Edhe Bota e Lir\u00eb e kish kuptuar k\u00ebt\u00eb pun\u00eb, ndaj p\u00ebrpiqej ta zbrazte oqeanin e diktaturave thjesht duke i shkat\u00ebrruar Perden e Hekurt.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe n\u00eb fakt, diktaturat e Lindjes dhe vet\u00eb diktatura jon\u00eb, nuk u shemb as nga masa e t\u00eb shtypurve e as nga fshatar\u00ebt e shp\u00ebrndar\u00eb arave e pyjeve, por nga ajo pak shtres\u00eb intelektual\u00ebsh dhe njer\u00ebzisht t\u00eb k\u00ebnduar, e q\u00eb kishin mundur t\u00eb dep\u00ebrtonin n\u00eb perden e izolimit, t\u00eb shihnin se \u00e7\u2019kishte p\u00ebrtej dhe pastaj k\u00ebto ide t\u2019ua p\u00ebr\u00e7onin popujve t\u00eb tyre. Shtatoren e Komandantit, grev\u00ebn e uris\u00eb apo marr\u00ebzit\u00eb komuniste, nuk u shemb\u00ebn as nga kooperativist\u00ebt e shtypur e t\u00eb vuajtur t\u00eb Skraparit apo t\u00eb Tropoj\u00ebs, por bash nga student\u00ebt dhe njer\u00ebzit e k\u00ebnduar t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, Durr\u00ebsit e Shkodr\u00ebs. S\u2019po e zgjas m\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb tem\u00eb se zor t\u00eb gjej njeri q\u00eb t\u00eb mbroj\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt\u00ebn, ndaj po kthehem tek neoizolimi q\u00eb na kanoset.<\/p>\n<p>E vetmja gj\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u2019ia prishte Berish\u00ebs g\u00ebzimin e izolimit t\u00eb ri t\u00eb vendit, \u00ebsht\u00eb se rivendosja e vizave do i b\u00ebnte shqiptar\u00ebt s\u00ebrish t\u00eb pak\u00ebnaqur. Shqiptar\u00ebt, q\u00eb nuk do l\u00ebviznin nga vendi p\u00ebr teorira si liria e demokracia, do t\u00eb ishin t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm t\u2019i hynin s\u00ebrish detit m\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb, po ju prek nj\u00eb gj\u00eb konkrete si puna e vizave. Ashtu sikund\u00ebr n\u00eb vitin \u201997, kur e p\u00ebrmbys\u00ebm Salin\u00eb e par\u00eb jo se na preku Kushtetut\u00ebn, por kur na preku xhepat. Tani q\u00eb t\u00eb vijm\u00eb te halli i dit\u00ebs. Sa m\u00eb shpejt dhe sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb njohin bot\u00ebn, t\u00eb integrohen me t\u00eb, t\u00eb rriten e shkollohen n\u00ebp\u00ebr shkollat e saj, t\u00eb njohin e p\u00ebrdorin vlerat e qytet\u00ebrimit per\u00ebndimor, aq m\u00eb shum\u00eb syresh do t\u2019u duket Saliu si nj\u00eb g\u00ebrxho i zi i s\u00eb shkuar\u00ebs. Sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb djem e vajza t\u00eb kthehen t\u00eb ndritur nga Evropa, t\u00eb edukuar me disiplin\u00ebn e saj dhe me respektin p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn e ndershme, aq m\u00eb shum\u00eb do t\u2019u duken prapa bote baballar\u00ebt e tyre k\u00ebtu n\u00ebp\u00ebr Shqip\u00ebri, q\u00eb merren me partira e komisione, me pun\u00eb fushatash e me blerje votash, me shitje certifikatash e me lloj-lloj kodoshll\u00ebqe province. B\u00ebjini shqiptar\u00ebt evropian\u00eb dhe do t\u00eb shihni se si do u duket atyre Saliu si plaku Mere; izolojini shqiptar\u00ebt dhe do shihni se si do vazhdojn\u00eb t\u2019i ngren\u00eb atij k\u00ebng\u00eb mbi k\u00ebng\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>E di q\u00eb kjo rrug\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e gjat\u00eb dhe m\u00eb e lodhshmja, por \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00eb e sigurta. Vitin e par\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqesha t\u00eb ndryshoja \u00e7do gj\u00eb dhe b\u00ebja debate me shqiptar\u00ebt q\u00eb nga ngjyra e semafor\u00ebve e deri te ndryshimi i kodit t\u00eb zgjedhjeve.