot\u00ebs s\u00eb lir\u00eb fituam ringritjen ton\u00eb sepse prek\u00ebm fundin e padrejt\u00ebsis\u00eb; ne dje fituam sepse p\u00ebrdhosjen e vot\u00ebs s\u00eb lir\u00eb nuk e mbulon dot dy gishta let\u00ebr e firmosur nga Sashenka me vul\u00eb gjykate kur t\u00eb gjith\u00eb jan\u00eb ngritur dhe k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb lirin\u00eb e tyre.<\/p>\n<p>Dje Sashenka theu p\u00ebrkoh\u00ebsisht akrepat e liris\u00eb s\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs por jo zemrekun e saj; Tirana dhe Shqip\u00ebria do t\u00eb ringrihen m\u00eb t\u00eb zonja se \u00e7\u2019jan\u00eb nga forca e liris\u00eb s\u00eb vot\u00ebs p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn na duhet t\u00eb luftojm\u00eb kudo dhe kund\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve edhe kund\u00ebr atyre t\u00eb huajve q\u00eb n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb stabilitetit fallso f\u00ebrkojn\u00eb duart sa her\u00eb q\u00eb pushteti d\u00ebnon vot\u00ebn e lir\u00eb t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb derdhur gjak 50 vjet me radh\u00eb dhe plag\u00ebt nuk po sh\u00ebrohen akoma.<\/p>\n<p>Burgosja nuk ka m\u00eb vend tek vota e lir\u00eb e shqiptar\u00ebve sepse k\u00ebt\u00eb e provoi edhe Enver Hoxha; taborri i pushtetit t\u00eb votave t\u00eb vjedhura ku b\u00ebn pjes\u00eb edhe Sashenka nuk besoj se jan\u00eb aq naiv\u00eb sa t\u00eb mos e kuptojn\u00eb vendimin e djesh\u00ebm si vendim lirie p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb punojn\u00eb e luftojn\u00eb p\u00ebr vot\u00ebn e lir\u00eb n\u00eb rast se besojn\u00eb ndryshe ai nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr ve\u00e7se vendimi me t\u00eb cilin ata kan\u00eb burgosur vetveten.
