Edhe n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast, n\u00ebse ka ndodhur, let\u00ebr me firm\u00eb nuk ka, por Nanon e \u00e7uan me zor tek PS-ja, dhe n\u00eb ato fillime po me zor e mbajt\u00ebn, nd\u00ebrsa Berisha nuk pati nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr instruksione, pasi ishte nj\u00eb krijes\u00eb q\u00eb kishte si instinkt natyral, dominimin dhe komand\u00ebn. Me siguri Ramiz Alia, ia ka njohur profilin psikologjik dhe ambicien, dhe nuk i \u00ebsht\u00eb dashur t\u2019i jap\u00eb m\u00ebsime, boll ta vinte n\u00eb pozicionin e duhur dhe e dinte ai se \u00e7far\u00eb b\u00ebnte.<\/p>\n<p>Natyrisht, n\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrrim rolesh, v\u00ebshtir\u00eb se Fatos Nano do t\u00eb kishte mundur t\u00eb mbijetonte dhe t\u00eb trup\u00ebzonte PD-n\u00eb, pasi nuk e ka instinktin e asgj\u00ebsimit t\u00eb kund\u00ebrshtarit si Berisha, por ky i fundit do t\u00eb kishte mbijetuar fare mir\u00eb n\u00eb radh\u00ebt e PP-s\u00eb. Kuptohet nostalgjia e tij p\u00ebr at\u00eb parti, kur n\u00eb momente sinqeriteti i drejtohet udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsve t\u00eb PS-s\u00eb, se \u201cnuk drejtohet ashtu ajo parti, po e merrni m\u00eb qaf\u00eb\u201d. Jo m\u00eb kot thon\u00eb q\u00eb \u201cnuk harrohet dashuria e par\u00eb\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Me nj\u00eb Berish\u00eb n\u00eb krye t\u00eb PP-s\u00eb, sot do kishim nj\u00eb pluraliz\u00ebm t\u00eb llojit rus. N\u00eb k\u00ebto nj\u00ebzet vjet, PD-ja nuk do kishte njohur asnj\u00ebher\u00eb ardhjen n\u00eb pushtet, dhe do t\u00eb ishte nj\u00eb parti e ngjashme me shoqat\u00ebn e t\u00eb persekutuarve politik\u00eb, pasi askush me ambicie n\u00eb politik\u00eb nuk do ishte i interesuar t\u00eb b\u00ebhej pjes\u00eb e saj. N\u00ebse do t\u00eb kishte ndodhur nj\u00eb 14 Shtator n\u00eb 1998-\u00ebn, gj\u00eb gati e pamundur, garda do t\u00eb kishte q\u00eblluar p\u00ebr shtat\u00eb pal\u00eb qejfe mbi demonstruesit, dhe eshtrat e tyre do t\u00eb ishin edhe sot e k\u00ebsaj dite n\u00eb oborr, p\u00ebr t\u2019iu kallur dat\u00ebn kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebve. N\u00eb rastin m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, do ngrihej nj\u00eb memorial ku do t\u00eb shkruhej se si e p\u00ebsojn\u00eb armiqt\u00eb e demokracis\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00ebnimet e kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebve brenda partis\u00eb do t\u00eb vazhdonin dhe an\u00ebtar\u00eb t\u00eb udh\u00ebheqjes s\u00eb PS-s\u00eb, konkurrent\u00eb t\u00eb mundsh\u00ebm t\u00eb kryetarit, do t\u00eb kishin p\u00ebrfunduar me d\u00ebnime p\u00ebr korrupsion n\u00eb burgje. Burg rishtas do t\u00eb kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb Nano, por k\u00ebt\u00eb radh\u00eb me akuz\u00ebn e \u2018tentativ\u00ebs s\u00eb p\u00ebrmbysjes s\u00eb rendit kushtetues me dhun\u00eb\u2019 si kryetar i PD-s\u00eb dhe pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebs n\u00eb nj\u00eb tubim me nj\u00ebqind veta, tek fusha e Ali Demit. Kuptohet q\u00eb gjith\u00eb veprimtaria e tyre antikushtetuese, do t\u00eb demaskohej nga \u201cZ\u00ebri i Popullit\u201d, ku kryeredaktori Frrok \u00c7upi dhe m\u00ebnyra e t\u00eb b\u00ebrit karrier\u00eb e tij, do t\u00eb ishte etaloni i moralit dhe shkolla e edukimit p\u00ebr gazetarin\u00eb e re t\u00eb pushtetit. Nd\u00ebrsa Arben Imami, do p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsonte standardet e regjimit, se \u00e7far\u00eb kupton me fjal\u00ebt \u2018politikan me integritet\u2019. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb, fqinji yn\u00eb grek, do t\u00eb ishte i k\u00ebnaqur me karrier\u00ebn e k\u00ebtyre dy njer\u00ebzve, p\u00ebr at\u00eb \u00e7ka p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsonin n\u00eb peizazhin shqiptar.<\/p>\n<p>Nuk do ishte \u00e7udi, q\u00eb karrigen e ministrit t\u00eb Brendsh\u00ebm dhe t\u00eb Financave, ta ngrohte rishtas Ridvan Bode dhe Bujar Nishani, por k\u00ebt\u00eb her\u00eb t\u00eb ardhur nga shoqatat p\u00ebr mbrojtjen e Enver Hoxh\u00ebs, t\u00eb krijuara p\u00ebr t\u2019iu shtypur kok\u00ebn atyre kund\u00ebr revolucionar\u00ebve. M\u00eb i pa fituari n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mes, do dilte Sokol Olldashi. N\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb skem\u00eb, nuk do t\u00eb rezultonte Arben Ristani, pasi mbi t\u00eb do t\u00eb vepronte ligji dhe nuk do ia kishin nevoj\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr sa i