Shkrimi i m\u00ebposht\u00ebm e justifikon paraprakisht k\u00ebt\u00eb vendim t\u00eb qart\u00eb diplomatik, pse jo edhe politik, gj\u00eb q\u00eb gjithsesi nuk e \u00e7b\u00ebn urimin: Wellcome, mister Barrosso tjet\u00ebr her\u00eb n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb!; duke shpresuar q\u00eb ky vendim traumatik nuk ka p\u00ebr t\u2019u cil\u00ebsuar nj\u00ebkoh\u00ebsisht edhe si nj\u00eb nd\u00ebshkim i pamerituar p\u00ebr qytetar\u00ebt shqiptar\u00eb!\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Tashm\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb b\u00ebr\u00eb e qart\u00eb p\u00ebr k\u00ebdo: jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, por n\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb Ballkanin Per\u00ebndimor funksionojn\u00eb p\u00ebrs\u00ebmbari tri pushtete me fuqi reale e t\u00eb pakund\u00ebrshtueshme:<br \/>\n1. nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebt,<br \/>\n2. sundimi i pacak dhe absolut i partis\u00eb n\u00eb pushtet (i kryetarit t\u00eb saj),<br \/>\n3. deri diku edhe g\u00ebrrm\u00ebrri q\u00eb lejohet t\u00eb b\u00ebj\u00eb nj\u00eb parti opozitare, bashk\u00eb me nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb t\u00eb medias, ende t\u00eb pakapur.<\/p>\n<p>Pushtetet e tjera jan\u00eb formale: ca vart\u00ebs pa personalitet, t\u00eb em\u00ebruar nga t\u00eb plotfuqishmit e m\u00ebsip\u00ebrm, jan\u00eb t\u00eb gatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb b\u00ebjn\u00eb t\u00eb zez\u00ebn t\u00eb bardh\u00eb dhe anasjelltas, ashtu si po b\u00ebjn\u00eb k\u00ebto dit\u00eb n\u00ebp\u00ebr ekrane, duke justifikuar hapjen e kutive nga KQZ-ja, gj\u00eb q\u00eb n\u00eb 2009-\u00ebn e pat\u00ebn kund\u00ebrshtuar. Tani nuk lipset shum\u00eb mend dhe aft\u00ebsi p\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar se zgjedhjet, por sidomos num\u00ebrimi i votave, bashk\u00eb me KQZ-t\u00eb e KZAZ-t\u00eb, nj\u2019ashtu si t\u00eb gjitha shkall\u00ebt e gjykatave, t\u00eb larta e t\u00eb ul\u00ebta, nuk jan\u00eb gj\u00eb tjet\u00ebr ve\u00e7se ca ushtar\u00eb t\u00eb bindur t\u00eb \u201cgjeneral\u00ebve t\u00eb partive\u201d q\u00eb luftojn\u00eb mes vedi p\u00ebr t\u00eb zaptuar e p\u00ebr t\u00eb mbajtur n\u00ebn thund\u00ebr sa m\u00eb shum\u00eb zona influence. Ristani nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb dukuri e rrall\u00eb. Lepepeq\u00ebria politike \u00ebsht\u00eb profesioni m\u00eb dobisjell\u00ebs. Kur nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebt, n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb atmosfer\u00eb shitblerjeje pranojn\u00eb t\u00eb luajn\u00eb rolin e arbitrit t\u00eb paansh\u00ebm, ne e quajm\u00eb fat, mbar\u00ebsi, madje edhe demokraci.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb koh\u00eb zgjedhjesh e sidomos krizash t\u00eb thikta, sa m\u00eb e dukshme dhe e pranishme t\u00eb jet\u00eb trysnia e nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebve, si nj\u00eb pushtet suprem q\u00eb vjen \u201ci kulluar\u201d jo vet\u00ebm nga lart-posht\u00eb, por edhe nga larg, aq m\u00eb shum\u00eb rritet besimi dhe siguria e qytetar\u00ebve se nj\u00eb dit\u00eb edhe \u201cne mund t\u00eb b\u00ebhemi Evrop\u00eb\u201d. Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebt jan\u00eb asistenca e pakund\u00ebrshtueshme p\u00ebr ligjet, p\u00ebr sigurin\u00eb, p\u00ebr reformat, p\u00ebr zbatimin e tyre. Ecejaket e diplomat\u00ebve n\u00ebp\u00ebr palestrat e Tiran\u00ebs, aty ku b\u00ebhej num\u00ebrimi i votave, ishte pa asnj\u00eb dyshim, nj\u00eb leht\u00ebsim p\u00ebr shumic\u00ebn e qytetar\u00ebve\u2026<\/p>\n<p>N\u00eb t\u00eb kund\u00ebrt, nxjerrja e ndikimit t\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebve jasht\u00eb k\u00ebtij funksioni, p\u00ebr ta b\u00ebr\u00eb t\u00eb pandjesh\u00ebm, t\u00eb