U ndoq\u00ebn nga   okupatori serb dhe nuk la ma shqiptar atje, pos  toponimeve  shqiptare q\u00eb kan\u00eb mbetur gjurm\u00eb t\u00eb historis\u00eb  si Kastrat, Bllaca, Vllasa, Grabanica, Spanca, Konjusha, Gajtani, Arbana, Breznica etj.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebto toponime sot shqiptaret e Kosov\u00ebs i kan\u00eb si mbiemra t\u00eb trash\u00ebguar n\u00eb baz\u00eb t\u00eb kujtimit,e  toponimeve  me vendbanime shqiptare, qe p\u00ebrkund\u00ebr reprezaljeve dhe terrorit q\u00eb e ndoqi Serbia, k\u00ebto toponime u ruajt\u00ebn deri me sot si\u00e7 jan\u00eb Kastrati, Vllasa, Grabanica, Spanca, Konjusha, Gajtani, Arbana, Breznica etj. Territori i asaj krahine po thuajse p\u00ebrputhet me  t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs se tanishme n\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn gjeografike! Qe 100 vjet e ka braktisur politika  shqiptaret at\u00eb periudh\u00eb, duke e l\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00ebn \u201cm\u00ebshir\u00ebn\u201d e sundimit kolonial dhe gjenocidal t\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsisht t\u00eb Jugosllavis\u00eb se ma vonshme deri me dit\u00ebt e sotshme.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-7236\" title=\"Harta e autostrades\" src=\"http:\/\/www.shkoder.net\/images\/fjala\/2011\/harta_autostrades.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" \/>Asnj\u00eb  organ  qoft\u00eb nga Shqip\u00ebria, Kosova apo  ndonj\u00eb institucioni shqiptar nuk  e paditi Serbin\u00eb  nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtarisht p\u00ebr gjenocid dhe pastrim etnik me d\u00ebbime masive nga Kosova.<\/p>\n<p>Pra, shikuar n\u00eb retrospektiv\u00ebn historike, politike dhe diplomatike, asnj\u00eb organ qoft\u00eb nga Shqip\u00ebria, Kosova apo  ndonj\u00eb institucioni shqiptar nuk e ngrit  ndonj\u00eb  reagim nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar  (kall\u00ebzim penal nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar kund\u00eb Serbis\u00eb, p\u00ebr at\u00eb gjenocid p\u00ebr ato territore  po edhe  dhe p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebt tjera, t\u00eb Anamorav\u00ebs  (Preshev\u00eb, Bujanoc, Medvegj\u00eb), t\u00eb  administruara nga Serbia . Pra, e pranuam apo jo,  Kosova veriore  de fakto dhe de jure, \u00ebsht\u00eb  pushtuar pa luft\u00eb (por me forc\u00eb dhe me spastrim etnik)  nga Serbia qe 12 vjet (1999) n\u00eb historin\u00eb ma t\u00eb re.<\/p>\n<p>Ndarja nuk ka brir\u00eb ka tendenca qe territori i shqiptar\u00ebve , me  u ngushtua akoma me  politik\u00ebn e \u201cbajloz\u00ebve  shqiptar n\u00eb qeverin\u00eb aktuale\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ndarja nuk ka brir\u00eb, ka tendenca qe territori me  u ngushtua akoma, me  politiken e \u201cbajloz\u00ebve  shqiptar n\u00eb qeverin\u00eb aktuale\u201d q\u00eb e kan\u00eb humbur&#8221; t\u00eb drejt\u00ebn legale mbi Kosov\u00ebn dhe mbi territoret e tjera shqiptare, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb segment po  i \u00e7orientojn\u00eb edhe parametrat synuese t\u00eb bashkimit  duke ndjekur nj\u00eb politik\u00eb te pa vizion!  Sido q\u00eb t\u00eb kuptohet,  t\u00eb trajtohet dhe t\u00eb justifikohet nisja dhe zhvillimi i dialogut Beograd \u2013 Prishtin\u00eb, Kosova veriore nuk mund t\u00eb rikthehet n\u00ebn sovranitetin administrativ dhe shtet\u00ebror t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, pa p\u00ebrdorur instrumentet juridike ligjore dhe forc\u00ebn, pavar\u00ebsisht se \u00e7far\u00eb deklarojn\u00eb  qarqet zyrtare politike t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs dhe partner\u00ebt e tyre evro-nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00eb. K\u00ebtu duhet te reagohet me te gjitha mjetet  juridike  dhe politike q\u00eb t\u00eb b\u00ebhet  nj\u00eb kall\u00ebzim penal nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb &#8220;gjenocidit serb&#8221; t\u00eb  ato troje q\u00eb jan\u00eb te boshatisura  me dhun\u00eb dhe terror  nga Serbia qe u p\u00ebrmenden ma lart.