Profesori i ekonomis\u00eb, Isa Mustafa, ka nisur t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb hapat e par\u00eb drejt karriges m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb LDK, edhe pse asnj\u00eb fjal\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb nuk ka th\u00ebn\u00eb deri tani.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb p\u00ebr lirin\u00eb e shprehjes, e cila n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb, jo vet\u00ebm sipas tij, ka probleme t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, duke aluduar mbi t\u00eb gjitha te mediet, angazhimi n\u00eb raundin e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb fushat\u00ebs elektorale, p\u00ebrkrah kandidat\u00ebve t\u00eb tjer\u00eb t\u00eb LDK, q\u00eb synojn\u00eb postin e kryetarit, dhe m\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, deklaratat e tij kund\u00ebr koalicionit n\u00eb nivel qendror, vetvetiu i japin profilin e nj\u00eb lideri t\u00eb nivelit qendror.<\/p>\n<p>E mbetur pa nj\u00eb lider karizmatik, q\u00eb pas shuarjes s\u00eb Ibrahim Rugov\u00ebs, Lidhja Demokratike p\u00ebsoi disfata t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, q\u00eb jo vet\u00ebm i mor\u00ebn primatin n\u00eb sken\u00ebn politike, por i lan\u00eb edhe nj\u00eb njoll\u00eb t\u00eb keqe n\u00eb imazhin e saj. Rrahjet me karrige n\u00eb Kuvendin e VI, ku do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb zgjidhej kryetari i partis\u00eb, \u00e7oi n\u00eb nj\u00eb ndarje fatale p\u00ebr t\u00eb. Nexhat Daci, nj\u00eb nga figurat qendrore t\u00eb partis\u00eb, zgjodhi t\u00eb dal\u00eb n\u00eb sht\u00ebpi t\u00eb vet duke i marr\u00eb jo pak, por dhjet\u00eb p\u00ebr qind t\u00eb elektoratit.<\/p>\n<p>Figura t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, q\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjall\u00eb t\u00eb Rugov\u00ebs i kishin ikur partis\u00eb. Intelektualja Edita Tahiri, Edi Shukriu apo rrjedhjet e tjera t\u00eb m\u00ebdha si pasoj\u00eb e luft\u00ebs s\u00eb brendshme, e kishin dob\u00ebsuar k\u00ebt\u00eb parti prej koh\u00ebsh. Kryetari i ngrir\u00eb i saj, presidenti Sejdiu, q\u00eb prej fillimit nuk ka treguar lidership. Hyrja n\u00eb koalicion me PDK duket se \u00ebsht\u00eb m\u00ebkati i tij fillestar, m\u00ebkat t\u00eb cilin Isa Mustafa duket se nuk e duron dot. E shprehu disa her\u00eb gjat\u00eb fushat\u00ebs elektorale k\u00ebt\u00eb, dhe po e artikulon edhe tani.<\/p>\n<p>Fushata negative q\u00eb u zhvillua n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb kund\u00ebr tij, do t\u00eb kishte qen\u00eb n\u00eb rregull, sikur LDK t\u00eb mos ishte n\u00eb koalicion me PDK. Dhe Mustafa ka pasur plot\u00ebsisht t\u00eb drejt\u00eb t\u00eb zem\u00ebrohej. P\u00ebr ta kuptuar m\u00eb mir\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb mjafton t\u00eb kujtojm\u00eb zem\u00ebrimin e Tha\u00e7it, kur nga Zanzibari shpalli \u201cgjysm\u00eb-autonomin\u00eb\u201d nga LDK, p\u00ebr shkak se kjo e fundit kishte b\u00ebr\u00eb koalicion n\u00eb Prizren me armikun e saj, AAK.<\/p>\n<p>Por koalicioni vazhdoi dhe Zanzibari duket se do t\u00eb jet\u00eb pjes\u00eb e favorizuar e axhend\u00ebs s\u00eb Isa Mustaf\u00ebs, sapo t\u00eb marr\u00eb kreun e LDK.