Lajmi p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje kon\u00e7esionare n\u00eb dat\u00ebn 22 qershor b\u00ebri xhiron e mediave turke: q\u00eb nga Gazeteport, Finans  Samanyoluhaber apo siti i Hallkbank-ut (Banka Popullore Turke) deri tek t\u00eb p\u00ebrditshmet prestigjoze turke Hurriyet dhe Sabah. Blumberg Bussiness\u00ebeek (organi m\u00eb i specializuar e m\u00eb prestigjoz, konkurent me Reuterin) i b\u00ebnte gjithashtu jehon\u00eb k\u00ebtij lajmi.<\/p>\n<p>Mediat turke e quanin k\u00ebt\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje koncesionare si nj\u00eb \u201challishverish me shum\u00eb leverdi\u201d. N\u00eb to theksohej se koncesioni p\u00ebrfshinte 800 metra linear kalat\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb sip\u00ebrfaqe t\u00eb shfyt\u00ebzueshme prej 210 000 metrash katror. V\u00ebrehej se deri tani trafiku vje-tor i kontejner\u00ebve n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb terminal \u00ebsht\u00eb relativisht i vog\u00ebl vet\u00ebm 65 414 TEU (nj\u00ebsi mat\u00ebse baz\u00eb p\u00ebr kontejner\u00ebt si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb psh metri p\u00ebr gjat\u00ebsin\u00eb), por nd\u00ebrtimi i autostrad\u00ebs Durr\u00ebs-Kuk\u00ebs sot dhe n\u00eb nj\u00eb t\u00eb ardhme zgjatimi i saj deri n\u00eb Nish, plus nd\u00ebrtimi i Korridorit 8 (Durr\u00ebs \u2013 Shkup \u2013 Sofje \u2013 Burgas \u2013Stamboll) parashikohet ta rris\u00eb 11 her\u00eb trafikun e kontejner\u00ebve nga Porti i Durr\u00ebsit. Turqit shpresojn\u00eb q\u00eb terminali, q\u00eb u \u00ebsht\u00eb dh\u00ebn\u00eb me koncesion t\u00eb arrij\u00eb nj\u00eb trafik prej 750 000 TEU.<\/p>\n<p>Sipas t\u00eb dh\u00ebnave tona rezulton se tenderi p\u00ebr dh\u00ebnien me koncesion t\u00eb Terminalit t\u00eb Kontejner\u00ebve n\u00eb portin e Durr\u00ebsit \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb m\u00eb 25 n\u00ebntor 2010 n\u00eb Ministrin\u00eb e Transporteve. Ky tender u fitua nga nj\u00eb konsorcium i p\u00ebrb\u00ebr\u00eb nga dy firma turke: Global Liman Isletmeleri dhe Durres- Kurum Shiping SHA. Ky konsorcium sipas Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Transporteve fitoi 78,2 pik\u00eb dhe vlera totale e projektit t\u00eb tij ishte 32,5 milion\u00eb dollar\u00eb. Nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb aspak e qart\u00eb edhe p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb transparenc\u00ebs zero kundrejt publikut shqiptar t\u00eb Ministris\u00eb s\u00eb Transporteve se \u00e7far\u00eb do p\u00ebrfitoj\u00eb pala shqiptare nga ky koncesion. Nuk dihet se \u00e7far\u00eb do t\u00eb p\u00ebrfshihet n\u00eb k\u00ebto 32,5<br \/>\nmilion\u00eb dollar\u00eb investime. E vetmja gj\u00eb q\u00eb dihet p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb koncesion \u00ebsht\u00eb afati prej 35 vjetesh.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kush \u00ebsht\u00eb \u201cGlobal Liman Izletmeleri\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Na t\u00ebrheq v\u00ebmendjen fakti q\u00eb firma turke Global Liman Izletmeleri \u00ebsht\u00eb themeluar n\u00eb vitin 2004, pra ka relativisht pak p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb profesionale. Gjithsesi kjo firm\u00eb n\u00eb vitet e fundit \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb ekspansion t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm n\u00eb portet turke t\u00eb Derinces, Izmirit apo n\u00eb Galataport.