p\u00ebrket t\u00eb ashtuquajturve intelektual\u00ebve, nuk do hiqte keq po t\u2019i krijonte, pasi edhe pas nj\u00ebzet vjet\u00ebsh, p\u00ebrjashto rastet sporadike, shoq\u00ebria jon\u00eb ka d\u00ebshtuar n\u00eb krijimin e k\u00ebsaj shtrese, por rezulton e suksesshme me pranin\u00eb e species me t\u00eb cil\u00ebn fati na d\u00ebnon p\u00ebrdit\u00eb, ta d\u00ebgjojm\u00eb kur thur \u2018hosanara\u2019 p\u00ebr regjimin dhe p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb justifikoj\u00eb gjith\u00eb sa po ndodh. N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb asgj\u00eb intelektuale nuk ka n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mes. Jan\u00eb njer\u00ebz q\u00eb e din\u00eb se konformizmi siguron prosperitet material dhe karrier\u00eb. Jeta ju ka m\u00ebsuar se nga mungesa e shtyll\u00ebs kurrizore, askush nuk e p\u00ebson. V\u00ebrtet vendit do t\u2019i vonohet integrimi, po kujt i prishet puna n\u00ebse tre milion\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb do ta vuajn\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb? Tashm\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb e mod\u00ebs q\u00eb f\u00ebllig\u00ebshtin\u00eb morale ta shes\u00ebsh si vler\u00eb. Aq m\u00eb mir\u00eb kur kjo paguhet.<\/p>\n<p>Kryetari aktual i PD-s\u00eb, dhe i munguari i PP-s\u00eb, ka d\u00ebshmuar nj\u00eb talent t\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr t\u00eb p\u00ebrzgjedhur karaktere t\u00eb plastelina. P\u00ebr shembull, a do mundej kush tjet\u00ebr ve\u00e7 Berish\u00ebs, t\u00eb q\u00ebmtonte nj\u00eb si Luli? Por edhe n\u00ebse do mundej, a do t\u00eb kishte guximin q\u00eb pas gjith\u00eb b\u00ebmave t\u00eb tij, p\u00ebr faj t\u00eb Lulit apo i shtyr\u00eb, ta vendoste si kandidat p\u00ebr kryetar bashkie t\u00eb kryeqytetit? A mundet q\u00eb t\u00eb shkat\u00ebrrosh nj\u00eb proces zgjedhor, duke e kthyer rrug\u00ebn e shqiptar\u00ebve p\u00ebr Europ\u00eb, n\u00eb Golgot\u00eb, vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr hat\u00ebr t\u00eb interesave personale dhe k\u00ebt\u00eb ta shes\u00ebsh si mbrojtje t\u00eb vlerave t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb; nd\u00ebrsa nj\u00eb shuplak\u00eb t\u00eb hapur, dh\u00ebn\u00eb nga komuniteti nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, ta vler\u00ebsosh si p\u00ebrkrahje? Askush n\u00eb nj\u00eb bot\u00eb normale nuk do ta b\u00ebnte k\u00ebt\u00eb. Megjith\u00ebse partia m\u00eb e madhe e votuesve shqiptar\u00eb me 50 %, \u00ebsht\u00eb ajo e abstenuesve, kryeministri yn\u00eb nuk nxjerr m\u00ebsime nga kjo.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb fashe t\u00eb caktuar t\u00eb nj\u00eb populli post diktatorial, mund t\u2019ia marr\u00ebsh vot\u00ebn. Pozita q\u00eb g\u00ebzon mund t\u00eb jet\u00eb e ligjshme, megjith\u00ebse jo e moralshme. Mund t\u00eb gjesh artifice ligjore e t\u00eb nd\u00ebrtosh kombinacione politike p\u00ebr t\u00eb q\u00ebndruar n\u00eb karrige. Por n\u00eb der\u00ebn e historis\u00eb, nuk kalon duke e bler\u00eb bilet\u00ebn, por vet\u00ebm duke e merituar. Dhe n\u00eb fund t\u00eb nj\u00eb karriere q\u00eb po i afrohet tri dekadave, Berisha v\u00ebshtir\u00eb se mund t\u00eb paraqes\u00eb nj\u00eb kredencial q\u00eb do t\u2019i jap\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mund\u00ebsi.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00ebse do t\u00eb k\u00ebrkonim di\u00e7ka t\u00eb ndershme nga gjith\u00eb kjo histori, ajo do t\u00eb ishte q\u00eb Berisha mos t\u00eb kishte tradhtuar n\u00eb aparenc\u00eb idealin e tij, pasi do kishte mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb hynte n\u00eb histori, qoft\u00eb edhe si abort i saj. Nd\u00ebrsa si\u00e7 serviret, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb asgj\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb histori e p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur n\u00eb Ballkan, e autokrat\u00ebve oriental\u00eb, \u2018kaudiljove\u2019 t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs Latine, apo president\u00ebve t\u00eb sot\u00ebm t\u00eb Afrik\u00ebs, q\u00eb b\u00ebn t\u00eb qesh\u00eb edhe fqinjin ton\u00eb serb. Pik\u00ebrisht serb\u00ebt q\u00eb deri pes\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb vjet p\u00ebrpara p\u00ebrgjak\u00ebn Ballkanin, nd\u00ebrsa sot jan\u00eb para nesh n\u00eb dyert e BE-s\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb proverb filozofik thot\u00eb se historia p\u00ebrs\u00ebritet dy her\u00eb: nj\u00eb her\u00eb si tragjedi dhe t\u00eb dyt\u00ebn si komedi.
