Do t\u00eb jen\u00eb hapat e natyrsh\u00ebm t\u00eb nj\u00eb force t\u00eb madhe politike e qytetare n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e ndryshimit, q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria pret. Zgjedhjet e 8 majit i fituam si nj\u00eb rezistenc\u00eb e fort\u00eb opozitare, zgjedhjet e p\u00ebrgjithshme do t\u2019i fitojm\u00eb si nj\u00eb alternativ\u00eb e fort\u00eb qeveris\u00ebse. N\u00ebse Kolegji do t\u00eb vulos\u00eb n\u00eb fund, uroj jo, fitoren e paqen\u00eb t\u00eb humb\u00ebsit t\u00eb zgjedhjeve t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, duke mbyllur syt\u00eb para provave ul\u00ebrit\u00ebse t\u00eb shifrave t\u00eb manipulimit t\u00eb zgjedhjeve n\u00eb tavolin\u00ebn e KQZ-s\u00eb, kjo do t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb barr\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00eb me pasoja p\u00ebr vendin \u2013 pa diskutim k\u00ebtu edhe p\u00ebr gjykat\u00ebsit ligjshkel\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebr vet\u00eb Saliun (Sali Berisha)e p\u00ebr pushtetin e tij t\u00eb vjedhur.<\/p>\n<p>Deutsche Welle: Para pak dit\u00ebsh nj\u00eb nga figurat, q\u00eb ka mbajtur funksione ky\u00e7e si partiake, ashtu edhe administrative n\u00eb 20 vitet e fundit, Kastriot Islami thot\u00eb n\u00eb intervist\u00eb publike se PS-ja i ka humbur zgjedhjet e fundit, duke marr\u00eb n\u00eb rang vendi 140 vota m\u00eb pak, duke humbur k\u00ebshillin bashkiak n\u00eb Tirane, apo edhe dy bashki n\u00eb rang qarku. Nuk dua t\u00eb hyj n\u00eb k\u00ebto shifra, apo analiza, por m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb di se pse zoti Islami nuk i b\u00ebn k\u00ebto konkluzione n\u00eb forumet e PS-s\u00eb, por n\u00eb publik? Ai pretendon se nj\u00eb gj\u00eb e till\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e mundur, pasi n\u00eb PS mungon fryma e fjal\u00ebs s\u00eb lir\u00eb dhe ju akuzon se Ju nuk i d\u00ebgjoni k\u00ebto z\u00ebra. Si do t\u2019i p\u00ebrgjigjeshit k\u00ebtyre akuzave?<\/p>\n<p>Rama: Fakti q\u00eb \u00e7dokush ka folur me vite gjith\u00eb \u00e7\u2019ka dashur, nganj\u00ebher\u00eb duke i r\u00ebn\u00eb ndesh haptazi interesave t\u00eb publikut e t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs, madje n\u00eb rastin q\u00eb ju pyesni duke shkelur \u00e7do norm\u00eb etike t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit pa i hyr\u00eb gjemb n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb, nuk flet p\u00ebr munges\u00eb lirie n\u00eb familjen ton\u00eb politike po p\u00ebrkundrazi, p\u00ebr nj\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb kultur\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit e t\u00eb organizimit. E cila duhet adresuar domosdoshm\u00ebrisht me nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsi t\u00eb lart\u00eb morale e politike nga Partia Socialiste. Jo p\u00ebr t\u00eb kufizuar lirin\u00eb, po p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos e penguar lirin\u00eb t\u00eb punoj\u00eb p\u00ebr interesat, q\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson e mbron partia m\u00eb e madhe e shqiptar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Deutsche Welle: PS-ja nuk ka reaguar ndaj vendimit t\u00eb gjykat\u00ebs kushtetuese p\u00ebr heqjen e mandatit t\u00eb deputetit Ilir Beqja. A do t\u00eb thot\u00eb kjo se vendimi \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht e drejt\u00eb e v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb vend, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb ndonj\u00eb abuzimi t\u00eb deputetit, me postin e tij?<\/p>\n<p>Rama: Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb spekullim, q\u00eb s\u2019ka asnj\u00eb lidhje me t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn e me v\u00ebrtet\u00ebsin\u00eb e plot\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebshmis\u00eb s\u00eb Ilir Beqes, i cili ka qen\u00eb dhe mbetet jo vet\u00ebm i pafajsh\u00ebm, p\u00ebr \u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb akuzuar e nd\u00ebshkuar padrejt\u00ebsisht, po edhe nj\u00eb njeri i nderuar dhe i respektuar, q\u00eb do t\u00eb rikthehet n\u00eb detyren e deputetit me votat e shqiptar\u00ebve. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjen n\u00eb fjal\u00eb ne do ta \u00e7ojm\u00eb n\u00eb Gjykat\u00ebn e Strasburgut, ku jemi t\u00eb bindur se do t\u00eb marrim gjykimin e drejt\u00eb e t\u00eb pavarur, q\u00eb edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast mungoi n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>Deutsche Welle: Socialist\u00ebt kan\u00eb nisur pun\u00ebn edhe p\u00ebr zgjedhjen e strukturave t\u00eb reja, si dhe nisjen e fushat\u00ebs zgjedhore brenda partis\u00eb. \u00c7far\u00eb t\u00eb rejash do t\u00eb sjell\u00eb kjo fushat\u00eb dhe do t\u00eb ket\u00eb vend p\u00ebr \u201end\u00ebshkime\u201c p\u00ebr z\u00ebrat kund\u00ebr brenda PS-s\u00eb? Cila \u00ebsht\u00eb receta p\u00ebr ta sh\u00ebruar selin\u00eb roz\u00eb nga lufta e brendshme destruktive?