Por ai nuk ka mundur t\u00eb mbaroj\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e tij p\u00ebr shkak se ia kan\u00eb nd\u00ebrprer\u00eb fishekzjarret e nj\u00eb feste t\u00eb parap\u00ebrgatitur.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>\u201cT\u00eb dashur miq, bashk\u00ebqytetar\u00ebt e mi, g\u00ebzimi i ligjsh\u00ebm q\u00eb na ka pushtuar \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb g\u00ebzim i hapur dhe nj\u00eb g\u00ebzim i merituar. \u00cbsht\u00eb nj\u00eb g\u00ebzim i ligjsh\u00ebm sepse kemi korrur nj\u00eb fitore t\u00eb ligjshme, nj\u00eb fitore t\u00eb ndershme, nj\u00eb fitore q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb shprehje e drejtp\u00ebrdrejt\u00eb e vullnetit t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Qytetar\u00ebt e Tiran\u00ebs besuan n\u00eb programin ton\u00eb e projektin ton\u00eb p\u00ebr Tiran\u00ebn Europiane, dhe mbi t\u00eb gjith\u00eb n\u00eb seriozitetin ton\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sip\u00ebrmarrje t\u00eb madhe, q\u00eb Tirana ka koh\u00eb q\u00eb e meriton.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00ebzimi ka qen\u00eb i pandash\u00ebm n\u00eb fushat\u00ebn ton\u00eb sepse i kishim hyr\u00eb nj\u00eb beteje t\u00eb sinqert\u00eb p\u00ebr qytetin. Qyteti yn\u00eb na thirri ne p\u00ebr ta nxjerr\u00eb nga udh\u00ebkryqi hallemadh. Vizituam dhe prek\u00ebm s\u00eb bashku rrug\u00eb e lagje, rrugica e k\u00ebnd\u00eb dhe k\u00ebqyr\u00ebm \u00e7do plag\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj sht\u00ebpie t\u00eb madhe q\u00eb na strehon t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve. Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj fushat\u00eb kam d\u00ebgjuar shqet\u00ebsimet tuaja, d\u00ebshirat tuaja p\u00ebr qytetin dhe si kryebashkiak i ardhsh\u00ebm i Tiran\u00ebs do ta filloj me pasion pun\u00ebn dhe do t\u00eb vazhdoj tu d\u00ebgjoj.<\/p>\n<p>Qytetar\u00ebt kan\u00eb pasur pushtet si asnj\u00ebher\u00eb gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj fushate dhe do vazhdojn\u00eb ta ken\u00eb at\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00ebri i \u00e7do qytetari u d\u00ebgjua n\u00eb procesin zgjedhor dhe z\u00ebri i \u00e7do qytetari do d\u00ebgjohet tani e tutje n\u00eb bashkin\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Po k\u00ebsaj rruge nuk i hym\u00eb vet\u00ebm, por me shum\u00eb miq e shok\u00eb, me aleat\u00eb e qytetar\u00eb t\u00eb angazhuar n\u00eb mendjen e tyre p\u00ebr t\u00eb nes\u00ebrmen e Tiran\u00ebs, sepse kryeqyteti \u00ebsht\u00eb kryeqyteti shpirt\u00ebror e kulturor i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, prandaj ishim kaq shum\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebto zgjedhje dhe do jemi nes\u00ebr edhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Tirana na frym\u00ebzoi t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve dhe me k\u00ebt\u00eb frym\u00ebzim ne ia arrit\u00ebm t\u00eb krijojm\u00eb nj\u00eb sinergji, nj\u00eb rezonanc\u00eb t\u00eb s\u00eb mir\u00ebs dhe tiranasit na besuan, na besuan ndryshimin e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb evropian q\u00eb ky qytet ka nevoj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Por Tirana k\u00ebrkon angazhimin e nj\u00eb sip\u00ebrmarrje zemrash e vullnetesh t\u00eb hekurta. Nj\u00eb fal\u00ebnderim p\u00ebr komisioner\u00ebt, num\u00ebruesit e v\u00ebzhguesit e Partis\u00eb Demokratike dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb mundur q\u00eb k\u00ebto zgjedhje t\u00eb ishin t\u00eb lira, t\u00eb ndershme, transparente.<\/p>\n<p>Dua t\u00eb fal\u00ebnderoj drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb q\u00eb dha nj\u00eb drejt\u00ebsi p\u00ebr Tiran\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Dua t\u00eb fal\u00ebnderoj bashk\u00ebpun\u00ebtor\u00ebt e mi.<\/p>\n<p>Dua t\u00eb fal\u00ebnderoj Aurel\u00ebn dhe Dafin\u00ebn dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb familjen time p\u00ebr mb\u00ebshtetjen gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj fushate.<\/p>\n<p>Un\u00eb do t\u00eb angazhohem me mish e me shpirt p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur premtimet dhe do b\u00ebj gjith\u00e7ka mundem p\u00ebr qytetin ton\u00eb, duke pasur parasysh \u00e7do bashk\u00ebqytetar tonin.<\/p>\n<p>Ndryshimi nuk do t\u00eb vij\u00eb brenda nat\u00ebs, por ndryshimi po vjen, pavar\u00ebsisht n\u00ebse keni votuar p\u00ebr mua apo jo.<\/p>\n<p>Un\u00eb ftoj sot t\u00eb gjith\u00eb qytetar\u00ebt e Tiran\u00ebs t\u00eb bashkohemi p\u00ebr t\u00eb punuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen ton\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ejani e bashkohuni me mua p\u00ebr t\u00eb kthyer shpresat tona n\u00eb realitet.<\/p>\n<p>Tani puna fillon, ju jeni t\u00eb par\u00ebt, Tirana \u00ebsht\u00eb e para.
