Dy Ambasadat shqiptare n\u00eb Lond\u00ebr, ajo e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb dhe e Kosov\u00ebs kan\u00eb ardhur p\u00ebrs\u00ebri me nj\u00eb aktivitet t\u00eb p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebt, duke v\u00ebn\u00eb n\u00eb fokus k\u00ebsaj radhe promovimi e dy fjalor\u00ebve historik\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrgatitur nga albanologu i mir\u00ebnjohur Dr. Robert Elsie.<\/p>\n<p>Promovimi u b\u00eb n\u00eb ambientet e ambasad\u00ebs s\u00eb Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb n\u00eb Lond\u00ebr dhe u ndoq nga shum\u00eb bashkatdhetar\u00eb e t\u00eb huaj, dashamir\u00ebs t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve dhe t\u00eb historis\u00eb shqiptare. Aktivitetin e hapi e ngarkuara me pun\u00eb e ambasad\u00ebs shqiptare, ambasadorja n\u00eb detyr\u00eb, Teuta Starova. Duke i fal\u00ebnderuar t\u00eb pranishmit p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarrjen dhe dashamir\u00ebsin\u00eb e tyre ndaj popullit shqiptar, ajo b\u00ebri nj\u00eb p\u00ebrmbledhje t\u00eb shkurt\u00ebr t\u00eb pun\u00ebs dhe vepr\u00ebs s\u00eb Dr. Robert Elsiet n\u00eb fush\u00ebn e albanologjis\u00eb shqiptare. \u201cDr. Elsie \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb albanolog i njohur, p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilin nuk ka nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb fliten shum\u00eb fjal\u00eb, pasi puna e tij flet m\u00eb mir\u00eb se gjith\u00e7ka\u201d, tha ajo.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00eb pas p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndeti Dr. Muhamet Hamiti, ambasador i Republik\u00ebs s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs n\u00eb Lond\u00ebr, i cili, pasi vler\u00ebsoi pun\u00ebn e dr. Elsiet, u shpreh se punimet e tij kan\u00eb qen\u00eb nj\u00eb ndihm\u00eb e madhe n\u00eb procesin e pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.<\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb nder i ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjith\u00eb t\u00eb pranishmit ishte prania dhe fjala e mikut t\u00eb madh t\u00eb shqiptar\u00ebve, historianit dhe akademikut t\u00eb shquar britanik, Dr. Noel Malcolm. Duke vler\u00ebsuar pun\u00ebn e Elsies shtoi se ai ka b\u00ebr\u00eb shum\u00eb p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt. Ai s\u00eb bashku me Bejtullah Destanin, kan\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb nj\u00eb pun\u00eb monumentale, e cila ia kalon pun\u00ebs s\u00eb dy akademive s\u00eb bashku &#8211; theksoi Dr. Malcolm n\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e tij.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Robert Elsie n\u00eb fjal\u00ebn e p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndetjes tregoi p\u00ebr ndjenjat e ve\u00e7anta q\u00eb ai ka p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt dhe tha se k\u00ebto ndjenja jan\u00eb burimi i frym\u00ebzimit t\u00eb pun\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, si albanolog. Duke folur p\u00ebr fjalor\u00ebt historik\u00eb, ai u shpreh me modesti se kjo pun\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb mini-enciklopedi q\u00eb shpresoj t&#8217;i vlej\u00eb studiuesve si burim t\u00eb dh\u00ebnash n\u00eb dy gjuh\u00ebt, angleze dhe shqipe. N\u00eb fund p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndeti ish-Ambasadori Britanik n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, z. Stephen Nash, i cili gjithashtu shprehu vler\u00ebsimet e tij p\u00ebr pun\u00ebn e Elsies n\u00eb p\u00ebrgjith\u00ebsi dhe p\u00ebr shqiptar\u00ebt n\u00eb ve\u00e7anti. Ai b\u00ebri thirrje, n\u00eb em\u00ebr shoqat\u00ebs &#8220;Anglo-Shqiptare&#8221;, p\u00ebr furnizimin e k\u00ebsaj shoqate me gjak t\u00eb ri, transmeton Albcam\u00ebria.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Fjalori Historik i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb&#8221; ka 660 faqe dhe 750 hyrje. Ai iu p\u00ebrdit\u00ebson lexuesve informacione mbi Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb dhe shqiptar\u00ebt deri nga mesi i vitit 2009. Normalisht, nj\u00eb hartim i nj\u00eb fjalori t\u00eb till\u00eb p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vend t\u00eb vog\u00ebl si Shqip\u00ebria \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb nd\u00ebrmarrje e madhe. Shqip\u00ebria ishte nj\u00eb planet n\u00eb vetvete, e izoluar nga pjesa tjet\u00ebr e n\u00ebn\u00ebs Tok\u00eb. Q\u00eb nga r\u00ebnia e regjimit komunist, shqiptar\u00ebt kan\u00eb qen\u00eb duke luftuar, jo pa v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi, p\u00ebr t\u00eb gjetur vendin e tyre midis kombeve t\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs-thekson n\u00eb faqen zyrtare t\u00eb tij Dr. Elsie.