Ata pak njer\u00ebz q\u00eb takuam tregonin p\u00ebr tmerrin q\u00eb kishin p\u00ebrjetuar, nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb nuk ishin t\u00eb sigurt n\u00ebse i kishte ardhur fundi apo jo ankthit t\u00eb tyre. Nj\u00eb jav\u00eb m\u00eb von\u00eb, n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjtin vend n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb qytet situata kishte ndryshuar duksh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Disa t\u00eb rinj nga Shqip\u00ebria kishin sjell\u00eb disa fuqi naft\u00eb dhe benzin\u00eb dhe shisnin p\u00ebr marka ose lek\u00eb, por nuk pranonin dinar\u00eb t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb. Ushtar\u00ebt italian\u00eb, me syza dielli, b\u00ebnin foto mbi autoblindat e tyre, nd\u00ebrsa rrug\u00ebve t\u00eb qytetit shiheshin ushtar\u00eb me uniforma t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb. Disa prej tyre filluan bised\u00ebn, por nuk flisnin p\u00ebr luft\u00ebn. Flisnin rreth asaj se cila ka qen\u00eb U\u00c7K-ja e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb, kush ka luftuar n\u00eb Koshare e kush n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb e Vjen\u00eb, kush ka bashk\u00ebpunuar me serb\u00eb e kush jo. Cila pjes\u00eb e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb \u201es\u2019ka pas\u00eb koh\u00eb me luftu kund\u00ebr shkaut se ka luftu kund\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebve  tjer\u00eb\u201c. N\u00eb fund, duke e ditur se kemi raportuar nga selia e NATO-s gjat\u00eb fushat\u00ebs s\u00eb bombardimeve dhe kemi hyr\u00eb me trupat e NATO-s n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, nj\u00ebri prej tyre na tha: \u201eAh, ju jeni ata gazetar\u00ebt q\u00eb po mundoheni ta  bindni popullin se kishe NATO-ja na ka \u00e7liruar\u201c. N\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb nuk e kuptova sa duhej k\u00ebt\u00eb v\u00ebrejtje, por sot e kam m\u00eb t\u00eb qart\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb kishte dashur t\u00eb thoshte.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe sot e k\u00ebsaj dite marrja e meritave p\u00ebr di\u00e7ka n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb mod\u00eb, p\u00ebr \u00e7far\u00ebdo qoft\u00eb. Pa dyshim se askush nuk ka dh\u00ebn\u00eb kontribut m\u00eb t\u00eb madh p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin e Kosov\u00ebs sesa ata q\u00eb ishin n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb shkonin n\u00eb front q\u00eb t\u00eb jepnin jet\u00ebn e tyre p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb liri. Por \u00e7far\u00eb nevoje kan\u00eb ata t\u00eb orvaten t\u00eb n\u00ebnvler\u00ebsojn\u00eb luft\u00ebn e NATO-s, pa t\u00eb cil\u00ebn pakkush beson se shqiptar\u00ebt e Kosov\u00ebs vet\u00eb do ta \u00e7lironin vendin e tyre. Po sot edhe francez\u00ebt, belg\u00ebt dhe holandez\u00ebt haptas thon\u00eb se lirin\u00eb e tyre ua kan\u00eb borxh amerikan\u00ebve dhe anglez\u00ebve.<\/p>\n<p>Tash kur kujtoj ato dit\u00eb t\u00eb vitit 1999, hyrjen n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb me trupat e NATO-s pas tre muaj e gjysm\u00eb t\u00eb num\u00ebrimit t\u00eb secilit sulm t\u00eb Aleanc\u00ebs ndaj forcave t\u00eb Milosheviqit, si\u00e7 po num\u00ebrohen sot ato ndaj forcave t\u00eb Gadafit n\u00eb Libi, detyrimisht mendoj se Kosova dhe populli i saj kan\u00eb pasur nj\u00eb fat n\u00eb fatkeq\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre dhe rrota e historis\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb sjell\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb. Shum\u00eb rrethana kan\u00eb ndikuar q\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb t\u00eb nd\u00ebrhyj\u00eb NATO-ja, e nj\u00ebra prej tyre ka qen\u00eb d\u00ebshtimi tragjik i bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare n\u00eb Bosnj\u00eb-Hercegovin\u00eb, ku me heshtjen e NATO-s dhe mosveprimin e misionit t\u00eb OKB-s\u00eb ndodhi gjenocidi n\u00eb Srebrenic\u00eb. Fjala e par\u00eb q\u00eb NATO-ja kishte th\u00ebn\u00eb p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb vitit 1998 ishte se \u201enuk do t\u00eb lejohet p\u00ebrs\u00ebritja e Bosnj\u00ebs n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb\u201c. Kishte shum\u00eb nd\u00ebrlidhje zhvillimesh q\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrmbyllej kjo pjes\u00eb e historis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, Ballkanit, Evrop\u00ebs dhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Po t\u00eb mos ishte represioni serb, nuk do t\u00eb kishte as rezistenc\u00eb paq\u00ebsore, pa t\u00eb cil\u00ebn nuk do t\u00eb ndodhnin zhg\u00ebnjimi dhe p\u00ebrulja e pap\u00ebrballueshme e