Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb tanim\u00eb rekordi i vet\u00ebm q\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria ka vendosur n\u00eb raportet e saj me Bashkimin Evropian. Pas nesh q\u00ebndron Turqia, e cila nuk ka arritur ndonj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt me BE, p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb problemit t\u00eb Qipros, por jo p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb mosmarr\u00ebveshjes s\u00eb delegacionit turk. P\u00ebr shum\u00ebk\u00ebnd kjo duket se \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb goditje e madhe p\u00ebr qeverin\u00eb e kryeministrit Sali Berisha. N\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb status negativ p\u00ebr t\u00eb n\u00eb Bruksel. Zyrtar\u00ebt e Brukselit pas k\u00ebsaj jan\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb shpenguar kur thon\u00eb se Shqip\u00ebria ka ngelur p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb kriz\u00ebs politike.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Por a e d\u00ebmton Berish\u00ebn n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb kjo situat\u00eb?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00cbsht\u00eb e dhimbshme t\u00eb thuash se ai nuk d\u00ebmtohet nga kjo situat\u00eb. \u00c7do kryeminist\u00ebr normal do t\u00eb ishte dor\u00ebhequr n\u00ebse i ndodhte q\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vit e gjys\u00ebm nuk arrin dot asnj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt me Parlamentin Evropian dhe pastaj t\u00eb pretendonte se po udh\u00ebhiqte vendin drejt BE. Por e v\u00ebrteta e dhimbshme \u00ebsht\u00eb se Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb i qet\u00eb pas k\u00ebtij zhvillimi negativ. Nd\u00ebshkimi q\u00eb Brukseli i b\u00ebn Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb tij, nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb realisht nd\u00ebshkim p\u00ebr pushtetin e tij.<\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebr pushtetin e Berish\u00ebs, i cili \u00ebsht\u00eb ngritur mbi g\u00ebrmadhat e paligjshm\u00ebris\u00eb dhe legjitimitetit t\u00eb cunguar, kjo situat\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb luks. Mbajtja larg e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nga procesi integrues, dhe stopimi i tij brutal si\u00e7 po ndodh, shp\u00ebton n\u00eb radh\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebn nga standardet torturuese p\u00ebr t\u00eb. Ai ende pa marr\u00eb ftes\u00ebn p\u00ebr t&#8217;u b\u00ebr\u00eb vend an\u00ebtar p\u00ebr kandidat i BE dhe \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00ebn presion t\u00eb gjithansh\u00ebm t\u00eb d\u00ebgjoj\u00eb k\u00ebshillat nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare p\u00ebr zgjedhjet  e vjedhura n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Sekretari i P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i K\u00ebshillit t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs ka marr\u00eb iniciativ\u00eb personale p\u00ebr t\u2019iu drejtuar Komisionit t\u00eb Venecias me shpres\u00ebn se do bind\u00eb Berish\u00ebn t\u00eb shmang\u00eb kriz\u00ebn, nd\u00ebrsa Komisioneri Fyle u lexoi deputet\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb n\u00eb Bruksel pjes\u00ebn nga raporti i ODIHR, q\u00eb theksonte se n\u00eb vitin 2007 votat e qytetar\u00ebve q\u00eb kishin votuar gabim u quajt\u00ebn t\u00eb pavlefshme. Berisha e di mir\u00eb skem\u00ebn e Per\u00ebndimit kund\u00ebr tij. Strasburgu i thot\u00eb \u00e7oje n\u00eb Venecia dhe Venecia do thot\u00eb \u2018veproni si\u00e7 keni vepruar n\u00eb vitin 2007\u2019.