<\/p>\n<p>Rama: N\u00eb PS nuk ka asnj\u00eb luft\u00eb t\u00eb brendshme destruktive, debatet tona p\u00ebr t\u00eb r\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb mendje duke shprehur pik\u00ebpamje t\u00eb ndryshme jan\u00eb pjes\u00eb e bashk\u00ebjetes\u00ebs son\u00eb demokratike, ashtu si\u00e7 jan\u00eb edhe proceset demokratike zgjedhore, q\u00eb ne zhvillojm\u00eb brenda partis\u00eb n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb normave t\u00eb votuara statutore. Ne u referohemi sistematikisht partive t\u00eb m\u00ebdha demokratike t\u00eb bot\u00ebs s\u00eb lir\u00eb, duke ndryshuar me koh\u00ebn q\u00eb ndryshon, n\u00eb nj\u00eb bot\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb t\u00eb vog\u00ebl, sepse jemi p\u00ebrdit\u00eb e m\u00eb t\u00eb lidhur p\u00ebrmes teknologjis\u00eb s\u00eb re. Demokracia \u00ebsht\u00eb proces dhe n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn e konsolidimit t\u00eb saj ka natyrsh\u00ebm probleme, q\u00eb duhen adresuar me kurajo e aft\u00ebsi, ka gjithnj\u00eb m\u00ebsime, q\u00eb duhen nxjerr\u00eb e ndryshime, q\u00eb duhen b\u00ebr\u00eb. Ne do t\u2019i nxjerrim gjith\u00eb m\u00ebsimet e duhura, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb ndryshimet, q\u00eb na duhen p\u00ebr t\u2019i dh\u00ebn\u00eb liris\u00eb son\u00eb vlera dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb rritur impaktin e k\u00ebtyre vlerave n\u00eb kultur\u00ebn e bashk\u00ebjetes\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Deutsche Welle: Si\u00e7 del nga nj\u00eb matematik\u00eb e thjesht\u00eb koalicioni rreth PS-s\u00eb do t\u00eb ishte n\u00eb pushtet tashm\u00eb pas zgjedhjeve t\u00eb 2009-\u00ebs, por edhe do t\u00eb fitonte leht\u00ebsisht Tiran\u00ebn, n\u00ebse do t\u00eb kishte n\u00eb koalicion LSI-n\u00eb. Cilat jan\u00eb barrierat politike, q\u00eb e b\u00ebjn\u00eb nj\u00eb koalicion me LSI-n\u00eb kaq t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb, kur b\u00ebhet fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr dy parti t\u00eb majta?<\/p>\n<p>Rama: M\u00eb 8 maj ne fituam shum\u00eb m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, sesa kat\u00ebr vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb, kur e kishim at\u00eb parti n\u00eb koalicion. Edhe n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb ne fituam pavar\u00ebsisht st\u00ebrfuqis\u00eb abuzive, q\u00eb na u vu perball\u00eb, me forc\u00ebn e shtetit t\u00eb kapur prej pushtetit e me lumin e paras\u00eb s\u00eb pist\u00eb, q\u00eb u derdh si asnj\u00ebher\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb fushat\u00eb elektorale shqiptare. E nj\u00ebjta gj\u00eb mund t\u00eb thuhet sot, edhe n\u00eb drit\u00ebn e manipulimit flagrant t\u00eb zgjedhjeve t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, p\u00ebr zgjedhjet e 2009-\u00ebs, t\u00eb cilat i fituam me vot\u00ebn e qytetar\u00ebve dhe i humb\u00ebm me vjedhjet e Saliut (Sali Berisha). P\u00ebr t\u00eb fituar zgjedhjet e ardhshme ne nuk na duhen aleanca me forcat e politik\u00ebs s\u00eb vjet\u00ebr, q\u00eb mbajn\u00eb peng Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, por na duhen zgjedhje t\u00eb lira e t\u00eb ndershme dhe nj\u00eb aleanc\u00eb e madhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen me \u00e7do shqiptar, q\u00eb do ndryshimin real t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb. Matematika \u201ce thjesht\u00eb\u201d, sidomos ajo e shifrave t\u00eb zgjedhjeve p\u00ebr k\u00ebshillat bashkiak\u00eb e komunal\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht nj\u00eb instrument i gabuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar raportet e forcave n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb politik\u00eb ndryshimesh rr\u00ebnj\u00ebsore si ajo, q\u00eb ne duam t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Deutsche Welle: PS-ja ka paralajm\u00ebruar rikthimin n\u00eb seancat plenare t\u00eb Kuvendit n\u00eb shtator. Do t\u00eb thot\u00eb kjo se tashm\u00eb PS-ja do t\u2019 i p\u00ebrgjigjet detyrimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsimit n\u00eb parlament, apo b\u00ebhet kjo vet\u00ebm si nj\u00eb p\u00ebrgjigje ndaj ultimatumeve t\u00eb Brukselit?<\/p>\n<p>Rama: Jemi shpjeguar qart\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb. Dy vitet, q\u00eb pasuan vjedhjen e zgjedhjeve t\u00eb 2009-\u00ebs, mbaruan me nj\u00eb fitore t\u00eb madhe n\u00eb zgjedhjet e 8 majit.
