Por ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi shpeshher\u00eb k\u00ebndv\u00ebshtrimi me t\u00eb cilin shikohen marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet nd\u00ebrmjet kombeve n\u00eb bot\u00eb, marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet nd\u00ebrmjet njer\u00ebzve.<\/p>\n

Izraeli psh. e siguron paqen e tij me v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi, q\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se paqja ka koston e vet. N\u00eb nj\u00eb intervist\u00eb me biznesmenin e njohur Xhorxh Soros, politikani izraelit, fitues i \u00e7mimit Nobel p\u00ebr paqe, Shimon Peres thot\u00eb se politika sjell luft\u00eb, nd\u00ebra biznesi paqe<\/em>. Kam p\u00ebrshtypjen se edhe Misioni Diplomatik Paqe dhe Prosperitet ka k\u00ebt\u00eb synim, promovimin e paqes dhe prosperitetit p\u00ebrmes zhvillimit dhe biznesit<\/em>. Shk\u00ebmbimi i mallrave nd\u00ebrmjet kombeve, duke respektuar ligjet dhe konventat nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, sjell fitim e p\u00ebrfitim p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha pal\u00ebt. Ky fitim sjell me vete edhe zhvillime pozitive, q\u00eb mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrkthehen si paqe e prosperitet.<\/p>\n

Ballkani \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb zon\u00eb \u201ckok\u00eb-nxeht\u00eb\u201d \u2013 nuk ka shum\u00eb q\u00eb ka dal\u00eb nga luft\u00ebrat e p\u00ebrgjakshme n\u00eb ish- Jugosllavi. N\u00eb historin\u00eb e tij, Ballkani \u00ebsht\u00eb cil\u00ebsuar si fu\u00e7i baruti, pik\u00ebrisht nga niveli i ul\u00ebt dhe agresiv i politik\u00ebs q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb luajtur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rajon, dhe nga kokat e nxehta, q\u00eb kan\u00eb pas\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb zhvillimet politike k\u00ebtej. Prandaj, pik\u00ebrisht kjo zon\u00eb ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr koncepte t\u00eb ndryshme. Koncepte q\u00eb sjellin zhvillim e prosperitet p\u00ebrmes politikave paq\u00ebsore dhe zgjidhjeve t\u00eb prolemeve e keqkuptimeve n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet bisedave dhe jo arm\u00ebve. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb diplomaci.<\/p>\n

U desh forca e arm\u00ebve q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebnte divorcin e Kosov\u00ebs nga pushtuesi serb, por para se t\u00eb arrihej deri n\u00eb zgjidhjen e k\u00ebtij konflikti, udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsi politik i shqiptar\u00ebve Ibrahim Rugova, promovonte paqe dhe kuptueshm\u00ebri para bot\u00ebs per\u00ebndimore p\u00ebr problemin kosovar. Ai m\u00eb pas u b\u00eb Presidenti i par\u00eb i Kosov\u00ebs s\u00eb pasluft\u00ebs dhe idet\u00eb e tij ndri\u00e7uan rrug\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs drejt pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb, ku sot kosovar\u00ebt jetojn\u00eb n\u00eb paqe e mir\u00ebkuptim nd\u00ebrmjet komb\u00ebsive t\u00eb ndryshme, q\u00eb popullojn\u00eb vendin.<\/p>\n

Po k\u00ebshtu, p\u00ebrpjekjet e \u00e7am\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb at\u00eb q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e tyre nga pronat e vjedhura dekada m\u00eb par\u00eb nga nacionalist\u00ebt dhe shovinist\u00ebt grek\u00eb, jan\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje paq\u00ebsore dhe k\u00ebrkesa t\u00eb drejta p\u00ebr respektim t\u00eb ligjeve, marr\u00ebveshjeve dhe konventave nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare. K\u00ebto nuk jan\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje p\u00ebr luft\u00eb \u2013 jan\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekje paq\u00ebsore, q\u00eb synojn\u00eb dh\u00ebnien fund t\u00eb nj\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsie t\u00eb madhe.<\/p>\n

Por shteti grek, duke par\u00eb interesat e atyre grek\u00ebve, q\u00eb kan\u00eb zaptuar pronat e \u00e7am\u00ebve dekada m\u00eb par\u00eb, duke iu trembur nj\u00eb konflikti t\u00eb mundsh\u00ebm social, refuzon t\u00eb njoh\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb problem dhe l\u00eb pezull n\u00eb pap\u00ebrcaktueshm\u00ebri t\u00eb drejtat e patjet\u00ebrsueshme t\u00eb \u00e7am\u00ebve t\u00eb shp\u00ebrngulur me dhun\u00eb nga trojet e tyre. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb shteti grek del n\u00eb mbrojtje t\u00eb nj\u00eb padrejt\u00ebsie historike.<\/p>\n