qytetar\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, q\u00eb solli paraqitjen e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb, lufta e s\u00eb cil\u00ebs solli interesimin m\u00eb t\u00eb madh t\u00eb bashk\u00ebsis\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare dhe Konferenca e Rambouilletit q\u00eb nxori nj\u00eb marr\u00ebveshje, mospranimi i s\u00eb cil\u00ebs nga Serbia dhe pranimi nga delegacioni i Kosov\u00ebs solli nisjen e bombardimeve t\u00eb NATO-s, t\u00eb cilat soll\u00ebn largimin e forcave t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb nga Kosova, q\u00eb do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb kuptohej si \u00e7lirim i Kosov\u00ebs. Sot nganj\u00ebher\u00eb harrohet kjo lidhje e ngjarjeve dhe na dalin legjenda t\u00eb ndryshme rreth asaj se kush kur dhe cil\u00ebn pjes\u00eb t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs na e paska \u00e7liruar.<\/p>\n<p>Tash 12 vjet pas \u00e7lirimit t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs si dit\u00eb e \u00e7lirimit t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs festohet dita kur n\u00eb qend\u00ebr t\u00eb qytetit kishin hyr\u00eb forcat ruse, dit\u00eb q\u00eb ata t\u00eb cil\u00ebt e p\u00ebrjetuan thon\u00eb se ka qen\u00eb dita m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00eb n\u00eb jet\u00ebn e tyre. Tash idealizohet gjith\u00e7ka dhe krijohet p\u00ebrshtypja se Kosova ishte unike n\u00eb luft\u00ebn e saj p\u00ebr \u00e7lirim, \u00e7ka \u00ebsht\u00eb falsifikim i historis\u00eb. Ish-kund\u00ebrshtar\u00ebt e koh\u00ebs s\u00eb luft\u00ebs, q\u00eb as ideali i luft\u00ebs p\u00ebr liri dhe pavar\u00ebsi nuk arriti t\u2019i bashkonte, tash jan\u00eb bashkuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb ndar\u00eb pushtetin, sepse nuk paska ideal m\u00eb t\u00eb madh sesa pushteti. Nuk mund t\u2019i harrojm\u00eb sot rolin e  Bujar Bukoshit e t\u00eb Hashim Tha\u00e7it, q\u00eb b\u00ebn\u00eb q\u00eb Kosova e asaj kohe duke u paraqitur me dy qeveri dhe dy kryeministra u kuptua nga faktori nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar si nj\u00eb vend pa pushtet dhe u lejua anarkia.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb mos harrojm\u00eb se presidenti i at\u00ebhersh\u00ebm Ibrahim Rugova u kthye nga Italia vet\u00ebm pasi e solli ambasadori i at\u00ebhersh\u00ebm amerikan n\u00eb Shkup, Christophet Hill. T\u00eb mos harrojm\u00eb se disa komandant\u00eb t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb edhe pas luft\u00ebs i ndanin zonat, dhe nuk dihej n\u00ebse Prishtina i takonte zon\u00ebs s\u00eb Llapit apo t\u00eb Drenic\u00ebs.  T\u00eb mos harrojm\u00eb se sa u shum\u00ebfishua numri i luft\u00ebtar\u00ebve pas luft\u00ebs dhe sa njer\u00ebz blinin uniforma, e vinin shenj\u00ebn e U\u00c7K-s\u00eb dhe me to pla\u00e7kitnin bag\u00ebti n\u00ebp\u00ebr fshatra t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe b\u00ebnin gjith\u00eb t\u00eb zezat, duke njollosur k\u00ebshtu imazhin e atyre q\u00eb v\u00ebrtet luftuan dhe sakrifikuan gjith\u00e7ka p\u00ebr \u00e7lirimin e Kosov\u00ebs. Me t\u00eb drejt\u00eb disa komandant\u00eb t\u00eb U\u00c7K-s\u00eb thoshin se po t\u00eb kishim pasur kaq ushtar\u00eb n\u00eb luft\u00eb sa paraqiten se kemi tash pas luft\u00ebs, ndoshta nuk do t\u00eb kishim pasur fare nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr NATO-n.<\/p>\n<p>Por sot paraqitet edhe nj\u00eb pyetje tjet\u00ebr, ajo a \u00ebsht\u00eb Kosova m\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb e lir\u00eb dhe e pavarur. Tash 12 vjet m\u00eb von\u00eb, kemi policin\u00eb e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, pa ftes\u00eb t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, t\u00eb jet\u00eb e pranishme n\u00eb territorin e Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs. Pranin\u00eb e forcave t\u00eb huaja ushtarake dhe policore nuk e trajtojm\u00eb si kufizim t\u00eb liris\u00eb, sepse kan\u00eb ardhur edhe me ftes\u00eb t\u00eb autoriteteve legjitime t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs si rezultat i kuptimit se vet\u00eb nuk jemi n\u00eb gjendje t\u00eb udh\u00ebheqim shtetin n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb demokratike dhe n\u00eb respektim t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb sundimit t\u00eb rendit dhe ligjit.<\/p>\n<p>Kosova do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb caktonte zyrtarisht nj\u00eb dit\u00eb t\u00eb \u00e7lirimit t\u00eb saj. Ka aq shum\u00eb festa, madje edhe aso qesharake si \u201eDita e Evrop\u00ebs\u201c q\u00eb askund n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb pos n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb dit\u00eb e fest\u00ebs shtet\u00ebrore.
