Natyrisht as un\u00eb, por mendoj as edhe ndonj\u00eb naiv tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb thith aj\u00ebr n\u00eb Republik\u00ebn e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, nuk mendonte se do t\u00eb arrihej nj\u00eb synim i till\u00eb. Ajo q\u00eb u arrit ishte nj\u00eb \u201cpaqe f\u00ebmij\u00ebsh\u201d. Si\u00e7 tha eurodeputeti Kukan, ata e mbajt\u00ebn fjal\u00ebn dhe nuk u shan\u00eb, nuk u zun\u00eb, nuk e fyen nj\u00ebri-tjetrin si \u00e7do her\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe ai, me nj\u00eb far\u00eb ironie t\u00eb leht\u00eb, tha se i kishte fal\u00ebnderuar p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb akt. Mir\u00ebpo, nj\u00eb gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, m\u00eb banale se kaq u shtoll atje. K\u00ebt\u00eb radh\u00eb ata shihnin nj\u00ebri-tjetrin dhe ishin gati ta shqyenin, por i mbajt\u00ebn fjal\u00ebt, sepse mllefin e kishin me dik\u00eb tjet\u00ebr. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb kishin nj\u00eb kureshtje t\u00eb shtuar k\u00ebt\u00eb her\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb do t\u00eb ndodhte n\u00eb teatrin e radh\u00ebs, atje n\u00eb sallat e Brukselit. \u00c7far\u00eb do t\u00eb b\u00ebnin k\u00ebta shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7ar\u00eb, inat\u00e7or\u00eb, grindavec\u00eb, hileqar\u00eb, shqiptar\u00eb q\u00eb jan\u00eb gati t\u00eb theren me nj\u00ebri-tjetrin vet\u00ebm e vet\u00ebm q\u00eb t\u00eb mos ulin hund\u00ebn para t\u00eb huajve, pra \u00e7far\u00eb shfaqjeje banale e t\u00eb turpshme do t\u00eb jepnin k\u00ebt\u00eb radh\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb q\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm t\u00eb na fyenin t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve, por edhe t\u00eb na posht\u00ebronin si komb.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebt\u00eb radh\u00eb, ata e mbajt\u00ebn veten, pra nuk u shan\u00eb dhe ajo q\u00eb t\u00ebrhoqi v\u00ebmendjen, ishte dialogu i nj\u00eb deputeteje t\u00eb pozit\u00ebs me komisionerin Fyle. Pra gjith\u00eb mllefin e grumbulluar dhe t\u00eb paderdhur mbi surratin e koleg\u00ebve t\u00eb opozit\u00ebs, ajo e hodhi n\u00eb dialogun me zotin Fyle. Ky dialog i nd\u00ebrtuar me pyetje retorike \u00ebsht\u00eb kuintesenca e gjith\u00eb dram\u00ebs, apo m\u00eb sakt\u00eb e gjith\u00eb komedis\u00eb q\u00eb u luajt n\u00eb Bruksel, e komedis\u00eb q\u00eb u luajt dhe u pa vet\u00ebm nga aktor\u00ebt e atij spektakli bajat.<\/p>\n<p>Deputetja Vokshi, si\u00e7 raportuan disa media dhe si\u00e7 u pa n\u00eb transmetim e pyeti komisionerin Fyle se si do t\u00eb silleshit ju n\u00eb vendin tuaj me nj\u00eb kryetar opozite q\u00eb b\u00ebn nj\u00eb mij\u00eb e nj\u00eb t\u00eb zeza. Nuk kam nd\u00ebrmend t\u00eb riprodhoj gjith\u00eb dialogun k\u00ebtu, por dua t\u00eb analizoj me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast se \u00e7far\u00eb shpreh dhe \u00e7far\u00eb p\u00ebrmban nga pik\u00ebpamja hermeneutike (interpretimi i th\u00ebnies nga bashk\u00ebfol\u00ebsi dhe plot\u00ebsim i kuptimit prej tij) ky dialog.