T\u00eb stolisun me nji forc\u00eb t\u00eb jashtzakonshme q\u00ebndrese, ende k\u00ebta e flasin at\u00eb gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb Par\u00ebve t\u00eb vet ma t\u00eb hersh\u00ebm; ende e ruejn t\u00eb pandryshuesh\u00ebm karakterin e hekurt e fisnik t\u00eb st\u00ebrgjysh\u00ebve t\u00eb vet dhe sot ata gjithnji e punojn\u00eb shi at\u00eb tok\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e punuen t\u00eb par\u00ebt e tyne prehistorik\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ky popull asht bash ai populli i vog\u00ebl shqiptar, aq pak i njohun dhe aq zi i gjykuem n\u00eb Europ\u00eb. I vjet\u00ebr sa fosilet, sa stalaktitat e shpellave jehuese t\u00eb maleve t\u00eb veta vigane, dhe i lindun t\u00eb thuesh prej vet\u00eb rrenjeve t\u00eb vjetra, ai asht sot zot autokton i pakundershtuesh\u00ebm i tokave t\u00eb veta.<\/p>\n<p>Po qe se p\u00ebrnjimend parimi i autodeterminacionit asht marr\u00eb prej Konferenc\u00ebs s\u00eb Paqes si karakter themelor p\u00ebr trajtimin e shteteve si dhe p\u00ebrcaktimin e kufijve t\u00eb tyne, e drejta e lyp\u00eb q\u00eb Shqipnia t\u00eb qitet shtet m\u00eb vete p\u00ebrmbrenda kufijve t\u00eb vet etnik\u00eb dhe gjeografik\u00eb. Por \u00e7ka se, simbas teoris\u00eb wilsonjane (t\u00eb Presidentit amerikan Willson) p\u00ebr me mund\u00eb nji popull me u sundue n\u00eb vetvete, p\u00ebrpos komb\u00ebsis\u00eb, duhet t\u00eb mirret para sysh edhe nd\u00ebrgjegja e tij komb\u00ebtare.<\/p>\n<p>Tashti, p\u00ebr n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se si nd\u00ebrgjegje komb\u00ebtare duhet t\u00eb kuptohet ndjesia p\u00ebr liri si edhe ai d\u00ebshir q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ket\u00eb nji popull p\u00ebr t\u2019u zhdrivillue n\u00eb vetvete, gjithnji p\u00ebrmbrenda qarkut t\u00eb forcave t\u00eb veta, un\u00eb them se edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb pikpamje Konferenca duhet t\u2019ia njoh\u00eb Shqipnis\u00eb pamvar\u00ebsin\u00eb si dhe sovranitetin e vet. E njimend, e po thom\u00ebni, cili popull n\u00eb Ballkan ka ndjesi ma t\u00eb thella p\u00ebr lirin\u00eb e vet sesa populli shqiptar ?<\/p>\n<p>Kaluen po pushtuesit mbi Shqipni, por nuk qen\u00eb kurr\u00eb zotnuesa mbi shqiptar\u00eb. Ashtu si ai cubi, i cili hyn tin\u00ebs dhe me trathti n\u00eb sht\u00ebpin\u00eb e qytetarit t\u00eb paqt\u00eb e, si shtjen mbren\u00eb drojen dhe pshtjellimin, del jasht\u00eb pa mundun kurr\u00eb me than\u00eb se ka sundue aty mbrend\u00eb: njashtu hyn\u00eb pushtuesit e huej n\u00eb Shqipni pa mujt\u00eb kurr\u00eb me i shtrue dhe me i zotnue shqiptar\u00ebt. E mos kujtoni, zotni, se un\u00eb k\u00ebtu jam tuj ju than\u00eb sende t\u00eb cilat mos t\u2019i ken\u00eb vu re edhe shkrimtar\u00eb t\u00eb huej me vler\u00eb. K\u00ebshtu, fjala vjen, e ndritshmja Miss Durham, thot\u00eb n\u00eb nji lib\u00ebr t\u00eb vetin mbi Shqipni :<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPushtime t\u00eb hueja jan\u00eb p\u00ebrshkue mbi komb shqiptar, por t\u00eb gjitha kan\u00eb kalue pa lan\u00eb kurrfar\u00eb gjurme, si uj\u00ebt q\u00eb rr\u00ebshqet mbi shpin\u00eb t\u00eb ros\u00ebs\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr lirin\u00eb e vet, zotni, shqiptari ban fli shpin\u00eb, tok\u00ebn dhe mjerisht edhe besimin. Fakti ve\u00e7 q\u00eb shqiptari n\u00eb mes t\u00eb sa ndollive dhe te papriturave politike e p\u00ebr nji periudh\u00eb kaq t\u00eb gjat\u00eb shekujsh, ka mbrrijt\u00eb me e ruejt gjuh\u00ebn, doket dhe karakterin e vet komb\u00ebtar, &#8211; dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Shqipni, por edhe jasht\u00eb kufijve t\u00eb saj\u00eb, &#8211; kjo difton \u00e7iltas se ai asht dhe don t\u00eb mbes\u00eb shqiptar. E gjith\u00eb kjo ngjet sepse nd\u00ebrgjegja komb\u00ebtare ka l\u00ebshue rraj\u00eb t\u00eb thella n\u00eb shpirt t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n<p>Por ma mir\u00eb se kurrkund njeti, dashunia e popullit shqiptar p\u00ebr liri dhe pamvar\u00ebsi komb\u00ebtare, duket n\u00eb faqet e historis\u00eb, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebn mundemi me than\u00eb se asht e endun vet\u00ebm prej luftash p\u00ebr liri e pavar\u00ebsi. Un\u00eb k\u00ebtu, p\u00ebr mos me e vu fort n\u00eb prov\u00eb durimin e Zotnis\u00eb suej, po ju p\u00ebrmend vet\u00ebm pun\u00ebt e m\u00ebdha, q\u00eb nd\u00ebrgjegja komb\u00ebtare e k\u00ebti populli, kreu q\u00eb prej t\u00eb XV qindvjet\u00eb e mbrapa.