Diplomati amerikan tha se Shtetet e Bashkuara jan\u00eb t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsuara p\u00ebr situat\u00ebn pas zgjedhore n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00ebvend\u00ebs Ndihm\u00ebs Sekretari i Shtetit p\u00ebr Euroazin\u00eb, Tomas Kantrimen vler\u00ebsoi lart popullin shqiptar p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarrjen masive dhe sjelljen dinjitoze n\u00eb zgjedhjet vendore t\u00eb 8 majit dhe mij\u00ebra v\u00ebzhguesit e pavarur vendas q\u00eb ndoq\u00ebn zgjedhjet. N\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha bashkit\u00eb, me p\u00ebrjashtim t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs, tha ai, procesi shkoi mir\u00eb. P\u00ebr Tiran\u00ebn gara ishte e ngusht\u00eb dhe manovrimet kan\u00eb q\u00ebn\u00eb intensive.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNe kemi shprehur dyshimet tona p\u00ebr baz\u00ebn ligjore t\u00eb vendimt t\u00eb Komisionit Qendror t\u00eb Zgjedhjeve p\u00ebr t\u00eb num\u00ebruar nj\u00eb kategori t\u00eb caktuar flet\u00ebsh votimi. \u00c7\u00ebshtjet lidhur me to i jan\u00eb parashtruar Kolegjit Zgjedhor.  Por p\u00ebr ne \u00ebsht\u00eb esenciale q\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha partit\u00eb t\u00eb sillen me t\u00eb njejtin dinjitet q\u00eb tregoi populli shqiptar, t\u00eb ruajn\u00eb qet\u00ebsin\u00eb, t\u00eb respektojn\u00eb ligjin dhe t\u00eb mos nxisin dhun\u00ebn. Ne rezervohemi t\u00eb shprehemi p\u00ebr rezultatin, deri sa t\u00eb d\u00ebgjojm\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb do t\u00eb thot\u00eb Kolegji Zgjedhor\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Shpresoj, tha diplomati amerikan se pas k\u00ebtyre zgjedhjeve, t\u00eb shikojm\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri nj\u00eb komunikim m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb, me respekt t\u00eb nd\u00ebrsjell\u00eb, nj\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrje m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb nga t\u00eb gjitha partin\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha organet qeveris\u00ebse. P\u00ebr menimin tim, tha ai, kur njer\u00ebzit marrin pjes\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb num\u00ebr kaq t\u00eb madh n\u00eb zgjedhje, \u00ebsht\u00eb pik\u00ebrisht kjo q\u00eb ata k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Lidhur me mund\u00ebsin\u00eb e paraqitjes s\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtjes n\u00eb Komisionin e Venecias, zoti Kantrimen tha se nuk ka asgj\u00eb t\u00eb keqe p\u00ebr t\u2019iu drejtuar atij, pasi shum\u00eb vende e kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb, por ky \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb vendim q\u00eb u p\u00ebrket pal\u00ebve n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb pyetjen e Z\u00ebrit t\u00eb Amerik\u00ebs p\u00ebr p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsin\u00eb e politik\u00ebs shqiptare p\u00ebr zgjidhjen e nj\u00eb s\u00ebr\u00eb problemesh madhore p\u00ebr vendin, si \u00e7\u00ebshtja e pron\u00ebsis\u00eb, reforma e gjyq\u00ebsorit, \u201crjedhja e trurit\u201d, e t\u00eb tjera, nd\u00ebrsa p\u00ebrplasjet p\u00ebr rezultatet e zgjedhjeve, duke filluar q\u00eb nga ato parlamentare t\u00eb qershorit 2009 jan\u00eb tejzgjatur, Z\u00ebvend\u00ebs Ndihm\u00ebs Sekretari i Shtetit, Tomas Kantrimen, tha:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNe nuk kemi par\u00eb mjaft udh\u00ebheq\u00ebs politik\u00eb q\u00eb t\u00eb ken\u00eb vullnetin p\u00ebr t\u00eb v\u00ebn\u00eb interesat komb\u00ebtare t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb para interesave t\u00eb partive t\u00eb caktuara.  Zakonisht udh\u00ebheq\u00ebsit politik\u00eb jan\u00eb t\u00eb bindur se fitorja e partis\u00eb s\u00eb tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb e njejt\u00eb me interesin komb\u00ebtar.  Por kjo nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb k\u00ebshtu p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb t\u00eb tjer\u00ebt.  N\u00eb interesin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb sot \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb t\u2019u demonstrohet, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht vendeve an\u00ebtare t\u00eb Bashkimit Evropian se Shqip\u00ebria mund t\u00eb funksionoj\u00eb si t\u00eb gjitha demokracit\u00eb e tjera q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb t\u00eb hyn\u00eb n\u00eb Bashkimin Evropian. Dhe n\u00eb dy vitet e fundit, Shqip\u00ebria nuk e ka plot\u00ebsuar at\u00eb  kriter. Ajo q\u00eb m\u00eb tremb sot \u00ebsht\u00eb se ajo q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb jet\u00eb nj\u00eb demonstrim shum\u00eb pozitiv p\u00ebr Evrop\u00ebn, Brukselin dhe p\u00ebr gjith\u00eb vendet an\u00ebtare p\u00ebr pjekurin\u00eb politike t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, nga nj\u00eb sinjal pozitiv mund t\u00eb kthehet n\u00eb nj\u00eb sinjal negativ, n\u00ebse nuk b\u00ebhen p\u00ebrpjekje reale nga partit\u00eb politike p\u00ebr ta trajtuar k\u00ebt\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje qet\u00ebsisht dhe n\u00eb form\u00eb kushtetuese\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo tha zoti Kantrimen \u00ebsht\u00eb e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, krahas gjith\u00eb k\u00ebrkesave q\u00eb pa p\u00ebrvijuar Bashkimi Evropian p\u00ebr an\u00ebtar\u00ebsimin e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb duhet m\u00eb shum\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim mes partive.  N\u00eb shum\u00eb aspekte, theksoi ai, Shqip\u00ebria ka ecur mir\u00eb, si  n\u00eb ekonomi, n\u00eb p\u00ebrpjekjet p\u00ebr reforma, por \u00ebsht\u00eb politika ajo q\u00eb d\u00ebmton imazhin e saj n\u00eb Bruksel dhe gjetk\u00eb.