<\/p>\n<p>Deklarata e tij n\u00eb Gjilan, se ata nuk do t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqen pse do t\u00eb fitojn\u00eb at\u00eb komun\u00eb, por pse do ta mundin Partin\u00eb Demokratike, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb orientim i qart\u00eb i busull\u00ebs s\u00eb tij politike. Ai \u00ebsht\u00eb kund\u00ebr k\u00ebtij koalicioni dhe ngjitja e tij n\u00eb krye t\u00eb partis\u00eb do t\u00eb thoshte edhe fund i koalicionit. Mir\u00ebpo deri at\u00ebher\u00eb ka ende shum\u00eb pun\u00eb p\u00ebrpara. Kuvendi i ardhsh\u00ebm i LDK pritet t\u00eb zhvillohet n\u00eb muajt e par\u00eb t\u00eb vitit t\u00eb ardhsh\u00ebm, n\u00eb mos n\u00eb janar.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrsa rezultat e raundit t\u00eb dyt\u00eb t\u00eb zgjedhjeve komunale do t\u00eb sh\u00ebrbejn\u00eb si nj\u00eb pasqyr\u00eb, ku LDK duhet ta shikoj\u00eb vet\u00ebn mir\u00eb. N\u00eb rast se nuk do t\u2019ia dal\u00eb t\u00eb rikthej\u00eb disa komuna, si ajo e Prizrenit apo Gjilanit &#8211; tashm\u00eb Mitrovic\u00ebn e ka t\u00eb humbur &#8211; LDK do ta ket\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb shk\u00ebputet nga koalicioni dhe ta \u00e7oj\u00eb vendin n\u00eb zgjedhje t\u00eb parakohshme.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb fakt, Partia Demokratike e Kosov\u00ebs pas disfat\u00ebs s\u00eb Zanzibarit p\u00ebr prishje me partnerin qeveris\u00ebs \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb ethe pik\u00ebrisht nga nj\u00eb dalje LDK nga koalicioni dhe hyrja e saj n\u00eb nj\u00eb koalicion parazgjedhor me AAK. P\u00ebr gjith\u00eb k\u00ebto hapa Lidhja Demokratike, e cila tashm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb e ndar\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebnaqur (ata q\u00eb jan\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet) dhe t\u00eb pak\u00ebnaqur (ata q\u00eb kan\u00eb mbetur larg kolltuk\u00ebve), ka nevoj\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb lider t\u00eb fort\u00eb, dhe mbi t\u00eb gjitha jo t\u00eb \u201cngrir\u00eb.\u201d Ja p\u00ebrse zoti Mustafa po projekton veten n\u00eb heshtje e pse jo edhe nga nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e mir\u00eb e partis\u00eb si lideri i k\u00ebsaj force politike.<\/p>\n<p>Dhe sfidat q\u00eb ka p\u00ebrpara jan\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdha. Nga nj\u00eb reform\u00eb e t\u00ebr\u00ebsishme e k\u00ebsaj partie, n\u00eb njer\u00ebz dhe mentalitet, e deri te nj\u00eb imazh i ri i pasuruar nga t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Nga nj\u00eb komunikim tjet\u00ebr me publikun p\u00ebrmes medies, defekt i r\u00ebnd\u00eb i LDK, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin ka paguar nj\u00eb \u00e7mim jo t\u00eb vog\u00ebl e deri te tentativat p\u00ebr t\u00eb rikthyer n\u00eb parti njer\u00ebz t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm q\u00eb e kan\u00eb braktisur. E mbi t\u00eb gjitha krijimi i nj\u00eb raporti t\u00eb ri me partin\u00eb q\u00eb ka dal\u00eb nga gjiri i saj, LDD.<\/p>\n<p>Nga ana tjet\u00ebr, zotit Mustafa do t\u2019i duhet t\u00eb sheshoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha pak\u00ebnaq\u00ebsit\u00eb e mbledhura n\u00eb LDK, dhe mbi t\u00eb gjitha t\u00eb marr\u00eb bekimin e presidentit p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb post. Deri tani nuk kemi d\u00ebgjuar asnj\u00eb deklarat\u00eb se presidenti Sejdiu ka nd\u00ebrmend t\u00eb jap\u00eb dor\u00ebheqjen nga kreu i partis\u00eb, edhe pse e mban k\u00ebt\u00eb post n\u00eb shkelje t\u00eb hapur me Kushtetut\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs. Meq\u00eb ra fjala, kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje, t\u00eb cil\u00ebn Gjykata Kushtetuese, si gardiane e respektimit t\u00eb Kushtetut\u00ebs, ende \u201cnuk ka gjetur koh\u00eb\u201d p\u00ebr ta identifikuar.
