M\u00eb pas u p\u00ebrplas me misionin e FMN-s\u00eb n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb p\u00ebr disa gj\u00ebra. Fillimisht p\u00ebr rritjen ekonomike. Nuk mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhet demagogji n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb rikthimit t\u00eb emigrant\u00ebve, kur \u00ebsht\u00eb krejt e qart\u00eb p\u00ebr shum\u00ebk\u00ebnd se si kan\u00eb d\u00ebshtuar ata n\u00eb hapjen e minibizneseve n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, duke hedhur d\u00ebm parat\u00eb e fituar me mund. N\u00ebse ky vend \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7orap e nuk ka as statistik\u00eb e as sondazhe t\u00eb sakta, mjafton t\u00eb hedh\u00ebsh nj\u00eb sy n\u00eb forume p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar se \u00e7\u2019mendojn\u00eb emigrant\u00ebt p\u00ebr rikthimin.<\/p>\n<p>Por nd\u00ebrsa k\u00ebto t\u00eb Bodes jan\u00eb limonatat e zakonshme, q\u00eb do thartonin \u00e7do njeri, t\u00eb bie ajo q\u00eb thot\u00eb guvernatori i Bank\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr nevoj\u00ebn e nj\u00eb modeli t\u00eb ri ekonomik n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb kupton se ka pasur nj\u00eb model, q\u00eb tani ka d\u00ebshtuar. E n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb vijm\u00eb tek nj\u00eb pyetje thelb\u00ebsore, a ka pasur dhe ka nj\u00eb model ekonomik kjo e djathta e Berish\u00ebs? P\u00ebr t\u00eb shkuar m\u00eb p\u00ebrtej, aty ku ka d\u00ebshir\u00eb t\u00eb shkoj\u00eb edhe kryeministri, a \u00ebsht\u00eb kjo e djathta blu e Berish\u00ebs si t\u00eb djathtat e tjera, q\u00eb kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb Europ\u00ebn blu (edhe pse ai e di shum\u00eb mir\u00eb q\u00eb bluja e tij nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e \u00e7do t\u00eb djathte)? Jo dhe jo.<\/p>\n<p>Ajo q\u00eb ka ndodhur n\u00eb k\u00ebto vite \u00ebsht\u00eb se kemi vijuar t\u00eb punojm\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb thuajse model q\u00eb la qeverisja e m\u00ebparshme socialiste, duke b\u00ebr\u00eb ndonj\u00eb kurim t\u00eb vog\u00ebl e duke l\u00ebshuar nga k\u00ebto \u00e7mendurit\u00eb e Berish\u00ebs, p.sh bomba n\u00eb mes t\u00eb ark\u00ebs s\u00eb shtetit si\u00e7 ka ndodhur me rrug\u00ebn Durr\u00ebs- Kuk\u00ebs. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb model q\u00eb i ofron edhe Basha Tiran\u00ebs. Do b\u00ebj\u00eb ca kurime t\u00eb vogla, do l\u00ebshoj\u00eb disa leje nd\u00ebrtimi p\u00ebr t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqur interesat e bizneseve pran\u00eb tij dhe do l\u00ebshoj\u00eb nj\u00eb bomb\u00eb n\u00eb ark\u00ebn e qeveris\u00eb e t\u00eb bashkis\u00eb me Unaz\u00ebn e Madhe. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb alternativa q\u00eb ofron kjo qeverisje. Nuk ka asnj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr.<\/p>\n<p>Jan\u00eb \u00ebndrra n\u00eb diell ato p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e zhvilluar n\u00eb vitin 2017, \u00ebndrra q\u00eb i shpik nj\u00eb njeri q\u00eb nuk do t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb zgjedhje t\u00eb lira n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend. Nuk ekzistojn\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend ashtu si\u00e7 pretendohet nj\u00eb seri reformash q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb p\u00ebrtej nj\u00eb mandati. Nuk ka asnj\u00eb histori t\u00eb till\u00eb q\u00eb duhet mbaruar nj\u00eb pun\u00eb e nisur. K\u00ebtu \u00ebsht\u00eb si\u00e7 e thot\u00eb analisti Gabriel Partosh si n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Europ\u00ebn postkomuniste: asnj\u00eb qeveri nuk votohet m\u00eb shum\u00eb se nj\u00eb mandat. Kjo nga frika e rikthimit t\u00eb er\u00ebs s\u00eb monizmit, por edhe se nuk ka asnj\u00eb reform\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb vijuar.