<\/p>\n<p>Bot\u00ebn mbar\u00eb n\u00eb zi do ta mb\u00ebshtillte. &#8211; T\u00eb flegruem droje shuejt\u00ebn zanin mbretnit\u00eb e Europ\u00ebs. Kur qe, mbi kep t\u00eb Kruj\u00ebs titanike, po del nji hije burri, vetullat ng\u00ebrthye si dy hulli rrufeje, me dy sy zjarmi e nji mjek\u00ebr t\u00eb thinjt\u00eb, e cila sht\u00ebllung\u00eb gjat\u00eb nofull\u00ebs i derdhej, si ajo mjegulla rreth nji shk\u00ebmbu t\u00eb thepisun. Mbi krye trishtuesh\u00ebm flak\u00eb i shk\u00eblqen tarog\u00ebza p\u00ebrkrenarja me brir\u00eb q\u00eb tmerrsh\u00ebm kah i vezullon n\u00ebn rreze t\u00eb diellit, komet\u00eb zharit\u00ebse dan\u00eb nd\u00ebr syt\u00eb e armikut. Ai asht fatosi i ndimun Gjergj Kastrioti, i madhi Gjergj Kastrioti, Skanderbegu. Me flamurin kuq e zi shpalosun p\u00ebrpara, posht\u00eb rr\u00ebmoreve t\u00eb maleve t\u00eb thepisuna, stuhi bore prej ndonji kulmi t\u00eb rr\u00ebmbyesh\u00ebm, v\u00ebrsulen vet\u00ebtimthi mbi formacionet e turqve, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, prej s\u00eb largu tuj ua pa hovin, thon\u00eb se kulshedra me dragoj po u turret.<\/p>\n<p>Por mundet ndokush me m\u00eb than\u00eb se Skanderbegu k\u00ebto lufta i ka ba p\u00ebr q\u00ebllime fetare, dhe jo i shtym\u00eb prej nji nd\u00ebrgjegjeje komb\u00ebtare, pra p\u00ebr me i dal\u00eb zot liris\u00eb dhe pamvar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb vendit t\u00eb vet.<\/p>\n<p>E mos kujtoni se me dek\u00eb t\u00eb Skanderbegut u shue ndjesia e liris\u00eb dhe e pamvar\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb shpirtin e shqiptar\u00ebve. Historia e Turkis\u00eb ka shenjue jo ma pak se 54 kryengritje t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb cilat gjat\u00eb rrjedhjes s\u00eb kat\u00ebr shekujve kombi shqiptar i bani qeveris\u00eb otomane ose p\u00ebr me pshtue prej zgjedh\u00ebs s\u00eb saj\u00eb, ose p\u00ebr me e ngushtue q\u00eb mos t\u2019ia mohonte t\u00eb drejtat e tija. Edhe pamvar\u00ebsia e Greqis\u00eb asht nji lule e rimuun me gjak t\u00eb shqiptarit.<\/p>\n<p>Zhavell\u00ebt dhe Bo\u00e7ar\u00ebt kan\u00eb qen\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb e shqip kan\u00eb fol\u00eb dhe me trim\u00ebni shqiptare kan\u00eb luftue. Jo besa, por Greqin\u00eb e kan\u00eb lirue shqiptar\u00ebt dhe jo ma pak jan\u00eb mundue se sa disa Pushtete t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb cilat aso kohe bajshin spekullime mbi Greqi, njashtu si do Zoti po bajn\u00eb sot edhe mbi Shqipni. K\u00ebt\u00eb pun\u00eb, me pas\u00eb p\u00ebr ta pyet si dijetar dhe jo si diplomat, kishte me ju a vertetue edhe Venizellos vet\u00eb; por, n\u00eb mos dasht\u00eb me ju a than\u00eb ai, ja u kallzon Lamartine, i cili, tuj fol\u00eb mbi pamvar\u00ebsi t\u00eb Greqis\u00eb, thot\u00eb se kjo nuk qe tjet\u00ebr ve\u00e7se rezultati i reaksionit t\u00eb elementit shqiptar kristjan mbrenda Greqis\u00eb kundra elementit turk.<\/p>\n<p>Arsyeja pra pse kombi shqiptar nuk mujti me dal\u00eb shtet n\u00eb vete, nuk qe puna se ati i mungonte nd\u00ebrgjegja komb\u00ebtare ose ndjesia p\u00ebr liri e pamvar\u00ebsi, por qe fakti se shi dit\u00ebn n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn ai ishte gati me fitue lirin\u00eb e vet, Shtetet e Ballkanit ia ngjit\u00ebn kthetrat dhe e ban\u00eb rob n\u00ebn zgjedh\u00eb t\u00eb veten. Dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb e ban\u00eb jo p\u00ebr me e mbajt\u00eb n\u00ebn sh\u00ebrbim e robni t\u00eb veten, por p\u00ebr me e shue shqimit e me e qit\u00eb faret. K\u00ebshtuq\u00eb prej k\u00ebsaj pikpamje duhet me e than\u00eb se shqiptar\u00ebt gabuen, dhe gabuen rand\u00eb fort, q\u00eb u \u00e7uen aso kohe kundra Turkis\u00eb, sepse p\u00ebr ta do t\u00eb kishte qen\u00eb dam fort ma i vog\u00ebl me u vue n\u00ebn zgjedh\u00eb t\u00eb Turkis\u00eb, se sa me u gri prej kristjan\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Po e shoh, Zotni, se kjo fjal\u00eb n\u00eb goj\u00ebn time disi po ju a vret veshin dhe po ju duket nji paradoks n\u00eb vetvete. Jan\u00eb faktet q\u00eb m\u00eb japin arsye. N\u00eb vitin 1478 turqit marrin Shkodr\u00ebn dhe me te mundet me u than\u00eb se u pushtue e tan\u00eb Shqipnia. Por megjith\u00ebk\u00ebt\u00eb, turku ia njohti Shqipnis\u00eb nji far\u00eb autonomie: na e la gjuh\u00ebn dhe kanunet tona, &#8211; por askund nuk lexohet n\u00eb histori se ky mbyti qindra mija shqiptar\u00eb p\u00ebrnjiher\u00eb, sadoq\u00eb populli hoqi zi e si asht me zi prej tij. E tash ndini si u suell kristiani me Shqipni e me shqiptar\u00eb. N\u00eb vjetin 1912 k\u00ebrcet lufta turko-ballkanike dhe ballkanik\u00ebt pushtojn\u00eb Shqipnin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nji her\u00eb mbysin pak me than\u00eb dyqindmij\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb, vrasin meshtar\u00eb katolik\u00eb sepse nuk ndigjonin me e mohue fen\u00eb ; grijn\u00eb mysliman sepse edhe ata nuk duen me dal\u00eb dinit. Rrenojn\u00eb me themel qindra e qindra katunde, ve\u00e7se si e si me e farue kombin shqiptar. N\u00eb vjet\u00ebn 1914, ushtrit\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, mbas sa intrigash t\u00eb poshtra, pushtojn\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebn. N\u00eb k\u00ebto ushtri kombi shqiptar ka pas\u00eb mb\u00ebshtet\u00eb gjith\u00eb shpres\u00ebn e vet, sepse k\u00ebta ishin demek t\u00eb shprehunit e forc\u00ebs q\u00eb do t\u00eb rregullonte bot\u00ebn dhe, si t\u00eb thuesh, ata ishin pasqyra t\u00eb qytetnis\u00eb europiane.