Presidenti Topi b\u00ebri lajm kur n\u00eb studion e Sokol Ball\u00ebs deklaroi qart\u00eb se pas p\u00ebrfundimit t\u00eb mandatit do t\u2019i rikthehet politik\u00ebs aktive, duke l\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb kuptohet se projekti i tij ishte i nevojsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt, se ndryshonte nga kultura e konfliktit q\u00eb po mban peng progresin e vendit dhe se do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsonte vlerat\u2026 e v\u00ebrteta t\u00eb s\u00eb djatht\u00ebs. K\u00ebto nuk u than\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebshtu nga Topi, por ishin rrjedhoj\u00eb logjike e deklaratave t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>Pas k\u00ebsaj, shtypi dhe opinionb\u00ebr\u00ebsit n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb nis\u00ebn t\u00eb flasin m\u00eb shpesh p\u00ebr projektin \u201cTopi\u201d. Vizitat e tij zyrtare shiheshin n\u00ebn drit\u00ebn e nj\u00eb alternative t\u00eb re, nd\u00ebrsa raportimet p\u00ebr takimet jozyrtare tregonin p\u00ebr nj\u00eb grup mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsish q\u00eb po mblidheshin gjithnj\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb rreth Presidentit t\u00eb sot\u00ebm dhe liderit partiak t\u00eb nes\u00ebrm. U fol p\u00ebr nevoj\u00ebn e shp\u00ebtimit t\u00eb s\u00eb djatht\u00ebs, mund\u00ebsin\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb dob\u00ebsuar Berish\u00ebn, p\u00ebr t\u00eb ekuilibruar pushtetet n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri etj. Me pak fjal\u00eb, projekti politik i Bamir Topit e kishte ngritur mjaft lart pritshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e publikut.<\/p>\n<p>Pa kaluar shum\u00eb koh\u00eb, vet\u00eb Bamir Topi, k\u00ebt\u00eb her\u00eb n\u00eb studion e Ilva Tares dhe m\u00eb pas n\u00eb nj\u00eb takim me qytetar\u00eb n\u00eb Durr\u00ebs, prodhoi nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr lajm. N\u00ebse do t\u00eb ndryshonte Kushtetuta dhe Presidenti do t\u00eb zgjidhej nga populli, ai do t\u00eb hynte n\u00eb gar\u00eb i sigurt p\u00ebr fitoren. Po me partin\u00eb e re, me grupimin e njer\u00ebzve rreth ides\u00eb s\u00eb saj, me alternativ\u00ebn e t\u00eb djatht\u00ebs s\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, \u00e7far\u00eb do t\u00eb ndodhte? N\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pafajshme Bamir Topi e shfaq qart\u00eb shqet\u00ebsimin e tij, q\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb ngjizja e nj\u00eb projekti serioz politik, por gjetja e nj\u00eb posti apo nj\u00eb vendi p\u00ebr t\u00eb n\u00eb politik\u00ebn e lart\u00eb shqiptare. N\u00ebse Topi nuk do t\u00eb jet\u00eb President, ai do t\u00eb krijoj\u00eb parti; n\u00ebse ka mund\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u2019u rizgjedhur, do t\u00eb mbetet p\u00ebrs\u00ebri President. Me naivitet t\u00eb plot\u00eb, numri nj\u00eb i shtetit p\u00ebr\u00e7on mesazhin se nuk duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb ai si lider n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve, por k\u00ebta t\u00eb fundit n\u00eb funksion t\u00eb karrier\u00ebs s\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>Sinqeriteti f\u00ebminor i Topit, q\u00eb mendon t\u00eb ket\u00eb alternativ\u00eb p\u00ebr vete dhe jo t\u2019u jap\u00eb votuesve nj\u00eb alternativ\u00eb t\u00eb re, shpjegon ndoshta stanjacionin politik e shoq\u00ebror n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Askush nuk po ofron nj\u00eb projekt atraktiv, askush nuk po i motivon njer\u00ebzit me ide dhe kauza t\u00eb reja, nuk ka entuziaz\u00ebm, frym\u00eb ndryshimi dhe vizion p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb. Nuk po lind asgj\u00eb e re p\u00ebr t\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb thyerjen n\u00eb nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri t\u00eb bllokuar n\u00eb dilem\u00ebn e p\u00ebrzishme: me apo kund\u00ebr Berish\u00ebs, me apo kund\u00ebr opozit\u00ebs? Bamir Topi \u00ebsht\u00eb vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb sekuenc\u00eb n\u00eb filmin bardhezi t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb postkomuniste. Ai ve\u00e7 sa e shfaqi hapur motivin e vet\u00ebm