<\/p>\n<p>Pyetja retorike, si\u00e7 e dim\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb pyetje q\u00eb nuk ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgjigje, pra \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb pohim sublim, madh\u00ebshtor q\u00eb fol\u00ebsi b\u00ebn duke e ftuar bashk\u00ebfol\u00ebsin e tij q\u00eb t\u00eb mahnitet edhe ai me konstatimin e fol\u00ebsit. Por pyetja retorike mund edhe t\u00eb marr\u00eb vler\u00ebn e nj\u00eb pohimi tjet\u00ebr, n\u00eb ato raste kur fol\u00ebsi do t\u00eb konstatoj\u00eb efektin negativ t\u00eb objektit t\u00eb th\u00ebnies, duke u \u00e7uditur n\u00eb fillim vet\u00eb me konstatimin q\u00eb ka b\u00ebr\u00eb dhe n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb dyt\u00eb, duke ftuar edhe bashk\u00ebfol\u00ebsin q\u00eb t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00eb me p\u00ebrdhun\u00eb n\u00eb konstatimin e fol\u00ebsit. Zakonisht, n\u00eb ligj\u00ebrimin gjyq\u00ebsor dhe sidomos n\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e avokatit, vihen re pyetje retorike, t\u00eb cilat synojn\u00eb q\u00eb, duke iu drejtuar pal\u00ebve, t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndajn\u00eb me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast q\u00ebndrimin e avokatit edhe te pal\u00ebt q\u00eb d\u00ebgjojn\u00eb, t\u00eb shk\u00ebpusin prej tyre nj\u00eb pohim t\u00eb heshtur.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa n\u00eb ligj\u00ebrimin diplomatik pyetjet retorike jan\u00eb th\u00ebnie me karakter t\u00eb thell\u00eb fyes dhe e b\u00ebjn\u00eb bashk\u00ebfol\u00ebsin q\u00eb t\u00eb ndihet i goditur dhe i n\u00ebp\u00ebrk\u00ebmbur. Kur zonja Vokshi i \u00ebsht\u00eb drejtuar zotit Fyle me pyetjet retorike p\u00ebr liderin e opozit\u00ebs, duke i th\u00ebn\u00eb fraz\u00ebn fatale \u201csi do t\u00eb silleshit ju n\u00eb vendin tuaj me nj\u00eb lider t\u00eb till\u00eb\u201d, ajo e ka zbritur nivelin e bashk\u00ebbisedimit nga dialogu n\u00eb akuz\u00eb. Bashk\u00ebbiseduesi i saj nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb nj\u00eb partner, por nj\u00eb i akuzuar prej saj si mbrojt\u00ebs i nj\u00eb \u201clideri t\u00eb \u00e7mendur\u201d, i nj\u00eb \u201canarkisti\u201d, i nj\u00eb kryeopozitari q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb marr\u00eb pushtetin me dhun\u00eb, q\u00eb k\u00ebrc\u00ebnon gjykatat etj. Pra, zoti Fyle, pas k\u00ebsaj, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb partner n\u00eb bisedim, por nj\u00eb i akuzuar prej zonj\u00ebs Vokshi.<\/p>\n<p>Ky standard q\u00eb u shfaq n\u00eb Bruksel, shpreh m\u00eb s\u00eb miri m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn ton\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00eb menduarit dhe thelbin ton\u00eb socialpsikologjik. N\u00eb historin\u00eb ton\u00eb ne nuk kemi pranuar asnj\u00eb arbit\u00ebr. Legjendat me sallat e Per\u00ebndimit ku shqiptar\u00eb \u201czulm\u00ebm\u00ebdhenj\u201d nxirrnin patllaken n\u00eb dhoma lord\u00ebsh, demaskimet e Enver Hoxh\u00ebs n\u00eb Bukuresht apo n\u00eb Mosk\u00eb jan\u00eb shtrati mbi t\u00eb cilin \u00ebsht\u00eb nd\u00ebrtuar edhe sot sjellja e trash\u00eb dhe agresive e parlamentar\u00ebve tan\u00eb t\u00eb cil\u00ebt, kur takohen me partner\u00ebt e huaj, nuk shohin atje arbitrin dhe gjykat\u00ebsin e urt\u00eb, por shohin pal\u00ebt e transportuara nga Tirana n\u00eb Bruksel. Ne