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe kur k\u00ebt\u00eb Berish\u00ebs ja b\u00ebjn\u00eb duke qen\u00eb vend t\u00eb cilit ende nuk i kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb ftes\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhet vend kandidat p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar i BE, p\u00ebrfytyro \u00e7\u2019mund t\u2019i b\u00ebjn\u00eb kur ta marr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb ftes\u00eb dhe m\u00eb tej kur do t\u2019i duhet t\u00eb plot\u00ebsoj\u00eb matricat e integrimit. Mjafton ky presion publik p\u00ebr t\u00eb dor\u00ebzuar mandatin e Tiran\u00ebs q\u00eb t\u00eb bindin Berish\u00ebn t\u2019i q\u00ebndroj\u00eb sa m\u00eb larg k\u00ebtij procesi. 12 kushtet e paplot\u00ebsuara nga Shqip\u00ebria jan\u00eb d\u00ebshmi e qart\u00eb e k\u00ebtij vullneti t\u00eb munguar. Mungesa e k\u00ebtij vullneti \u00ebsht\u00eb real dhe konkret. Ai nuk bazohet n\u00eb faktin q\u00eb Berisha urren Per\u00ebndimin apo do Lindjen, por se standardet per\u00ebndimore rr\u00ebzojn\u00eb at\u00eb nga pushteti dhe ai s\u2019mund t\u2019i pranoj\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb arsye tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebrse Berisha nuk shqet\u00ebsohet nga ky stopim i friksh\u00ebm drejt Per\u00ebndimit, \u00ebsht\u00eb kultura e mang\u00ebt per\u00ebndimore e qytetar\u00ebve shqiptar\u00eb. P\u00ebr shum\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtja e integrimit n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb ngulitur n\u00eb mendjen e tyre p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb nj\u00eb propagande gati gebelsiane se \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje vizash. Nj\u00eb miku im q\u00eb merret me sondazhe m\u00eb tregonte pak koh\u00eb m\u00eb par\u00eb se kur kishte anketuar qytetar\u00eb shqiptar\u00eb t\u00eb zonave rurale apo dhe klasa t\u00eb ul\u00ebta t\u00eb qyteteve, pyetjes se si e kuptoni liberalizmin e vizave, e kuptojn\u00eb si an\u00ebtar\u00ebsim n\u00eb Bashkimin Evropian. E dhimbshme, por e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. Retorika televizive p\u00ebr procesin \u00ebsht\u00eb konfuze dhe askush nuk kupton r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e k\u00ebtij stopimi t\u00eb friksh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Shqip\u00ebria po stopon me qet\u00ebsi dhe llogari t\u00eb past\u00ebr rrug\u00ebn drejt Per\u00ebndimit dhe po konfuzon qytetar\u00ebt e saj rreth k\u00ebsaj drame t\u00eb panjohur p\u00ebr ta. Vendi sot \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb m\u00ebshir\u00eb t\u00eb borxheve q\u00eb po merr nga bota arabe p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbuluar deficitin q\u00eb po prodhojn\u00eb investimet publike n\u00eb buxhet dhe ka filluar t\u00eb pastroj\u00eb llogarit\u00eb me vendet ish komuniste duke u njohur borxhe banale nga koha e komunizmit me q\u00ebllim rip\u00ebrt\u00ebritjen e raporteve me to.<\/p>\n<p>Berisha \u00ebsht\u00eb realisht i interesuar t\u00eb q\u00ebndroj\u00eb mu k\u00ebtu. \u00c7\u2019do hap i m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm i tij drejt Per\u00ebndimit e rr\u00ebzon nga pushteti. P\u00ebr t\u00eb sot jan\u00eb fantazma komploti Komisioni i Venecias, Sekretari i P\u00ebrgjithsh\u00ebm i KE, Raporti i ODHIR, etj. Ai ka interes q\u00eb t\u00eb mos shkohet m\u00eb tej. Mu k\u00ebtu \u00ebsht\u00eb mir\u00eb. Kemi viza p\u00ebr Evrop\u00eb. Kush m\u00ebrzitet dhe nuk e duron dot, le t\u00eb ik\u00eb. Kush duron, le t\u00eb rrij\u00eb. Ai vet\u00eb s\u2019ka nd\u00ebrmend t\u00eb ik\u00eb.
