Rexhep Uk Go\u00e7i<\/strong> ka lindur n\u00eb vitin 1937 n\u00eb fshatin \u04aaerem t\u00eb rrethit Tropoj\u00eb. Rexhepi ka qen\u00eb i martuar me Bora Go\u00e7aj dhe kan\u00eb lindur 7 f\u00ebmij\u00eb: Perlatin (m\u00eb i madhi), Esatin, Luanin dhe motrat Sadete, Valdete, Valbona dhe Servete. Rexhepi kishte arsim fillor dhe ka punuar n\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrjen e gjeologjis\u00eb n\u00eb Tropoj\u00eb. M\u00eb 14.2.1975 arrestohet nga Sigurimi p\u00ebr agjitacion dhe propagand\u00eb kund\u00ebr pushtetit popullor, parashikuar nga Neni 73\/1 KP. M\u00eb 30.5.1975 Gjykata e Tropoj\u00ebs e d\u00ebnon me 10 vjet heqje lirie. M\u00eb pas e d\u00ebrgojn\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb vuajtur d\u00ebnimin n\u00eb kampin e Spa\u00e7it t\u00eb Mirdit\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

N\u00eb vitin 1982 n\u00eb muajin n\u00ebntor qeveria komuniste b\u00ebn nj\u00eb amnisti p\u00ebr t\u00eb burgosurit politik\u00eb. N\u00eb burgun e Spa\u00e7it p\u00ebrfitonin 373 apo 375 t\u00eb d\u00ebnuar, t\u00eb cil\u00ebt u liruan m\u00eb 15 n\u00ebntor 1982. T\u00eb nes\u00ebrmen, m\u00eb 16 n\u00ebntor Rexhep Go\u00e7i do t\u00eb jepte shpirt tek galeria 15\/1 nga bresh\u00ebrit\u00eb e kallashnikovit. Ishte \u201crregull\u201d i komand\u00ebs q\u00eb mbasi t\u00eb vrisnin dhe t\u00eb groposnin p\u00ebr rastin n\u00eb fjal\u00eb, vendgroposja ishte n\u00eb Shpal t\u00eb Mirdit\u00ebs. Pas vitit 1990 familjar\u00ebt e Rexhepit interesohen dhe e zbulojn\u00eb vendgroposjen, e marrin dhe e varrosin n\u00eb vendin e lindjes ku pushon p\u00ebrjet\u00ebsisht pran\u00eb t\u00eb par\u00ebve t\u00eb tij.<\/p>\n

Rreth viteve 70-t\u00eb, n\u00eb kupol\u00ebn e krimit n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, diktatori po vazhdonte krimet e radh\u00ebs. N\u00eb burgun e Spa\u00e7it vinin lloj-lloj informacionesh, ndoshta p\u00ebr t\u2019i pasur ne si ushqim t\u00eb shpres\u00ebs. N\u00eb vitin 1982, nat\u00ebn e shtat\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb duke u gdhir\u00eb 18 dhjetori, n\u00eb televizion u dha nj\u00eb lajm i g\u00ebzuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr ne: \u201cNga nj\u00eb kriz\u00eb nervore, kryeministri i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, shoku Mehmet Shehu, vrau veten\u201d. T\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb burgosurit p\u00ebrfshi dhe un\u00eb, u g\u00ebzuam shum\u00eb. Bisedonim nga dy e nga tre t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebnuarit, se komunizmi po e \u00e7onte drejt fundit ngr\u00ebnien e pjell\u00ebs s\u00eb vet. Qeveria komuniste shpalli nj\u00eb amnisti p\u00ebr t\u00eb burgosurit politik\u00eb dhe m\u00eb 15 dhjetor 1982, n\u00eb burgun e Spa\u00e7it, u liruan mbi treqindeshtat\u00ebdhjet\u00eb t\u00eb d\u00ebnuar. N\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrllogaritjeve nj\u00eb i d\u00ebnuar nga rrethi i Tropoj\u00ebs, Rexhep Uk Go\u00e7i, nuk p\u00ebrfitonte nga kjo amnisti, sepse kishte nj\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb dit\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb sipas p\u00ebrllogaritjes s\u00eb kartelistit t\u00eb komand\u00ebs.<\/p>\n

K\u00ebta q\u00eb u liruan ishin n\u00eb brigada t\u00eb ndryshme nga t\u00eb pes\u00eb zonat e minier\u00ebs, ku n\u00ebn pesh\u00ebn e kamzhikut dhe torturave t\u00eb tjera, si lidhje me hekura pran\u00eb shtyll\u00ebs s\u00eb betonit dhe shum\u00eb her\u00eb me duart e lidhura mbrapa, t\u00eb lidhnin dhe nj\u00eb rrot\u00eb vagoni q\u00eb peshonte vet\u00ebm n\u00eb duart e lidhura. Kjo rrot\u00eb vagoni nuk takonte n\u00eb tok\u00eb. Problem i padiskutuesh\u00ebm ishte zona e dyt\u00eb, ku nxirrej minerali i piritit n\u00ebn temperatur\u00ebn 40\u00b0 – 45\u00b0 nxeht\u00ebsi. E plot\u00ebsuan brigad\u00ebn aq sa duheshin p\u00ebr vagonat e piritit.