q\u00eb v\u00eb n\u00eb l\u00ebvizje politikan\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb, t\u00eb qenit pjes\u00eb e loj\u00ebs p\u00ebr pushtet, t\u00eb p\u00ebrfitimit, dhe jo t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbimit ndaj qytetar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Partit\u00eb e vjetra dhe partit\u00eb e reja, lider\u00ebt historik\u00eb dhe t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb q\u00eb nisin karrier\u00ebn, jan\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pik\u00eb. Gati hapur fare, duke e kthyer politik\u00ebn e pamoralshme n\u00eb nj\u00eb moral t\u00eb pranuesh\u00ebm edhe p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb, ata po e tregojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb n\u00eb kap\u00ebrcimet e paskrupullta t\u00eb q\u00ebndrimeve t\u00eb tyre, n\u00eb koalicionet e panatyrshme, n\u00eb shantazhet p\u00ebr p\u00ebrfitime, n\u00eb konfliktet gati personale dhe n\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrimin e pacip\u00eb t\u00eb vot\u00ebs s\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve n\u00eb licenc\u00eb private p\u00ebr abuzim. Bamir Topi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb jasht\u00ebtok\u00ebsor q\u00eb ra n\u00eb tok\u00ebn shqiptare. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb shembull m\u00eb shum\u00eb q\u00eb i shtohet vargut t\u00eb zhg\u00ebnjimeve nga pritjet p\u00ebr ndryshim.<\/p>\n<p>E nj\u00ebjta pati ndodhur me l\u00ebvizjen \u201cMjaft\u201d, pavar\u00ebsisht mosh\u00ebs s\u00eb re, q\u00eb nuk arriti t\u00eb mbledh\u00eb as 99 vota dhe k\u00ebmbeu mij\u00ebra p\u00ebrkrah\u00ebs me 9 vendstrehime n\u00eb Partin\u00eb Socialiste. A ka m\u00eb keq p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri q\u00eb pret t\u00eb mbij\u00eb fara e ndryshimit? Rasti \u201cTopi\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb logjik\u00ebn e politik\u00ebs n\u00eb sh\u00ebrbim t\u00eb vetes, dhe jo t\u00eb atyre q\u00eb t\u00eb votojn\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu sillet edhe Kryeministri Berisha, q\u00eb shqet\u00ebsim kryesor ka mbajtjen e pushtetit, eliminimin e kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebve, dhe jo realizimin e premtimeve me t\u00eb cilat mori votat e qytetar\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk po prodhon ide dhe kauza t\u00eb reja sepse angazhimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb menaxhuar interesat e ngushta dhe kalkulimet e vogla po i marrin pjes\u00ebn m\u00eb t\u00eb madhe t\u00eb koh\u00ebs. Si mund t\u00eb pres\u00ebsh q\u00eb nga Bamir Topi t\u00eb lind\u00eb nj\u00eb projekt serioz politik, kur edhe opozita gjith\u00eb betej\u00ebn e saj e ka lidhur me fatin politik e personal t\u00eb nj\u00eb njeriu, dhe jo me at\u00eb t\u00eb qindra mij\u00ebrave q\u00eb e votojn\u00eb? Edi Rama e paralizoi p\u00ebr mbi dy vjet vendin me greva, bllokime e bojkote p\u00ebr t\u2019i sh\u00ebrbyer karrier\u00ebs personale n\u00eb krye t\u00eb Partis\u00eb Socialiste e tani vazhdon t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb pirueta duke e imponuar shtirjen e tij si kauz\u00eb t\u00eb re t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo situat\u00eb, ku nuk gjenerohet frym\u00eb dhe ide t\u00eb reja, ku alternativat q\u00eb ngjizen abortohen q\u00eb n\u00eb muajt e par\u00eb, ka b\u00ebr\u00eb q\u00eb votimi n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri ta humbas\u00eb kuptimin e nj\u00eb zgjedhjeje. Nuk votohet m\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb projekt m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, por kund\u00ebr nj\u00ebr\u00ebs apo tjetr\u00ebs pal\u00eb, nuk votohet p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndryshuar cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e jet\u00ebs, por p\u00ebr t\u00eb nd\u00ebrruar ngjyr\u00ebn e etiket\u00ebs. Kjo b\u00ebn q\u00eb njer\u00ebzit t\u00eb ndahen thjesht m\u00eb dysh dhe diferenc\u00ebn ta b\u00ebj\u00eb m\u00eb i forti. Kriza e moralit politik ka futur n\u00eb kriz\u00eb gjith\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb, duke zbehur n\u00eb maksimum shpres\u00ebn se k\u00ebtu mund t\u00eb mbij\u00eb fara e nj\u00eb ndryshimi t\u00eb madh.