<\/p>\n<p>Vitin e dyt\u00eb, i dhash\u00eb karar t\u00eb merrem vet\u00ebm me gj\u00ebrat e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, se pash\u00eb q\u00eb nuk i ndreqja dot t\u00eb gjitha.<\/p>\n<p>Vitin e tret\u00eb, filloi t\u00eb m\u00eb mbushej mendja se Shqip\u00ebria mund t\u00eb funksiononte vet\u00ebm ashtu si\u00e7 ishte.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa vitin e kat\u00ebrt, fillova t\u00eb p\u00ebrpiqem p\u00ebr t\u00eb mos ndryshuar asgj\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend\u201d. K\u00ebshtu m\u00eb tha aso kohe diplomati i huaj.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb nj\u00eb vend ku t\u00eb gjitha vidhat jan\u00eb t\u00eb zhvidhosura dhe t\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebmbalec\u00ebt q\u00eb e mbajn\u00eb m\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb kalbur, rrezikon q\u00eb po t\u2019i v\u00ebsh dor\u00eb p\u00ebr ta ndryshuar a sh\u00ebndoshur k\u00ebdo prej trar\u00ebve t\u00eb sistemit, t\u00eb t\u00eb rr\u00ebzohet e gjith\u00eb ngrehina p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr. K\u00ebtij mikut tim, i qen\u00eb dashur 4 vjet p\u00ebr t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebsim, po aq sa do t\u2019i jen\u00eb dashur paraardh\u00ebsit t\u00eb tij kat\u00ebr vjet m\u00eb par\u00eb, e k\u00ebshtu me radh\u00eb q\u00eb nga 1990-a.<\/p>\n<p>Fati i keq i ambasadorit t\u00eb tanish\u00ebm t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs, ishte se e soll\u00ebn n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri vet\u00ebm fare pak muaj para betej\u00ebs s\u00eb radh\u00ebs t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve me veten, q\u00eb ndryshe quhet \u201czgjedhje\u201d. U hodh ambasadori me kok\u00eb zhyt n\u00eb pun\u00ebt tona t\u00eb mbrapshta, duke u p\u00ebrpjekur me vullnetin e t\u00eb riut q\u00eb ta ndreqte Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb dit\u00eb. P\u00ebrveshi m\u00ebng\u00ebt dhe ndenji me ne n\u00eb palest\u00ebr deri pas mesnate. E brodhi vendin skaj m\u00eb skaj, dha k\u00ebshilla e l\u00ebshoi sentenca p\u00ebr \u00e7do gj\u00eb dhe foli hapur duke na treguar pa dorashka se si duhet b\u00ebr\u00eb kjo e si nuk duhet b\u00ebr\u00eb ajo. Edhe do t\u00eb jet\u00eb zhg\u00ebnjyer shum\u00eb. Jo me veten, por me ne. Pun\u00eb e madhe. Historia jon\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb plot me t\u00eb huaj dashamir\u00eb, q\u00eb kan\u00eb ikur q\u00eb k\u00ebndej t\u00eb zhg\u00ebnjyer, nd\u00ebrsa ne kemi mbetur k\u00ebtu shk\u00ebmb graniti, n\u00eb pritje t\u00eb naivit t\u00eb radh\u00ebs q\u00eb vjen t\u00eb na ndryshoj\u00eb e t\u00eb na ndreq\u00eb.
