Dikush n\u00eb bashk\u00ebsin\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare, vazhdon t\u00eb mbetet n\u00eb favor t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb Madhe\u201d. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb pohim trondit\u00ebs n\u00ebse merret n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb historia 100-vje\u00e7are e q\u00ebndrimeve dhe sjelljeve q\u00eb Serbia ka pasur ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve dhe s\u00eb drejt\u00ebs s\u00eb tyre historike n\u00eb mbi nj\u00eb shekull jet\u00eb. E kam fjal\u00ebn p\u00ebr nj\u00eb tronditje q\u00eb lidhet me p\u00ebrmbysjen e beft\u00eb t\u00eb q\u00ebndrimit zyrtar historik t\u00eb shtetit ballkanik, i cili nuk e ka t\u00eb leht\u00eb t\u00eb fshij\u00eb nga memoria dhe nga kujtesa institucionale e njer\u00ebzimit, at\u00eb q\u00eb gjakoi n\u00eb kaq dekada. \u201cMitin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb Madhe\u201d nuk e krijuan shqiptar\u00ebt, as e k\u00ebrkuan ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb at\u00eb. Deklarata e rip\u00ebrs\u00ebritur e k\u00ebtyre dit\u00ebve e Presidentit serb, zbardh nj\u00eb autor\u00ebsi shum\u00ebdekad\u00ebshe, identifikon autor\u00ebsin\u00eb e nj\u00eb sintagme me p\u00ebrmbajtje dhe semantik\u00eb t\u00eb past\u00ebr gjeopolitike.<\/p>\n<p>Serbia e sotme po p\u00ebrmbys historin\u00eb e vet n\u00eb raport me shqiptar\u00ebt. A thua se ka ndodhur realisht \u201cmeakulpa\u201d e k\u00ebtij shteti ndaj fqinj\u00ebve t\u00eb vet? A thua se politikani Tadi\u00e7 po kap\u00ebrcen \u201cylberin\u201d e fanatizmit t\u00eb tij komb\u00ebtar? \u00c7far\u00eb fshihet realisht matan\u00eb k\u00ebsaj ikjeje nga q\u00ebndrimi 100-vje\u00e7ar i kombit dhe shtetit serb?<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto pyetje q\u00eb duhej t\u00eb rridhnin natyrsh\u00ebm p\u00ebr \u00e7do njoh\u00ebs dhe sidomos diplomat europiane p\u00ebrball\u00eb k\u00ebsaj l\u00ebvizjeje apo ndryshimi politik q\u00eb po ofron politika serbe ndaj shqiptar\u00ebve, duket se po p\u00ebrcillen me indiferenc\u00eb nga diplomacia dhe politika shqiptare. Nj\u00eb reagim n\u00ebnvleft\u00ebsues i ministrit t\u00eb Jasht\u00ebm t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, zotit Edmond Haxhinasto nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e mjaftueshme, sikund\u00ebr heshtja e kompleksuar e qeveris\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe sidomos e diplomacis\u00eb rishtare t\u00eb saj.<\/p>\n<p>Matan\u00eb k\u00ebsaj \u201cbujarie serbe\u201d duhet t\u00eb lexojm\u00eb skem\u00ebn reale q\u00eb p\u00ebrgatit dhe ka ideuar shteti q\u00eb na ka ofruar nj\u00eb bashk\u00ebjetes\u00eb armiq\u00ebsie n\u00eb kaq dekada e pse jo shekuj. K\u00ebt\u00eb ikje nga q\u00ebndrimi i vet komb\u00ebtar, nuk mund t\u00eb presim t\u00eb na i zbardh\u00eb vet\u00eb zoti Tadi\u00e7. N\u00ebse do e prisnim k\u00ebt\u00eb, naiviteti yn\u00eb do t\u00eb rikompozohej edhe n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen e af\u00ebrt si p\u00ebsim dhe fatkeq\u00ebsi p\u00ebr vete.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u00ebshtja \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb serioze dhe m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme nga sa shfaqet. Diplomacia jon\u00eb s\u00eb pari duhet t\u00eb shum\u00ebfishoj\u00eb transparenc\u00ebn e bisedimeve, n\u00ebse ekzistojn\u00eb. N\u00ebse ato nuk kan\u00eb nisur, s\u00eb pari duhet t\u00eb k\u00ebrkohet po kaq zyrtarisht dhe energjikisht nga qeveria e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe e Kosov\u00ebs, t\u00eb zbardhet nj\u00eb ofert\u00eb-projekt i till\u00eb. K\u00ebmb\u00ebngulja e presidentit serb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb thjesht propagand\u00eb, as patetik\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb mjegulluar nj\u00eb skem\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn e ka mir\u00ebp\u00ebrgatitur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb tranzicion t\u00eb shtetnjohjes s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.  Edhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb diletant t\u00eb leximit t\u00eb diplomacis\u00eb dhe zhvillimeve n\u00eb terrenin aktual gjeopolitik, kjo skem\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb projekt p\u00ebr transferimin e nj\u00eb problemi t\u00eb madh ballkanik, n\u00eb nj\u00eb situat\u00eb dhe pamje t\u00eb re. Kjo ofertohet pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb momentin kur investimi i madh nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar dhe ai komb\u00ebtar e institucional shqiptar p\u00ebr konstituimin, forcimin dhe promovimin e shtetit t\u00eb ri t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Ky proces i ardhur p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb rruge t\u00eb mundimshme, p\u00ebrmes nj\u00eb investimi shum\u00ebplan\u00ebsh dhe tejet t\u00eb kushtuesh\u00ebm, \u00ebsht\u00eb premisa dhe pse jo edhe kapitulli m\u00eb serioz paraprir\u00ebs i subjektit q\u00eb ka hyr\u00eb n\u00eb or\u00ebn e vet t\u00eb pakthyeshme t\u00eb zgjidhjes. Propozimi i beft\u00eb i zotit Tadi\u00e7, \u00ebsht\u00eb paralajm\u00ebrim serioz p\u00ebr nj\u00eb rrethan\u00eb t\u00eb re m\u00eb komplekse n\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebn do t\u00eb gjenden t\u00eb gjith\u00eb faktor\u00ebt institucional\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb rajon, m\u00eb s\u00eb paku n\u00eb tri shtete, Shqip\u00ebri, Kosov\u00eb, Maqedoni. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb propozim i ardhur n\u00eb nj\u00eb moment kur shembja mund t\u00eb imponohet, duke servirur nj\u00eb skem\u00eb q\u00eb prish gravitetin e investuar s\u00eb paku, n\u00eb mbi nj\u00eb dekad\u00eb me kujdestari dhe p\u00ebrkushtim nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar, p\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb, Kosov\u00ebn, Maqedonin\u00eb, Malin e Zi dhe sidomos p\u00ebr vet\u00eb Serbin\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Por cili \u00ebsht\u00eb rreziku m\u00eb i lexuar i k\u00ebsaj q\u00eb propozon befas Presidenti i Serbis\u00eb, politikani q\u00eb ka koh\u00eb q\u00eb ka form\u00ebsuar imazhin e vet n\u00eb Bashkimin Europian si nj\u00eb protagonist liberal dhe bashk\u00ebpunues n\u00eb rrjedhat dhe me aktor\u00ebt e politik\u00ebs s\u00eb sotme rajonale n\u00eb Ballkan dhe Europ\u00ebn Juglindore? P\u00ebr ne shqiptar\u00ebt, rreziku m\u00eb i lexuar q\u00eb mbart ky propozim lidhet s\u00eb pari me pap\u00ebrgatitjen ton\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb skem\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb t\u00eb re dhe t\u00eb p\u00ebrshpejtuar n\u00eb koh\u00eb. Ajo ka shum\u00eb risqe n\u00eb vetvete. Risku i par\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb cop\u00ebtimi i Kosov\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb l\u00ebnia n\u00eb p\u00ebrjet\u00ebsi si t\u00eb humbur e Mitrovic\u00ebs dhe rrethinave t\u00eb saj n\u00eb zon\u00ebn veriore t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb p\u00ebsim p\u00ebr viset e Lugin\u00ebs s\u00eb Preshev\u00ebs dhe natyrisht \u00ebsht\u00eb risku i rihapjes s\u00eb problemeve aty ku i kan\u00eb investuar n\u00eb heshtje dhe mavijosur fal\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb trazuar t\u00eb k\u00ebtij tranzicioni postkomunist n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe Maqedoni.<\/p>\n<p>Por rreziku m\u00eb i madh q\u00eb mbart sot ky propozim serb lidhet me pafuqin\u00eb dhe pap\u00ebrgatitjen ton\u00eb komb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr send\u00ebrtimin e ekuilibrave t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm, e atij graviteti t\u00eb brendsh\u00ebm, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb jetik p\u00ebr p\u00ebrshtatjen brenda nj\u00eb organizmi t\u00eb ri institucional, funksionimi i t\u00eb cilit nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb aq i leht\u00eb e aq i kollajt\u00eb, pavar\u00ebsisht nga patriotizmi dhe shkum\u00ebzimi folklorik q\u00eb mund t\u00eb na kaploj\u00eb. Serbia na i njeh k\u00ebto cene, sepse p\u00ebr to ka ditur edhe t\u00eb investoj\u00eb n\u00eb vjet\u00ebt dhe dekadat e nj\u00eb shekulli, n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin satanizimi p\u00ebr \u201cShqip\u00ebrin\u00eb e madhe\u201d ishte programi m\u00eb i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm komb\u00ebtar i saj. Sot ajo po b\u00ebn nj\u00eb ikje t\u00eb beft\u00eb prej q\u00ebndrimit t\u00eb vet shekullor, nj\u00eb ikje prej platformave dhe strategjive q\u00eb p\u00ebrpunoi dhe hartoi dekad\u00eb pas dekade Akademia e Shkencave dhe diplomacia tradicionale dhe ajo institucionale e saj. Kaq leht\u00eb e fal mundin e saj Serbia?! Ku do na e nxjerr\u00eb \u201cminaren\u201d e inatit apo \u201ckle\u00e7k\u00ebn\u201d e p\u00ebsimit ky shtet, i cili historin\u00eb e vet e r\u00ebndoi me gjakun e popujve, e sidomos tonin, n\u00eb mas\u00eb t\u00eb pazhb\u00ebshme? Kujdes!