<\/p>\n<p>Por megjith\u00ebk\u00ebt\u00eb ata nuk soll\u00ebn kurrnjisend p\u00ebrs\u00ebmbari n\u00eb Shqipni. Ndrye mbrenda qarkut dhet\u00eb kilometrash n\u00eb Shkod\u00ebr, as q\u00eb e \u00e7il\u00ebn nji rrug\u00eb, as q\u00eb e l\u00ebshuen nji ur\u00eb, as hap\u00ebn nji shkoll\u00eb, nji gjykatore, nji spital, nji send t\u00eb vet\u00ebm q\u00eb t\u2019i vyente p\u00ebrparimit dhe qytetnimit t\u00eb popullit shqiptar. I gjith\u00eb kujdesi i tyne p\u00ebr Shqipni, p\u00ebrmblidhet n\u00eb k\u00ebta: kurrsesi mos me e lan\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebn me ba pjes\u00eb n\u00eb Shqipnin\u00eb tjet\u00ebr dhe q\u00eb n\u00eb Statutin e Shtetit Shqiptar t\u2019u qitte nji paragraf i posa\u00e7\u00ebm me t\u00eb cilin t\u00eb njiheshin n\u00eb Shqipni \u00e7ifutnit nji tagri me shqiptar\u00eb, sadoqi aso kohe nuk kishte n\u00eb Shqipni me than\u00eb asnji \u00e7ifut. Mandej, kur doli prej Shkodre, Komanda Nderkomb\u00ebtare dogji t\u00eb gjitha aktet dhe arkivat e veta.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb vjet\u00ebn 1915, malazez\u00ebt pushtojn\u00eb Shkodr\u00ebn me rrethina, sadoqi Shqipnia ishte shtet neutral dhe nuk kishte shpall\u00eb luft\u00eb me kurrkend. N\u00eb fillim t\u00eb vjet\u00ebs 1915, italian\u00ebt pushtojn\u00eb Vlon\u00ebn, kinse p\u00ebr q\u00ebllim q\u00eb me u p\u00ebrkujdes\u00eb p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt e s\u00ebmut\u00eb t\u00eb Shqipnis\u00eb jugore. N\u00eb 1916, Austro-Hungaria pushton Shqipnin\u00eb. Me e than\u00eb me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, ata dojshin ta mbajshin Shqipnin\u00eb si nji krahin\u00eb t\u00eb veten. P\u00ebr ma tep\u00ebr: grek\u00ebt dogj\u00ebn 360 katunde n\u00eb Shqipnin\u00eb jugore, tuj i mbyt\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb dishmoheshin shqiptar\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>E sot Konferenca e Paqes lyp\u00eb q\u00eb shi nd\u00ebr nd\u00ebr k\u00ebto vise t\u00eb bahet plebishiti p\u00ebr t\u00eb caktue kufijt e Shqipnis\u00eb. \u00c7\u2019ironi e helmueme!<\/p>\n<p>Prej k\u00ebtyne pun\u00ebve, &#8211; p\u00ebr mos me fol\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb tjera, &#8211; duket \u00e7iltas se shqiptar\u00ebt, prej pikpamjes komb\u00ebtare, kan\u00eb pas\u00eb arsye me drasht\u00eb ma shum\u00eb kristjant se sa turqit. Turku, si p\u00ebr princip, si n\u00eb teori, ia ka pas\u00eb njoht\u00eb Shqipnis\u00eb nji far\u00eb autonomie, sadoq\u00eb me Skanderbeun e pat kund\u00ebrshtue p\u00ebrparimin e tij n\u00eb Ballkan.<\/p>\n<p>Thon\u00eb armiqt ton\u00eb, si dhe do mbrojt\u00ebsa t\u00eb tyne, se v\u00ebrtet\u00eb q\u00eb kombi shqiptar asht ma i vjetri nd\u00ebr popuj t\u00eb Ballkanit dhe se ka nji dashuni t\u00eb gjall\u00eb p\u00ebr liri dhe pamvar\u00ebsi t\u00eb veten; ve\u00e7se shka se megjith\u00ebk\u00ebto, Shqipnia nuk mund t\u00eb qitet shtet m\u00eb vete sepse shqiptar\u00ebt jan\u00eb :<\/p>\n<p>a) barbar\u00eb,<br \/>\nb) nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb zot\u00ebt me p\u00ebrparue dhe me u qytetnue vet\u00eb dhe se<br \/>\nc) eksperienca ka tregue se n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e Princ Widit, Shqipnia nuk mund t\u00eb mbahet shtet m\u00eb vete dhe krejt i pamvarun&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Pra, simbas mendimit t\u00eb armiqvet ton\u00eb, ose ma mir\u00eb me than\u00eb, simbas fjal\u00ebve t\u00eb vet\u00eb atyneve, lypset q\u00eb Shqipnia t\u00eb coptohet e t\u2019u jepet atyne n\u00eb dor\u00eb p\u00ebr me e sundue dhe p\u00ebr me vu rregull, &#8211; meq\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebt jan\u00eb barbar\u00eb e t\u00eb eg\u00ebr e nuk jan\u00eb popull q\u00eb di me qit\u00eb shtet m\u00eb vete, pra me qeveris\u00eb. P\u00ebr me than\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn, po t\u00eb marrim parasysh\u00eb mjetet e m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn me t\u00eb cilat ka nis\u00eb e vijue lufta e madhe evropiane, kisha me than\u00eb se barbar\u00ebsia dhe eg\u00ebrsia e popujve ka pak ose aspak t\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekun me d\u00ebshir\u00ebn p\u00ebr liri e pamvar\u00ebsi t\u00eb tyne.<\/p>\n<p>Kur popuj e kombe, n\u00eb em\u00ebn t\u00eb \u201cqytetnis\u00eb\u201d kan\u00eb vra e pre f\u00ebmij\u00eb, gra, pleq e t\u00eb mbetun q\u00eb kan\u00eb ba me vdekun prej urie e gazepit me mij\u00ebra njer\u00ebzish t\u00eb pafat n\u00eb dit\u00eb; q\u00eb kan\u00eb djeg\u00eb e rrenue, jo vet\u00ebm katunde e qytete, por mbar\u00eb krahina t\u00eb pamatuna; q\u00eb kan\u00eb thye \u00e7do t\u00eb drejt\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe njerzore dhe kan\u00eb pre n\u00eb bes\u00eb me qindra mij\u00ebra robsh t\u00eb ram\u00eb n\u00eb dor\u00eb, &#8211; e megjithate sot ata munden me qen\u00eb shtete t\u00eb lira; &#8211; po at\u00ebher\u00eb, pse nuk mundet me qen\u00eb Shqipnia e lir\u00eb ku, n\u00ebmos tjet\u00ebr, gra nuk vriten, ku nuk gjindet nji vorr i nji t\u00eb vdekuni urie, ku ndorja e besa edhe ndaj armikut jan\u00eb t\u00eb pathyeshme?