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7ka t\u00eb bisedohet me Serbin\u00eb ne dialogun aktual.<\/p>\n<p>A. Te bisedohet p\u00ebr  njer\u00ebzit e zhdukur n\u00eb luft\u00ebn e fundit.<\/p>\n<p>B. T\u00eb bisedohet p\u00ebr gjenocidin qe b\u00ebri Serbia  ne Kosov\u00eb  n\u00eb luft\u00ebn e fundit.<\/p>\n<p>C. T\u00eb bisedohet p\u00ebr  d\u00ebmshp\u00ebrblimin qe duhet me  dh\u00ebn\u00eb  Serbia p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb luft\u00eb  t\u00eb pa drejt\u00eb,  terroriste  te p\u00ebrcjellur me dhun\u00eb  vrasje dhe d\u00ebbim masiv  t\u00eb popullat\u00ebs nga Kosova.<\/p>\n<p>D. Te bisedohet p\u00ebr territoret shqiptare  te lartsh\u00ebnuara t\u00eb okupuara nga Serbia t\u00eb okupuara si Kastrat,Bllaca ,Vllasa .Grabanica,Spanca,Konjusha ,Gajtani Arbana ,Breznica etj<\/p>\n<p>E. T\u00eb bisedohet  pastaj p\u00ebr marr\u00ebdh\u00ebniet  e nd\u00ebrsjella  reciproke  e jo si\u00e7 po ndodh me  pal\u00ebt negociuese serbo-shqiptare (Edita Tahiri p\u00ebr pal\u00ebn shqiptare, dhe Borko Stefanoviq p\u00ebr pal\u00ebn serbe),qe ky i fundit i provokon  sharlatan\u00ebt shqiptar edhe me cop\u00ebtimin  dhe ngushtimin e territorit t\u00eb shqiptareve duke aluduar, pazarll\u00ebqe  me tokat shqiptare,si  shk\u00ebmbim  (ep dhe merr) territoret tona shqiptare  ku shpesh na vjen t\u00eb d\u00ebgjojm\u00eb edhe nga shqipfol\u00ebs  t\u00eb  pa dije dhe te pa kurriz q\u00eb t\u00eb shk\u00ebmbehet  &#8220;Mitrovica -veriore &#8220;, me trojet shqiptare Bujanovc,Preshev\u00eb dhe Medvegj\u00eb ku te gjitha jan\u00eb tonat!?&#8230;     Tu themi mjaft sharlatan\u00ebve shqiptar mos luani me  gj\u00ebra t\u00eb shenjta si trash\u00ebgimtar  babe -baba-dem te k\u00ebtyre trojeve tona, nga paraardh\u00ebsit tan\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-thumbnail wp-image-7236\" title=\"Punime ne autostrade\" src=\"http:\/\/www.shkoder.net\/images\/fjala\/2011\/punime_ne_autostrade.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"500\" \/><\/p>\n<p>T\u00eb keni kujdes  &#8220;sharllotan  politikaj\u00eb&#8221; se me fal\u00eb e me shit mund ta shiteni  vet\u00ebm ndonj\u00eb lop\u00eb  qe \u00ebsht\u00eb &#8220;pron\u00eb e juaja e lidhur n\u00eb shtall\u00ebn tuaj&#8221;,   e jo (tok\u00ebn e shenjte  arb\u00ebrore  t\u00eb st\u00ebrgjyshave qe na mbeti amanet ta ruajm\u00eb si syt\u00eb e ballit), prandaj larg duart nga pisll\u00ebqet e juaja  t\u00eb interesave personale  klanore , grupore dhe rajonale.<\/p>\n<p>Punimet  n\u00eb Autostrad\u00ebn  Morin\u00eb- Merdare  qe e lidh serbet e Shumadis\u00eb duke i anashkaluar v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit e &#8220;Kosov\u00ebs lindore&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebtu po e nd\u00ebrlidhi edhe \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e Autostrad\u00ebs qe  shihet se p\u00ebr nj\u00eb arsye apo nj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr, jeni duke  e gabuar destinacionin e saj  duke i anashkaluar  v\u00ebllez\u00ebrit  tan\u00eb  n\u00eb &#8220;Kosov\u00ebn lindore&#8221;   q\u00eb te lidhen  me k\u00ebt\u00eb rrug\u00eb dhe trungun e Kombit.<\/p>\n<p>Rruga e p\u00ebrcaktuar sipas projektit  Morine-Merdare p\u00ebr Prokuple ju shkon p\u00ebr shtati vet\u00ebm serb\u00ebve t\u00eb Shumadis\u00eb n\u00eb Serbi .<\/p>\n<p>Rruga e p\u00ebrcaktuar sipas projektit  Morine -Merdare p\u00ebr Prokuple ju shkon p\u00ebr shtati vet\u00ebm serb\u00ebve t\u00eb Shumadis\u00eb n\u00eb Serbi.
