Me k\u00ebt\u00eb slogan ironik, agresiv, dhe shum\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00ebtargetuar, fushata presidenciale e Bill Clinton n\u00eb 1992 ia doli mban\u00eb t\u00eb fitonte mbi George Bush, q\u00eb p\u00ebr momentin konsiderohej si i pamundsh\u00ebm pas sukseseve diplomatike dhe fitores s\u00eb Luft\u00ebs s\u00eb Gjirit. Amerikan\u00ebt perceptuan (dhe votuan) Clinton si zgjedhjen m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, sa koh\u00eb q\u00eb Bush nuk kishte mundur t\u00eb punonte p\u00ebr ekonomin\u00eb, e cila kishte kaluar n\u00eb recesion. <\/p>\n<p>Komshiu im, xha Mi\u00e7o, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb familjar me politik\u00ebn amerikane. Shumic\u00ebn e koh\u00ebs e kalon duke luajtur domino, duke kujtuar \u2018koh\u00ebt e arta\u2019 t\u00eb komunizmit, \u201ckur t\u00eb gjitha gj\u00ebrat shkonin mir\u00eb\u201d, dhe duke lexuar me terezi gazetat majtas e djathtas. E ftoj p\u00ebr kafe, e tek p\u00ebrpiqem t\u2019i uroj festa t\u00eb g\u00ebzuara, ai qesh e m\u00eb thot\u00eb: \u201cPo \u00e7\u2019festa mor bir, ne s\u2019po na dalin parat\u00eb as p\u00ebr t\u00eb bler\u00eb buk\u00eb, kafe e ila\u00e7e! Na rroft\u00eb NATO e integrimi, po s\u2019mbahet shteti me llafe e premtime, se ekonomia ka marr\u00eb t\u00eb tat\u00ebpjet\u00ebn e rripi po shtr\u00ebngohet dita-dit\u00ebs!\u201d <\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb thjesht\u00ebsin\u00eb e men\u00e7urin\u00eb e vet, xha Mi\u00e7o e ka kuptuar thelbin e mir\u00ebqeverisjes. Ekonomia!<\/p>\n<p>Dit\u00ebt e fundit t\u00eb gjith\u00eb m\u00ebsuam q\u00eb qeveria na qenk\u00ebsh n\u00eb kriz\u00eb financiare! Pas vitesh rritjeje ekonomike, q\u00eb b\u00ebnte xheloze Kin\u00ebn, Indin\u00eb dhe Emiratet e Bashkuara Arabe (po, po!), Shqip\u00ebria duket se nuk i ka fort mir\u00eb pun\u00ebt financiarisht. Pensionist\u00ebt do t\u00eb marrin sivjet vet\u00ebm 2500 lek\u00eb shp\u00ebrblim p\u00ebr festat e fundvitit (mjaftuesh\u00ebm sa p\u00ebr nj\u00eb gjysmagjel); administrata publike duhet ta harroj\u00eb rrog\u00ebn e 13-t\u00eb, por do duhet t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqet me 10.000 lek\u00eb shp\u00ebrblim, dhe akoma m\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u2019u alarmuar \u00ebsht\u00eb fakti q\u00eb qeveria urdh\u00ebron q\u00eb rrogat e dhjetorit t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndahen n\u00eb janar, duke treguar q\u00eb arka e shtetit \u00ebsht\u00eb bosh e q\u00eb punonj\u00ebsit e shtetit do t\u2019i kalojn\u00eb festat me \u00e7\u2019par\u00e1 u ndodhen n\u00ebp\u00ebr duar, sa t\u00eb mblidhen ca lek\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb siguruar rrogat. <\/p>\n<p>Sikur t\u00eb mos mjaftonin k\u00ebto, shqiptar\u00ebt m\u00ebsojn\u00eb se faturat e energjis\u00eb elektrike do t\u00eb rriten me 13% (rritja e par\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb vazhd\u00eb t\u00eb tillash), shumic\u00ebs s\u00eb bizneseve do t\u2019i duhet t\u00eb falimentoj\u00eb pas riklasifikimit t\u00eb bizneseve t\u00eb vogla