<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kongresi i Versaj\u00ebs m\u00eb 1919<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Serbt, n\u00eb koh\u00ebn e luft\u00ebs Ballkanike, me shpata ua kan\u00eb \u00e7el\u00eb nanave shqiptare barkun dhe foshnjet e nxjerruna sosh, i kan\u00eb ndez\u00eb flakada porsi pisha p\u00ebr me shndrit\u00eb nat\u00ebn me to, dhe sot Konferenca ua ka trefishue madh\u00ebsin\u00eb e shtetit t\u00eb tyne. Grek\u00ebt kan\u00eb kryqzue gjinden shqiptare bash ne t\u00eb XX qindvjet\u00eb, ndersa sot Konferenca e ka menden me ia dhan\u00eb mandatin q\u00eb me i shtrue e me i qytetnue disa kombe t\u00eb tjera, kupto, Shqipnin\u00eb. Pra tash, shqiptari, i cili nuk i njef k\u00ebto \u201cqytetni\u201d n\u00eb veten e vet, pse s\u2019mundet me dal\u00eb shtet m\u00eb vete, i lir\u00eb e i pamvarun?<\/p>\n<p>Por edhe me pas\u00eb p\u00ebr ta marr\u00eb barbarin\u00eb si shprehje vetore t\u00eb shpirtit t\u00eb njeriut, un\u00eb mundem me than\u00eb pa droje kundershtimi, se kombi shqiptar nuk asht diftue aspak ma i eg\u00ebr e barbar se disa kombe t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb qytetnueme, kur k\u00ebta kan\u00eb qen\u00eb po me ato garanci q\u00eb ka pas\u00eb kombi shqiptar. Ah, po, duket \u00e7iltas, se nuk \u201cduen\u201d me e qit\u00eb Shqipnin\u00eb shtet m\u00eb vete e t\u00eb pamvarun, dhe kjo jo sepse shqiptar\u00ebt na qenkan barbar\u00eb e t\u00eb egj\u00ebr, por sepse k\u00ebta nuk kan\u00eb sot p\u00ebr sot nji ushtri e nji flot\u00eb t\u00eb veten me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn t\u00eb mund t\u2019u dalin zot tagreve t\u00eb veta. Ose than\u00eb ma qart\u00eb, u vehet kamba shqiptar\u00ebve vet\u00ebm sepse k\u00ebta jan\u00eb ma t\u00eb lig\u00ebsht ushtarakisht dhe jo sepse jan\u00eb ma barbar\u00eb se kombet e tjera t\u00eb Ballkanit.<\/p>\n<p>Asht gabim me than\u00eb se t\u00eb marrunit e gjakut sh\u00ebnon barbarin\u00eb e nji kombi, n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se ne n\u00ebn fjal\u00ebn barbari kuptojm\u00eb eg\u00ebrsin\u00eb ose breshtnin\u00eb e shpirtit t\u00eb tij, ashtu si\u00e7 duen me e kuptue kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt e ton\u00eb, kur e kan\u00eb fjal\u00ebn p\u00ebr kombin shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb marrunit e gjakut buron prej ligjeve t\u00eb jashtme dhe prej t\u00eb metave t\u00eb organizimit shoqnor t\u00eb nji kombi, dhe jo gjithmon\u00eb prej gjendjes shpirtnore t\u00eb tij. E v\u00ebrteta e k\u00ebtyne fjal\u00ebve p\u00ebrcaktohet edhe prej historis\u00eb s\u00eb popujve p\u00ebr t\u00eb cil\u00ebt nuk mund t\u00eb thohet se kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb eg\u00ebr e breshtnor\u00eb. N\u00eb Bibl\u00ebn shenjte lexohen k\u00ebto fjal\u00eb : N\u00eb se dikush godet nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr me gur dhe mund t\u2019i shkaktoj\u00eb vdekjen, ai asht nj\u00eb vras\u00ebs dhe asht i d\u00ebnuem me vdekje. Njeriu i ngarkuem me hakmarr\u00eb viktim\u00ebn, e vret vras\u00ebsin me rastin e par\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>(Num. XXXV, 19, 21) Po k\u00ebshtu edhe n\u00eb Iliad\u00eb, n\u00eb librin e IX, gjejm\u00eb k\u00ebto vargje q\u00eb un\u00eb po i la simbas p\u00ebrkthimit t\u00eb Montit:\u201d&#8230; Il prezzo qualcuno accetta del\u2019ucciso figlio o del fratello; e l\u2019uccisor, pagata del suo fallo la pena, in una stessa citta dimora col placido offeso.\u201d (Nd\u00ebshkimin sejcili e pret si t\u00eb drejt\u00eb p\u00ebr vrasjen e t\u00eb birit ose t\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebllait; dhe ai q\u00eb e b\u00ebn k\u00ebt\u00eb vrasje p\u00ebr shpagim, mund t\u00eb jetoj\u00eb pastaj i qet\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb njejtin qytet me at\u00eb familje s\u00eb cil\u00ebs i b\u00ebri vrasjen &#8211; fyerjen e par\u00eb.)<\/p>\n<p>Duket pra mir\u00ebfilli se prej t\u00eb marrunit t\u00eb gjakut &#8211; vendetta &#8211; nuk mund t\u00eb thohet se kombi shqiptar asht barbar e q\u00eb nuk asht i zoti me u qeveris\u00eb n\u00eb vetvete dhe i pamvarun. Por \u201cJO!\u201d thon\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt ton\u00eb. T\u00eb metat e organizimit shoqnor, si dhe t\u00eb marrunit e gjakut n\u00eb Shqipni, nuk jan\u00eb t\u00eb shkaktueme prej faktoreve t\u00eb jasht\u00ebm, por rrjedhin prej gjendjes shpirtnore t\u00eb eg\u00ebr t\u00eb kombit shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>Me fjal\u00eb t\u00eb tjera, shqiptari vret njeriun p\u00ebr instikt dhe jo p\u00ebr nji arsye e cila edhe mbas mentalitetit e bindjes s\u00eb tij, t\u00eb jet\u00eb e mb\u00ebshtetun mbi nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb ruejtunit t\u00eb jet\u00ebs, t\u00eb gjas\u00eb ose t\u00eb nderit t\u00eb vet. E p\u00ebr n\u00eb qoft\u00eb se asht e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, &#8211; sikurse njimend asht e v\u00ebrtetet\u00eb! &#8211; se poezia popullore asht pasqyra e shpirtit t\u00eb nji kombi, kjo duket \u00e7iltas, &#8211; thon\u00eb ata, &#8211; prej kang\u00ebve popullore shqipe, sepse t\u00eb tana, ose gati t\u00eb tana, tregojn\u00eb pun\u00eb t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta vrasjesh ose gjaku.