Edhe pse formalisht, duket se ky koalicion njer\u00ebzish heterogjen, por t\u00eb bashkuar n\u00eb pik\u00ebn e lidhjes me pushtetin, thot\u00eb se po \u201cpret vendimin e Kolegjit\u201d, tek-tuk reja e madhe e dezinformimit dhe manipulimit t\u00eb ri t\u00eb publikut po duket qysh s\u00eb largu. Ka dy arsye qart\u00ebsisht t\u00eb lexueshme n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb sulm t\u00eb radh\u00ebs q\u00eb prej koh\u00ebsh po p\u00ebrgatitet me kujdes, n\u00eb fakt qysh prej koh\u00ebs kur \u00ebsht\u00eb vendosur q\u00eb me \u00e7do mjet dhe pasoj\u00eb, Tirana duhej fituar nga pushteti.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00eb pari, sepse n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet tymnaj\u00ebs s\u00eb re, at\u00eb t\u00eb kandidatit\/shkaktar t\u00eb humbjes do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb mbulohet sadopak veprimtaria e paligjshme e organeve t\u00eb garancis\u00eb s\u00eb zgjedhjeve si produkt tavoline, i t\u00eb cil\u00ebs erdhi ky rezultat. S\u00eb dyti, kjo zhurm\u00eb e fundit do t\u00eb synoj\u00eb gjithashtu, t\u00eb eklipsoj\u00eb fitoren e thell\u00eb opozitare n\u00eb zgjedhjet e 8 majit dhe p\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr t\u00eb dob\u00ebsoj\u00eb dhe demoralizoj\u00eb sa t\u00eb jet\u00eb e mundur at\u00eb dhe n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti pozitat e liderit opozitar.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb se t\u00eb drejtosh, n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb masmediave t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb t\u00eb kontrolluara nga pushteti, v\u00ebmendjen e publikut n\u00eb analiza mbi \u201cshkaqet e humbjes\u201d, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb nuk kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me humbje por me marrje t\u00eb paligjshme t\u00eb nj\u00eb mandati p\u00ebr kryetar bashkie, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrje e thjesht\u00eb. An\u00ebtar\u00ebt e koalicionit, pavar\u00ebsisht nga profesioni i tyre, do t\u00eb fillojn\u00eb t\u00eb merren me kandidatin socialist, me kultur\u00ebn, me mentalitetin, me korteksin dhe subkorteksin e tij, me fushat\u00ebn e tij dhe tema e ardhshme e debateve nuk do t\u00eb jet\u00eb m\u00eb d\u00ebmi i jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm q\u00eb k\u00ebto post-zgjedhje i soll\u00ebn Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe demokracis\u00eb s\u00eb brisht\u00eb t\u00eb saj, por kandidati opozitar si shkak dhe strumbullar i \u201chumbjes\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Por cili \u201cshkenc\u00ebtar\u201d n\u00eb bot\u00eb do t\u00eb ishte n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb formulonte nj\u00eb teori t\u00eb tij\u00ebn, duke e bazuar interpretimin e tij mbi t\u00eb dh\u00ebna, minimumi t\u00eb pasakta? Dhe p\u00ebr ta p\u00ebrkthyer n\u00eb realitetin e sot\u00ebm shqiptar, cili analist do t\u00eb shpjegonte dhe argumentonte nj\u00eb rezultat t\u00eb prodhuar, n\u00eb laboratorin e KQZ-s\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr kur 870 vota figurojn\u00eb t\u00eb hedhura nga \u201cshpirti i shenjt\u00eb\u201d? Asnj\u00eb profesionist i v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, nuk do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb merrte guximin p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb gj\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb, pra t\u00eb interpretoj\u00eb t\u00eb dh\u00ebna, (n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast vota), t\u00eb cilat m\u00eb s\u00eb paku jan\u00eb t\u00eb dyshimta. Megjithat\u00eb, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb pyetja t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtohet ndryshe: cili qytetar i k\u00ebtij vendi do t\u00eb mund ta besonte realisht nj\u00eb analiz\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb?<\/p>\n<p>Sigurisht, q\u00eb do t\u00eb b\u00ebhen analiza p\u00ebr k\u00ebto zgjedhje kjo nuk ka pik\u00eb dyshimi. Analiza t\u00eb tilla jan\u00eb m\u00eb se t\u00eb nevojshme. Por, me k\u00ebt\u00eb q\u00eb po ndodh, edhe torollaku e kupton q\u00eb momenti ku duhet \u201cmbajtur\u201d fryma, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201chumbja\u201d e paralajm\u00ebruar e kandidatit t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs, sepse n\u00eb realitet kjo nuk ka ndodhur; p\u00ebrkundrazi e gjith\u00eb v\u00ebmendja qytetare duhet t\u00eb p\u00ebrqendrohet n\u00eb precedentin e rreziksh\u00ebm q\u00eb soll\u00ebn k\u00ebto zgjedhje, q\u00eb n\u00eb thelb \u00ebsht\u00eb em\u00ebrimi i fituesve. Si do t\u00eb dilet nga ky impas? Si do t\u00eb rikthehet pas k\u00ebsaj besimi i publikut tek institucionet n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi dhe ai i zgjedhjeve n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti? Si do t\u00eb zhvillohen zgjedhjet e ardhshme dhe kush do t\u2019i garantoj\u00eb ato?