T\u00ebrheqja e padis\u00eb, e b\u00ebr\u00eb pas k\u00ebrkes\u00ebs s\u00eb PD p\u00ebr bashkimin e dy \u00e7\u00ebshtjeve, t\u00eb pavlefshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb zgjedhjeve dhe t\u00eb ankes\u00ebs tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr detyrimin q\u00eb KQZ t\u00eb shprehet p\u00ebr mosp\u00ebrputhje t\u00eb rezultatit, shihet qart\u00eb se u nxit nga mosbesimi tek trupa e djeshme e Kolegjit Zgjedhor. <\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb versionin m\u00eb t\u00eb but\u00eb, opozita u tremb nga siguria se PD ka dasht\u00eb me vra me nj\u00eb gur dy zogj, dhe n\u00eb variantin m\u00eb ekstrem ajo kishte sinjale t\u00eb qarta se Kolegji nuk do ta gjykonte fare \u00e7\u00ebshtjen, por do t\u00eb linte n\u00eb fuqi arsyetimin e Ristanit se k\u00ebrkesa \u00ebsht\u00eb jasht\u00eb afateve. Sido q\u00eb ta marr\u00ebsh at\u00eb veprim, ai \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb lajm i hidhur p\u00ebr standardin e demokracis\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. <\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb shekullin e 21, n\u00eb nj\u00eb vend q\u00eb me fjal\u00eb pretendon t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb drejt familjes evropiane, partia m\u00eb e madhe n\u00eb vend, e cila \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e votuara nga shqiptar\u00ebt, detyrohet t\u00eb sillet n\u00eb sall\u00ebn e gjyqit si avokat\u00ebt e nj\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebnuari q\u00eb tentojn\u00eb t\u00eb shp\u00ebtojn\u00eb jo nga drejt\u00ebsia, por nga fati dhe procedurat. Dhe kur k\u00ebt\u00eb humbje besimi e rrezaton para gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve partia m\u00eb e madhe n\u00eb vend, nuk ka nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb komentojm\u00eb p\u00ebr besimin e qytetar\u00ebve tek drejt\u00ebsia dhe tek autoriteti i drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>Pas diskretitimit publik t\u00eb procesit zgjedhor nga KQZ, pas injorimit t\u00eb fakteve kok\u00ebforta si votat tep\u00ebr n\u00eb kutit\u00eb e hapura, votat q\u00eb kishin emigruar n\u00eb qendra t\u00eb ndryshme dhe mosrakordimi final i shifrave, ju dha nj\u00eb goditje e r\u00ebnd\u00eb besimit t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve tek zgjedhjet e lira. Ata pan\u00eb me syt\u00eb e tyre se si keqadministrohet vullneti i tyre i shprehur n\u00eb zgjedhje dhe kjo do t\u00eb l\u00ebr\u00eb pasoja afatgjata n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb ton\u00eb. Do t\u00eb kemi nj\u00eb rritje t\u00eb abstenimit, humbje besimi tek fsheht\u00ebsia e vot\u00ebs dhe num\u00ebrimi korrekt i saj dhe humbje besimi tek institucioni i zgjedhjeve.<\/p>\n<p>Por kjo q\u00eb po ndodh me Kolegjin Zgjedhor n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, mes Partis\u00eb Socialiste dhe \u201ctrupave gjykuese\u201d, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb bjerrje e madhe e autoritetit t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb shqiptare. Un\u00eb i mir\u00ebkuptoj manovrat taktike t\u00eb avokat\u00ebve t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs dhe ndihem keq, q\u00eb ata detyrohen t\u00eb sillen sikur po mbrojn\u00eb para drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nga akuzues duken t\u00eb akuzuar. Ata po taktizojn\u00eb, po p\u00ebrpiqen t\u00eb gjejn\u00eb gjyqtar\u00eb m\u00eb dinjitoz\u00eb, po p\u00ebrpiqen t\u00eb shmangin taktikat bllokuese t\u00eb pushtetit, duke ekspozuar natyrsh\u00ebm drejt\u00ebsin\u00eb si pal\u00eb me pushtetin. Ata po sillen praktikisht si t\u00eb kishin p\u00ebrball\u00eb jo nj\u00eb trup\u00eb gjykuese q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb e pavarur, por nj\u00eb KQZ tjet\u00ebr si ajo e Ristanit, e cila mezi pret ta mbyll k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje pa e gjykuar, si\u00e7 ka mbyllur t\u00eb gjitha \u00e7\u00ebshtjet Lul\u00ebzim Basha.<\/p>\n<p>Ky zhvillim i dyt\u00eb, i bashkuar me procesin diskretitues t\u00eb zgjedhjeve, q\u00eb fal\u00eb transparenc\u00ebs me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn u b\u00eb n\u00eb KQZ u pa nga gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt, tashm\u00eb i v\u00eb vul\u00ebn standardeve t\u00eb zgjedhjeve n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. N\u00ebse pas 14 majit Berisha futi duart dhe prodhoi nj\u00eb mandat t\u00eb vjedhur p\u00ebr Lul\u00ebzim Bash\u00ebn, tashm\u00eb ka 40 dit\u00eb q\u00eb po deformon gjith\u00eb shtetin shqiptar, q\u00eb t\u00eb legjitimoj\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb. Ai ka detyruar dje partin\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs t\u00eb heq dor\u00eb nga politika dhe t\u00eb merret me taktika ligjore p\u00ebr t\u00eb vazhduar t\u00eb mbaj\u00eb gjall\u00eb shpres\u00ebn e mekur t\u00eb drejt\u00ebsis\u00eb p\u00ebr zgjedhje n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend.<\/p>\n<p><em>Shum\u00eb njer\u00ebz pyesin se \u00e7far\u00eb presin socialist\u00ebt nga trupi gjykues sot?<\/em><br \/>\nUn\u00eb t\u00eb them t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn nuk pres asgj\u00eb. Edhe sikur ata t\u00eb japin nj\u00eb vendim t\u00eb drejt\u00eb dhe t\u00eb detyrojn\u00eb KQZ e Ristanit t\u00eb shprehet p\u00ebr mosp\u00ebrputhje t\u00eb shifrave, at\u00ebher\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtja do rikthehet prap\u00eb tek pavlefshm\u00ebria dhe ne do rrim\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb gjakngrir\u00eb se mos i bie prap\u00eb Tom\u00ebs, Sashenk\u00ebs, apo zotit Kalaja, n\u00ebse nuk do t\u00eb jap\u00eb nj\u00eb vendim t\u00eb drejt\u00eb s\u00ebrish do t\u00eb akuzojm\u00eb Lul\u00ebzim Bash\u00ebn, se ashtu si\u00e7 i mbylli gjyqet p\u00ebr vjedhje dhe vrasje me procedur\u00eb, ashtu do t\u00eb mbyll\u00eb dhe vjedhjen e tij t\u00eb fundit me procedur\u00eb. <\/p>\n<p>Lajmi i keq nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb q\u00eb Kolegji Zgjedhor mund t\u00eb legjitimoj\u00eb grabitjen e mandatit t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs. Lajm i zi \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb ai po posht\u00ebron partin\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe n\u00eb vend, duke e detyruar t\u00eb mos mendoj\u00eb m\u00eb politikisht, por t\u00eb shpresoj\u00eb tek shorti, tek rast\u00ebsia dhe taktika p\u00ebr t\u00eb fituar at\u00eb q\u00eb i kan\u00eb grabitur.