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrpara se ndokush mund ta thonte me arsye se kombi shqiptar nuk shfaqet kurr\u00eb i bashkuem n\u00eb nji shtet, kishte me u dasht\u00eb ma par\u00eb q\u00eb historia t\u00eb caktonte se nga e ka rraj\u00ebn ky komb, k\u00eb ka fis e v\u00eblla mbi bot\u00eb, &#8211; sepse ky nuk ka mbijt vetvetiu mbi bot\u00eb, &#8211; e se deri ku p\u00ebrfshihej vendi i tij. Por k\u00ebto historia ende s\u2019i ka p\u00ebrcaktue, e kushedi se kur ka me mujt me i p\u00ebrcaktue, sepse historia e kombit ton\u00eb gjindet e shtjellueme mbrenda hijeve t\u00eb muzg\u00ebta t\u00eb koh\u00ebve ma t\u00eb vjetra.<\/p>\n<p>Masandej do t\u00eb ishte dasht\u00eb q\u00eb historiograf\u00ebt e hersh\u00ebm, mbi t\u00eb cil\u00ebt mb\u00ebshteten historian\u00ebt e sotsh\u00ebm, t\u2019i kishin dajt\u00eb me nji emen t\u00eb vet\u00ebm t\u00eb tan\u00eb elementet prej t\u00eb cilit p\u00ebrbahet ky komb. Kush mundet me e than\u00eb me siguri se shqiptar\u00ebt, ilir\u00ebt, maqedonasit, thrakejt, epirot\u00ebt jan\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb gjithi t\u00eb nji fisi apo jo? Prandaj kurrkush nuk mund ta thot\u00eb me siguri se shqiptar\u00ebt s\u2019kan\u00eb qen\u00eb kurr\u00eb t\u00eb bashkuem m\u00eb nja dhe s\u2019kan\u00eb qen\u00eb shtet m\u00eb vete. Por edhe po e zam\u00eb se shqiptar\u00ebt s\u2019kan\u00eb qen\u00eb kurr\u00eb t\u00eb bashkuem n\u00eb nji shtet t\u00eb vet\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Megjithk\u00ebt\u00eb armiqt ton\u00eb nuk kan\u00eb arsye kur thon\u00eb se p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb shkak kombi shqiptar nuk duhet qit\u00eb shtet m\u00eb vete, por ky vend duhet nda nd\u00ebrmjet tyne si gja e pazot. Kush i mban mend grek\u00ebt t\u00eb bashkuem n\u00ebn nji skept\u00ebr dhe kunor\u00eb mbretnore p\u00ebrpara s\u00eb XIX qindvjet\u00eb? Sa jet\u00eb ka flamuri i Greqis\u00eb? Jo vet\u00ebm q\u00eb grek\u00ebt edhe n\u00eb koh\u00ebn ma t\u00eb lumnueshme t\u00eb historis\u00eb s\u00eb tyne s\u2019kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb bashkuem n\u00ebn nji shtet, por k\u00ebta kan\u00eb thirr\u00eb ushtrit\u00eb e hueja p\u00ebr me shtyp\u00eb shoqishoqin bash mbrenda kufijve t\u00eb vet.<\/p>\n<p>E pse pra shqiptar\u00ebt, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt gjithmon\u00eb ia kan\u00eb vu pushk\u00ebn t\u00eb huejve, dhe q\u00eb qen\u00eb faktori ma i par\u00eb i pamvar\u00ebsis\u00eb greke, nuk duhet t\u00eb ken\u00eb liri dhe pamvar\u00ebsi p\u00ebr arsye se s\u2019na paskan qen\u00eb kurr\u00eb t\u00eb bashkuem n\u00eb nji shtet? Si\u00e7 e dishmojn\u00eb vet\u00eb diplomat\u00ebt e saj\u00eb, Franca ka hy n\u00eb luft\u00eb botnore vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr me i dal\u00eb zot integritetit dhe pamvar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Serbis\u00eb. Epo, aso kohe, serbt nuk kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb bashkuem me Kroaci e Mal t\u00eb Zi e Sloveni, me t\u00eb cil\u00ebt sot po thohet se na qenkan t\u00eb tan\u00eb prej nji fisi. Mirpo nuk po kuptohet qart\u00eb arsyeja p\u00ebrse sot shqiptar\u00ebt do t\u00eb bahen rob t\u00eb serb\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb grek\u00ebve. A p\u00ebr arsye se deri dje edhe kombi i tyne nuk ka qen\u00eb i bashkuem n\u00eb nji shtet t\u00eb pamvarun?<\/p>\n<p>Mandej, sa p\u00ebr at\u00eb fjal\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb thon\u00eb kundershtar\u00ebt ton\u00eb, se kombi shqiptar duhet mbajtun p\u00ebr barbar p\u00ebr arsye se asht i ndam\u00eb nder krahina dhe fise, nuk duket se asht ma me themel se ato t\u00eb shpifunat e tjera mbi t\u00eb cilat u fol ma sip\u00ebr. Tuj qen\u00eb e themelueme jeta shoqnore mbi bashk\u00ebsi t\u00eb interesave, prej vetit vjen si rrjedhoj\u00eb se shteti, i cili ngallitet (mbahet gjall\u00eb) prej asaj\u00eb bashk\u00ebsie, nuk mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtrihet ma p\u00ebrtej se sa i mb\u00ebrrin forca q\u00eb do t\u2019i mbroj\u00eb ato interesa.<\/p>\n<p>Tash, tuj qen\u00eb se populli shqiptar, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb pushtimeve t\u00eb huej t\u00eb vazhdueshme, nuk mujt me i organizue forcat e veta n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb qi me mbrojt\u00eb e me drejtue interesat e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta t\u00eb kombit, k\u00ebtij iu desh domosdo me u nda n\u00eb disa grupe ma t\u00eb vogla, e aty, p\u00ebrmbrenda qarkut t\u00eb mund\u00ebsis\u00eb q\u00eb natyra dhe pozicioni gjeografik u jipte do familjeve me u v\u00ebllaznue dhe me i mbrojt\u00eb interesat e veta, me modelue \u201cshtetin\u201d e me organizue jet\u00ebn e vet shoqnore.