<\/p>\n<p>Publiku, klasa politike, shoq\u00ebria civile dhe intelektual\u00ebt e k\u00ebtij vendi do t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb ndalin pik\u00ebrisht k\u00ebtu sepse k\u00ebtu q\u00ebndron thelbi dhe problemi real i k\u00ebtyre zgjedhjeve. \u00c7do shmangie prej tij, diku e q\u00ebllimshme e diku p\u00ebr arsye t\u00eb tjera, ve\u00e7se do ta pengoj\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb shqiptare p\u00ebr t\u2019u orientuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb rrug\u00eb t\u00eb re p\u00ebr ecjen e saj. Kjo ngjarje e r\u00ebnd\u00eb, kjo kriz\u00eb e pamerituar e institucionit thelb\u00ebsor t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb moment sa fatkeq aq edhe i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm kthese. Kthes\u00eb, e cila mund dhe duhet t\u00eb vij\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb shoq\u00ebri q\u00eb arrin t\u00eb ndaloj\u00eb e vet\u00ebpyetet p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e saj. Duke abandonuar gjithashtu, individ\u00ebt, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, p\u00ebr arsye krejt\u00ebsisht personale, e orientojn\u00eb q\u00ebllimisht debatin n\u00eb qorrsokak\u00eb t\u00eb rreziksh\u00ebm q\u00eb mund ta \u00e7ojn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend n\u00eb periudha t\u00eb v\u00ebshtira e t\u00eb dhimbshme, t\u00eb jetuara koh\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Aq m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, nj\u00eb situat\u00eb e till\u00eb e pritshme, nuk do t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb tulas\u00eb opozit\u00ebn e k\u00ebtij vendi. Shoq\u00ebria Shqiptare ka koh\u00eb q\u00eb ndjen nevoj\u00ebn e nj\u00eb ndryshimi t\u00eb madh. Kjo nevoj\u00eb e k\u00ebrkes\u00eb ndjehet tashm\u00eb kudo, tek qytetar\u00ebt e lodhur e t\u00eb pashpres\u00eb, tek bizneset, tek administrata e paralizuar publike, tek institucionet e pavarura q\u00eb s\u2019jan\u00eb m\u00eb. Opozit\u00ebs i takon ta kthej\u00eb n\u00eb forc\u00eb dhe ide k\u00ebt\u00eb ndryshim t\u00eb mir\u00ebpritur. Ajo nuk ka dhe nuk mund ta ket\u00eb luksin t\u00eb d\u00ebshp\u00ebrohet e aq m\u00eb tep\u00ebr t\u00eb demoralizohet.<\/p>\n<p>Asnj\u00eb loj\u00eb politike, asnj\u00eb koalicion sado i fort\u00eb e i lidhur n\u00eb nj\u00eb mij\u00eb fije t\u00eb funksionoj\u00eb para saj, nuk duhet t\u00eb tulas\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb shpres\u00eb t\u00eb madhe q\u00eb prej koh\u00ebsh po mbizot\u00ebron n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrin\u00eb ton\u00eb, jo si nj\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00eb e ngusht\u00eb nd\u00ebrrimi t\u00eb ngjyrave t\u00eb pushtetit por si nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrrim i madh mentaliteti qeverisjeje. Publiku i gjer\u00eb shqiptar i besoi k\u00ebt\u00eb ndryshim t\u00eb madh k\u00ebsaj opozite n\u00eb 8 maj. Jan\u00eb miliona shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb ndersh\u00ebm e t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, q\u00eb meritojn\u00eb nj\u00eb qeverisje europiane, nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri europiane.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb bash p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb, q\u00eb opozita e sotme, fituesja e 8 majit nuk duhet t\u00eb bjer\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kurth t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm t\u00eb k\u00ebtij grushti njer\u00ebzish, q\u00eb kan\u00eb nj\u00eb axhend\u00eb krejt tjet\u00ebr e t\u00eb ndryshme me qytetarin hallexhi. Pavar\u00ebsisht se k\u00ebta t\u00eb fundit kontrollojn\u00eb tashm\u00eb shumic\u00ebn e mediave n\u00eb vend e rrjedhimisht kan\u00eb nj\u00eb impakt t\u00eb fort\u00eb publik opozit\u00ebs i takon sot t\u00eb mos harroj\u00eb p\u00ebr asnj\u00eb \u00e7ast se n\u00eb fund t\u00eb fundit realiteti nuk prodhohet n\u00eb zyrat e pushtetit dhe aq m\u00eb pak n\u00eb media, por p\u00ebrkundrazi n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e p\u00ebrditshme.<\/p>\n<p>Opozita e sotme nuk ka mund\u00ebsi zgjedhjeje n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast. Ajo ka vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb detyrim; t\u2019i sh\u00ebrbej\u00eb qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb k\u00ebtij vendi, duke administruar me qet\u00ebsi dhe dinjitet at\u00eb \u00e7ka po ndodh, p\u00ebr t\u00eb reflektuar dhe kristalizuar k\u00ebt\u00eb frym\u00eb, k\u00ebt\u00eb d\u00ebshir\u00eb p\u00ebr ndryshim q\u00eb prej koh\u00ebsh ka pushtuar Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb. Kjo frym\u00eb e kjo d\u00ebshir\u00eb nuk mund t\u00eb ngushtohet apo reduktohet n\u00eb debatet shterp\u00eb q\u00eb pritet t\u00eb nisin s\u00eb shpejti nga trupa e zakonshme televizive e klient\u00ebve t\u00eb pushtetit. I vetmi debat real, me t\u00eb cilin duhet t\u00eb merret opozita \u00ebsht\u00eb fryma e shtuar gjith\u00ebp\u00ebrfshir\u00ebse e ndryshimit q\u00eb bashkon zemra dhe mendje patriote q\u00eb kan\u00eb si q\u00ebllim, nj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri t\u00eb drejt\u00eb, t\u00eb ndershme, t\u00eb past\u00ebr, t\u00eb ligjshme. Ato zemra jan\u00eb zgjuar s\u00ebrish.