pap\u00ebrfillsh\u00ebm, madje edhe bezdis\u00ebs rolin m\u00ebsimdh\u00ebn\u00ebs e monitorues t\u00eb tyre, (ashtu si n\u00eb vendet an\u00ebtare t\u00eb BE-s\u00eb, ku ambasador\u00ebve nuk u dihet emri), ne, me gjas\u00eb do t\u00eb kishim pasur jo vet\u00ebm zgjedhje t\u00eb manipuluara, por edhe thellim t\u00eb friksh\u00ebm t\u00eb kriz\u00ebs, humbje t\u00eb toruas e t\u00eb qet\u00ebsis\u00eb sociale, diktatur\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb eg\u00ebr \u201cdemokratike\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Pa v\u00ebzhgimin e nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebve do t\u00eb kishim m\u00eb shum\u00eb pushtete virtuale e korrupsion nga \u00e7\u2019kemi sot, pse jo edhe paraliz\u00eb, anarki, rrokopuj\u00eb, m\u00eb keq ndoshta edhe se n\u00eb vitet \u201897-\u201898, kur plangprish\u00ebsit e kombit gati sa nuk na \u00e7uan n\u00eb luft\u00eb civile\u2026 Sovraniteti i nj\u00eb vendi t\u00eb vog\u00ebl, pa ekonomi sovrane, q\u00eb k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb integrohet n\u00eb BE, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb fjal\u00eb goje e mbetur nga mblla\u00e7itjet e diktatur\u00ebs. Prandaj jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, por n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha vendet e Lindjes, asistenca e nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebve nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb partneritet, por bashkautor\u00ebsi p\u00ebr nj\u00eb qeverisje t\u00eb mir\u00eb apo t\u00eb keqe, sepse kancelarit\u00eb e BE-s\u00eb dhe SHBA-s\u00eb kan\u00eb fuqin\u00eb e nj\u00eb tutori t\u00eb pagjykuesh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Po t\u00eb arsyetosh k\u00ebsisoj, mund t\u00eb hamend\u00ebsosh se klas\u00ebs politike n\u00eb shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb e Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb nuk i leverdis integrimi, thellimi i reformave, instalimi i demokracis\u00eb, normaliteti, bashk\u00ebpunimi, zgjedhjet e lira e t\u00eb ndershme, pasi n\u00eb k\u00ebto kushte ata jan\u00eb t\u00eb detyruar t\u00eb humbasin fuqin\u00eb, ndikimin, pushtetin absolut. P\u00ebr t\u00eb kuptuar sa e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb sa u tha m\u00eb sip\u00ebr, le t\u00eb p\u00ebrfytyrojm\u00eb e le t\u00eb pyesim veten p\u00ebr nj\u00eb \u00e7ast: Si do t\u00eb sillej me vot\u00ebn e me zgjedhjet Sali Berisha dhe sozit\u00eb e tij, sikur t\u00eb mos ishte v\u00ebzhgimi i nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebve?<\/p>\n<p>Ja p\u00ebrse nuk mpaket ndikimi dhe autoriteti i ambasador\u00ebve t\u00eb akredituar n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, edhe kur \u201cnd\u00ebrhyrjet e tyre n\u00eb pun\u00ebt e brendshme\u201d ndonj\u00ebher\u00eb ngjajn\u00eb vulnerab\u00ebl, pa takt, madje edhe kur b\u00ebhen me brutalitet, jasht\u00eb funksionit diplomatik, si ishte p.sh., \u201czarfi\u201d i ambasadorit amerikan n\u00eb Prishtin\u00eb n\u00eb dit\u00ebn e zgjedhjes s\u00eb Pacollit (ish) President\u2026V\u00ebshtruar me k\u00ebt\u00eb sy, as d\u00ebshtimi i \u201cKrokodilit\u201d nuk e dob\u00ebsoi k\u00ebt\u00eb bilanc pozitiv t\u00eb nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebve n\u00eb syt\u00eb e opinionit publik.<\/p>\n<p>Prandaj, shum\u00ebkush uron me zem\u00ebr: Mir\u00ebsevjen zoti Barroso!<\/p>\n<p><em>Por, si dhe pse do t\u00eb vinin pik\u00ebrisht tani zoti Barroso dhe zoti Fyle n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb?<\/em><br \/>\nVizita e pritshme e zot\u00ebrinjve Barroso dhe Fyle n\u00eb tri shtete, Serbi, Kosov\u00eb e Shqip\u00ebri, m\u00eb s\u00eb pari tregon qart\u00eb shqet\u00ebsimin e Brukselit p\u00ebr problemet e ngjashme e t\u00eb kolokrepsura n\u00eb k\u00ebto tri vende. Kjo vizit\u00eb, tejet e r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr momentet q\u00eb po kalojm\u00eb, do t\u00eb synoj\u00eb, pa asnj\u00eb dyshim, n\u00eb k\u00ebrkes\u00ebn e p\u00ebrs\u00ebritur kaher\u00eb p\u00ebr \u201cthellimin e reformave\u201d, p\u00ebr luft\u00ebn kund\u00ebr korrupsionit, p\u00ebr pavar\u00ebsin\u00eb e gjyq\u00ebsorit etj, etj.<\/p>\n<p>Por n\u00eb k\u00ebto shoq\u00ebri gjysm\u00eb t\u00eb hapura e gjysm\u00eb t\u00eb mbyllura, t\u00eb ashtuquajtura ballkaniko-per\u00ebndimore, t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb d\u00ebshmuar sistematikisht standarde t\u00eb cung\u00ebta demokratike, korrupsion t\u00eb lart\u00eb, ng\u00ebr\u00e7e institucionale, ballkanizim t\u00eb tepruar, sherr e grindje t\u00eb pand\u00ebrprera pozit\u00eb-opozit\u00eb, mosfunksionim t\u00eb pushteteve t\u00eb pavarura e ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht t\u00eb gjyq\u00ebsorit, nj\u00eb shkall\u00eb t\u00eb lart\u00eb pap\u00ebrgjegjshm\u00ebrie t\u00eb klas\u00ebs politike, ka ardhur koha t\u00eb flitet me nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb sa m\u00eb pak diplomatike, pa doreza, madje edhe ultimative.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c7\u00ebshtja pra do t\u00eb duhet t\u00eb reduktohet: n\u00ebse edhe kjo vizit\u00eb, si t\u00eb m\u00ebparshmet, do t\u00eb kryhet n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb diplomatike, \u201cevropiane\u201d, me ekuivoke, sipas avazit t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr: \u201ckeni edhe arritje, por keni edhe ca t\u00eb meta\u201d, ose: \u201ck\u00ebto zgjedhje ishin m\u00eb t\u00eb mira se m\u00eb t\u00eb m\u00ebparshmet, por\u2026\u201d, at\u00ebher\u00eb mund t\u00eb thuhet pa frik\u00eb se ka p\u00ebr t\u00eb qen\u00eb nj\u00eb vizit\u00eb e d\u00ebshtuar, ende pa nisur\u2026Por n\u00ebse do t\u00eb flitet me zyrtar\u00ebt e lart\u00eb e me opinionin publik me nj\u00eb gjuh\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb qasht\u00ebr, direkte, \u201cballkanike\u201d, si p.sh: n\u00ebse nuk zbatoni detyrat e sht\u00ebpis\u00eb, ju do t\u00eb mbeteni jasht\u00eb Evrop\u00ebs e p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb fajin e ka\u2026.H\u00eb pra, kush e ka fajin? Sigurisht q\u00eb as zoti Barroso e as zoti Fyle nuk kan\u00eb p\u00ebr ta gjetur fajtorin, edhe pse e din\u00eb fort mir\u00eb si e ka emrin\u2026(Ndoshta edhe p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb arsye ata e anuluan minutat e fundit vizit\u00ebn n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri, nj\u00eb veprim ky i paprecedent, gj\u00eb q\u00eb ndodh vet\u00ebm kur n\u00eb vendin prit\u00ebs ka turbullira e tensione t\u00eb rrezikshme\u2026!)<\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebshilltar\u00ebt e zotit Barroso duhet t\u2019i thon\u00eb atij paraprakisht se n\u00eb Ballkan \u00ebsht\u00eb tradit\u00eb q\u00eb faji t\u00eb mbetet p\u00ebrher\u00eb kopil, sidomos n\u00eb politik\u00ebb\u00ebrje. M\u00eb kollaj e kemi t\u2019ia hedhim fajin fqinjit, se vetes kur na pikon \u00e7atia\u2026Por m\u00eb kollaj ama e kemi t\u00eb faj\u00ebsojm\u00eb nj\u00ebri-tjetrin kur pun\u00ebt na shkojn\u00eb ters\u2026K\u00ebshtu, meq\u00eb zoti Barroso e anuloi vizit\u00ebn n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, e sigurt \u00ebsht\u00eb q\u00eb Berisha do t\u00eb dal\u00eb e t\u00eb thot\u00eb se k\u00ebt\u00eb e b\u00ebn\u00eb armiqt\u00eb e integrimit, ish-bllokmen\u00ebt q\u00eb pasi sulmuan Kryeministrin\u00eb, sulmuan edhe KQZ-n\u00eb, sepse ata, edhe p\u00ebr hyrjen n\u00eb NATO, edhe n\u00eb prag t\u00eb heqjes s\u00eb vizave hyn\u00eb n\u00eb grev\u00eb urie q\u00eb t\u00eb sabotonin, me demek, integrimin\u2026<\/p>\n<p>Hedhja e fajit te tjetri quhet aft\u00ebsi, talent, zot\u00ebsi, burr\u00ebri, politik\u00eb e men\u00e7ur!