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe ky ishte i vetmi sistem jete shoqnore q\u00eb mund t\u00eb realizohej deri m\u00eb sot n\u00eb Shqipni. N\u00eb njan\u00ebn an\u00eb shqiptari nuk donte t\u2019i shtrohej pushtuesit t\u00eb huej, n\u00eb an\u00ebn tjet\u00ebr pushtuesi i huej nuk e lente shqiptarin me i organizue forcat e veta n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb ky ta shtrinte pushtetin e vet mbi t\u00eb gjith\u00eb kombin. Shqiptarit iu desh me e lokalizue pushtetin e vet n\u00eb krahina t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta tuj i mbajt\u00eb s\u00eb bashku parimet e kanunit komb\u00ebtar si rregull jete.<\/p>\n<p>Prandej fakti q\u00eb kombi shqiptar gjindet i ndam\u00eb nd\u00ebr fise, nuk rrjedh prej shpirtit t\u00eb tij ekcentrik dhe barbar, por prej faktoreve t\u00eb p\u00ebrjashtme t\u00eb cilat ai nuk kishte m\u00ebnyr\u00eb se si me i shnd\u00ebrrue. E, me e vertetue se kombi i ndam\u00eb n\u00eb shum\u00eb fise nuk asht gjithmon\u00eb barbar, mundet me u v\u00ebrtetue edhe prej historis\u00eb. Sllav\u00ebt e Malit t\u00eb Zi, ku prej forc\u00ebs s\u00eb pozicionit gjeografik t\u00eb vendit, ku edhe se vet\u00eb e kan\u00eb zanat pushk\u00ebn, gjithmon\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb e m\u00eb vete. E p\u00ebr ma tep\u00ebr, p\u00ebr ma se 50 vjet rrjesht, sa mbretnoi mbi ta Nikolla i I-r\u00eb, kan\u00eb pas\u00eb nji form\u00eb qeverie t\u00eb thuesh kryek\u00ebput si nder kombe t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb qytetnueme.<\/p>\n<p>E mir\u00eb pra at\u00ebher\u00eb: N\u00eb t\u00eb tan\u00eb Malin e Zi, kur ka nis\u00eb lufta turko-ballkanike, ka qen\u00eb vet\u00ebm nji shtypshkroj\u00eb e vetme qeveritare si dhe kan\u00eb pas\u00eb nji t\u00eb vetme fletore politike, e edhe kjo qeveritare. Por nuk ka pas\u00eb asnji shkoll\u00eb t\u00eb mbajtun me paret e popullit. Nd\u00ebrsa q\u00eb n\u00eb Shqipni, q\u00eb prej viti 1908, kur qe shpall\u00eb Konstitucioni i Turkis\u00eb, e deri n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb luft\u00ebs ballkanike, pra n\u00eb ma pak se kat\u00ebr vjet, u ngref\u00ebn shtat\u00eb shtypshkronja, u themeluen ma se njizet fletore politike e t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohshme, u \u00e7el\u00ebn nji shkoll\u00eb Normale e nja tridhjet\u00eb t\u00eb tjera fillestare, e t\u00eb tana t\u00eb ve\u00e7anta e t\u00eb mbajtuna vet\u00ebm me pare t\u00eb kombit shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>U p\u00ebrpiluen t\u00eb tana tekstet p\u00ebr shkollat fillestare e disa edhe p\u00ebr shkolla t\u00eb mesme. E k\u00ebshtu, sot m\u00eb sot, m\u00ebsimi jepet shqip nd\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha shkollat e Shqipnis\u00eb. Jan\u00eb botue edhe shum\u00eb vepra letrare me rand\u00ebsi t\u00eb cilat e kan\u00eb \u00e7ue nalt ndjesin\u00eb komb\u00ebtare tuj i dhan\u00eb n\u00eb pak koh\u00eb shum\u00eb zhdrivillim gjuh\u00ebs shqipe, fakt ky q\u00eb, n\u00eb koh\u00eb t\u00eb pushtimit austro-hungarez, kjo gjuh\u00eb qe p\u00ebrdorue p\u00ebr gjuh\u00eb zyrtare nd\u00ebr t\u00eb gjitha zyrat administrative. Mbrenda k\u00ebsaj kohe qen\u00eb mbajt\u00eb tre Kongrese Gjuh\u00ebsie ( pra nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb Kongresi i par\u00eb i gjuh\u00ebs shqipe ai i mbajturi n\u00eb vitin 1972) si dhe qen\u00eb disa shoqni letrare, e tj. e tj&#8230; E gjith\u00eb kjo veprimtari asht zhvillue pa kurrnji ndihm\u00eb prej an\u00ebs s\u00eb qeveris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>E po p\u00ebrse tash, inteligjenca sllave, e cila n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, gjat\u00eb 50 vjet\u00ebve jet\u00eb kostitucionale nuk p\u00ebrfton kurgja t\u00eb re n\u00eb lam\u00eb t\u00eb qytetnis\u00eb, na duhet sot t\u00eb mbahet si ma e nalt\u00eb dhe ma e holl\u00eb se inteligjenca shqiptare e cila n\u00eb pak vjet krijoi nji gjuh\u00eb letrare dhe asht e ngjizun me nji mentalitet t\u00eb ri p\u00ebr kombin? Zotni! Le t\u00eb lihet nji her\u00eb n\u00eb paqe shqiptari dhe le t\u2019i jepet koh\u00eb me nxan\u00eb, dhe at\u00ebher\u00eb ju keni me pa se ai ka me shkue gjurm\u00eb m\u00eb gjurm\u00eb ( hap pas hapi ) me kombe t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb Ballkanit gjat\u00eb rrug\u00ebs s\u00eb qytetnimit dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrparimit.<\/p>\n<p>Kombi shqiptar i ka dhan\u00eb burra n\u00eb za p\u00ebr urti perandoris\u00eb s\u00eb Bizancit. Diplomat\u00ebt ma t\u00eb mir\u00eb dhe gjeneral\u00ebt ma t\u00eb vlefsh\u00ebm t\u00eb mbretnis\u00eb s\u00eb turkis\u00eb, shqiptar\u00eb kan\u00eb qen\u00eb. Shqiptar ka qen\u00eb edhe statisti italian Fran\u00e7esk Krispi, k\u00ebshtu shqiptar ka qen\u00eb edhe Papa Klementi i XI-t\u00eb si edhe Kardinal Albani. E n\u00eb se bazohemi n\u00eb memorandumin e shkruem nga Venizellosi, t\u00eb cilin ia ka paraqit\u00eb Konferenc\u00ebs s\u00eb Paqes, shqiptari asht sot edhe gjeneralisimi i ushtris\u00eb greke.