Z\u00ebvend\u00ebs Ndihm\u00ebs Sekretari i Shtetit p\u00ebr Euroazin\u00eb Tomas Kantrimen vler\u00ebsoi pjes\u00ebmarrjen e lart\u00eb n\u00eb zgjedhjet vendore n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, duke th\u00ebn\u00eb se kjo tregon interesin shqip\u00ebtar\u00ebve p\u00ebr t\u00eb ardhmen e vendit dhe t\u00eb demokracis\u00eb.<\/p>\n

\u201cDua t\u00eb p\u00ebrsh\u00ebndes votuesit n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr pjes\u00ebmarrjen e lart\u00eb, por edhe p\u00ebr nj\u00eb proces paq\u00ebsor votimi. Kjo, \u2013 tha zoti Kantrimen, \u2013 \u00ebsht\u00eb fitore e madhe p\u00ebr popullin shqiptar\u201d.<\/p>\n

Z\u00ebvend\u00ebs Ndihm\u00ebs Sekretari i Shtetit tha se k\u00ebto ishin zgjedhjet m\u00eb t\u00eb mira q\u00eb jan\u00eb zhvilluar ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri:<\/p>\n

\u201cMendoj se k\u00ebto ishin zgjedhjet m\u00eb t\u00eb past\u00ebrta dhe t\u00eb drejta q\u00eb ka par\u00eb Shqip\u00ebria n\u00eb historin\u00eb e saj. Nuk dua t\u00eb minimizoj problemet q\u00eb u shfaq\u00ebn dhe q\u00eb vazhdojn\u00eb t\u00eb jen\u00eb, por shoh shum\u00eb shenja pozitive n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00ebn si u zhvilluan k\u00ebto zgjedhje.\u201d<\/p>\n

Zoti Kantrimen tha se secila parti mund t\u00eb nxjerr\u00eb m\u00ebsime nga kjo p\u00ebrvoj\u00eb. \u201cDy partit\u00eb e m\u00ebdha dol\u00ebn m\u00eb mir\u00eb n\u00eb disa zona q\u00eb e prisnin dhe m\u00eb keq n\u00eb disa t\u00eb tjera. Kjo, m\u00eb b\u00ebn t\u00eb arrij n\u00eb p\u00ebrfundimin se jeta politike n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri \u00ebsht\u00eb e balancuar mes dy forcave t\u00eb fuqishme. Por n\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, kjo krijon detyrime p\u00ebr t\u00eb dy pal\u00ebt p\u00ebr t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb civilizuar, qoft\u00eb p\u00ebrmes debateve publike, parlamentit, apo p\u00ebr zgjedhjet e ardhshme parlamentare. K\u00ebt\u00eb e presin jo vet\u00ebm populli shqiptar, por edhe Shtetet e Bashkuara, Bashkimi Evropian dhe OSBE-ja.\u201d- tha zoti Kantrimen.<\/p>\n

P\u00ebr \u00e7\u00ebshtjen e debatueshme t\u00eb votave t\u00eb hedhura n\u00eb kutit\u00eb e gabuara zoti Kantrimen tha:<\/p>\n

\u201c\u00c7\u00ebshtja e votave t\u00eb hedhura n\u00eb kuti t\u00eb gabuara nuk u trajtua si\u00e7 duhet. Ne tham\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb fillim q\u00eb rregullat duhet t\u00eb jen\u00eb t\u00eb qarta dhe duhen zbatuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb drejt\u00eb dhe transparente.\u201d<\/p>\n

Rregullat p\u00ebr num\u00ebrimin e votave t\u00eb hedhura gabim u b\u00ebn\u00eb pas dit\u00ebs s\u00eb zgjedhjeve dhe baza ligjore e k\u00ebtij vendimi nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb p\u00ebr ne, tha zoti Kantrimen. Ai shtoi se megjith\u00ebse e kupton argumentin e KQZ-s\u00eb, mendon se ky ai \u201cmund dhe duhej t\u00eb ishte b\u00ebr\u00eb para zgjedhjeve dhe me konsensus mes partive, pa pasur nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb hidhte hije mbi nj\u00eb proces q\u00eb ishte shum\u00eb pozitiv\u201d.<\/p>\n