kemi shum\u00eb cene si komb. Flasim me z\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb, nuk d\u00ebgjojm\u00eb kur tjetri flet, u japim mend t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve, sillemi me t\u00eb huajt si t\u00eb ishin provincial\u00eb t\u00eb trash\u00eb dhe, tash n\u00eb fund, kemi filluar t\u00eb tregojm\u00eb edhe agresivitetin banal e t\u00eb p\u00ebshtir\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb folurit \u00ebsht\u00eb veprim dhe bashk\u00ebbisedimi \u00ebsht\u00eb institucion q\u00eb disa e kan\u00eb quajtur aq t\u00eb kodifikuar sa mund t\u00eb p\u00ebrfillet si i rregulluar me nj\u00eb kod juridik. Dallimi i per\u00ebndimor\u00ebve me t\u00eb pagdh\u00ebndurit, me kok\u00ebtrash\u00ebt b\u00ebhet n\u00eb momentin kur ne flasim. Sepse njeriu p\u00ebr t\u2019u par\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb p\u00ebrmban n\u00eb tru e n\u00eb shpirt, ka vet\u00ebm fjal\u00ebn dhe shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb per\u00ebndimore, t\u00eb vetmin vend n\u00eb t\u00eb cilin tregojn\u00eb forc\u00ebn, guximin, trim\u00ebrin\u00eb, zgjuarsin\u00eb, kan\u00eb bised\u00ebn. Mir\u00ebpo, ata njer\u00ebz q\u00eb nuk din\u00eb t\u00eb bisedojn\u00eb, pra q\u00eb nuk din\u00eb t\u2019i zgjidhin problemet e tyre me an\u00eb t\u00eb bashk\u00ebbisedimit, p\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq, do t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb detyruar q\u00eb t\u00eb t\u00ebrhiqen zvarr\u00eb si popuj pa dinjitet dhe t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt do t\u00eb na tregojn\u00eb me gisht si njer\u00ebz q\u00eb nuk e dim\u00eb ende se n\u00eb bashk\u00ebbisedim gjithmon\u00eb nj\u00ebri flet dhe tjetri d\u00ebgjon dhe askush nuk mund ta provokoj\u00eb tjetrin me insinuata banale apo me pyetje retorike agresive.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe m\u00eb n\u00eb fund, ajo q\u00eb t\u00ebrheq v\u00ebmendjen \u00ebsht\u00eb se protagonistet e k\u00ebtyre skenave jan\u00eb femra. Nj\u00eb grua tjet\u00ebr ka lemerisur t\u00eb gjor\u00ebn Tanja Fajon, duke i treguar historin\u00eb e Griseld\u00ebs. Nj\u00eb grua tjet\u00ebr gjithashtu na lemeris n\u00eb Parlament sa her\u00eb flet. Si ka mund\u00ebsi duhet t\u00eb pyes\u00ebsh n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb rast q\u00eb nj\u00eb grua sillet si nj\u00eb burr\u00eb agresiv? P\u00ebr fat t\u00eb keq k\u00ebto gra jan\u00eb p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuese t\u00eb s\u00eb djatht\u00ebs, mir\u00ebpo kjo m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb sjelli, ky ligj\u00ebrim q\u00eb ato p\u00ebrdorin t\u00eb kujtojn\u00eb tipin e femr\u00ebs komuniste q\u00eb i thyente hund\u00ebt armiqve, q\u00eb, n\u00eb memorien kolektive \u00ebsht\u00eb e ngulitur me pantallona me vaj makinash, me nj\u00eb bllok n\u00eb dor\u00eb dhe me shikimin lart.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo fem\u00ebr \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebr\u00e7udnimi i feminilitetit dhe maskilizmi i p\u00ebshtir\u00eb komunist q\u00eb u bart te grat\u00eb shqiptare si nj\u00eb form\u00eb karriere, p\u00ebr t\u00eb shkallmuar sensualitetin e but\u00eb dhe sjelljen e ngroht\u00eb e t\u00eb \u00ebmb\u00ebl.
