Kjo sken\u00eb u inwizua dhe imitimi u p\u00ebrs\u00ebrit shum\u00eb her\u00eb para publikut me k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e tij. Pushteti komunist, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet Sigurimit t\u00eb Shtetit, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndaluar p\u00ebrhapjen e skewit, iu vu n\u00eb ndjekte t\u00eb rinjve dhe i arrestoi. Sipas tregimit t\u00eb vet\u00eb protagonistave t\u00eb rinj domokrat\u00eb, Bardhyl Uzuni tregon:<\/p>\n

L\u00ebvizja e 26 Marsit 1990 n\u00eb Kavaj\u00eb, qe nj\u00eb t\u00ebrmet tep\u00ebr i fuqish\u00ebm q\u00eb tronditi regjimin komunist n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. At\u00eb e pasuan, si n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb edhe n\u00eb qytetin ton\u00eb, greva e demonstrata t\u00eb tjera, q\u00eb tregonin se r\u00ebnia e sistemit ishte e af\u00ebrt. N\u00eb shembullin e 26 marsit 1990, t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb antikomunist\u00eb, organizuan veprimtari me karakter politik.<\/p>\n

21 Gusht 1990: 10 t\u00eb rinj demokrat\u00eb, t\u00eb lidhur n\u00eb nj\u00eb mendje me bes\u00eb, realizuan n\u00eb Golem, me guxim, humor dhe satir, imitimin e byros\u00eb politike. Rolet imituese u kryen nga k\u00ebta t\u00eb rinj:<\/p>\n

Ky ske\u00e7 satirik dhe plot humor u mir\u00ebprit dhe u duartrokit nga spektator\u00ebt e pranish\u00ebm.
\nPolici n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim Mahmut Canaj, dit\u00ebn e gjygjit pranoi pushimin dhe k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimet, dhe nuk e pranoi aktakuz\u00ebn ndaj nesh.<\/p>\n

Me 28 gusht 1990 m\u00eb arrestojn\u00eb. N\u00eb hetusi, m\u00eb paraqit\u00ebn aktakuz\u00ebn: \u201cDenigrimi i Komunitetit Q\u00ebndror (K.Q.) dhe i Byros\u00eb Politike.\u201d Si nuk pranuam aktakuz\u00ebn, filluan t\u00eb na keqtrajtojn\u00eb, t\u00eb na rrahin dy her\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00eb.<\/p>\n

Nga frika e mosp\u00ebrhapjes s\u00eb ngjarjes, me akuz\u00ebn \u201csipas nenit 129, p\u00ebr prishje t\u00eb qet\u00ebsis\u00eb publike\u201d vendos\u00ebn nenin 118 p\u00ebr \u201cfyerje e shpifje kund\u00ebr autoriteteve t\u00eb larta.\u201d<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr dy muaj e gjys\u00ebm m\u00eb mbajt\u00ebn n\u00eb hetusi, lidhur me pranga nd\u00ebr biruca. Prind\u00ebrit dhe t\u00eb af\u00ebrmit nuk na i lejonin q\u00eb t\u00eb na takonin.<\/p>\n

10 shtator 1990, u zhvillua gjygji me dyer t\u00eb mbyllura. Pytjet q\u00eb nga b\u00ebnin, ishin tep\u00ebr qesharake. Gjygjtari, me gjith\u00ebse e kishte t\u00eb qart\u00eb, po ishte i vendosur p\u00ebr zbatimin e vendimit, me q\u00ebllim q\u00eb t\u00eb mos t\u00eb c\u00ebnohej partia dhe byroja poltike.<\/p>\n

Seanca u nd\u00ebrpre dhe u shty p\u00ebr 12 shtator 1990. Me q\u00eb kishin t\u00eb b\u00ebnin me nj\u00eb rast t\u00eb rradh\u00eb, Sekretari i Partis\u00eb s\u00eb Rrethit, k\u00ebrkonte mbarimin e gjygjit sa m\u00eb shpejt. Gjygjtarin dikush e telefonoi. Me 21 shtator u zhvillua seanca p\u00ebrfundimtare, q\u00eb zgjati nga ora 10 deri n\u00eb or\u00ebn 21 t\u00eb dark\u00ebs. Vendimi ishte ky:<\/p>\n

1. Bardhyl Uzuni, Kryetari i grupit: 5 vjet heqje lirije
\n2. Madrid Pojana: 3 vjet e gjys\u00ebm heqje lirije
\n3. Sajmir Gjuzi: 3 vjet e gjys\u00ebm heqje lirije

\n5. Ilir Tare: 6 muaj heqje lirije.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

T\u00eb gjith\u00eb d\u00ebshmitar\u00ebt nuk e miratuan vendimin e trupit gjykues, por deklaronin se kemi d\u00ebgjuar parrullat: \u201cEnver \u2013 Hitler\u201d, \u201cPosht\u00eb Stalinist\u00ebt e Bot\u00ebs!\u201d, \u201cShqip\u00ebria do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet si Amerika! …\u201d