<\/p>\n<p>Por, p\u00ebr me ju a mbush\u00eb mendjen edhe ma mir\u00eb se kombi shqiptar nuk e ka namin ma t\u00eb vog\u00ebl se kombet e tjera t\u00eb Ballkanit, k\u00ebtu due me ju pru fjal\u00ebt q\u00eb shkrimtar\u00eb me vler\u00eb kan\u00eb lan\u00eb t\u00eb shkrueme mbi shqiptar\u00ebt. E njimend, po e zam\u00eb se anglezi thot\u00eb se ja ka nis\u00eb nji lufte t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjakshme e t\u00eb sh\u00ebmtueme, por k\u00ebte e ka ba vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr erz t\u00eb firm\u00ebs q\u00eb ai e ka pas\u00eb vu p\u00ebr pamvar\u00ebsi dhe neutralitet t\u00eb Belgjik\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Pamvarsia e kombit shqiptar pra, n\u00eb se do marr\u00eb si nji pun\u00eb e kryeme dhe e dor\u00ebzanueme mbi erz t\u00eb kombeve t\u00eb m\u00ebdha t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs, tash ne nuk na mbetet tjet\u00ebr ve\u00e7se me fol\u00eb p\u00ebr kufij t\u00eb natyrsh\u00ebm t\u00eb shtetit shqiptar, dhe kjo asht nji \u00e7ashtje po aq me rand\u00ebsi sa edhe ajo e pamvar\u00ebsis\u00eb.Pushtimet e hueja dhe intrigat e paemen t\u00eb nji diplomacie bakalle t\u00eb pashpirt e t\u00eb pazem\u00ebr, kaq fort ia kan\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrue dhe per\u00e7udnue fizionomin\u00eb gjeografike dhe etnologjike Shqipnis\u00eb, saq\u00eb sot nji i huej, sado i drejt\u00eb dhe i papajambajtas (q\u00eb nuk mban an\u00eb) memzi mundet me e njoht\u00eb me nji t\u00eb k\u00ebqyrun.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe nji nan\u00eb shpesh e ka t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb me e njoht\u00eb fytyr\u00ebn e t\u00eb birit kur k\u00ebt\u00eb t\u2019ia ket\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7udnue me varr\u00eb e me p\u00ebrgjakje arma e armikut. &#8211; Prandaj lypset t\u00eb p\u00ebrcaktojm\u00eb ma p\u00ebrpara disa kritere t\u00eb sigurta mbas t\u00eb cilave mandej me p\u00ebrskajue kufijt e natyrshem t\u00eb Shqipnis\u00eb. Simbas parimit t\u00eb autode\u00e7izionit, sejcili popull q\u00eb mund t\u00eb thot\u00eb se ka nji homogjenitet t\u00eb pak\u00ebputun e t\u00eb pandam\u00eb n\u00eb vetvete, ashtu si ky p\u00ebrcaktohet prej klauzolave t\u00eb teorive willsonjane, ka t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, ose n\u00eb mos tjet\u00ebr do t\u00eb kishte t\u00eb drejt\u00eb q\u00eb ai vet\u00eb me e nda kuvendin mbi sharte t\u00eb veta politike e ekonomike dhe me u nderue si shtet i lir\u00eb dhe i pamvarsh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Ky shtet, masandej, gjeografikisht do t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtrihej deri ku kapet komb\u00ebsija e pandame e vijueshme e atij populli. E n\u00eb rast se n\u00eb ndonji skut\u00eb toke t\u00eb k\u00ebtij shteti gjinden t\u00eb shartuem elemente t\u00eb huej, aty vullneti i popullit do t\u00eb vertetohej n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet t\u00eb nji plebishiti, mandej liria e tij do t\u00eb jet\u00eb e dor\u00ebzanueme dhe e sigurueme si\u00e7 duhet dhe sa duhet.<br \/>\nSimbas k\u00ebtyne parimeve, asht pun\u00eb e arsyeshme q\u00eb shteti shqiptar t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtrihet gjeografikisht deri ku mb\u00ebrrin komb\u00ebsia e popullit shqiptar e vijueshme dhe e pandame prej centrit t\u00eb vet.<\/p>\n<p>Sepse tagri i autode\u00e7izionit nuk asht e lidhun me individ\u00eb ose me grupe t\u00eb caktuem njer\u00ebzish, por me nji \u201cavrom\u201d t\u00eb gjith\u00ebmbarsh\u00ebm prej t\u00eb cilit p\u00ebrbahet kombi. Prandaj \u00e7do zvoglim q\u00eb i bahet tok\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqipnis\u00eb, i pamb\u00ebshtetun mbi k\u00ebto parime, do me than\u00eb se ai i bahet dhunsh\u00ebm dhe me t\u00eb padrejt\u00eb. Por n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb cilit kriter ka p\u00ebr t\u00eb mujt me u caktue t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtrimit e komb\u00ebsis\u00eb shqiptare? Mbas gjuh\u00ebs, i vet\u00ebm ky n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast asht kriteri ma i patundsh\u00ebm dhe q\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb lihet kurrsesi mbas dore.