Televizionet e tij, t\u00eb cilat kan\u00eb dy dit\u00eb q\u00eb spekulojn\u00eb me votimin e Presidentit t\u00eb Republik\u00ebs Bamir Topi, zbuluan m\u00eb n\u00eb fund dhe cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e vot\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, pro Edi Ram\u00ebs!!!<\/p>\n<p>Lajmi u dha me urgjenc\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha ato televizione ku nuk u dha akoma lajmi i r\u00ebnd\u00eb i raportit t\u00eb ODIHR. Lajmi u dha edhe me nj\u00eb ciniz\u00ebm t\u00eb pafrenuar p\u00ebr t\u00eb zbuluar m\u00eb n\u00eb fund &#8220;t\u00eb keqen&#8221; n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend. Por mbi t\u00eb gjitha lajmi u dha me bindjen e thell\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb shantazhuar Presidentin e Republik\u00ebs, institucionin i cili po faktorizohej k\u00ebto dit\u00eb si nj\u00eb pal\u00eb e besueshme p\u00ebr faktorin nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar. Sali Berisha nuk mund ta pranonte k\u00ebt\u00eb. N\u00ebse pas 21 janarit i ra shkurt dhe e shpalli pu\u00e7ist s\u00eb bashku me Prokuroren e P\u00ebrgjithshme, Shefin e SHISH dhe kat\u00ebr gazetar\u00eb, k\u00ebt\u00eb radh\u00eb u p\u00ebrpoq t\u00eb ishte m\u00eb televiziv me faktet e tij. Shpiku nj\u00eb ngat\u00ebrres\u00eb t\u00eb ngjyr\u00ebs gjat\u00eb votimit t\u00eb tij dhe m\u00eb pas n\u00eb nj\u00eb proces t\u00ebr\u00ebsisht jotransparent dhe t\u00eb pap\u00ebrgjegjsh\u00ebm sajuan dhe vot\u00ebn pro Edi Ram\u00ebs. Nuk ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi p\u00ebr k\u00eb ka votuar realisht, as nuk ka r\u00ebnd\u00ebsi sa vota t\u00eb tjera mund t\u00eb ishin ngat\u00ebrruar n\u00eb at\u00eb kuti. R\u00ebnd\u00ebsi ka vet\u00ebm fakti q\u00eb t\u00eb prodhohej ky lajm dhe Sali Berisha e b\u00ebri.<\/p>\n<p>Si qytetar dhe gazetar q\u00eb e njoh qytetarin dhe politikanin Bamir Topi, as q\u00eb dua t\u00eb diskutoj fare cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e vot\u00ebs s\u00eb tij. Duke qen\u00eb nj\u00eb pinjoll i s\u00eb djatht\u00ebs kryeqytetase ai n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb ka votuar publikisht pro Lul\u00ebzim Bash\u00ebn n\u00eb k\u00ebto zgjedhje. Mb\u00ebshtet\u00ebsit e tij n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, nj\u00eb kategori fanatike e PD-s\u00eb, por q\u00eb kan\u00eb Bamir Topin si p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsues t\u00eb tyre, kan\u00eb votuar duksh\u00ebm Lul\u00ebzim Bash\u00ebn. Bamir Topi si qytetar dhe politikan duket qart\u00eb se i ka inkurajuar p\u00ebr k\u00ebt\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Personalisht jam ndjer\u00eb keq q\u00eb ai nuk orientoi vot\u00ebn e tyre kund\u00ebr Sali Berish\u00ebs. Bile dhe nj\u00eb fraksion i mbetur i s\u00eb djatht\u00ebs n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb, Dashamir Shehi, e mb\u00ebshteti hapur at\u00eb. Nga ky q\u00ebndrim politik dhe qytetar i Bamir Topit Lul\u00ebzim Basha ka marr s\u00eb paku dhjet\u00eb mij\u00eb vota n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb. Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb n\u00eb t\u00eb v\u00ebrtet\u00eb taksa q\u00eb Bamir Topi duhet t&#8217;i paguaj\u00eb konformizmit t\u00eb tij dhe &#8220;cip\u00ebs&#8221; si politikan i s\u00eb djatht\u00ebs n\u00eb Tiran\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Spekulimi me vot\u00ebn e tij p\u00ebr Edi Ram\u00ebn \u00ebsht\u00eb i lig dhe cinik, pik\u00ebs\u00ebpari p\u00ebr respekt t\u00eb k\u00ebtyre dhjet\u00eb mij\u00eb votave, t\u00eb cilat Bamir Topi jo vet\u00ebm nuk i ka ndalur t\u00eb shkojn\u00eb drejt Lul\u00ebzim Bash\u00ebs, por ka b\u00ebr\u00eb disa gjeste inkurajuese p\u00ebr to. Kjo m\u00eb bind se ky gjest vjen drejtp\u00ebrdrejt nga Sali Berisha, i cili e ka n\u00eb kultur\u00ebn e tij t\u00eb mosmir\u00ebnjohjes dhe n\u00eb trash\u00ebgimin e lig\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb tij gjestin e pabes\u00eb t\u00eb fyerjes pas p\u00ebrdorimit politik.