Sondazhi i quajtur \u201cJeta n\u00eb tranzicion\u201d \u00ebsht\u00eb publikuar sot dhe ka t\u00eb dh\u00ebna trondit\u00ebse p\u00ebr efektet e kriz\u00ebs n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Sondazhi publikohet p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb dyt\u00eb sot pasi \u00ebsht\u00eb publikuar p\u00ebr her\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb n\u00eb vitin 2009.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb sondazh thuhet sa m\u00eb posht\u00eb:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cKriza ekonomike ka prekur shumic\u00ebn e familjeve. Rreth 60 p\u00ebrqind e t\u00eb pyeturve thon\u00eb se buxheti i tyre familjar \u00ebsht\u00eb prekur ndjesh\u00ebm, krahasuar me mesataren e rajonit q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb 50 p\u00ebrqind. Kjo vjen pavar\u00ebsisht faktit se Shqip\u00ebria ishte nj\u00eb nga t\u00eb paktat vende q\u00eb ruajt\u00ebn rritje pozitive gjat\u00eb kriz\u00ebs. Ka pak variacion sa i p\u00ebrket moshave t\u00eb prekura, por kategoria me t\u00eb ardhura t\u00eb larta \u00ebsht\u00eb prekur m\u00eb pak se ajo m\u00eb t\u00eb ardhura m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebta\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb e kupton se t\u00eb pasurit nuk jan\u00eb prekur nga kriza, por t\u00eb varfrit jan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb varf\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Por t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e sondazhit vijn\u00eb e b\u00ebhen gjithmon\u00eb e m\u00eb t\u00eb zeza. K\u00ebshtu, numri i atyre q\u00eb thon\u00eb se jan\u00eb t\u00eb lumtur me jet\u00ebn ka r\u00ebn\u00eb nga viti 2006, p\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, r\u00ebnia \u00ebsht\u00eb shum\u00eb e ndjeshme tek ato kategori njer\u00ebzish me t\u00eb ardhura t\u00eb ul\u00ebta. T\u00eb k\u00ebnaqur me jet\u00ebn n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri jan\u00eb vet\u00ebm 39 p\u00ebrqind kur mesatarja e rajonit \u00ebsht\u00eb 43 p\u00ebrqind dhe mesatarja e Europ\u00ebs Per\u00ebndimore 72 p\u00ebrqind.<\/p>\n<p>Optimizmi p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen ka r\u00ebn\u00eb gjithashtu, thuhet n\u00eb konkluzionet e sondazhit. P\u00ebr m\u00eb tep\u00ebr, optimizmi \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb i ul\u00ebt tek t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Si\u00e7 citon edhe agjencia Reuters, tek shqiptar\u00ebt po bie besimi tek sistemi i ekonomis\u00eb s\u00eb tregut e tek demokracia. Vet\u00ebm 40 p\u00ebrqind besojn\u00eb tek ky sistem.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, vet\u00ebm 20 p\u00ebrqind e shqiptar\u00ebve mendojn\u00eb se korrupsioni ka r\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb nga viti 2006.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb total, besimi tek institiucionet ka r\u00ebn\u00eb ndjesh\u00ebm q\u00eb nga viti 2006. R\u00ebnia m\u00eb e madhe e besimit \u00ebsht\u00eb sh\u00ebnuar tek policia n\u00eb krahasim me vitin 2006. M\u00eb pas r\u00ebnia e besimit \u00ebsht\u00eb edhe tek forcat e armatosura, tek qeveria e presidenti, tek gjykata ka qen\u00eb e madhe kjo r\u00ebnie besimi. N\u00eb fakt besimin m\u00eb t\u00eb ul\u00ebt shqiptar\u00ebt e kan\u00eb tek forcat politike dhe gjykata, megjith\u00ebse p\u00ebrsa i p\u00ebrket forcave politike, n\u00eb krahasim me vitin 2006 ka rritje t\u00eb besimit, por s\u00ebrish tep\u00ebr e ul\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi ryshfeti ka p\u00ebsuar r\u00ebnie p\u00ebr shum\u00eb kategori, edhe pse \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb r\u00ebnie e leht\u00eb. Por sa i p\u00ebrket arsimit publik, ryshfeti ka p\u00ebsuar rritje n\u00eb krahasim me vitin 2006.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas sondazhit, vet\u00ebm 30 p\u00ebrqind e shqiptar\u00ebve mendojn\u00eb se n\u00eb vend ka zgjedhje t\u00eb lira dhe t\u00eb ndershme. Po kaq mendojn\u00eb se n\u00eb vend ka ligj e rend. Vet\u00ebm 25 p\u00ebrqind besojn\u00eb se gjykatat japin drejt\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb bie n\u00eb sy edhe di\u00e7ka mjaft interesante: qytetar\u00ebt mendojn\u00eb se qeveria duhet t\u00eb drejtoj\u00eb shpenzimet e saj n\u00eb drejtim t\u00eb arsimit. 37 p\u00ebrqind e qytetar\u00ebve mendojn\u00eb k\u00ebshtu, \u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebrqindje shum\u00eb e lart\u00eb.