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Fjalori Historik i Kosov\u00ebs&#8221; ka 451 faqe dhe 475 hyrje. Ky fjalor i sillet lexuesit jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb anglisht, por edhe n\u00eb shqip i p\u00ebrkthyer nga Majlinda Nishku. Ky botim i dyt\u00eb i &#8220;Fjalorit Historik t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs&#8221;, rishikohet dhe zgjerohet, duke i p\u00ebrdit\u00ebsuar lexuesit me m\u00eb t\u00eb rejat me informata p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn dhe popullin e saj deri n\u00eb fillim t\u00eb vitit 2010, dhe p\u00ebrgjat\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb administrimit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb n\u00eb shkurt 2008 dhe m\u00eb gjer\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kosova \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb tok\u00eb e lasht\u00eb, por n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb ishte &#8220;zbuluar&#8221; nga mediat dhe t\u00eb bota per\u00ebndimore gjat\u00eb luft\u00ebrave jugosllave t\u00eb viteve 1990, fillimisht thjesht si nj\u00eb problem tjet\u00ebr q\u00eb po p\u00ebrvijohet n\u00eb horizont, diku pas Bosnj\u00ebs. Q\u00eb nga ajo koh\u00eb, nj\u00eb stuhi e librave ka qen\u00eb e shkruar p\u00ebr Kosov\u00ebn, shumica e t\u00eb cilave u p\u00ebrqendrua n\u00eb luft\u00ebn e Kosov\u00ebs 1998-1999, shtypja e tmerrshme politike dhe t\u00eb drejtave t\u00eb njeriut n\u00ebn sundimin serb, kriza humanitare&#8230; \u00e7\u00ebshtja e mpreht\u00eb e statusit dhe t\u00eb pavar\u00ebsis\u00eb dhe politik\u00ebn nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb saj. Pavar\u00ebsisht, nga t\u00eb gjith\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb v\u00ebmendje dhe prania institucionalizuar e komunitetit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar q\u00eb nga viti 1999, Kosova nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e njohur gjer\u00ebsisht.<\/p>\n<p>Robert Elsie merret me albanologjin\u00eb prej m\u00eb shum\u00eb se tridhjet\u00eb viteve, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht me kultur\u00ebn, let\u00ebrsin\u00eb dhe historin\u00eb e shqiptar\u00ebve. Shumica e botimeve t\u00eb tij p\u00ebrqendrohen n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb fush\u00eb. Puna e tij i kushtohet fushave t\u00eb historis\u00eb, t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebs shqipe, t\u00eb let\u00ebrsis\u00eb dhe t\u00eb fotografis\u00eb t\u00eb hershme. Albanologu Robert Elsie lindi n\u00eb Vankuv\u00ebr t\u00eb Kanadas\u00eb m\u00eb 29 qershor 1950. Ndoqi universitetin e Kolumbis\u00eb britanike (University of British Columbia), ku mbaroi studimet e filologjis\u00eb klasike dhe t\u00eb gjuh\u00ebsis\u00eb m\u00eb 1972. Po n\u00eb at\u00eb vit, erdhi n\u00eb Evrop\u00eb me nj\u00eb burs\u00eb studimesh.<\/p>\n<p>Vazhdoi studimet e larta n\u00eb universitetin e Lir\u00eb t\u00eb Berlinit Per\u00ebndimor (Freie Universit\u00e4t Berlin), n\u00eb shkoll\u00ebn praktike t\u00eb studimeve t\u00eb larta (Ecole Pratique des Hautes Etudes) n\u00eb Paris, n\u00eb institutin e Dublinit p\u00ebr studime t\u00eb larta (Dublin Institute for Advanced Studies) n\u00eb Irland\u00eb, dhe n\u00eb universitetin e Bonit (Universit\u00e4t Bonn), ku mbrojti doktoratur\u00ebn m\u00eb 1978. Q\u00eb nga 1978 pati mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb vizitoj\u00eb Shqip\u00ebrin\u00eb disa her\u00eb n\u00eb kuadrin e &#8216;takimeve shkencore&#8217; midis institutit t\u00eb Gjuh\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb universitetit t\u00eb Bonit dhe Akademis\u00eb s\u00eb Shkencave t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Gjithashtu, mori pjes\u00eb disa vite me radh\u00eb n\u00eb seminarin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr gjuh\u00ebn, let\u00ebrsin\u00eb dhe kultur\u00ebn shqiptare n\u00eb Kosov\u00eb. Pas studimeve universitare ai punoi p\u00ebr ministrin\u00eb e Pun\u00ebve t\u00eb Jashtme gjermane n\u00eb Bon. \u00cbsht\u00eb an\u00ebtar i Shoqat\u00ebs s\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs Juglindore (S\u00fcdosteuropa-Gesellschaft), an\u00ebtar i Akademis\u00eb s\u00eb Shkencave dhe t\u00eb Arteve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs, si dhe an\u00ebtar nderi i shoqat\u00ebs s\u00eb Shkrimtar\u00ebve t\u00eb Kosov\u00ebs.
