Apo kur ndodh nj\u00eb defekt n\u00eb betonin e nd\u00ebrtes\u00ebs, menj\u00ebher\u00eb ngrihet pyetja sesi nuk u kap nga analiza e kampionit t\u00eb betonit etj.<\/p>\n<p>Kur lloti ka cil\u00ebsi t\u00eb ndryshme nga kampioni, at\u00ebher\u00eb gjithnj\u00eb k\u00ebrkohet shkaku tek nj\u00eb gabim n\u00eb marrjen e kampionit: ka nj\u00eb shkak, ka pra nj\u00eb anomali q\u00eb kampioni nuk p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebson llotin, pra ndryshon nga lloti.<\/p>\n<p>Edhe n\u00eb rastin e flet\u00ebve t\u00eb votimit t\u00eb hedhura n\u00eb kutit\u00eb e gabuara, duket sikur kemi nj\u00eb kampion, apo most\u00ebr sondazhi, t\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb flet\u00ebve t\u00eb votimit t\u00eb hedhura gjat\u00eb votimit p\u00ebr kryetarin e Bashkis\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, pra t\u00eb llotit.  N\u00ebse v\u00ebrtet\u00eb ato flet\u00ebt n\u00eb kutin\u00eb e gabuar shprehin vet\u00ebm e vet\u00ebm vullnetin direkt t\u00eb votuesit, p\u00ebrb\u00ebrja e tyre duhet t\u00eb ishte e nj\u00ebjt\u00eb me at\u00eb t\u00eb llotit, pra si e gjith\u00eb votave t\u00eb hedhura, pra duhej q\u00eb Basha e Rama t\u00eb dilnin me nj\u00eb diferenc\u00eb pothuaj zero.  Pra rezultati q\u00eb po jep KQZ \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb absurd: p\u00ebrqindja e diferenc\u00ebs s\u00eb flet\u00ebve t\u00eb votimit t\u00eb kampionit (flet\u00ebve n\u00eb kutit\u00eb e gabuara), \u00ebsht\u00eb me mij\u00ebra her\u00eb m\u00eb e madhe sesa ajo e p\u00ebrqindjes s\u00eb diferenc\u00ebs s\u00eb flet\u00ebve t\u00eb votimit t\u00eb llotit (flet\u00ebve n\u00eb kutit\u00eb e drejta, e duhura).  \u00c7do dyk\u00ebmb\u00ebsh do t\u00eb shqet\u00ebsohej nga kjo diferenc\u00eb kaq e st\u00ebrmadhe n\u00eb mes kampionit dhe llotit.<\/p>\n<p>Un\u00eb jam i bindur se ky ndryshim vjen nga q\u00eb kampioni (flet\u00ebt e votimit t\u00eb hedhura n\u00eb kutin\u00eb e gabuar) nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00ebsoj si lloti (pra flet\u00ebt e votimit t\u00eb hedhura n\u00eb kutin\u00eb e duhur, at\u00eb t\u00eb kryetarit).  Kampioni i marr\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb i gabuar, sepse nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb pjes\u00eb e llotit: votuesit e llotit nuk kan\u00eb votuar nj\u00ebsoj si ata t\u00eb kampionit.  N\u00eb nj\u00eb shkrim t\u00eb para ca dit\u00ebve, t\u00eb titulluar \u201cKur votuesi zgjedh vet\u00eb kutin\u00eb e gabuar\u201d, \u00ebsht\u00eb shpjeguar sesi nj\u00eb shumic\u00eb njer\u00ebzish nga lemeria nga pushteti, kan\u00eb gjetur nj\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb votuar kund\u00ebr pushtetit, pra kund\u00ebr Bash\u00ebs: ata flet\u00ebn e tyre t\u00eb votimi, t\u00eb plot\u00ebsuar formalisht si vot\u00eb p\u00ebr Bash\u00ebn, e kan\u00eb hedhur q\u00ebllimisht n\u00eb kutin\u00eb e gabuar.  Kjo sepse kur votohej, rregullat e loj\u00ebs ishin se vota n\u00eb kutin\u00eb e gabuar ishte e pavlefshme.