\nUn\u00eb n\u00eb at\u00eb koh\u00eb punoja n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e pest\u00eb dhe m\u00eb kaluan n\u00eb zon\u00ebn e dyt\u00eb bashk\u00eb me disa armator\u00eb (pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt e mir\u00ebmbajtjes s\u00eb galeris\u00eb quheshin armator\u00eb). K\u00ebshtu q\u00eb midis disa t\u00eb tjer\u00ebve ishte dhe Rexhep Go\u00e7i. N\u00eb koh\u00ebn q\u00eb do futeshim brenda n\u00eb galeri dhe sakt\u00ebsisht n\u00eb galerin\u00eb 15\/1, e vjet\u00ebr th\u00ebrriteshe. Rexhepi do t\u00eb punonte n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb galeri si\u00e7 thash\u00eb m\u00eb sip\u00ebr, armator dhe merr nj\u00eb mjet q\u00eb quhej \u201ckarrotrupe\u201d p\u00ebr t\u00eb marr\u00eb disa trupa betoni jo shum\u00eb larg gryk\u00ebs s\u00eb galeris\u00eb 15\/1. N\u00eb t\u00eb djatht\u00eb t\u00eb k\u00ebsaj galerie, gati 200-300 metra larg, ishte rrethimi dhe nj\u00eb karakoll nga jasht\u00eb tre rrethimeve me tela me gj\u00ebmba, q\u00eb vigj\u00eblonte nat\u00eb-dit\u00eb ushtari me automatik n\u00eb dor\u00eb. Duhet t\u00eb sqaroj nj\u00eb gj\u00eb p\u00ebr lexuesin q\u00eb nuk ka d\u00ebgjuar p\u00ebr k\u00ebto q\u00eb po rr\u00ebfej. N\u00eb qoft\u00eb se ushtari vriste nj\u00eb \u201carmik\u201d (t\u00eb burgosur politik), shp\u00ebrblimi i par\u00eb ishte pes\u00ebmb\u00ebdhjet\u00eb dit\u00eb leje dhe patjet\u00ebr dhe nj\u00eb dekorat\u00eb dhe kur do mbaronte ushtrin\u00eb, komanda i vishte polic\u00eb po n\u00eb kamp. N\u00eb brend\u00ebsi t\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebs nga rrethimet e 20-25 metra larg galeris\u00eb, ishin vendosur disa tabela n\u00eb form\u00eb trek\u00ebnd\u00ebshash (prej hekuri), q\u00eb i d\u00ebnuari nuk duhet t\u00eb kalonte dhe as t\u00eb afroheshe.

\nRexhepi, disa metra larg k\u00ebtyre tabelave, po ngarkonte trupat e betonit p\u00ebr t\u2019u futur n\u00eb galeri. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb koh\u00eb u d\u00ebgjua ul\u00ebrima e automatikut, ne shtang\u00ebm t\u00eb gjith\u00eb sa ishim nga frika. Sapo u d\u00ebgjua zhurma vdekjeprur\u00ebse, polici doli e i th\u00ebrret ushtarit: \u201c\u00c7\u2019b\u00ebre more, ndaloje zjarrin\u201d. Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb Rexhepi ra n\u00eb nj\u00eb brinj\u00eb me trupin e betonit n\u00eb preh\u00ebr dhe me nj\u00eb z\u00eb gati n\u00eb fikje foli: \u201c\u00c7\u2019m\u00eb b\u00ebre more ushtar, m\u00eb vrave, m\u2019i le f\u00ebmij\u00ebt rrug\u00ebve, kam nj\u00eb qerre me f\u00ebmij\u00eb. Oh Zot, pse, pse k\u00ebshtu me mua, mir\u00eb q\u00eb s\u2019m\u00eb liruat, po pse m\u00eb vrat\u00eb? Ah, f\u00ebmij\u00ebt mbet\u00ebn jetim\u00eb\u201d. Gjaku dalngadal\u00eb po skuqte rrobat e pista nga piriti, vari kok\u00ebn m\u00ebnjan\u00eb dhe nuk u ndje m\u00eb. Polici q\u00ebndronte n\u00eb k\u00ebmb\u00eb, pran\u00eb kufom\u00ebs duke na ul\u00ebritur neve: \u201cFutuni brenda, futuni brenda\u201d. P\u00ebr tet\u00eb or\u00eb rresht, ulur n\u00eb cepin e galeris\u00eb e pa folur asnj\u00eb fjal\u00eb me nj\u00ebri – tjetrin, t\u00eb ndri\u00e7uar nga llamba karbitit e cila l\u00ebshonte nj\u00eb flak\u00eb t\u00eb verdh\u00eb, duke l\u00ebvizur sa majtas djathtas. Gjithsesi ata e prisnin t\u00eb kthehej i gjall\u00eb, m\u00eb i plakur e i thinjur, i d\u00ebrmuarr nga jeta dhe fati q\u00eb e nd\u00ebshkoi aq r\u00ebnd\u00eb. Megjithat\u00eb dhe ato pak eshtra q\u00eb kan\u00eb mbetur pa u tretur po udh\u00ebtojn\u00eb t\u00eb pushojn\u00eb n\u00eb vendlindje.