n\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, deficiti tregtar do vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb thellohet, euro do vazhdoj\u00eb t\u00eb fitoj\u00eb terren ndaj lekut, d\u00ebrgesat nga emigrant\u00ebt natyrsh\u00ebm do vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb bien, nd\u00ebrsa \u00e7mimet sigurisht q\u00eb do vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb rriten. <\/p>\n<p>Qeveria, pasi shkelmoi jasht\u00eb vendit misionin e FMN, dhe n\u00eb yryshin e fushat\u00ebs elektorale i ra me top financave t\u00eb shtetit, sa koh\u00eb q\u00eb roja ishte p\u00ebrz\u00ebn\u00eb dhe vreshti i takonte hajdut\u00ebve, tani d\u00ebshp\u00ebrimisht k\u00ebrkon q\u00eb FMN t\u00eb kthehet e t\u00eb na jap\u00eb ndonj\u00eb ndihm\u00eb financiare p\u00ebrpos k\u00ebshillave tejet t\u00eb vonuara. Investimet publike jan\u00eb kthyer n\u00eb nj\u00eb grop\u00eb thith\u00ebse (70 milion\u00eb euro jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm borxhet te firmat e nd\u00ebrtimit), thashethemet thon\u00eb q\u00eb tuneli i Kalimashit s\u2019rregullohet m\u00eb as me 25 milion\u00eb eurot ekstra, dhe 160.000 vende t\u00eb reja pune (t\u00eb premtuara nga konglomerati integrues PD-LSI), s\u2019dihen se nga do dalin e me \u00e7\u2019par\u00e1 do krijohen. <\/p>\n<p>Mazhoranca qeveris\u00ebse nuk hezitoi t\u00eb shpenzonte miliona euro p\u00ebr t\u00eb festuar 8 dhjetorin, por festimet, banderolat e k\u00ebng\u00ebtar\u00ebt nuk e ndryshojn\u00eb realitetin e hidhur, me t\u00eb cilin p\u00ebrballen sot shqiptar\u00ebt. As premtimet p\u00ebr l\u00ebvizjen e lir\u00eb, as integrimi n\u00eb NATO, as marrja e pyet\u00ebsorit nga BE, as p\u00ebrg\u00ebzimet e Partive Popullore Evropiane, as fotografia me Pap\u00ebn; asnj\u00eb nga k\u00ebto reklamat propagandistike e trulavazhet e qeveris\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb vendosin ushqim n\u00eb tryezat e shqiptar\u00ebve e nuk do ta ndihmojn\u00eb ekonomin\u00eb e vendit. As lufta ndaj aleanc\u00ebs punisto-mafioze, as reminishenca e monopolizimi i p\u00ebrpjekjes heroike p\u00ebr t\u00eb sjell\u00eb demokracin\u00eb n\u00eb vend, as shkat\u00ebrrimet e pallateve e sulmi ndaj bizneseve q\u00eb jan\u00eb kund\u00ebr mazhoranc\u00ebs, nuk do t\u00eb mund t\u00eb heqin v\u00ebmendjen nga fakti q\u00eb kjo qeveri ka d\u00ebshtuar haptazi n\u00eb menaxhimin e paras\u00eb publike dhe n\u00eb forcimin e ekonomis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Her\u00ebt a von\u00eb qeveris\u00eb do t\u2019i duhet t\u00eb jap\u00eb llogari, nd\u00ebrsa shqiptar\u00ebt (ashtu si xha Mi\u00e7o) do kuptojn\u00eb q\u00eb ngjyra politike s\u2019mund t\u00eb determinoj\u00eb aft\u00ebsin\u00eb apo paaft\u00ebsin\u00eb e nj\u00eb mazhorance p\u00ebr t\u00eb miradministruar paran\u00eb publike e p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjeneruar rritje ekonomike t\u00eb prekshme e t\u00eb vlefshme p\u00ebr xhepat e t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve e jo p\u00ebr nj\u00eb pakic\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet.