<br \/>\nAi e p\u00ebrdori politikisht Bamir Topin dhe fluksin e tij elektoral n\u00eb k\u00ebto zgjedhje dhe e kafshoi dje kur kish nevoj\u00eb t\u00eb fashiste ret\u00eb e zeza mbi kok\u00ebn e tij. N\u00ebse Bamir Topi do t\u00eb duhej t\u00eb mb\u00ebshteste Edi Ram\u00ebn, bile t&#8217;i b\u00ebnte pun\u00eb reale atij, kishte mij\u00ebra vota para vot\u00ebs s\u00eb tij, por nuk e b\u00ebri. Dhe shihet q\u00eb nuk e b\u00ebri p\u00ebr t\u00eb zez\u00ebn e vet.<br \/>\nSulmi i Sali Berish\u00ebs ndaj tij, \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb sinjal se ai nuk ka p\u00ebr t&#8217;ia pranuar faktorit nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar k\u00ebt\u00eb njeri si nd\u00ebrmjet\u00ebs t\u00eb kriz\u00ebs q\u00eb po pllakosur vendin. Sali Berisha ka humbur zgjedhjet dhe dje varrosi p\u00ebrfundimisht dhe standardet e tyre. Ai tani nuk do t\u00eb humbas\u00eb veten si pal\u00eb n\u00eb zgjidhjen e k\u00ebsaj krize. Fakti q\u00eb Per\u00ebndimi po trokiste p\u00ebrdit\u00eb e m\u00eb shum\u00eb n\u00eb zyrat e Presidentit Bamir Topi dhe perspektiva e err\u00ebt q\u00eb ju shfaq dje pas raportit t\u00eb ODIHR dhe Grupit Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Krizave, zgjuan instinktet e ujkut t\u00eb vjet\u00ebr p\u00ebr t\u00eb eliminuar at\u00eb q\u00eb mund t\u00eb ishte pal\u00eb e besueshme n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb vend.<br \/>\nSali Berish\u00ebs i duhej doemos ky lajm, doemos ky &#8220;dekonspirim&#8221; i vot\u00ebs s\u00eb Presidentit p\u00ebr tu th\u00ebn\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00ebve, por sidomos nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar\u00ebve se ai \u00ebsht\u00eb pal\u00eb me Edi Ram\u00ebn dhe se ai nuk e pranon autoritetin e tij.<\/p>\n<p>I mir\u00ebkuptoj ata mij\u00ebra njer\u00ebz q\u00eb ankohen se me k\u00ebt\u00eb skandal u shkel privat\u00ebsia e vot\u00ebs, apo u shkel\u00ebn ligji elektoral dhe nene t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb procedur\u00ebs, por ato nuk kan\u00eb vler\u00eb. Nuk kan\u00eb vler\u00eb se nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb e v\u00ebrtet\u00eb. E v\u00ebrteta e vetme e k\u00ebsaj historie \u00ebsht\u00eb se Sali Berisha dje ka prekur fundin pasi \u00ebsht\u00eb braktisur p\u00ebrfundimisht nga Per\u00ebndimi, dhe duke u zhytur n\u00eb pusin e thell\u00eb t\u00eb humbjes s\u00eb tij, k\u00ebrkon t\u00eb marr\u00eb me vete gjithk\u00ebnd q\u00eb e mendon si pal\u00eb mbi pal\u00ebt q\u00eb mund t\u00eb gjykoj\u00eb at\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb e gjitha \u00e7far\u00eb ka ndodhur me vot\u00ebn e qytetarit Bamir Topi dhe me mij\u00ebra votat e politikanit Bamir Topi. Ato kan\u00eb shkuar d\u00ebm se kan\u00eb shkuar p\u00ebr Sali Berish\u00ebn dhe kandidatin e tij kukull. Thell\u00eb- thell\u00eb ndjehem mir\u00eb q\u00eb Presidentit Bamir Topi i ka hapur telashe qytetari dhe politikani Bamir Topi me inercin\u00eb e tij p\u00ebr t\u00eb respektuar ende PD dhe Berish\u00ebn.<\/p>\n<p>Thell\u00eb- thell\u00eb mendoj se ky sulm i lig i Berish\u00ebs mund ta na rikthej\u00eb nj\u00eb president m\u00eb aktiv dhe t\u00eb qart\u00eb p\u00ebr padobin\u00eb e t\u00eb sjellurit si qytetar dhe politikan, me nj\u00eb lider primitiv dhe t\u00eb lig. Thell\u00eb- thell\u00eb m\u00eb vjen t\u00eb plas q\u00eb Bamir Topi ka \u00e7uar mij\u00ebra vota n\u00eb kutin\u00eb e kollovarit politik t\u00eb Sali Berish\u00ebs, vet\u00ebm p\u00ebr shkak t\u00eb inercis\u00eb s\u00eb tij qytetare dhe politike.