<\/p>\n<p>Populli shqiptar flet nji gjuh\u00eb krejt t\u00eb veten q\u00eb, tuj lan\u00eb m\u00ebnjan\u00eb transformimet e natyrshme t\u00eb element\u00ebve t\u00eb cil\u00ebve nuk i ka pshtue asnji gjuh\u00eb tjet\u00ebr deri m\u00eb sot, kurrfare nuk mund t\u00eb unjisohet me gjuh\u00eb t\u00eb tjera keltike, latine, gjermanike, sllave ose helenike, me p\u00ebrjashtim ku puqet me to me rranj\u00eb t\u00eb bashkueme indo-gjermane. Prej k\u00ebtej pra rrjedh q\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb e flasin k\u00ebt\u00eb gjuh\u00eb, kan\u00eb nj\u00eb komb\u00ebsi krejt m\u00eb vete e krejt t\u00eb ndame prej asaj t\u00eb kombeve t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb Europ\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Sepse nuk ma merr mendja q\u00eb nji tjet\u00ebr popull i gjall\u00eb i Europ\u00ebs t\u2019ia ket\u00eb imponuar shqiptarit nji gjuh\u00eb q\u00eb dhe as nji tjet\u00ebr popull europian mos ta ket\u00eb fol\u00eb. P\u00ebr ma tep\u00ebr, nji gjuh\u00eb e dekun, nuk i imponohet nji populli mbar\u00eb. Por as populli shqiptar nuk ka mujt me ia tatue popujve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb gjuh\u00ebn e vet.<\/p>\n<p>Gjuha tatohet ose me forc\u00eb t\u00eb arm\u00ebve, ose me forc\u00ebn e kultur\u00ebs e t\u00eb qytetnimit. Por si prej njan\u00ebs, si prej tjetr\u00ebs pikpamje, shqiptari nuk ka qen\u00eb ma i fort\u00eb se popujt q\u00eb ka p\u00ebrbri. Prandej nuk ka si t\u00eb mohohet se t\u00eb gjith\u00eb ata q\u00eb flasin shqip, jan\u00eb t\u00eb komb\u00ebsis\u00eb shqiptare.<\/p>\n<p>E p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye, shteti sqiptar, duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtrihet gjeografikisht deri ku p\u00ebrfshin gjuha shqipe. Tuj pas\u00eb caktue k\u00ebto parime ose kritere, t\u00eb shohim tash se cil\u00ebt do t\u00eb jen\u00eb kufijt gjeografik\u00eb t\u00eb shtetit shqiptar. Por, per me u diftue krejt t\u00eb papajamajtsh\u00ebm n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7ashtje plot me g\u00ebnjeshtra si dhe aq pahijsh\u00ebm shoshit\u00eb prej armiqve, k\u00ebtu un\u00eb due me ia lan\u00eb fjal\u00ebn, Zotni, shkrimtarit tuej t\u00eb sip\u00ebrp\u00ebrmendun, z. Rene Pinon i cili ka qen\u00eb n\u00eb Shqipni dhe e ka pa vet\u00eb me sy tuj e prek\u00eb vet\u00eb me dor\u00eb se kush mundet me pas\u00eb arsye mbi k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7eshtje.<\/p>\n<p>Zotni Pinon pra, n\u00eb artikullin q\u00eb prum\u00eb prej \u201cRevue des deux mondes\u201d, tuj fol\u00eb mbi kufijt e Shqipnis\u00eb, thot\u00eb: \u201cPrej fushave t\u00eb Vardarit e deri n\u00eb Adriatik, prej Thesalis\u00eb e deri n\u00eb Mal t\u00eb Zi, zot toke asht shqiptari, n\u00eb da\u00e7 sepse ky hyni k\u00ebtu mbrend\u00eb ma i pari, n\u00eb da\u00e7 sepse ky ndolli ma i forti\u201d. E tan\u00eb krahina e Kosov\u00ebs e cila prej Konferenc\u00ebs s\u00eb Londonit (1913) i qe l\u00ebshue Serbis\u00eb, dhe mbar\u00eb \u00c7am\u00ebria, \u201cEpiri i Nordit\u201d, t\u00eb cilin e lakmon aq shum\u00eb Greqia, jan\u00eb t\u00eb banueme kryek\u00ebput prej shqiptar\u00ebsh dhe prandaj e drejta e lyp\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb numrohen me shtet shqiptar. \u201c<\/p>\n<p>Dhe mos t\u00eb mendohet se zotni Pinon asht shty tep\u00ebr me k\u00ebto fjal\u00eb, sepse e v\u00ebrteta e k\u00ebtyne fjal\u00ebve duket \u00e7iltas edhe prej statistikave t\u00eb cilat qysh prej vitit 1909 e tektej, jan\u00eb ba p\u00ebrmbi proporcione etnologjike t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb s\u00eb Shqipnis\u00eb. Prej k\u00ebtyne statistikave zyrtare del n\u00eb shesh se n\u00eb krahinat e l\u00ebshueme prej Konferenc\u00ebs s\u00eb Londonit serb\u00ebve dhe grek\u00ebve, t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn, 80 p\u00ebrqind t\u00eb popullsis\u00eb jan\u00eb thjesht shqiptare. Serbt na thon\u00eb se banor\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs me prejardhje jan\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb sllav, por, gjithnji si\u00e7 thon\u00eb ata, p\u00ebrdhuni dhe me koh\u00eb jan\u00eb \u00e7orodit\u00eb tuj u kthye n\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb. K\u00ebt\u00eb fjal\u00eb e thon\u00eb edhe grek\u00ebt p\u00ebr banor\u00ebt e Epirit t\u00eb nordit.<\/p>\n<p>Por ata nuk thon\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00ebn sepse, po t\u00eb ishte e njimend\u00ebt se banor\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs jan\u00eb sllav\u00eb dhe ata t\u00eb Epirit t\u00eb nordit grek, at\u00ebher\u00eb serbia nuk do t\u00eb kishte mbyt\u00eb e gri deri m\u00eb sot afro dyqind mij\u00eb vet\u00eb n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb dhe Greqia nuk do t\u00eb kishte djeg\u00eb ma se treqind e gjasht\u00ebdhjet\u00eb katunde n\u00eb Epir t\u00eb nordit tuj e kryq\u00ebzue gjinden p\u00ebrs\u00ebgjalli, pos\u00eb atyne pes\u00ebdhjet\u00eb mij\u00eb vetave q\u00eb i kan\u00eb vra dhe i kan\u00eb lan\u00eb me dek\u00eb prej urie dhe sikletit.<\/p>\n<p>Popujt e qytetnuem munden, po, n\u00eb furin\u00eb e nji kryengritjeje me vra n\u00eb trathti mbret\u00ebnt e mbretneshat e veta e me i dhunue trupat e tyne mbas vdekjes, por nuk mbrrijn\u00eb kurr\u00eb me gri &#8211; e n\u00eb \u00e7\u2019m\u00ebnyr\u00eb mandej! &#8211; me qindra e mij\u00ebra v\u00ebllaz\u00ebn \u201cbashk\u00ebqytetar\u00eb\u201d t\u00eb vet.
