Krejt kjo n\u00eb munges\u00eb t\u00eb kapaciteteve p\u00ebr mir\u00ebmbajtje.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Kryeministri i Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, Sali Berisha ka k\u00ebrkuar t\u00eb m\u00ebrkur\u00ebn n\u00eb mbledhjen e qeveris\u00eb privatizimin e Rrug\u00ebs s\u00eb Kombit, pasi Shqip\u00ebria nuk ka kapacitete p\u00ebr mir\u00ebmbajtjen e saj.<\/p>\n<p>Kreu i ekzekutivit shqiptar ka pohuar se Shqip\u00ebria do i n\u00ebnshtrohet nj\u00eb privatizimi thuajse t\u00ebr\u00ebsor, ku si pron\u00eb publike do t\u00eb mbeten vet\u00ebm digat e m\u00ebdha, shkollat, spitalet, parqet komb\u00ebtare, tokat pa pronar\u00eb, t\u00eb cilat jan\u00eb publike, nd\u00ebrsa t\u00eb tjerat do t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht n\u00eb zot\u00ebrimin, administrimin, menaxhimin e sektorit privat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cN\u00eb 4-vje\u00e7arin q\u00eb shkoi, u nd\u00ebrtua vepra m\u00eb e madhe publike n\u00eb historin\u00eb e k\u00ebtij vendi. Ne e nd\u00ebrtuam at\u00eb, por Shqip\u00ebria nuk ka kapacitete publike p\u00ebr mir\u00ebmbajtjen e k\u00ebsaj autostrade. Ministria e Pun\u00ebve Publike dhe e Transportit ka kontraktuar me IFC-n\u00eb p\u00ebr ta dh\u00ebn\u00eb sa m\u00eb shpejt n\u00eb menaxhim privat autostrad\u00ebn Durr\u00ebs-Kuk\u00ebs-Morin, deklaroi Berisha.<\/p>\n<p>Nd\u00ebrkoh\u00eb q\u00eb kryeministri paralajm\u00ebroi p\u00ebr menaxhim t\u00eb sektorit privat edhe t\u00eb akseve t\u00eb tjera rrugore n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>\u201d\u00cbsht\u00eb jasht\u00ebzakonisht e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme q\u00eb ky proces t\u00eb ec\u00eb, por un\u00eb mendoj se duhet t\u00eb konsiderohen n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb aspekt edhe akse t\u00eb tjera rrugore. Sapo t\u00eb p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb segmenti Shk\u00ebmbi i Kavaj\u00ebs \u2013 Rrogozhin\u00eb, at\u00ebher\u00eb dhe autostrada Tiran\u00eb \u2013 Fier, Tiran\u00eb- Durr\u00ebs, t\u00eb shqyrtohet, t\u00eb jepet p\u00ebr menaxhim. K\u00ebto jan\u00eb vepra t\u00eb m\u00ebdha. Drejtoria e P\u00ebrgjithshme e Rrug\u00ebve nuk disponon kapacitete njer\u00ebzore dhe materiale p\u00ebr mir\u00ebmbajtjen e tyre. Mir\u00ebmbajtja e tyre \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb proces shum\u00eb i nd\u00ebrlikuar. Vende t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb m\u00ebdha, nd\u00ebr m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebdhat\u00eb e Evrop\u00ebs, nuk marrin p\u00ebrsip\u00ebr mir\u00ebmbajtjen, por ua japin kompanive t\u00eb m\u00ebdha p\u00ebr t\u2019i mir\u00ebmbajtur\u201d, argumentoi kryeministri Berisha n\u00eb mbledhjen e sotme t\u00eb qeveris\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Ndryshe, mir\u00ebmbajtja e rrug\u00ebs k\u00ebrkon fonde t\u00eb shumta, t\u00eb cilat arka e shtetit shqiptar nuk mund t\u2019i p\u00ebrballoj\u00eb, pasi llogariten kosto q\u00eb shkojn\u00eb t\u00eb pakt\u00ebn deri n\u00eb 20 milion\u00eb euro n\u00eb vit.<\/p>\n<p>Mund\u00ebsi tjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr t\u00eb garantuar k\u00ebt\u00eb shum\u00eb, shikohet edhe vendosja e taks\u00ebs, q\u00eb mendohet t\u00eb jet\u00eb duke filluar nga 5 euro dhe ku IFC-ja do t\u00eb marr\u00eb pjes\u00ebn q\u00eb i takon n\u00eb rast se zgjidhja q\u00eb do t\u00eb ofrohet jep rezultat.<\/p>\n<p>Qeveria shqiptare nuk ka pranuar kurr\u00eb zyrtarisht ose n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb hapur q\u00eb udh\u00ebtimi n\u00eb rrug\u00ebn Durr\u00ebs-Kuk\u00ebs do t\u00eb b\u00ebhet me pages\u00eb, por ka paralajm\u00ebruar indirekt se mir\u00ebmbajtja e saj kushton shum\u00eb dhe se duhen gjetur forma sesi do t\u00eb mbulohet kostoja.