Problemi \u00e7am duhet t\u00eb merret seriozisht, jo vet\u00ebm nga mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsit e \u00e7\u00ebshtjes \u00e7ame, por edhe nga strukturat nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut dhe sidomos nga diplomat\u00ebt q\u00eb merren me zgjidhjen e konflikteve nd\u00ebr-nacionale. Aq m\u00eb tep\u00ebr edhe nga shteti grek. Misioni Diplomatik Paqe dhe Prosperitet ka nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje mjaft t\u00eb nxeht\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin duhet t\u00eb gjej\u00eb m\u00ebnyra t\u00eb zgjidhjes sa m\u00eb paq\u00ebsore n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet ligjeve komb\u00ebtare dhe nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe sidomos zgjidhje p\u00ebrmes zhvillimit t\u00eb nj\u00eb diplomacie n\u00eb veprim, n\u00eb perspektivat e zhvillimeve integruese evropiane.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb luft\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb bot\u00ebrore, nj\u00eb poet gjerman, ushtar i nazist\u00ebve, i cili ra n\u00eb dashuri me nj\u00eb \u00e7ifute, q\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqej t\u00eb largohej nga Gjermania e asaj kohe, thoshte pak a shum\u00eb: \u201cluft\u00ebtar\u00ebt e sot\u00ebm, partner\u00eb biznesi nes\u00ebr<\/em>…\u201d P\u00ebr t\u00eb mbetur tek kjo ide. Sot ne jemi n\u00eb kushte paqeje, por diplomacia q\u00eb promovon paqe dhe prosperitet \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb sfid\u00eb e koh\u00ebs p\u00ebr zona q\u00eb akoma kan\u00eb nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr drejt\u00ebsi, paqe e zhvillim. Dhe Diplomacia m\u00eb e mir\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo q\u00eb afrohet p\u00ebrmes zhvillimit, si partner\u00eb biznesi, diplomaci p\u00ebr paqe e prosperitet.<\/p>\n

\nA challenging idea<\/strong><\/p>\n

Working for peace and prosperity is never less, is never too late. The idea of creating a Diplomatic Mission in Albania, which through development promotes peace and prosperity in Balkan and more, is a courageous and challenging idea, as it’s author himself, Richard Holbrooke, the American Ambassador who created this idea. That\u2019s because it is not even easy working for peace and prosperity. But the most important thing is the point of view with which\u00a0are seen the relations between nations all over the world, the relations between peoples.<\/p>\n

For example, Israel assures its peace with many difficulties, which means that peace has its own cost. In an interview with the well-known businessman George Soros, the Nobel prize winner for peace, the Jewish politician, Shimon Peres said that the politics brings war, whereas business brings peace<\/em>. I have the feeling that Diplomatic Mission Peace and Prosperity as well, has the same scope, the promotion of peace and prosperity through development and business, too. Exchanging goods between nations by respecting laws and international conventions brings profit and benefit for all parties. This profit brings with it also positive developments that can be interpreted as peace and prosperity.<\/p>\n

The Balkans is a \u201chot-head\u201d zone \u2013 it\u2019s not a long time ago, since the region has come out from the bloody wars in ex \u2013 Yugoslavia. In its problematic history, the Balkans is considered as a powder-keg, exactly due to the low and aggressive level of the politics played in this region, and also from the hot heads, which have determined the political developments here. That\u2019s exactly why this zone needs different concepts. Concepts that bring development and prosperity through peaceful ideas are needed and the solution of problems and misunderstandings through negotiations and not through weapons is needed, too. This is diplomacy.<\/p>\n

It was needed the force of arms to accomplish the dismemberment of Kosova from Serbian invaders but, before the settlement of this conflict was reached, Albanian political leader, Ibrahim Rugova, was promoting peace and intelligibility in front of western world for the problem of Kosova. After that, he was appointed the First President of Kosova after the war and his ideas illuminated the way of Kosova toward independence, where today, the people of Kosova live in peace and entente among different nations which populate the country.<\/p>\n

The efforts of Chams as well, to get back what is their property from the stolen lands decades ago by Greek nationalist and chauvinist, are peaceful efforts and reasonable requests to respect international laws, agreements and conventions. These are not efforts of war \u2013 these are peaceful efforts that aim to bring to the end a great injustice.<\/p>\n

But the Greek government, seeing the interests of those Greeks who have taken the lands of Chams decades ago and being afraid from a possible social conflict, refuses to recognize this problem and leaves in an indeterminable abeyance the inalienable the rights of Chams, which have been displaced by the use of force from their homes. In this way, the Greek state is unfortunately defending a historic injustice.<\/p>\n

The problem of Chams must be treated seriously, not only by those who support the cause of Chams, but from international structures of human rights as well, especially from diplomats who take care of the resolutions of international conflicts. And even more by the Greek government as well. In this case, Diplomatic Mission Peace and Prosperity has a hot cause to find peaceful ways of resolution through national and international negotiators and notably through the development of diplomacy in action, in the European integration perspectives and developments.<\/p>\n

During the Second World War, a German poet, Nazi-soldier, who fell in love with a Jewish girl trying to run away from the Germany of that time, said more or less: \u201ctoday\u2019s warriors are tomorrow\u2019s business partners<\/em>…\u201d We will remain in this idea. Today, we are in peaceful conditions, but the diplomacy which promotes peace and prosperity is the challenge of the time for regions that still need justice, peace and progress. And the best Diplomacy is the one which is offered through development, as business partners – diplomacy for peace and prosperity.<\/p>\n
