BUJAR NISHANI: Ekspert\u00ebt po merren me k\u00ebqyrjen e aksidentit n\u00eb fjal\u00eb. Por sipas kontakteve t\u00eb para me ekspert\u00ebt e linj\u00ebs, rezulton se kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mosp\u00ebrputhje e rrall\u00eb mes trupit t\u00eb viktim\u00ebs dhe vendit t\u00eb ndodhjes s\u00eb mjetit t\u00eb aksidentit. Jan\u00eb raste t\u00eb rralla, por historia e aksidenteve n\u00eb bot\u00eb, tregon dhe konfirmon se k\u00ebto ndodhin vet\u00ebm 1 her\u00eb, n\u00eb 100 vjet.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebrmbytja e Par\u00eb e Shkodr\u00ebs: \u201cH\u00ebna, kishte pozicionin e saj 100 vje\u00e7ar\u201d<\/p>\n

SALI BERISHA: P\u00ebrmbytja e Shkodr\u00ebs nuk ka lidhje me ato q\u00eb thot\u00eb opozita p\u00ebr hapje digash e munges\u00eb investimesh n\u00eb lumin Drin dhe Bun\u00eb. Por ju garantoj, se e gjith\u00eb kjo tragjedi \u00ebsht\u00eb natyrore dhe ka lidhje vet\u00ebm me H\u00ebn\u00ebn. Sipas studimeve, dit\u00ebn q\u00eb uji v\u00ebrshoi dhe p\u00ebrmbyti Shkodr\u00ebn, rezultoi se H\u00ebna kishte pozicionin agresiv ndaj lumenjve, pra kishte ciklin e saj h\u00ebnor 100 vje\u00e7ar. Pozicioni i H\u00ebn\u00ebs ishte i till\u00eb, q\u00eb provokon shp\u00ebrthime uj\u00ebrash p\u00ebrmbytje ujore katastrofike.