\u201cDua t\u00eb v\u00eb n\u00eb dukje se un\u00eb nuk po them q\u00eb vendimi \u00ebsht\u00eb i paligjsh\u00ebm. Un\u00eb thjesht po them se baza ligjore nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e qart\u00eb p\u00ebr ne dhe duket se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb p\u00ebrputhje me praktikat e m\u00ebparshme t\u00eb komisioneve zgjedhore.\u201d- tha zoti Kantrimen.<\/p>\n

Z\u00ebvend\u00ebs Ndihm\u00ebs Sekretari i Shtetit Kantrimen tha se tani \u00e7\u00ebshtja duhet zgjidhur p\u00ebrmes institucioneve kushtetuese. Pra, s\u00eb pari me apelime n\u00eb KQZ dhe pastaj n\u00eb Kolegjin Zgjedhor. Ky proces duhet t\u00eb vazhdoj\u00eb pun\u00ebn n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb pavarur dhe t\u00eb dy pal\u00ebt duhet t\u00eb premtojn\u00eb se do ta respektojn\u00eb rezultatin. \u201cKur flas p\u00ebr vendime konsensuale, dhe tani flas n\u00eb em\u00ebr t\u00eb Shteteve t\u00eb Bashkuara, e kam fjal\u00ebn p\u00ebr nj\u00eb vendim q\u00eb duhet t\u00eb ishte marr\u00eb brenda KQZ-s\u00eb para zgjedhjeve, n\u00eb lidhje me at\u00eb se \u00e7far\u00eb duhej b\u00ebr\u00eb p\u00ebr flet\u00ebvotimet e hedhura n\u00eb kutit\u00eb e gabuara, q\u00eb ka qen\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje e lindur q\u00eb n\u00eb votimet e m\u00ebparshme. Tani kemi certifikimin e rezultateve t\u00eb p\u00ebrkohshme nga KQZ-ja q\u00eb nuk u mor n\u00eb baz\u00ebn e nj\u00eb konsensusi, prandaj tani kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb \u00e7\u00ebshtje ligjore q\u00eb i takon Kolegjit Zgjedhor ta vendos\u00eb.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ne presim, tha zoti Kantrimen, q\u00eb Kolegji Zgjedhor t\u00eb marr\u00eb nj\u00eb vendim t\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb ligj, pa presionin e asnj\u00eb prej partive. Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb detyrim ligjor, tha ai.<\/p>\n

\u201cN\u00eb aspektin politik, ne presim q\u00eb t\u00eb dy pal\u00ebt t\u00eb shmangin k\u00ebrc\u00ebnimet p\u00ebr demonstrata dhe dhun\u00eb n\u00ebse nuk u p\u00eblqejn\u00eb rezultatet,\u201d- tha zoti Kantimen.<\/p>\n

Ai tha se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e p\u00ebrgjegjshme t\u00eb thuhet q\u00eb p\u00ebrpara, se rezultatet nuk do t\u00eb pranohen, n\u00ebse nj\u00ebri prej kandidat\u00ebve mbetet i pak\u00ebnaqur. Ne presim tha zoti Kantrimen, q\u00eb pal\u00ebt t\u00eb respektojn\u00eb vendimin e Kolegjit Zgjedhor dhe t\u00eb tregojn\u00eb m\u00eb shum\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunim n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha nivelet e pushtetit. Zoti Kantrimen shtoi se perspektiva e integrimit evropian t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb do t\u00eb varet nga m\u00ebnyra e zgjidhjes s\u00eb k\u00ebtij procesi zgjedhor.
