Shqiptar\u00ebt po shikojn\u00eb flet\u00eb votimi t\u00eb kutive t\u00eb tjera n\u00eb kuti t\u00eb tjera votimi, kode t\u00eb ndryshuara, kuti t\u00eb hapura, flet\u00eb t\u00eb gjetura jasht\u00eb zarfeve dhe nj\u00eb arroganc\u00eb t\u00eb neveritshme p\u00ebr t\u2019i konsideruar t\u00eb gjitha k\u00ebto t\u00eb rregullta. Shkat\u00ebrrimi i hetimit n\u00eb syt\u00eb e t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve, arroganca e neveritshme n\u00eb raport me ligjin dhe p\u00ebrpjekja p\u00ebr t\u00eb posht\u00ebruar opozit\u00ebn, e cila po i reziston nj\u00eb loje t\u00eb pakuptimt\u00eb ligjore, n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb po b\u00ebjn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb d\u00ebm se kaq. Me k\u00ebt\u00eb shfaqje t\u00eb sh\u00ebmtuar t\u00eb shtetit ligjor dhe degradim t\u00eb procesit t\u00eb hetimit, Komisioni Qendror i Zgjedhjeve dhe Sali Berisha kan\u00eb vrar\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimisht besimin tek zgjedhjet e lira n\u00eb vend. Ata shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb shikojn\u00eb sot k\u00ebt\u00eb teat\u00ebr t\u00eb sh\u00ebmtuar t\u00eb pushtetit me zgjedhjet, do ta ken\u00eb shum\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb rishkojn\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhje me besim se vota e tyre do t\u00eb respektohet n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb dhe rezultati m\u00eb i hidhur i asaj q\u00eb po ndodh.<\/p>\n<p>Tanim\u00eb nuk ka m\u00eb shum\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi se si Ristani injoron shkeljet flagrante t\u00eb konstatuara gjat\u00eb hetimit t\u00eb kutive. Nuk ka m\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi as fakti q\u00eb zgjedhjet po provojn\u00eb \u201cDushkun\u201d elektoral p\u00ebr Ilir Met\u00ebn, ku votat e adresuara p\u00ebr parti t\u00eb tjera jan\u00eb lexuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb. Nuk ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi q\u00eb po provohet se p\u00ebr Lul\u00ebzim Bash\u00ebn jan\u00eb hedhur ekzakt\u00ebsisht 81 vota n\u00eb kutit\u00eb e num\u00ebruar m\u00eb 14 maj, pasi n\u00eb gjith\u00eb kutit\u00eb e num\u00ebruara deri m\u00eb sot rezultati \u00ebsht\u00eb barazim, kurse n\u00eb 117 kutit\u00eb q\u00eb u p\u00ebrpunuan m\u00eb 14 maj ai \u00ebsht\u00eb 81 vota para. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebto detaje nuk kan\u00eb m\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi pasi ky proces ka r\u00ebn\u00eb. Por d\u00ebmi kolosal \u00ebsht\u00eb se tani shqiptar\u00ebt pan\u00eb se sa jo seriozisht administrohet vota e tyre. Ky proces, i cili p\u00ebr Berish\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb transparent, n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb pasqyr\u00eb e sh\u00ebmtuar e degradimit t\u00eb zgjedhjeve dhe nj\u00eb goditje e pariparueshme p\u00ebr besimin e shqiptar\u00ebve tek zgjedhjet e lira.<\/p>\n<p>Aq d\u00ebm sa ka b\u00ebr\u00eb Arben Ristani k\u00ebto tri dit\u00eb n\u00eb syt\u00eb e gjith\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, nuk kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb as zgjedhjet e shpartalluara t\u00eb 26 majit, as zgjedhjet e dhunshme t\u00eb vitit 1997 dhe as zgjedhjet policore t\u00eb Ilir Met\u00ebs m\u00eb 2001. Ky degradim publik i vot\u00ebs s\u00eb qytetarit i ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb nj\u00eb goditje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00eb shpres\u00ebs se si mund t\u00eb votohet n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend dhe si mund t\u00eb respektohet vota jote.<\/p>\n<p>Me k\u00ebt\u00eb proces Sali Berisha u ka rikthyer shqiptar\u00ebve dhe opozit\u00ebs pyetjen ekzistenciale: A duhet t\u00eb hyjn\u00eb m\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhje me Sali Berish\u00ebn kryeminist\u00ebr?<\/p>\n<p>Kjo q\u00eb po ndodh e p\u00ebrjashton k\u00ebt\u00eb mund\u00ebsi. Kjo q\u00eb po ndodh \u00ebsht\u00eb e gjitha vep\u00ebr e Sali Berish\u00ebs, e njeriut q\u00eb m\u00eb 14 maj mbasdite fillimisht premtoi se thjesht do rimblidhte votat me makin\u00eb llogarit\u00ebse dhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb mbasdite futi duart n\u00eb kuti duke shtuar votat p\u00ebr Lul\u00ebzim Bash\u00ebn dhe tani ka gati nj\u00eb muaj e gjys\u00ebm q\u00eb po p\u00ebrpiqet t\u00eb b\u00ebhet faktor polik bazuar n\u00eb ato vota q\u00eb futi me duart e tij n\u00eb kutit\u00eb e votimit. Ai \u201crishkroi\u201d nj\u00eb Kod t\u00eb ri Elektoral nga ai q\u00eb ishte, duke shpikur k\u00ebrkimin e flet\u00ebve t\u00eb votimit n\u00eb kuti t\u00eb tjera, dhe kur arriti t\u00eb prodhoj\u00eb nj\u00eb rezultat t\u00eb ri me k\u00ebt\u00eb proces manipulativ, tentoi p\u00ebrmes Tom Ndrec\u00ebs ta mbyllte procesin aty.<\/p>\n<p>Fal\u00eb nj\u00eb vendimi m\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm t\u00eb dyt\u00eb t\u00eb Kolegjit Zgjedhor, ne po shikojm\u00eb tani nj\u00eb teat\u00ebr edhe m\u00eb t\u00eb sh\u00ebmtuar. Po shikojm\u00eb se si nj\u00eb institucion zgjedhjesh po tallet me votat e shqiptar\u00ebve dhe vullnetin e tyre politik. Po shikojm\u00eb se sa pak r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi ka se si kan\u00eb votuar shqiptar\u00ebt dhe sa shum\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi ka t\u00eb shkel\u00ebsh ligjin p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndryshuar rezultatin n\u00eb tavolin\u00eb. Ky film absurd po shfaqet p\u00ebrdit\u00eb para shqiptar\u00ebve p\u00ebr shkak se producenti i tij, Sali Berisha, do t\u00eb mposht\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimisht shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb vullnetin e tyre p\u00ebr ta ndryshuar pushtetin me vot\u00eb. Ai do ta vras\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspirat\u00eb, ta b\u00ebj\u00eb t\u00eb pabesueshme, t\u00eb paarritshme dhe n\u00eb fund d\u00ebshp\u00ebruese. Ky film i sh\u00ebmtuar q\u00eb po shfaqet 24 or\u00eb live pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb shkak, pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb objektiv, pik\u00ebrisht p\u00ebr t\u00eb vrar\u00eb besimin se at\u00eb mund ta mundim nj\u00eb dit\u00eb me vot\u00eb t\u00eb lir\u00eb dhe t\u00eb ndershme. E b\u00ebn p\u00ebr t\u00eb vrar\u00eb shpres\u00ebn se ky vend do t\u00eb udh\u00ebhiqet nga vullneti i tij dhe jo nga vullneti i shqiptar\u00ebve.
